Who Do You Trust?

As a general rule we Americans are a trusting lot. We give strangers the benefit of the doubt and are quick to place our complete trust and confidence in others UNTIL that trust becomes misplaced, misused or violated.

As Christians we are taught to place our trust in God alone because it is the sin nature of man that always lets us down.

It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in humans. (Psalm 118:8, NIV)

I was just a lad when Congress passed a joint resolution to add “In God We Trust” to our currency as a reminder in whom our trust lies.

A law passed in a Joint Resolution by the 84th Congress (P.L. 84-140) and approved by President Dwight Eisenhower on July 30, 1956, declared “In God We Trust” must appear on American currency. This phrase was first used on paper money in 1957, when it appeared on the one-dollar silver certificate.

In American politics we hear promises to the moon and back, where we are smooth talked into believing that our best interests are foremost on the minds of those courting our vote. By now we know when a politician is lying – their mouth is moving.

In Matthew 7:15 Jesus said ““Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.”

In 2015 when Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president he made three promises that caused me to laugh when he said he was going to “Build the Wall”, “Drain the Swamp” and “Make America Great Again”.

I was a bit skeptical to say the least.

Building the wall actually made sense because it would help control who and what crosses our border. Obama said it was necessary when he became president, as did Bush before him and do my knowledge there were only feeble attempts made, like a barbed wire fence to keep cattle from getting through, but nothing like a bonafide barrier or wall.

Draining the swamp seemed to be needed in the DC corridor where politicians did their dirty deeds and reaped the benefit of their political pork deals and Trump was a political outsider who seemed well suited to begin the process.

Make America Great Again seemed just a slogan. America has always been a heavyweight in world affairs. Our military might has been felt across the globe as we engage a number of hostile forces and rogue regimes committing human rights abuses upon their people and as the force behind the United Nations. It wasn’t until Obama that I heard such utter nonsense like “America was never great” from the mouth of the First Lady Michelle Obama. It was like a kick in the gut!

So skeptical is a word that described my feelings when I heard these political promises coming from the mouth of someone who said he wouldn’t stop until he made good on his promises that seemed impossible to keep.

At the same time I wanted to believe. America needed someone to believe in, someone to trust that could turn the nation around. It’s just that nobody in politics knew Trump, except his showmanship and grandstanding on television. They just couldn’t get behind this super-rich guy whom they felt had no political history backing him up.

My hang up was Trump’s religious background or as I figured his lack of one. So I did a Google search and found an interesting book “The Faith of Donald J. Trump” where at least I would learn what kind of faith he had since this book was written by two Christian journalists of different religious faiths and with full access to Trump. What I discovered hidden within the pages of this book forever changed my attitude about Trump and confirmed to me that this man was on a mission to bring patriotism lost to the Obama years back to America.

I began blogging about Trump in a feeble attempt to enlighten America on why I felt that Trump was the right man for the job. Americans felt Trump wasn’t suited for the job. He had all the toys a rich man could want. He had more money than we could ever dream of, so why would he chance giving it all up for the presidency? It simply boggled the mind. Christians felt his temper and vocabulary were simply not that of a Christian. From all outward appearances he was a womanizer, a hard partier and spent money like it poured from a faucet.

As Christians we tend to run to God when things aren’t going well in our lives. We treat God as our own personal genie in the great beyond. We know he’s there, but unless our relationship is kept alive we only call on him to fix something for us. Unbelievers (non-Christians) blame God when things go wrong and everything is God’s fault.

What I know is that God is in complete control and has been since before the beginning of time and space as we know it. Everything happens for a reason. Nothing is by “chance”.

In Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

I read in the book concerning prophesies spoken to and about Trump about his future presidency where he was compared to Cyrus in Isaiah 45. Also about Trump being God’s sword to the Spirit of Political Correctness that had taken hold of our nation and much of the world we live in.

Six years later I can say with absolute certainty that the root of the swamp in DC is at the Temple of Democracy, the very heart of political correct movement in our country. The fervor, anger and intensity directed at Donald Trump during and after his presidency is testament to that fact. The demagogues in the upper echelons of government consider Trump the greatest threat to democracy and have taken extraordinary steps to silence and prevent him from returning to political office. Even now they are afraid he will reenter the political fray.  

We have become a pop-tart nation wanting our right to fun loving sexual freedom, at the expense of human life and wanting them now without restriction.

