ICE in Minneapolis
After viewing the video playback of the events in Minneapolis where Anti-ICE demonstrator Renee Nicole Good was shot and killed after blocking ICE agents, refusing to get out of her vehicle when ordered by agents surrounding her, it is clear that she acted with mellitus intent to disobey law enforcement direction and intentionally attempted to flee. Her actions endangered federal officers, herself and other bystanders/demonstrators and she ultimately lost her life. Not only is she responsible for her own death, but her blood is on the hands of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey who encouraged and enabled the active interference of federal officers in the performance of their duties of enforcing US immigration law.
Important Questions answers and responses
- Did Renee Nicole Good use her vehicle to interfere with ICE?
- Was she ordered to get out of her vehicle by ICE?
- Did she comply?
- Did she attempt to flee?
- Did she endanger officers, herself or others?
What is not relevant is that she was a US citizen, 37 years old and the mother of three.
She should have known better.
She is totally responsible for her actions of defiance and disobedience that led to her death.
Governor Tim Walz went public against President Trump sending in the National Guard to protect federal personnel, buildings and property until a judge ordered their removal from Minnesota.
Now Governor Walz has ordered the activation and training of the National Guard to what end, stand up against federal law enforcement (ICE) is that not the most senseless, unlawful and seditious use of military against the federal government? Is he not asking to be arrested, recalled to active duty only to be tried under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and if convicted sentenced to a federal military prison?
Active resistance leads to rioting, looting, injury and death to everyone in the vicinity and when paid protestors are involved those who funded, arranged for transportation, food and lodging are equally responsible and subject to apprehension, arrest, prosecution and when convicted – imprisonment.
From January 20th, 2026 we were warned by top law enforcement officials and the White House that interfering with law enforcement will lead to bloodshed. Politicians like those in Minnesota have rallied against the removal of unlawful aliens, illegal migrants and violent criminal migrants operating openly and freely, sometimes with the full backing of city, state and federal elected/appointed officials.
What happened in Minneapolis could have been prevented if everyone would have simply gone about their business and stayed clear of law enforcement activities. Now a woman is dead, lives have been altered and changed forever – needlessly.
It matters greatly that when stopped and instructed by law enforcement, those instructions are followed. ICE agents are federal law enforcement officers and their orders are to be obeyed. Now we see that the one life lost could have been prevented.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are federal officers, acting on court ordered deportation orders for the removal of named migrants is the responsibility of ICE to detain and process anyone inside the country’s interior unlawfully. It is also ICE responsibility to act in concert with and aided by local law enforcement.
The constitutional right to assembly and free speech does not include obstructing or interfering with police actions by mobs, groups or individuals attempting to prevent law enforcement from performing their official duties. There are consequences (fines, imprisonment, injury or death).
Anyone throwing objects at ICE agents is also known as “assaulting federal agents” and is a federal crime. Do not be surprised when ICE or other federal agents come for you to hold you accountable for your actions. You have been warned! – RTM
