It does require vigilance to insure no election interference, tampering within the voting process or other intrusions disrupt the election process of a state’s polling precinct.
What can we do to insure the voting process is done correctly?

Secure Polling Stations (open for early voting and until closing on election day)
Independent Voting Monitors
Secure transportation of ballots from satellite/remote collection points
Supervision of Ballot processing
Private Voting Booths
Voter ID (matches database)
Valid State Driver’s License
Valid State ID Card
Valid Voter ID Card
Absentee Ballots – when authorized (signature verification matches database)
Prompt and accurate transmitting of tabulated voting data
Swift identification and judicial action (prosecution) when irregularities occur
It is important to note that constitutionally US Citizens are authorized to vote – non-US citizens are not.
Voters must be registered in the precinct where they reside (picture ID is required). – RTM