The tenets of our nation – Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are no longer sacred and the god of our nation is control, money and power – WE WANT TO CONTROL OUR OWN DESTINY!

Some have questioned why the United States is omitted from the end time biblical prophesies and I agree with those who see the premature demise of this nation because collectively we have forgotten who we have placed out trust in. We no longer hold true the values of the Ten Commandments from God, nor even the Bill of Rights (1-10 Amendments) or our Constitution. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

California – Nightmare for Truckers

The news declares that ships stacking up at the international shipping ports are the culprit behind the ever deepening logistical and supply line shortage affecting goods and services at stores nationwide, like the toilet paper shortage of 2020.

President Biden says his administration is “on it” to get those ships offloaded in short order. This is the same administration that is pressing forward with mandating the jab for truckers who traditionally travel alone or in driving pairs and pose no threat of spreading the C19 virus.

Florida Governor DeSantis said bring those backlogged ships to Florida and they will easily get offloaded and distributed. What’s not being talked about is that for each container ship docked at the ports in California they would have to get to Florida which is no easy task.

In fact each container ship would have several options:

• Transit around South America and back up to the Florida coast,
• Transit the Panama Canal no longer under US control, resulting in a tremendous backlog of ships waiting to transit the canal and incurs a huge price tag to pass through the canal.
• Continue waiting in the queue for a turn at getting unloaded.
• Turn around and return to the overseas port of origin and wait to be unloaded.  

Meanwhile back in California this insight from an over the road trucker provides an entirely new take on what’s happening under Governor Newsome.

The news says the California port situation is caused by a driver shortage. It’s easy to blame it on these logistical truckers who travel millions of miles annually bringing the goods. Before we believe the news that has a track record of misinformation let us take a look at California laws affecting truckers,

California Truck Ban called AB 5:

• Bans ALL trucks 2011 and older.
• Prohibits Owner Operators (self-employed non-union drivers).
• Trucks must become electric by 2035 or become illegal.
• Trucks manufactured before 2010 that have not met the new Truck and Bus Regulation as of 2020 are automatically blocked from being registered at statewide DMVs.
• New “health-based requirements” must be met before drivers are allowed to register his or her truck through the DMV.

California is the state that blocked plastic straws, not homeless campers on city streets statewide.

California is the state that recently banned small lawnmower engines.

California is no longer a business friendly state.

As a retired military truck driver I would not recommend having my professional career cut short by idiotic PC rules, regulations, laws or mandates. I recommend relocation from California to a state where freedom, personal rights and professional opportunity abound.

It began with a manmade biological agent (virus) unleashed upon the world, leading to self-isolation, masks and social distancing, dividing the populace as essential vs non-essential, getting the jab to stop the spread to where we are currently vaxx vs unvaxx. We will never reach a point where this C19 ceases to be a threat or an item of controlling the global population with vaxx passports. There is one immediate option – JUST SAY NO! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

A Truly Divided House

During the Iraq war President George H.W. Bush used the term “Shock and Awe” to describe the effectiveness of American firepower against Saddam Hussein’s military regime that shocked his troops as they stood in awe. In fact the entire offensive herded Iraqi soldiers all the way back and into Iraq where American forces were ordered to stop. After the events of 9/11/2001 President George W. Bush issued his declarative “War on Terrorism” speech where it gave notice to the world that you were either with us or against us as America hunted down Iraq’s Saddam Hussein where he was executed on 12-30-2006. As America continued the war on terror President Barrack H. Obama conducted his worldwide apology tour before ordered the execution of Al-Qaeda mastermind Osama Bin laden in Pakistan on 5-2-2011, and pushed for regime change for Libya’s Muammar Gaddafi who was killed on 10-20-2011. As the war on terror continued in Afghanistan President Donald J. Trump ordered the complete dismantling of Al-Qaeda and execution of high level Al-Qaeda operatives and relegated the Taliban to hiding inside Pakistan. Although the nation rallied behind each of these presidential actions, the extended war on terror began to weigh heavily due to the cost and lives lost during these endless wars.

Change was about to come to America’s heartland.

Under Obama allegiance to our flag was no longer required and division came in differing forms and shapes. Public displays of loyalty to our nation were no longer encouraged or tolerated. Public displays of distrust and anger carried down from the Oval Office where criminal behavior was caused because of racist police.

