What can I say? Speechless would only be kind. After 10 years the $850M OPC is a glaring example of DEI raring its ugly head during the ongoing 250 celebration of American independence. To put it mildly one news commentator described the OPC as resembling an ugly cinderblock standing resolutely on its end.
Let me be clear. All the hype and glitter surrounding the opening of the OPC reminded me of the Kamala Harris presidential campaign and why if failed terribly with her still missing and unaccounted $2M.
The tradition of the Democratic Party paves the path forward over the blood, sweat and tears of democrat voters and in this case the DEI contractors and workers who are still waiting for their unpaid $33M for services rendered, while Hollywood superstars are brought in to declare the “beautifulness” of “King” Barack and his presidency.
The group photo of five ex-presidents and their spouses; noticeably missing was the current office holder, President Trump and Melania. Just like the banning of President Trump (#45) from attending the funerals of prominent politicians during his first term.
With President Trump busy saving the free world from the Iranian Islamic regime while forging ahead with the America 250 events across the nation. It had been reported that invitations had been sent but that would be like inviting a master chef to a backyard BBQ to taste a very bad rack of ribs.
The OPC boasts of a museum, the inscribed first and last pages of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) are visible on the exterior, while inside houses a public library, community and conference facilities, a fountain honoring his mother and houses the nonprofit Obama Foundation, and a basketball court (from the White House)? The grounds outside the OPC appears even be a golf course.
