I was watching a program on cable that was discussing the difference between how democrats and republicans think about the issues (economy, immigration, foreign affairs and others). The discussion was focused on the DNC Convention and the presumed nominee and her VP selection.
One thing popped up concerning the events with Israel was one of the hosts (a democrat) who cited a significant number of members of congress who were Jewish and democrats. That got me to wondering why then is congress as a whole waffling on support for Israel and trying to get Israel to taper off their ability to defend themselves militarily in order to end the fighting, which Israel did not start? Then I wonder if more members of congress are Christians (differing denominations/faiths) why then are they taking a knee to the vocal minority of members who are full on supporting Hamas?
What is even puzzling are the other issues which democrats on both sides of the isle are actively supporting or by being silent.
Case in point is Abortion – the unborn are human beings and our constitution guarantees even them the right to life. As that right is extinguished it is called a woman’s choice. The only choice is whether or not to murder the unborn and in some instances the new born when discussed between the doctor and the mother AFTER BIRTH!
Another Case in Point is Immigration – the constitution does not provide any rights for non-citizens, PERIOD. Nor does it assign special rights or privileges to those who break the law by coming into this nation unlawfully.
The constitution does provide rights and privileges to citizens of the U.S. and many in government have tried to remove, extinguish or punish American citizens for exercising those rights.
So instead of cuddling up to America’s law breakers or known sworn enemies it is the duty of government to protect its citizens at home and abroad and it is the duty of its citizens to protect and defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Being a patriotic American is neither being democrat, independent or republican. It’s not choosing sides for the sake of optics or politics, it is simply what American’s do for our country – not too our country.
Being an American in a foreign country it’s easy to spot another American. They are openly friendly and anxious to talk to another American about God, home, apple pie and about family and when you come upon a facility or compound where the stars and stripes wave – it’s quite emotional.

Her law enforcement career began in 1990 as a deputy DA in the office of the Alameda County District Attorney (DA), before being recruited to the San Francisco DA’s office and later the city of attorney of San Francisco, before being elected in 2003 DA of San Francisco. In 2010 she was elected attorney general of California and re-elected in 2014.
KEPT NON-VIOLENT CRIMINALS IN JAIL TO PUT OUT FOREST FIRES
When federal judges in California wanted to expand its prisoner release program for non-violent criminals, Kamala Harris’ lawyers argued against it. Her lawyers claimed that releasing them would cause prisons to lose an important pool of forced labor for putting out California’s wild fires (for which the prisoners only get paid $1/hr).

During her time as California’s Attorney General, Kamala Harris refused advanced DNA testing that would likely have cleared Kevin Cooper – a black man accused of murder whose trial was tinged with racism and corruption. After the New York Times wrote an exposé of the case, Kamala Harris suddenly changed her position and came out in favor of the testing.
In 2014, a federal judge in California ruled the death penalty unconstitutional. Despite having the ability as Attorney General to defend the ruling or stay out of the matter entirely, Kamala Harris appealed it. She claimed that the decision “undermines important protections that our courts provide to defendants.”
SUPPORTED CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE TO SEIZE PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY CHARGES
Civil asset forfeiture allows police to seize money, property, and cars under a simple SUSPICION of being used for criminal activity – despite no criminal charges. Countless innocent people have been robbed under this racket and police budgets have been funded with the seized property. Even though it is widely disliked and arguably unconstitutional, Kamala Harris has publicly supported it on multiple occasions. She sponsored a bill to allow seizure of profits without charges, and in 2011 she opposed a bill that would have reformed the procedure.