Under Trump patriotism was seen as white supremacy, immigration reform was seen as racist and public demonstrations against law enforcement was seen as freedom of speech. Government ordered removal of statues, gave way to placing statues of public criminals in their place. Constant bombardment of the sitting president led to his impeachment (twice), his being banned on social media, and an orchestrated insurrection led to his supporters being imprisoned without charges for extended periods of time without bond.

Under Biden freedom is being viciously attacked and patriotism is seen as anti-American and racist. American sovereignty has been compromised by an invading army of undocumented and unvetted migrants with complete presidential immunity. Using the C19 China Virus as a Trojan horse the nation has launched unprecedented political attacks on American citizens with unfounded mandates for masking and vaccines which do little to eradicate the effects of the virus. Jobs are being forfeited, professions wasted and families are losing their freedom and their livelihood for the “common good” as this administration begins monitoring the financial assets of its citizens, under the guise of making the super-rich pay their fair share.

In Mark 3:25, Jesus states, “And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”

I venture to say that America is such a house, divided by racial ethnicity, finances, sexual persuasion, and religions preferences and basic human rights given by Almighty God as written in and protected by the US Constitution. America has been lulled into a false sense of security where danger around every corner is presented simply as fake news.

We’ve seen the Toyota pickup gun trucks all over Afghanistan and elsewhere used by Taliban and Al-Qaeda – what if we suddenly start seeing them like an invasion force snaking across this country? Multi-pronged attack forces hitting inner cities where LEOs are under attack and the feds not doing anything? People would be slow to react until it’s too late.

Just saying we’re already under assault from so many sides as it is that people are wary of another “threat” scenario. It could morph from ISIS flags to BLM or ?? and nobody would be the wiser? Would or could we be ready? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

God Created the Box

Why is it so hard for man to live as God intended? We look at life through the skewed perspective of one of God’s creation, but we think everything revolved around us. Does that come from our upbringing, our environment, (who our parents are, where we live, go to school) or where we work?

We see things in black and white where everything is either right or wrong. The trouble with that is with our interpretation of what is right and what is wrong, what is the baseline?

Religion tells us to be good to others because what you do will come back to you – Karma. You are a human in this life, but in the next you may be something lessor, like a frog.

What we see from Hollywood says we must be thinner, or muscular, or lighter, darker or something that we are not meant to be. Surely if there is a god in heaven he must have made a mistake and we spend our life living a lie. We don’t love who we are and we think God made a mistake when he created us.

We are so caught up living inside the box we have created for ourselves, like actors on a stage. We must look a certain way, live a certain way and act a certain way to stay within the norm of our “box” life.

Biblical teaching says to love one another as God loves us. We are to love others as we love ourselves. We are to love God and when within our power to live peaceably with others.

Man has this unique way, maybe it’s more of an insecure way of looking at God. We think that God surely should have done things differently. If he is real, he wouldn’t let people do what they do to other people. But then whether through ignorance or arrogance we collectively stand up for the right to choose death to others and that’s okay.

God told us not to kill, covet, worship other gods, and disobey our parents, steal or gossip. He wrote them in stone and we have passed it down from generation to generation, and we choose to ignore his commandments. Even though he said it would prolong our life.

We think we are indestructible. We search for the secret to the fountain of youth. We use plastic surgery, skin creams and lotions to slow the aging process. We blame everything on climate change, when we as humans may be the biggest part of that change.

There are many who put God in a box, like a genie in a bottle or an insurance policy – just in case of emergency. We forget one teeny weeny little thing – God is not man that he should lie, and God created the box in which we live. God is always accessible on “Faithtime” – try him!

We could never create a box large enough or strong enough to contain God, Creator of Life! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Get Back to Patriotism without Politics

I remember the good old days when Americans were flag waving, red white and blue loving patriotic lovers of our great country without the political correctness and politics dividing our nation today. Kids said the pledge of allegiance at school, sang the Star Spangled Banner and could go outside and play all day without fear. Small town America had carnivals, county and state fairs with cotton candy, rides, farm animals and rodeos. Everybody decked out in cowboy boots, Levi’s, flannel shirts, cowboy hats and big wide belt buckles. Sunday’s were the days to worship God, listen to bible stories and sing about Jesus. Neighborhood dogs would wander at will or sleep on the porch and nobody locked their doors at night and those were the good old days.

