It Is No Secret

Isn’t it funny how the news media attempt to sow discord among President Trump and those he is working with or seeking to draw them closer to the side of common sense? The recent meeting between President Trump and New York City Mayor-elect Mamdani and the recent announced resignation of Representative Marjory Taylor-Green are perfect examples.

We have been hearing how Mamdani is going to “Trump-proof” NYC by raising taxes equal to New Jersey and taxing the superrich so that $7.4B in federal tax money will not be needed to run the city in 2026. It’s funny how a former NY state congressman thinks that as mayor he has to power to make statewide changes without the legislature or the governor of New York. We’ve heard how Trump has said that New York City doesn’t need or want a 32-year old communist leading the most powerful city in New York (paraphrased).

I wasn’t able to watch the meeting between Trump and Mamdani but I saw an excerpt where Mamdani said it will be good for New York and President Trump to work together on affordability (paraphrased). Someone said that Mamdani coming alongside Trump is going to hurt Mamdani with his far left political party much more than it will hurt Trump with MAGA.

The falling out of M.T.G. over her siding against Trump concerning releasing the Epstein files brought swift condemnation from Trump who values loyalty over politics, when he called her a traitor. The simmering after affects resulted in M.T.G. announcing her impending resignation from congress. It’s too bad because it has brought division to a head for republicans in congress and Trump.

I’m sure that others will begin speaking out justifying their feelings about how President Trump is handling everything from the economy, foreign relations and even the much needed modifications to the White House, which the media eat up like children gobbling down fruit loops or candy.

Let me say this. What I see happening is God using Donald Trump to bring about changes in our nation to show the world the light of the “city on a hill” where God’s light will shine brightly. Don’t get me wrong I didn’t say that Trump’s way is God’s way, but like Cyrus in Isaiah 45, God uses anyone or anything to bring about HIS will on earth as it is in heaven. Nobody has to like Donald Trump or his ways, but it is essential to place ALL OF YOUR TRUST IN GOD.

It is no secret what God can do, for God’s ways are always pure and right.

G. W. Bush and the Republican Party

Yesterday something popped up on my news feed about George W. Bush re-taking the head position as leader of the Republican Party once President Trump is out of office? I don’t know if this is click bait or something else but let me weigh in on this subject.

After 9/11/2001 I wrote a letter to the editor of my local newspaper about President Bush being chosen by God for such a time as this. His initiating the War on Terror and going after Osama Bin Laden and Weapons of Mass Destruction were what I felt for the right reason.

During that time and since I have been disappointed at the Republican Party in particular the way they resisted and/or failed to assist President Trump after he became president in 2017. I was at that time a disgruntled republican voter looking for association with a new and reputable political party.

I even considered becoming an Independent voter.  

But as the MAGA movement under President Trump gained traction I was among the early voters who jumped on board the Trump Train, fully embracing MAGA as the GOP began aligning with and under the leadership of Donald J. Trump.

After President George H. W. Bush died it sickened me that prominent congressional democrats made it perfectly clear that the sitting president was persona non grata to attend his funeral, but Vice President Mike Pence was “okay” to attend in his stead. What really bothered me was that George W. Bush did nothing to stand up against this democratic nonsense.

A former republican president has died, lies in state in Texas and in Washington D.C. and buried in Texas and the sitting president is not “allowed” to attend? Ludicrous!

After eight years of nonstop political nonsense we have another funeral, this time for former vice president Dick Chaney and I saw no evidence that President Trump was invited to attend by the Chaney family or that he even had the desire to attend after the interaction of former congresswoman Liz Chaney towards President Trump.

George W. Bush stated that Dick Chaney was the perfect vice president for him during his time in office.

I agree.

What I don’t agree is that G.W. Bush is the right person to take over the Republican Party which has largely become President Trump’s MAGA party and for him to attempt to do so would in my opinion would revert back to its former ineffectiveness as a viable political party.

What I know is that Donald Trump’s mandate is two-fold: Fight the spirit of Political Correctness and Stop Evil. How he accomplishes those two goals is a Trump thing. I’ve long said that the federal government is too big, too wasteful in spending and totally needing a “do over” and I’m glad to see President Trump is doing what needs to be done to downsize and re-focus the entirety of the federal government. That is exactly what I voted for!

I’m not interested in worrying about what might happen once Trump’s term if finished, but I’m sure that God has everything under control. That’s good enough for me. – RTM

Throwing Stones from Glass Houses

Might I suggest that congressional democrats calling for members of the U.S. military to commit sedition, insurrection and/or treason to stop, look in the mirror, hold up and read their Congressional Oath of Office or the military oath they took?

