Let’s Get This Freedom Party Started

The political two party systems in America have failed us. We are a long way from the original Republican and Democratic parties of our founding fathers, or their successors who postured for political gain. Oh that we could go back to the days of George Washington the first president who did not belong to a political party!

I’m also not a big fan of Wikipedia because it can be manipulated easily by just about anyone however I want to examine American presidents and their political party affiliations to get a picture of how we got here from there?

As you can see by this listing of Presidents, their term and political party affiliation our party system has been evolving for well over 240 years. When you look at them what do you know or remember of their accomplishments? Does anything really stand out? Since its inception our nation has been in a constant state of war to the point that we hardly flinch or pay attention unless we are directly affected.

During my military service I was not overly concerned with political parties but when I voted it was as a Republican. After leaving military service I didn’t see any real benefit for being a Republican after Reagan left office. What I began seeing was a lethargic Republican Party not really doing what they said they would do. I began to feel disenfranchised but would not bend to the other side. I considered registering as unaffiliated up until the 2016 election when Donald Trump ran and won the presidency.

What I saw in Trump was a resurgence of pride in America which he brought back into the Republican Party by the sheer force of his personality yet throughout the past 4 years I have seen a number of Republicans being outed as Rhino’s (Republicans in name only) or showing outright resistance to Trump as a threat to their continued existence in political office openly shared by both Republican and Democratic Party members. Rather than getting on board in an effort to make America great again they focused the bulk of their time resisting and subverting or sabotaging Trump’s and by default their own agenda. One of the early critics of Donald Trump was and independent member of Congress named Rand Paul who got behind the president for the good of America, though he had opposed the manner and initially Trump’s agenda.

At the time of this writing the US has endured one of the most contested presidential elections in our lifetime and in American history. It is a pivotal time for the nation and a time to take an introspective look at our nation’s political future. I see political corruption in both major political parties that simply cannot be swept under the rug any longer. There must be major political reforms for the continued existence of our nation. What I propose is the formation of a new political party that American patriots can get behind.

May I suggest the formation of the Freedom Party where patriots to fully support and defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies both foreign and domestic taking the best qualities of both Democrats and Republicans without the political squabbles or built in hierarchy of either party. I have no idea how to take this idea into fruition and formally form this new political party, but I’m sure there is someone who will know how to get it done. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

My Take on “Dominion-izing the Vote”

On November 21^st, 2020 OAN journalist Chanel Rion’s Investigative Report “Dominion-izing the Vote” aired on that cable news station. I recorded the program so I could examine the report and develop my own conclusion as to where Dominion Voting Systems equipment and/or software could be manipulated to “rig” the presidential election. What I learned was astounding.

I received my Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems Programming and Internet Development in 1999 and have been creating webpages using basic HTML code and using Microsoft products that make it extremely easy. I have also created C++ and the primitive Turbo Pascal code. Although I am far from an expert it was easy for me to see how easy it would be for someone to sabotage Dominion products and turn the election in any desired direction.

Think of it this way if you wrote a story, printed and passed it around to all your family and friends they would all be able to read it the same way. And if it came off the printer with an ink splot on a word or two they would have to determine what the intended word was? Some might call you, others wouldn’t and still others would simply insert what they thought the word was supposed to be, but they would all blame you for the error.

I read a statement from Dominion’s president saying it is virtually impossible for their machines to change any votes. Technically he is telling the truth – sort of. Dominion’s equipment are basically a unique computerized machine that uses specialized software and interfaces with other equipment and Windows based laptops to process, tabulate and store voting data for a precinct, county, state or nation where they are used.

Currently Dominion is being used in at least 24 states, many of the 3,141 counties in the US and 34 foreign countries around the globe since its creation in 2010 (or thereabouts) in Canada. Yes Dominion is a Canadian company with a US headquarters in Denver, Colorado and one thing I didn’t know was that in 2019 Dominion gave a Chinese bank ALL of their patents for “collateral”. There are 8 Election Machine Manufacturers certified by the US and of the top three it appears that Dominion may have an interest in two, if not all three. Now back to the investigative report.