Where did it all go? Are we not the same people? Do we not have the same dreams?

American’s are God fearing, fun loving, bible thumping, gun toting, watermelon tasting, corn on the cob and mom’s apple pie eating, cool aid drinking, horse shoe throwing people who jump at helping neighbors in distress. Americans are neighborly, kind people who would give the shirt off their back without wanting anything in return.

What was the turning point that changed America?

Was it the war in Vietnam, Iraq or the events of 9/11/2001?

When did America sell its soul to the devil?  

Is it too late to bring back the nation that I loved?

Have we gone from “All for One” to a “Free for All” mentality?

Does it really matter the color of one’s skin or where our families have come from?

America was founded on the backs of migrants who came to this land for a better life for raising their families. Americans have always overcome the barriers and obstacles in their paths. Americans have risen to the task of one people, one purpose when the chips are down and when it really matters. Americans have taught our children the heritage of our family lineage and how we got to the land of the free, the home of the brave. We have stressed the sky is the limit and the only one who can prevent you from moving ahead is you.

Believe it or not, but America was NOT founded on political parties. In fact the parties of today are vastly different than those which they were founded on. The political left and political right are intended to divide the nation, like two wings on a chicken.

How high can a chicken fly?

We are at a point in our nation’s history where its present course is unsustainable. Our Legislative Branch is so divided and fueled by its love for power and control of other people’s money and every battle is one of wits. Our Executive Branch is become an extension of the Legislative Branch, no longer bound by the separation of powers. Much of what happens in the Judicial Branch is weighted by political leanings rather than in the Constitution.

America must come together once again as one people and curtail the abuses predicated on the people by a rudderless federal government. After 240+ years we are once again faced with taxation without representation as legislators have decided to place foreigners ahead of American citizens. We must get off our high horse, humble ourselves before Almighty God and ask for divine guidance and deliverance before it’s too late.

We must ask God to Bless America once again. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Entertainer

Life can be filled with challenges and sometimes we are faced with the unexpected or the most unlikely. It politics it is mostly the same old same ole with a different wrapper. It can be like watching your favorite television show and finding out your favorite star has been replaced by someone who just doesn’t fit the bill.

I used to watch “The West Wing” where President Josiah “Jed” Bartlet played by Martin Sheen was a most likeable president yet made some the best policy decisions ever made by a republican president – BUT he was a democrat. The acting was top notch and the script was pretty good. What I liked was how we got an inside look at the 1999 White House. Of the many shows and productions I felt that Martin Sheen did a pretty good job, although I liked his acting I couldn’t stand his personal politics and that used to give me all kinds of fits.  

Fast forward to June 16, 2015 when Donald Trump accompanied by his wife Melania ascended the escalator at Trump Tower to announce he was running for president. Up until that moment in time there was no trump mania, nobody outside of New York’s social circles knew or cared about him. If they dealt with him on a professional basis that had a healthy respect him or were out looking for a new line of work. Like many I had no feelings one way or the other, thinking it was just a political stunt to get people to tune in to The Apprentice so he could say “You’re fired!”

His flashy hairdo, debonair business attire, flashy toys, and his fabulous women did not fit the bill of anyone wanting to be presidential, or so I thought. During the GOP debates it wasn’t until the second one when we saw that aggressive “grab them by the throat” attack style that I was completely turned off to his style and at this point I knew absolutely nothing about him.

It was the debates between him and Hillary that were the most revealing. She had preview to the questions and acceptable answers and he did not. Her answers were prepared and his were off the cuff, more his style. What he lacked in prepared or scripted answers he made up by a seemingly unending supply of one liners or pet names that usually stuck while causing anger from the other side. His crooked Hillary was a good one. On the other hand she lashed out in frustration at Trump supporters by calling us a Basket of Deplorables. She had to reach deep inside to get that one. Trump’s popularity grew tremendously and by Election Day it was obvious that he had won.

What happened after Election Day is what surprised everyone. Hillary’s army of supporters went into a severe fit of depression. Everything about Trump depressed them even more and they used a diaper pin as their shield of protection. After that came the torrent of anger at losing to someone who wasn’t even a politician.