“I, _STATE YOUR NAME__, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the president of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

In 2020-21 I witnessed the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Miley acting on orders from House Speaker Pelosi to not take orders from President Trump around the time of January 6^th. Those orders were unlawful and unconstitutional and should have caused the highest ranking military commander to be in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). General Miley was not held fully accountable for his action by a military tribunal because he willingly and knowingly followed orders from Speaker Pelosi.

Speaker Pelosi and other congressional democrats are either ignorant or do not fully understand their congressional oath of office, nor the oath for enlisted members of the military. These non-veteran politicians mistakenly feel that the military oath is to protect the President of the United States, when in fact the oath is to “Protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL ENEMIES, foreign and domestic.” By virtue of the actions of Speaker Pelosi and various members of congress (Senate and House) they have aligned themselves with domestic terrorists and enemies of the Constitution, and thus the government of the United States of which they are a major part.

Here we are in 2025 and some congressional democrats clearly have not gotten “the memo” as they publicly egg on military members to refuse to follow orders, not because they are unlawful or illegal, but because they are told or think that orders they believe are illegal can simply be refused or ignored. Every private in basic training is broken of that mindset the very first day of basic training.

In light of the fact that these members of congress who previously served in the military or other government intelligence agencies yet are attempting to create sedition and/or mutiny within the ranks of the military while they think themselves on a noble and patriot mission is appalling.

 The oath you have taken and your honorable service wearing the uniform of the United States military give you no business trying to adversely influence patriotic American servicemen and servicewomen to dishonor that oath, one they swore to uphold. – RTM

Leader of the Party?

The government shutdown gave Americans a glimpse of real American politics up front. We saw the rising up of one major political party while showcasing the demise of the other. On one of the news stations someone said “we know President Trump is the leader of the Republican Party, but who do you say is the leader of the Democratic Party”?

The answer “President Trump is the leader of the Democratic Party” totally shocks across the political divide.

How can that be, you might ask?

It’s really quite simple. For the past 10+ years the Republican Party (GOP) has undergone political growing pains as they struggled to accept Donald Trump into their inner circles. In fact there was turmoil after he was elected because he came in outside political normal channels. The final rebranding became complete with Trump’s creation of and coining “Make America Great Again” campaign.

That should be enough to cause patriotism and love of country, “the USA” to well up inside the hearts and minds of every red-blooded American citizen. In reality it caused a real divide in what constitutes patriotism.

Pledging allegiance to the Flag of the USA, reciting the pledge in classrooms across the nation and standing with hands over hearts for the National Anthem became the anti-anthem for anti-Trump radicals as well as for the Democratic Party (DNC).

From local to national sporting events and international Olympic competition participants made known their anti-Trump sentiments by refusing to stand or placing their hands over their hearts and/or displaying publicly the traditional “California Welcome Finger” for all to see.

What we are seeing from a number of elected officials and national media and internet and social media spokespersons are constant reports falsely citing spiteful, dishonest and slanderous propaganda about President Trump hating immigrants, lowly industrial employees or food service workers so much that he is intent on removing them from this country and sending them home to their original “third world hell holes”.

The media and elected officials don’t want to admit the obvious that every immigrant who entered the USA illegally (without proper authorization or documentation) are in fact lawbreakers and criminals by their very first act of entering the USA and deserve deportation at the earliest possible date, not benefits and/or handouts to make their lives more comfortable, and at the expense of American taxpayers.

What is also being falsely reported is that (Not My) President Trump is destroying the White House like he is destroying the nation by tearing down structure and building his new Ballroom. While what has not even been reported on until recently are the repairs, improvements and enhancements that President Trump has already completed inside the White House.

By virtue of President Trump’s unique position of occupying “rent free” space in the minds of Democrats across our nation it is true that President Trump is in actuality the leader of the Democratic Party like leading livestock with a bit and bridal or a horse to water, dragging its feet or tugging the other way. Democrats have demonstrated their resistance like temper tantrum 3^rd graders arguing on a school playground over who gets to throw the ball.

It’s time for real Americans to get behind making our country healthy, great, strong, and safe again with unity of purpose and great patriotism. – RTM

MASA

I find it interesting that Americans seem to have become the non-smartest of all people. Farmers, ranchers and growers of the food Americans eat have been taken for granted and overlooked. School children are taught how to identify themselves with pronouns, but are unable to do basic mathematics, civics or world history. Many who advance to colleges and universities grapple with being able to “fit it” instead of gaining the necessary skills to make a significant contribution to society. Those choosing legal professions soon forget that the basis of US history is the US Constitution as they angle for political office not as a public servant but obtaining their elected office for celebrity status and ultimately personal financial gain.

How did we get here collectively as a society of learned people?

I must say it begins in the home. Parents must instill in their children the tenets of right and wrong as given in the bible. Behaviors are formed and modified at home even before they enter the academic setting.

