If you are a law abiding citizen of the United States of America or a legal resident, a foreign student or a visitor with a valid visa there is absolutely nothing to fear from I.C.E. agents or C.B.P. officers during routine inspections entering or leaving the country.

Let me say it again:

If you are a law abiding citizen of the United States of America or a legal resident, a foreign student or a visitor with a valid visa there is absolutely nothing to fear from I.C.E. agents or C.B.P. officers during routine inspections entering or leaving the country.

If you are in this country illegally or you came here with ulterior motives, false pretenses or fake documents or no documents at all – you SHOULD be looking over your shoulder because I.C.E. agents are federal law enforcement officers charged with interior enforcement of U.S. customs and immigration laws. I.C.E. has lawful authority to detain or process and deport all alien migrants when deportation warrants are issued by a federal immigration judge. If you are not supposed to be in this country and they find you, you will be processed for violating U.S. immigration laws.

If you are a U.S. citizen who interferes with or obstructs federal officers from performing their official duties of enforcing immigration laws, you are a criminal and subject to arrest, prosecution and upon conviction face fines and/or imprisonment.

If you are a U.S. citizen or someone who owns a business that hires illegal migrants you are a criminal and subject to arrest, prosecution and upon conviction face fines and/or imprisonment.

If you are an elected official (city, county, state or federal) who actively promotes law breaking, manipulating illegal migrants to avoid I.C.E. officers, you are conducting criminal acts and are therefore a criminal and subject to arrest, prosecution and upon conviction face fines and/or imprisonment and should lose your elected office/position.