By the time of the Inauguration anger had morphed into a full blown rage and the tweets by the president-elect were causing mini-fits out of elected officials of both parties. Those who had their feelings hurt, or were sore at being picked on by Trump.

I don’t know what people expected? Trump was obviously no saint, nor was he a politician and with no military experience outside of military school how was he to become the nation’s Commander in Chief. More importantly he just wasn’t presidential and that is a must for a president, right?

As the media began their vendetta against Trump, his only weapon seemed to be his social media tweets on Twitter. It was during this time I decided to get on Twitter so I could see with my own eyes what he was tweeting, without some go-between telling me this is what the president meant.

The attacks on Trump became progressively more and more deadly. There were threats on his person, his presidency, his supporters and these were from elected officials – Members of Congress. They drummed up false charges, threatened impeachment continually and accused his campaign of conspiring with Russia to hurt Hillary’s run.

What the leftists do not know, nor understand is that we didn’t vote for Trump because of his good looks, his dapper attire or his vocabulary. We voted for Trump because he promised to build the wall, drain the swamp and make America great again. Initially we didn’t know there was a swamp, or a deep state, but we found out it’s much more of a tangled web that even the internet.

Trump began coming through with his promises. He said what he meant and meant what he said. He pulled no punches and of course his vocabulary would never cut it in church. Trump said a number of times he was a Christian, but nobody believed him because…..well maybe nobody else was either.

I find it interesting that God uses people that we mere humans overlook or consider insignificant or not likely up to the task. We look at the outside or what flows from their mouths and decide we like or don’t like them and that’s it. God looks at the heart and does things for HIS glory and according to his plan.

Long story short, God sent Trump in answer to our prayers as Christians. Collectively we rejected Trump. God used him to expose the extent of the swamp so we would see how corrupt our politics have become. We’re 10 months into what I call the post-Trump era and we see how fast a slide it is in this race to the bottom of the barrel.

At one time Trump is quoted to say that publicity is publicity, good or bad and if he doesn’t have to pay for it – he’ll take it. Right now people are asking is Trump running in 2024 and although he has hinted, he hasn’t committed himself. I think that is smart because having Trump as a motivator, indorsing likeminded political hopefuls and those seeking re-election is much more of a threat to liberal politicians with the chance that Trump will not run, than if he came right out and said it.

These liberal politicians will continue to dig their own graves as quickly as possible and at the expense of American voters, just in case Trump runs and wins and they can no longer get their way in Congress. They are so cocky about having gotten away with the greatest scam on America (the stolen election of 2020) and have no clue that the graves they dig are for themselves. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Airplane at Julia Davis Park

In 1960 when dad injured his leg on the farm in Wilder, Idaho he was transported to the VA hospital in Boise. After his operation to remove the knee and fuse the leg he would remain in Boise for rehabilitation. We traded out farm for a house on Lindsey Lane on Boise’s south side so we would be close enough to visit dad regularly (but that’s a different story).

One Christmas we all got bicycles, and all were the same color. Mom and dad spent hours trying to assemble them on Christmas Eve and somewhere I have a picture of us standing with our bikes. There are many stories I could tell about us scrounging for beer and pop bottles we could recycle for a nickel each, but this is not one of those stories.

When we were not in school we’d find ourselves riding all around Boise. One place I liked to go was Julia Davis Park. There was a small zoo, a locomotive and at one point an airplane on display. Over the years I’d forgotten about the plane and every so often I’d wonder what kind it was, where it was now and what happened to it. A few years back I wrote to the Boise Parks Department, but got little to no information.

A few days ago I started wondering about that plane again. I thought it was a WWII B25 Mitchell bomber and I remembered riding to the park and shinnying up the pedestal and finding a way into the plane where I’d sit for maybe an hour or less, then climb down and take off riding my bike.

I began actively searching for information. I contacted a B25 group online and asked if they had any info of any B25s on static display in Boise? They had nothing in their research about any such plane. Then I got a reply from the Boise Parks Department about a plane in 1961 being donated to the park. There seemed to be a bit of controversy over it being a B26 or an A26. I was vandalized, removed and scrapped in 1972.

My research wasn’t over yet. I did something called a Google search and found this Warbird Registry website http://www.warbirdregistry.org/a26registry/a26-4322606.html which contained a photograph by Lee Hartman of the plane at the park in 1964. It was indeed an A-26C Invader (GB-26C) Serial # 43-22606 Production # 18753 used in WWII by the Army Air Force.

