Trump Played the Court System Like a Fiddle

Trump Played The Court System Like a Fiddle

The narrative from the left is and always has been liken to the words of a “Trump done me wrong song” as they continue to twang the 14th Amendment and President Donald Trump fired up his MAGA crowd to insurrect. Did you see the faces of those MAGA families as they came to the Capital Building, they were hot and dawg tired, but smiling at what they thought they had come to witness. Things are not always what they seem to be.

The Dems feels that the Supreme Court got it wrong because Section 3 of the 14th Amendment clearly says the important part: “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion”.

Maybe those never-Trumpers on the left should read the entire section of the 14th Amendment:

Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

But let’s take a step back and look at the events of January 6th, 2021. It’s been noted that while President Trump was speaking on the Mall, nefarious operators were being escorted into the Capital Building by Capital Police. That reeks of pre-meditation and collusion on the part of people or persons yet to be known who were willing to take action in order to blame President Trump and his MAGA supporters who weren’t even there yet.

Take this a step further, who would better know the procedure and routine to be taken by Congress once the Electoral College ballots are to be presented than members of Congress who have done this before and to know the precise moment and exact timing to cause a ruckus to interrupt the final phase of the election process? House Speaker Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Schumer and others who have made a public showing of roasting Trump over the past 8 years with their non-stop dog and pony shows?

When a Capitol Police officer shot and killed a MAGA supporter because seeing her made him fear for his life was then paraded in front of Congress who called him a hero? – Speaker Pelosi.

Now after January 6th what was President Trump charged and convicted of? Leading an insurrection or rebellion – No? He was accused of inciting the insurrection, but charged with “going against the will of Congress” or some such nonsense.

As a matter of record, President Trump had the constitutional right to challenge every single Electoral College Ballot, and Congress had the responsibility of carrying out challenging any and every EC Ballot that may have seemed improper or questionable.

When did the ruckus in the Capital begin, at the precise moment the swing state EC Ballots were entering the House Chamber and by that time the crowd of MAGA supporters who were encouraged by President Trump to watch the EC Ballot certification process for themselves were themselves being let into the lower level of the Capital Building by Capital Police.

Now I have not heard or read what each member of the Supreme Court said or wrote concerning the 14th Amendment argument against President Trump, but with a unanimous 9 – 0 ruling it stands to reason that each Supreme Court Justice understood the importance of allowing this travesty of trying to remove Trump from individual state ballots to continue moving forward. I agree with The Supreme Court’s unanimous decision completely, and I abhor those who are now trying to intimidate Justice Clarence Thomas into retiring or resigning, even before this decision was reached. I also agree with what President Trump said after the decision was made public, that in this country we do not weaponized the DOJ to go after ones political opponent.

It is not Congress or the Courts who have the final say on who is elected to office. That choice and responsibility remains firmly in the hands of the people, the citizens who cast their ballots early or in person, in accordance to established voter registration procedures.

Today is the day to render YOUR VOTE. Make your voice be heard or forever hold your tongue, keyboard, pencil, or pen and paper.

In response to the media saying that Trump played the court system like a fiddle, maybe the Dems on the left should try playing a new and different tune. – RTM

  1. Finally, the Supremes grew a set of gonads, ruling in favor of our constitution. Trump and the court knew that if they didn’t our congress, or at least some rogue folks would attempt to keep Biden or the Obama’s off of all ballots creating an end times political scenario. I’m hoping to see young wokies running down the middle of the highway with burning hair, or at least a burning Tesla.
