Sanctuary Cities and States Are Really Outlaw Hideouts
It wasn’t that long ago that on the American Frontier a trail of outlaw hideouts stretched from Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Texas and into Mexico known as The Outlaw Trail. It took a tough breed of lawman to clean out these hideouts and bring law and order across the old west.
Today it is really astonishing that real life criminals are often the officials elected to serve the people they represent while willingly and openly defying federal law as they set up modern day Sanctuary Cities/States and spout endless accusations, lies and slander against their political enemies.
Law breaking is Law Breaking.
Paraphrasing the words of Will Rogers there are three kinds of people:
- The ones that learn by reading
- The few who learn by observation
- The rest of them have to touch an electric fence
Will had a couple more sayings that bear repeating:
- Never miss a good chance to shut up
- If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging
The federal government is made up of
- Patriotic – those who love our country
- Unpatriotic – those who love their power over people
- “WeBes” – those who are more important than elected/appointed officials
America needs a brief history lesson
- Bible = God’s Supreme Laws
- US Constitution = The Law of the Land (based on biblical principles)
The Three Branches of Government
- Executive Branch = President, signs into law; enforcement of law
- Legislative Branch = Congress, create/change law
- Judicial Branch = US Supreme Court, ensures law conform to US Constitution
More Will Rogers:
- Good judgement comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgement.
- If you’re riding ahead of the herd, take a look back every now and then to make sure it’s still there.
- Lettin’ the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easer’n puttin’ it back.
Elected officials are public servants who answer to/work for the Citizens (not the other way around).
Public Safety and National Security are everybody’s business. – RTM