I finally felt vindicated. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Still a Soldier

In the years after the Korean War while I was but a small child I was drawn to the life of a soldier. I watched “Combat!” starring Vic Morrow (1962 – 1967) and “PT 109” starring Cliff Robertson (1963). As a kid I was known to ride my bike throughout the downtown Boise area frequenting thrift shops before heading over to the A-26 Douglas Invader then on display at Julia Davis Park. I became a member of Civil Air Patrol in high school (64-66) and for Christmas 1966 mom gave me the book “Green Berets” which sits on my book case today.

My turning point came after graduating high school in 1967. I went with a friend to see the army recruiter. Since I loved to drive and I signed up for one of the army’s truck driving courses. America was fully caught up in the war in Vietnam and it must have been a real shock for my family when I enlisted in the army on 13 September 1967 and I ended up in Southeast Asia.

My career lasted 22 years and covered various assignments around the world until I retired on 31 December 1990. I don’t take my service time lightly and have been retired now for almost 30 years.

I still watch war movies where I look for authenticity. Except for movies like Stripes & GI Jane that may be humorous to watch they bear no resemblance to what our men and women train and do everyday

Unless you’ve taken the oath, worn the uniform of the United States military, you can’t fully begin to understand. There is no expiration date on the oath to “Protect and Defend the Constitution” and in spite of what others may tell you there is no “X” in veteran.

The Ultimate Success of Democratic Party Politics

I’ve been grasping at straws (sorry Californians) to understand how politicians think and I’ve come to the conclusion that can be summarized by this statement attributed to President Dwight D. Eisenhower from his March 6, 1956 speech:

“If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.”

What we’ve been experiencing as a society began during the presidency of John F. Kennedy who succeeded Eisenhower in 1961 and said “ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what can you do for your country” as he battled the deep state within his own administration because they felt he wasn’t presidential or politically experienced his battle culminated in his assassination in 1963.

The presidency was handed over to Lyndon B. Johnson and then Democratic Party politics took a sharp turn to the extreme left which has increased exponentially over time with the endless wars from Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan. We are constantly bombarded by political “bomb shells” in the form of breaking news where presidents have either been driven out of office or hunkered down weathering out the political storm until it is safe to surface.

It is my belief that a real coup began in earnest with the presidency of Donald Trump. Using every political and tactical trick in the book, and authoring new books on the subject of insurrection using hostile takeover tactics of major corporations to insure that he would or could not be re-elected Democratic Party Politics was the realization of Eisenhower’s “conspiracy to seize power” speech.

We’ve seen firsthand what happens after power changes into the hands of the unprepared. We have hastily and ill thought out decisions being made with disastrous consequences. Pushing panic pandemic responses to what would otherwise be normal activities and business decisions, the tyrannical mandates forcing people to choose sides over the fear of the unknown pits family member against family member, friend against friend and tears at the fabric of America.

We see politicians who are law makers become law breakers because maybe they don’t know how to unmake or remake a law with errors? Is it easier to push aside the Constitution and it’s precepts for the sake of convenience, political or financial gain? Is the death of a nation(s) simply the cost of doing business? Have we not learned that ignorance is no excuse when it comes to the laws of our land?

Every citizen of this great land is essential for its continued development. Every immigrant coming to this country brings hope for a new beginning. But every invader coming with ulterior or deviant motives by their very nature are not wanted, nor to be accepted here.

Yes America is the land of opportunity, but that goes both ways as greedy politicians seeking to maintain their political control and power forget they are an elected official representing their constituency, their state and the nation as a whole. If their purpose is less than honorable, so are they!

Stand up America! The very lifeblood of our nation depends upon you taking a stand for Freedom! Otherwise you will or have fallen for anything! – I am The Real Truckmaster!

Why Didn’t Trump Just Declare Martial Law?

It boggles my mind how the democratic mind operates without thinking. Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and others have gone on and on for the past 5 years about how President Trump was unfit to be president, had no political experience and was responsible for dividing the nation. From day one the threat of Impeachment was held over his head as they sought the “perfect” time to spring their diabolical plan. A plan so “perfect” they used it twice during his presidency, giving Trump the distinction of having been the only president to be impeached twice.

