Free Speech versus Organized Chaos

What we are seeing on a daily basis across our nation staged as “Anti-ICE Protests” at various ICE detention facilities are not protected free speech under the 1st Amendment of the US Constitution. Instead of elected officials coming out against these violent gatherings, we see governors, state and national members of congress joining in solidarity to protest leaders and others participating in violence against law enforcement officers, while ordering state and local law enforcement to stand down or not respond to calls for assistance.

Left wing media outlets mislead the public with “talking points” aimed at villanizing federal law enforcement (ICE) officers as untrained, vigilantes arresting US citizens and others without authorization and disregarding their constitutional rights. Wrong!

I hear public outcries against J6ers who attacked and injured police officers and yet stoke the fires of attacks on ICE police officers doing their official duty that calls for the arrest of ANYONE who interferes with, hinders or blocks ICE officers while in the performance of their duties serving court issued deportation orders and defending against bodily attacks.

In my opinion, it is time to arrest and prosecute elected officials who violate their sworn duty to protect the public from those who have broken US immigration law by entering this country illegally and those who commit crimes of violence while being here illegally.

Any state, city or municipality claiming to be sanctuary for criminals must be dealt with in the name of public safety in accordance with the US Constitution and individual State Constitutions.

Praying in or near abortion clinics is an act of exercising protected free speech.

Engaging Law Enforcement is NOT protected free speech. – RTM