According to software analyst Ron Watkins it is extremely easy for a hacker or an administrator to access Dominion’s equipment and using key commands built into the system make major and catastrophic changes to tabulated votes. One way he mentioned was someone breaking into a ballot storage warehouse steal a laptop and a “key” and then be able to go to work. It seems that someone did exactly that and one county with very profound numbers is one being contested by the Trump Campaign’s legal team.

So in answer to the Dominion president’s denial no the machine cannot change votes, however a software programmer, an election official, a supervisor or ordinary ballot counting worker can make significant changes to voter tabulations.

Ballots with discrepancies, marks or errors are kicked out of the system, examined and counted by hand or simply cast aside. Programming errors such as an incorrect character in a word can change vote outcome. An easy way is to misspell the word RepubIican on the ballot so that when the machine catches the error that vote is kicked out of the system. What about ballots pre-printed with a “shaded in” oval for a single candidate as opposed to an “outlined” oval?

As you can see from the examples mentioned above there are more ways to “rig” an election than you may have thought. It was noted that certain county ballot processing was halted without reason for a significant amount of time and selective party ballot watchers were asked to leave.

It was seen that on the early morning of November 4^th 2020 in at least one county an unknown number of ballots in boxes and satchels were received for processing, well past the cutoff date and time and between 2 – 3:30 AM a significant shift in voter tabulations occurred.

It was noted that election officials in Democratic led states where Dominion was being used chose to count ALL ballots received, with or without verifiable signatures leading to a significant amount of illegal ballots being counted for the Democratic candidate.

The implications of misconduct to outright willful ignorance of US voting laws by Dominion and US Election officials is too strong to be ignored. A federal law enforcement task force should be assembled and launched immediately to conduct an audit of EVERY STATE election commission, warehouses and electronic voting equipment to determine the extent of corruption in US elections as states are going through the ballot certification process in preparation for the casting of Electoral College votes on December 12^th, 2020.

As an aside, the implications of both Canada and China being guilty of election interference in the 2020 election. It is clear as Dominion is a foreign company in Canada and China holds the patents of Dominion voting machines and software. I don’t expect you to agree to my assessment. Do your own due diligence, watch the investigative report and ascertain for yourself whether election interference was not only possible, but extremely probable.

Elections in the United States are arguably the most important part of our Constitutional-Republic as our democratically elected officials at every level are essential for a better America.

Like a Thief in the Night – Dems and Dominion

The night was young and at 8PM on November 3^rd, 2020 The Electoral College vote tabulations were in with 410 projected for Trump and 128 projected for Biden. America had spoken and its voice was clear 4 more years for the big guy.

Republicans expected nothing less after the outpouring of support during Trump campaign rallies that vastly exceeded those of 2016 while Biden rallies (those outside of his Delaware basement) drew dismally weak crowds, if at all. Even when the Obamas went on the campaign trail they drew minimal crowd support.

This was the popular vote phase of the presidential election. As a new dawn as America awoke and the initial projections were in as of 4:47AM:

Huge difference from 410 projected for Trump and 128 projected for Biden a total of 538 EC votes.

So what happened? Are we to believe that somewhere between 2am – 3:30am something catastrophic occurred that handed those projected Trump votes to Biden – really? Isn’t it odd that there are coincidentally so many 49.4% votes for Biden and one 49.4 vote for Trump (tied Biden in Georgia)? Is that statistically possible or probable for that matter?

What happened was a Democratic principle applied to Dominion voting systems (voting equipment and software) that is used in several states and counties across the country – padding the deck or stacking the odds or as we call it – Cheating.

It has been proven that Dominion software can be manipulated to guarantee a specific outcome. In computer parlance it is known as “garbage in – garbage out” and a simple spelling “error” coded into the software program will prevent a candidate from receiving a single vote.

Take the world Republican when a ballot is being tabulated by a Dominion machine it looks for matches and anything that doesn’t match doesn’t get a vote recognized. Here is one way that Dominion software didn’t match Republican candidates. The word Republican was spelled – RepubIican (spell check found it, did you?) Instead of using the letter l the Dominion software programmer used a capital I (upper case i). Put the words together it’s almost impossible for a human eye to catch. Republican vs RepubIican. Had the Dominion software programmer spelled DemocratIc (uppercase i) it would have stood out, remove the ic to form Democrat and there is no way to mask an incorrect character or letter. That is just one way Dominion software was used fraudulently in the 2020 election (if not others).