When entering public or private school settings it is the responsibility of teachers not to teach doctrine, propaganda or personal political positions, but to set the spark of “learning” ablaze within the hearts and minds of every student.

In the interests of shrinking government the Department of Education is being abolished and it’s functions to be absorbed by other credible government agencies in order to give more latitude and responsibility to parents and to state and local educators.

Make Americans Smart Again (MASA) should be a national campaign geared toward learning and empowering Americans to think through learning, problem solving and putting into action theory presented in the classroom.

This dumbing down of America must be brought to a screeching halt. Americans are capable of and deserve more from parents, teachers and each other. Failure in the classroom should lead to triumph in real life outside the classroom.

Know what you believe, believe in what you know and trust not in your own understanding but place your trust in the God who created you in HIS image.

We must ask ourselves:

Has our life changed someone else for better or for worse?

Have we made someone else happy or happier?

Are we content with what we leave behind?

Will God say “well done my good and faithful servant” or “depart from me, I never knew you”? – RTM

Reverse Incrimination

Does anyone else see the hypocrisy of today’s Democratic Party, or is it just me?

In 2015 everyone categorized Donald Trump as not only a real estate mogul but nothing more than an entertainer because of his hit show “The Apprentice”.

Today in 2025 it’s Barack Obama who’s the comedian and sitting members of congress who record themselves doing nonsensical videos, podcasts and street dances protesting Donald Trump but are unwilling to open the government so working class Americans, government employees, military personnel and first responders can get back to work and get paid.

Maybe these self-made entertainers should resign their elected offices and go fulltime into “show business” – they have the experience in showing their real business.

Americans on government assistance are unable to receive that assistance and Democrats keep saying its congressional Republicans who are keeping the government shutdown……..as they cast their NO vote more than 13 times thus far. Some even go so far as to blame Donald Trump (who has no vote in congress) – how crazy is that?

Democrats have turned “public service” into being “public slave masters” needing total control.

Let us not forget that “elected” officials need those votes to get elected. If they are not looking out for you, why keep voting for them? – RTM

Twenty Nine Thirteen

Attention American Voters: Members of Congress are PUBLIC SERVANTS. That means they work for you and for me.

We are seeing what ignoring their constituents mean to them – NOTHING.

I’m tired of the blame game being played by congressional democrats.

There are 535 seats in congress – how many voted to hurt Americans?

How many registered voters have contacted their congressional democrats in the Senate and/or the House about keeping the government shut down?

Are you happy that your family members working for the government or serving in the military or federal law enforcement are no longer getting paid?

It is a choice you know?

More than one congressional democrat has confessed publicly that the shutdown is “leverage”. Leverage against what or whom?

Claiming “the other side” is responsible is irresponsible!

Every elected congressman, congresswoman and senator leaves a voting record:

YES, NO, ABSTAIN or PRESENT

How has your elected official voted on keeping the government open or shutdown or on anything?

Do you know?

Do you care?

Ignorance is no excuse?

Rent Free

What I’m starting to hear from leftist politicians is that they are living rent free in the head of President Trump. In their minds the world revolves around them and their obsession with Trump. They plan all their resistance parties, rallies and marches and invite the media along for the ride. On social media they attempt to flood memes, pictures and stories about how great Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were and how miserable Trump’s MAGA followers are based on how the left’s TDS has skewed themselves into an alternate reality. So let me set the record straight.

I’ve been a Trumper since the day I read the book “The Faith of Donald J. Trump”. I signed up and voted on what Donald Trump did in his first term and what he has done and is doing in this his second term.

American politics have become corrupt over time. The only reasonable solution is a complete, using a golf term a government “do over” and in my opinion that is exactly what President Trump has been doing beginning on January 20^th, 2025. Trump began by calling the Biden presidency the worst one in American history, worse than Jimmy Carters or Barack Obamas.

Trump began rolling back Biden’s harmful changes to the economy, immigration, national security and international affairs using Executive Orders, Presidential Actions and Congressional legislation, while being fought tooth and nail by democratic judicial, media and in the court of public opinion.

Using the power of the pen and tariffs abroad Trump is normalizing international trade with other nations.

Using the power of the U.S. military and the Department of Justice Trump has taken the War on Drugs to the very next level by eliminating drug transport to the United States by land and by sea and working with other nations and their leaders to further reduce and eliminate drug production.

Trump began by authorizing D.O.G.E. to audit and expose Fraud, Waste and Abuse in Government so that runaway spending could be stopped completely.  This has caused major disruption for money going to places and peoples or governments where no U.S. interest is served. Government agencies identified for elimination are systematically being dismantled and their functions transferred to other agencies.