There’s been a lot of talk about Trump speaking at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) in Chicago a few days ago but nothing was said about the questions he was asked.
When asked by co-moderator Rachael Scott if Trump thought VP Kamala Harris was a DEI Vice President only because she was a black woman, Trump’s response was a question back at her to “define what you say D.E.I. is”?
The media then accused Trump of accusing Harris of being a DEI candidate.
In fact Trump’s answer, “I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black, and now she wants to be known as Black,” the former president said of Harris. Trump went on to say “Is she Indian or is she Black? Because she was Indian all the way and then all of a sudden she made a turn and she went she became a Black person.” “So I don’t know, is she Indian, or is she Black?”
“But you know what, I respect either one,” Trump said. “But she obviously doesn’t. Because she was Indian all the way then all of a sudden she made a turn. And she became a Black person. And I think somebody should look into that.”
It’s true that Harris’s mother is from India, and her father from Jamaica is of mixed India and African heritage so she is a mixture of South Asian India and Jamaican African and a California born American.
What makes this encounter even worse is that both former President Trump and Vice President Harris were invited to speak at the NABJ, but Harris never showed up, citing other pressing commitments, which is pretty convenient when it’s an organization representing black journalists.
Maybe the NABJ didn’t expect Trump to accept, but surely Harris would have accepted the invitation?
It’s not the first time Trump spoke to an almost exclusively black audience if you go back to the fall of 2015 when Trump invited prominent black pastors to Trump Tower where they told him of their concerns about him and he gave them his view of his political rallies (Ch 17: The Faith of Donald J. Trump).
As president, Trump would go on to give permanent funding to HBCU what no other president before or since had done.
The media even reported that Trump “almost” walked out of the NABJ meeting. How does one almost do something? (It’s either did or didn’t, not almost did.)
I like what Harris Faulkner said about Trump’s performance at the NABJ “it did get a little chippy”.
Trump is almost always portrayed in the media as the divider, but when you review the facts (not the facts as they are reported) it’s clear that the real divider(s) are those persons, personalities, or organizations that use race and racial terms in their titles or names. – RTM
I watched the grilling of the acting head of the secret service and the director of the FBI. The focus of these bipartisan, by chamber committees was find the breakdown on that fateful day in Butler, Pennsylvania and pin the colossal failure to specific person(s) and hold them accountable so this failure never happen again. One congressman openly stated that nobody is held accountable until heads roll and someone’s fired.
I agree and 21 days after the event still nobody has lost their job, although after multiple excuses and avoidance to direct questioning it took extreme pressure for the SS chief to finally resign and an acting chief to be appointed.
It has come down to a he said/she said scenario where local law enforcement said they have yet to be in discussion with the SS, while the SS continues to say local law enforcement were working on a person of interest but never communicated to SS there was a man with a gun. A video taken from the gallery by one of the casualties of the shooting clearly shows the shooter maneuvering for a better angle, while invisible to site security has me wondering?
Evidence has come out that at least 90 minutes earlier local law enforcement identified a suspicious man with a backpack, using a range finder and sending that info to the command center for SS to direct or take action. Nobody understands why President Trump was not kept off stage until the incident had been taken care of and the “all clear” sign had been given by SS.
It was clear during the hearing that the acting SS chief was reluctant (not going to do it) at naming the actual site team leader and/or others with responsibility/authority to make those critical decisions, but didn’t citing review of protocol and/or SS policies. He spoke of the guilt/shame being felt by personnel of the field office responsible, but the fact that nobody stood up and said, “I’m at fault”! That simply isn’t good enough when dealing with high profile protective details that include the sitting and former presidents, their families and other government officials.
It is time to revamp those SS policies and protocols as well as hiring practices, expectations, training and continued professional development. I surmise that low morale within the SS contributed to the compounding errors and lack of responsibility ownership within the hierarchy of the secret service. I don’t espouse reinventing the wheel, but moving select and experienced agents into the leadership/administrative positions to insure that change, real change occurs BEFORE this situation rears its ugly head one more time.
Since the hearing reporting shows that no SS site threat assessment was conducted before the Butler rally at the order of the now acting Chief. If true, problems from within continue unless a change in leadership as well as upper management are needed.
SS motto is “Worthy of Trust & Confidence” – but are they really? – RTM
We used to hear the saying “Monkey see, monkey do”. That saying is no longer in fashion, but if you’re paying attention to the latest buzzwords on the news, social media or in schools you might hear this latest one used by the democrat’s assumed presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris as she launched here public attack calling former President Donald Trump and Senator JD Vance = “Weird”.
That was the signal in democratichood that those who are not falling into line with the democratic platform are weird. How long before we start seeing “Weird voters for Trump/Vance” shirts, signs and banners? (It’ll happen – just wait).
Seriously if that is what you call weird, then what do you call VP Harris’s campaign ads, slogans or whatever they are pushing “White Men for Harris”? I’ve seen ads with a “Karen” telling white women to get their husbands voting for Harris.
I can just see that now…. Down at the polling place all these white men standing in line.
One turns to the other and says “You too huh?”
“Yup my wife told me to vote democrat, so when the economy turns to crap (it’s her fault). Wait isn’t the economy already crappy NOW?”

It’s all the rage on social media about a “not meant to be offensive” depiction of Jesus Christ and the Last Supper where devote Christian’s are sluffing it off as no big deal. There has been no mass boycott, no imprisonment of “happy” people on the left and to them it’s just a big joke.
The bible tells us that there is nothing new under the sun and this blatant depiction really is nothing new, it was how the Roman world was when Jesus walked on the earth as a man. We are told that he was despised by the very mankind he came to save from their sins, from our sins. So why in the world would we not expect this to be a repeat performance exposed for the entire world to see?
On a personal, human scale it’s disgusting and sickening to see just how far the left bends over themselves, but then again it is these sinners who like us all are the ones Jesus came to save.

I find it hard to believe that there are still voters who are undecided on who to vote for. How hard is it to vote for the candidate who best articulates your core values?

