A Constitutional Crisis

When searching internet sources it becomes obvious that there is no substantive definition of what constitutes a Constitutional Crisis.

According to democrats Trump’s actions of creating the DOGE to audit the actual spending of each agency of the Executive Branch is massive overreach because Congress is left out of the loop.

Might I suggest that to avoid even the implications of a Constitutional Crisis the DOGE team be placed under the control of an appointed Special Counsel to conduct an audit the spending of all three Branches of Government?

According to the U.S. Constitution it is the President of the United States who is the head of the Executive Branch and the separation of powers place Congress in the Legislative Branch and the U.S. Supreme Court in the Judicial Branch.

It is obvious that the equal distribution of common sense is not regulated by the U.S. Constitution and is not well received by congressional democrats or instead of making public spectacles of themselves they would be actively involved in their duties of legislating.

The U.S. Constitution clearly states that members of Congress are duly elected by the citizens and as public servants to work for public safety and for the security of all. Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it state that Representatives or Senators work for the good of any political party or worker unions.

Under the U.S. Constitution Congress has the authority to allocate funds and the President has the authority to distribute or withhold those allocated funds.

It is the responsibility of government to insure that all monies dispersed from the U.S. Treasury are not misused through Fraud, Waste, Abuse or Theft and violators are held accountable for their actions. It is the responsibility of the President and totally within his authority as the Chief Executive of the Executive Branch when misuse is found to stop it.

The real Constitutional Crisis is congressional democrats obstructing and resisting President Trump while actively being on the wrong side of right. – RTM