Closing the border, resuming construction of the Southern Border Wall has all but stopped the unlawful entry of migrants, human trafficking and drug smuggling over the border and into the nation. Reinforced with U.S. military personnel has been a God-send to the Customs and Immigration Service enabling border patrol agents to do the job they are hired and trained to do.

There is a new and growing threat on the American homeland – criminal elements actively rioting disguised as “resistance” which threatens to destabilize public safety.

Democratic lead efforts in various cities and states have placed their emphasis on backing criminals while denying there is a crime problem. These elected officials actually encourage criminals to wage war on Law Enforcement thereby mandating action by the Department of Homeland Security under Trump’s War on Crime.

Trump has traveled abroad, being greeted by emperors, kings, princes, prime ministers, and world leaders as they honor and pay their respects. Trump has gone where no other American president has gone before and accomplished more than anyone could reasonably expect.

What is obvious to me is that in reality their obsession allows President Donald Trump to live rent free in the heads of everyone suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome”. – RTM

New York City Attorney General Letitia James

When the shoe is on the other foot Tish cries foul after her indictment for mortgage fraud charges are filed for prosecution in Virginia. She claims President Trump is going after her in retribution for her prosecuting him for 38 counts of criminal wrongdoing and going after his family, his business, his money and his reputation .

My concern is when did Tish do her alleged “dirty deeds”? There are documents showing as early as 1983 and again in 2020 involving properties in Virginia and New York. Were there other properties?

For someone already experienced in frauding finance companies in her personal life, running for elected office on the pretext of “going to get Trump” if elected, and then following through with her lightly veiled threat, it appears that “the chickens are coming home to roost”. Did she not think her bad deeds would come out in the light of day? She did say “Nobody is above the law” and apparently she didn’t think of herself as a “nobody”, because after all she is the one who “Got Trump”.

I don’t think of it as retribution but more like Karma. Tish is going public about how she won’t bend, break, give up or give in…….let’s see what jury trials can do when they are followed by lockup in a federal facility where her only beneficial friend could very well be President Trump. I’m not a vindictive person, but I have watched too many cop shows on TV where the defiant crack under pressure once they hear that cell door slam shut. – RTM

Checks and Balances in Government

After the Constitution was written, signed and then ratified by the Thirteen Colonies the balance of power was divided into three separate Branches of Government: The Legislative (Congress: Senate & House), The Executive (President) and The Judicial (Supreme Court).

Over the past 249 years there have modifications, changes and amendments to the Constitution. What remains unchanged is the separation between the three branches of government. The Legislative Branch writes bills and passes in the House and Senate, the Executive Branch signs into law, and the Judicial Branch insures there is no violation of the Constitution.

The Legislative Branch has been primarily a “good old boys and girls club” where arguing the merits and demerits of each piece of legislation usually leads to compromise before being passed in each chamber.

The Executive Branch holder in our lifetime has almost always come out of the Legislative Branch. This has led to everyone knowing how the “process” works and how bills are made into law. The Judicial Branch hears cases where the letter and intent of the law is measured by the Constitution.

President Ronald Reagan ascended to the office not from the Legislature, but from the governorship of California. Reagan ruffled congressional feathers but held firm to his campaign promises and to what he felt was best for America.

President Donald Trump ascended to the office from the private sector as a successful New York business tycoon. Trump ruffled congressional feathers such has never been seen before, so much that a non-medical diagnosis called “Trump Derangement Syndrome” became so prevalent across the political landscape of America that it has lasted for the past nine years.

President Joe Biden sought to “stack the court” by expanding the number of seats and filling them with political favorites to insure his policies would endure. That idea didn’t see the light of day during his term.

State legislatures have sought to redistrict counties in favor of their political persuasion, but have repeatedly been thwarted when coming before the Supreme Court, if they are based on racial biases,

Many falsely claim that the United States is a Democracy or a Constitutional-Democracy, neither of which are true. The US is a Constitutional-Republic and thus the three branches of government.

Others claim that President Trump sees himself as “King” or “Dictator” and call him an Oligarch and even “Hitler”. Those claims are untrue as well. Trump has refuted these claims, saying “I work hard for the American people because I love the United States”.

If one has ever lived or visited a nation with a Monarch or a Oligarch or even a Dictator it’s not hard to see that simply breathing discord or discontent with the government or the leader is met with swift “justice”.

Never once have I heard President Trump refer to himself as “King”. However, If Trump was King he could call a national emergency, enact Marshal Law, suspend the Constitution, the Legislature and the Judicial and use the full force of American military to curb dissention, prosecute, try, sentence and imprison or execute capital punishment on EVERYONE who dissents against him or his policies.

Elected Officials are sworn to protect and defend the Constitution and to insure the safety and welfare of the American people, not their political party stance or wishes. American voters must use good judgment BEFORE casting their votes on Election Day. Elections have consequences. – RTM