It’s easy to make a case for the economy, abortion, immigration, national security or any number of other ideals where politicians promise to do things either for you or to you, but you have to know the difference.
What is Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party platform’s core promises?
What is Donald Trump and the Republican Party platform’s core promises?
Do either line up with what you strongly believe?
The United States of America is a Constitutional-Republic by design and fights to spread freedom and combat aggression of the oppressed wherever and whenever required. Democracy is an ideal that can be manipulated to cause the enslavement of an otherwise free people. Our nation is not a Democracy, nor is it a constitutional-democracy as some claim. It is the duty of government to ensure the safety and security of our citizens at home and abroad – nobody left behind. There should never be American death by foreign operatives or American hostages taken.
Does “right” to abortion make sense? Do the constitution, the bill of rights, Life Liberty and the pursuit of happiness mean anything to you? Is it not the God given right of all creation to live.
A most important freedom is that of religion. “The right to worship God shall not be infringed upon” is a basic concept of the Constitution, as is the right to bear arms.
The parental right to raise our children shall never be waved to a village, city or government.
What constitutes a good economy? Is it higher taxes? Is it making quality and affordable products, goods and services for use in our country and/or for export to other countries? How is Medicare for all going to work? Who is going to pay for it? Don’t say the government, because it is ultimately tax payers who foot the bill. What about the safety and security of our states, cities and neighborhoods? Properly trained, equipped and supported law enforcement officers?
How does open border immigration make any sense? The United States is comprised of immigrants from all over the world, but bypassing current immigration laws, rules and admittance standards makes no common sense. Immigrants who come here for a better life must be willing to work hard and contribute toward making things better everywhere they go. Criminal elements, cartels, gang members, domestic terrorists or “sleeper” cells must never be allowed to gain a foothold in our society.
Does gun control restricting the ability of law abiding citizens to defense themselves, their families or others in the public square make any sense? How about enforcing laws that penalize using weapons in the commission of crimes?
When is national security NOT a primary concern? Peace through strength, competent military leadership, a trained and equipped military with the necessary tools of war to deter and/or to combat aggression?
If you are not sure of what political candidates stand for or what their core values are try reading about their political track record using multiple sources and then vote according to your conscience.
A politician who promises “free stuff” to obtain another person’s vote or threatens to take away another person’s basic civil rights because of that person’s political beliefs should also be avoided at all cost.