Some accused Trump of being a racist, who hated immigrants and was only interested in himself. Some veterans said Trump would never have made it in the military. Others said Trump had no honor and listened to nobody because he thought he was smarter than the generals.

One of their biggest gripes was that Trump golfed too much (he even had a putting green in the White House).

For those doubting Thomas’ I say you just don’t know jack spit about Trump.

After the events of January 6^th we were told that Trump incited an insurrection to prevent the confirmation of Joe Biden as president-elect. He riled up his MAGA crowd and they rushed down to the Capital Building in masse with the goal of getting to and causing harm to the members of Congress and the Vice President.

For those who believed that story I ask why would anyone “storm” the Capital Building when the 45 minute walk would have drained the fire out of even the angriest of protestors and to do so without weapons or a clear intent to harm anyone? Why was the only person killed USAF veteran Ashli Babbitt who’s only “crime” was climbing through a broken window without so much as a walking stick? Why was the police officer who killed her hailed as a hero by Congressional Democrats, but remained unnamed for 8 months afterwards and no charges were filed against him?

If President Trump wanted to stop the certification of Electoral College votes on January 6^th, why didn’t he just proclaim Martial Law, and then instruct the 82^nd Airborne Division to “secure” the Nation’s Capital and then charge Congressional Democrats, certain Cabinet Officials, select DNI and DOJ agencies with the insurrection that began on January 20, 2017?

Martial law involves the temporary substitution of military authority for civilian rule and is usually invoked in time of war, rebellion, or natural disaster. When martial law is in effect, the military commander of an area or country has unlimited authority to make and enforce laws.

Martial Law would have given President Trump an opportunity to dissolve Congress, suspend the Constitution and place a continuation of his presidency while he established a military tribunal to try the accused conspirators, rendered verdicts and implementation of sentences of execution on the guilty parties.

So why didn’t he?

In as much as he was mistreated by Congress, in the press and on social media Trump would have had every right to defend his good name and reputation, that of his family and of his family business.

Failing to do that, why has Trump continued to say the General Election of 2020 was rigged? Why hasn’t he given up, settled down in Mar Largo and spent his remaining days on the golf course?

Like I said earlier, you don’t know jack about Trump.

From his younger days he liked to fight, not just to cause trouble but to defend the underdog. It was his feisty demeanor that led his dad Fred Trump to send him away to Military School where he spent 5 years learning, playing baseball, boxing and learning discipline.

In business Trump fought to further his business ideas and ventures in order to make money. However Trump was known to stop his car in downtown New York City where he got out held a mugger at bay until police arrived, and then got back in his car and leave.

Trump has business dealings around the world and even married an immigrant (Melania Trump) who was our First Lady for 4 years and was never in the headlines or placed on the cover of national magazines because her last name was Trump.

As president it was Trump who permanently funded HBCUs and began a second chance program for minority prisoners who were convicted of minor crimes, by giving them a second chance at a normal life after prison.

Now why didn’t Trump declare Martial Law or make an Executive Order to force something to happen on the election fraud charges? Why is he still adamant about the results of the election? Why doesn’t he just quit?

You just don’t know Trump.

In order to fix a problem so great as election fraud it takes a great deal of time to gather enough facts to secure a conviction in a court of law. There should have been a full audit of the more than 3000 counties throughout the country – all election machines, ballots, paper ballots, electronic ballots, documents, registers, databases and everything associated with the voting process. If done properly there would have been 50 state audits with results for 50 state Attorney General’s, with recommendations to certify or decertify the 2020 election results in each state. Instead there were hundreds of legal actions begun to prevent or hinder statewide audits. Identification of problem areas must be complete and completed prior to actually fixing problems and that means step by step actions.

What we are going through in this country is precisely why those steps are important. Wrong doing must be flushed out and wrong doers must be held accountable and punished.

Unfortunately that takes time and the losses that America is encountering may in fact be irreversible.

One thing I know and have learned about Donald Trump, his love of this country and his unwavering fighting spirit is greater than that of the 535 members of Congress who have spent much of the past 5 years attempting to pin shame on President Donald Trump.

They have maligned the vast majority of America without success. Their resorting to badgering and bullying America from the podium will only succeed in driving businesses away.

My only hope is that once we get past this C19 craze, America will come back stronger and without the death grip of the Democratic Party. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