Aren’t you tired of reading or listening to the rantings of the far left that continue to repeat its character assassination of Donald Trump particularly by those failed politicians of the Democratic Party’s geriatric political squad lead by the likes of Hillary, Nancy, & Chucky)?
They think Americans are ostriches who bury their heads in the political sand. Voters either agree with their far left progressive democratic party or they are cannon fodder (collateral damage).
Their rhetoric about a “disgraced former president” while aimed directly at Donald Trump is nothing when compared to what they have done to one of their own (President Joe Biden) putting him out to pasture – while he is still in office. Oh they heap praise upon his leadership, statesmanship and his number of years in political office, yet he’s simply one more ancient dinosaur whose best days are behind him already. That is why the 14,000 democratic votes for Biden were simply tossed out and Vice President Kamala Harris is not considered the presumptive nominee (with no votes) as democrats are simply trying to beat Trump at all costs.
No worries mate, right? It is nothing more than political doublespeak and says more about them.
In the meantime I’ve seen little to nothing on the Chinese and Russian aircraft (fighters and bombers) very recently intercepted heading directly toward Alaska? As there was no credible coverage of a Chinese balloon that crossed the length of the US from Washington to at least Michigan, but it wasn’t eavesdropping or taking photographs, right?
I’m reminded of when Jesus walked the earth as a man and was attacked by all the intelligentsia of humankind. They sought to kill him not realizing that his mission would be completed in God’s perfect timing and for their salvation and that of all mankind.
The recent assassination attempt on President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania has brought out some major questions that have yet to be answered. Sources close to the inner workings of the secret service say that nothing security wise at the Trump rally site seemed routine, they say that something was just off from the advance team preparation, to the security detail around Trump to coordination with local law enforcement – did not fit established protocol.
Trump gave due credit to the secret service sniper who ended the sniper’s rain of fire and to the agents who shielded him with their bodies in the face of gunfire. They were good!
The chief of the secret service did take responsibility for what happened, but offered no explanation as to why it happened on her watch. It wasn’t until after scrutiny by members of congress that she reluctantly resigned. It just seems too convenient that nobody else has yet to be identified and/or punished for events leading up to the shooting, or after.
It would almost seem like it could have been planned since all other political tricks have failed?
FBI Director Wray tried to say it wasn’t really a bullet, but a piece of glass (what glass?) or shrapnel (from where?) that caused blood to flow down Trump’s head, at his ear. It is so farfetched that it’s clear something else is going on here.
Trump is on a mission to save America from itself and he will only succeed if God be behind it. I mean if it is really God’s plan and HIS purpose. Scoff if you want but mark my words God’s ways are higher than man’s ways and nothing in all creation can stop what God has planned. – RTM
According to what we see from Hollywood in movies and on television when American CIA operatives work behind the scenes to topple the leader of a foreign country it’s called a coup. In the movies the citizens of a fictitious country are rescued by the miraculous and valiant efforts of the brave men and women like modern day 007’s. How great is that? Isn’t that how legions are made? Believe me America has a lot of those legions in her clandestine closet.
In the 1960s the assassination of President John F. Kennedy was almost a bloodless coup, except for his blood and that of his alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald.
The ouster of President Richard Nixon was a coup of a different sort, one of intimidation by congressional democrats who threatened Nixon with impeachment.
In our immediate lifetime the attack on President Donald Trump was an attempted political coup that all manner of intimidating tactics were launched in order to get Trump to resign. It didn’t work. Even after leaving office those political attacks continue, to this day only now it’s to prevent him from running for office and to spoil his chances of winning a second term and even after an orchestrated assassination attempt where the secret service detail, wasn’t really secret service after all, because of attrition or mismanagement by extreme upper level managers to the level of the director that caused her rightful resignation more than a week after the July 13th event.
As fate would have it, the same democrats who attack Trump have attacked President Joe Biden and were successful in preventing him from continuing to run for re-election. They went so far as to force him to resign, not for the good of the nation, but for the good of the Democratic Party. As they have done in congress, DNC policy makers are changing the rules of engagement for selecting the democratic presidential nominee with the sole purpose of beating Trump as they cast aside 50,000 delegate votes which have already been cast for President Biden.
America is on a slippery slope politically speaking. Brow beating a senior citizen into submission used to be called “Elder Abuse”. I have long said that even putting Joe Biden in the position to run for President in 2020 was a form of elder abuse as well.
When he could have left the public spotlight gracefully having achieved the office of the vice presidency, he chose or was pushed from his bid to continue his run for the presidency only to face ridicule and disgrace while dealing with his own twilight light years, he may be broke, in debt and facing financial ruin after leaving office. That would be the ultimate elder abuse – a single use president – used and abused. – RTM
I recently watched part of Vice President Kamala Harris’s Milwaukee campaign speech and she reminded me of the snake oil salesmen of the old west pandering to her democratic audience with flowing words they wanted to hear. Some democratic loyalists said she went far beyond Barack Obama’s in 2006.
The trouble is that Kamala continues to drive a political wedge striving to divide Trump voters and her democrat base by claiming her record will stand against his record any time. Kamala will “give” – affordable, low cost or free healthcare to everyone; making the middle class financially stronger; allowing seniors the ability to retire with dignity……and I just couldn’t watch anymore as she spoke bla after bla after bla.
Kamala said the Democratic Party is looking forward, while the other party keeps looking back. I find that the only truth coming out of her mouth. Her party is look forward to fleecing Americans, and the “other” party she mentioned is looking back at the 2020 election and how Kamala and her follow democrats stole the election and then began dismantling Trump policies and the gains Americans were getting as a result of those policies.
When it comes to making our nation safe, prosperous, strong and great once again all Kamala Harris and her party have to offer is empty promises. I have heard no actionable plan thus far.
After 3 ½ years ask yourself “Am I better off now”?
Her first bla was that she is proud to have served as vice president to our great, wonderful and extra-ordinary President Joe Biden, whose accomplishments are greater in 3 ½ years than what any other president has done in 2 terms [8 years].
Remember the cat fight between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris during the 2019 campaign “debates” where they each identified each other’s weaknesses and neither being fit to be president – but now the political “love fest”? Give me a break.
One of her other blas is her record (according to her) as a tough prosecutor and attorney general where she went after spousal abusers and big corporations and sexual offenders, but taking a closer look at her record it shows her on the wrong side of right almost every time, as an AG Kamala fought to keep wrongfully convicted felons from being released.
Another bla, she claims to know Donald Trump’s “type”, you know……a convicted felon. I think she was confused with her then boyfriend California democratic political “fixer”…..Willie Brown who helped her get all the way to the US Senate – (friends with benefits deal) in 2017.
And another bla (lie by omission) – her legacy as vice president was being appointed Biden’s “border czar” and having never gone down to the border in her 3 ½ years. When questioned about that specifically her flippant answer “well I’ve never been to Europe either” shows her not taking responsibility for her lack of action or that the question was even being asked.
And all of that free stuff she’s promising……I guarantee nothing is coming out of her pocket. In fact one expert said that for someone who has never cut a payroll or outside of politics held a real job – how did her net worth get to more than $12M in her short political “career” or did she marry for money?