I think we’ve probably missed other ways that MAY HAVE BEEN used. What about the software for printing ballots. Understand that every state and every county has different items being voted on. Besides the president and vice president there are representatives and senators up for reelection; judges; county officials; amendments and ballot initiatives specific to each county.

I haven’t looked close enough at an absentee ballot but I surmise that each ballot must contain a control identification number, county and state identifier, voter registration information, date of printing, date of mailing out and when it is returned to the polling place and run through a voting machine a date and time record of it being scanned into the system where the votes are counted and tabulated.

What happens if a batch or box of ballots shows up late to a ballot counting facility and appears a bit odd (no user handling scuffmarks)? Closer examination shows a single vote for the same candidate and nothing else marked on the ballot, with or without signature verification. What if the ballot appears to have the candidate marking “coded in” on the ballot form?

Upon receipt ballots should be verified (signature and marked correctly). Those ballots failing to meet the legal criteria should be separated, stored and counted separately. Those ballots passing the initial verification should be stored and counted separately from those failing verification.

From what I’ve gleaned through various reports indicate that voting machine operators use individual flash drives during their shift. At the time operator change so do their flash drives. What happens to the flash drive which has a record of ballots processed? Are they logged in and stored securely to maintain chain of custody? What happens to individual ballots after processing? Are they stored securely to maintain chain of custody?

There have been allegations of misconduct at supervisory level, within ballot counting facilities and at various postal collection points. There are also reports of mishandling of ballots coming into facilities well after the deadline, between 12 am and 2 am or even the following day or two. Other reports of ballot watchers being asked to leave or removed from counting areas. This is in violation of election laws requiring ballot counters from both major political parties to be present to monitor the counting process.

In the days after Election Day it appears that Democrats decided the election is over and along with the media declared Joe Biden the winner – we won, you lost – case closed.

Well not so fast you basement dwellers (I’m writing this from my basement so don’t think I don’t know what you’re doing). The election has what I will refer to as due process that must be allowed to complete before declaring anything.

Anyway the media came out and crowned Biden king for a day and gave him the title of “President-elect” and without delay that huge blue sign sprang up behind him saying “Office of the President-elect” as he called for President Trump to abdicate his office and immediately concede the election so the Biden transition team can gear up and get to work “building back better”. Biden and his team have begun acting as if he has already been sworn in.

I hate to burst your bubble but number one – Trump is still President #45 and until he leaves office there will never be #46. Secondly Biden is not president-elect because the popular vote was simply phase one of the election process. The votes must be verified, counted and certified by each state and forwarded to the federal election officials. In the meantime the legal challenges of a contested election must run through it’s due process phase and be settled before the Electoral College votes for a president and vice-president. The popular vote determines who the Electoral College electors will vote for on December 12^th, 2020. Each state electors must vote, have it verified and certified and transmitted to Congress. Once the EC votes are received by Congress they must be verified, counted and then announced by the President Pro Temp of the Senate, then and only then will there be a president-elect. That must be done before Inauguration Day (January 20^th, 2021).

I have read many reports, posts and blogs where writers say that Trump broke Dominion’s algorithm because of their absolute hatred, I disagree. The level of underhandedness during this election cycle is appalling and leads back to previous elections where Dominion equipment and software have been used and I wonder how many of those races were decided by a Dominion programmer who thought he was smarter than everybody else?

It’s no coincidence that Dominion is the name of the company that the Democrats rely on to insure they have their desired outcome. When Lucifer was cast out of heaven, he was sent to earth and given dominion over it. Hence when Eric Coomer created the Dominion voting software he was following the pattern of his spiritual father – Satan.

We are told in scripture our battle is not physical, but spiritual. The best way we can fight this battle is on our knees in prayer. So not only was the algorithm broken but the entire fraudulent process has been exposed by what I call a “God thing”. By that I mean that where man can create a mess like we are experiencing with elections, God saw it coming and answered the prayers of many by sending Donald Trump, who when faced with a storm, didn’t try to duck around it, but met it head on knowing that God is in control.

God broke the algorithm and only he can calm the storm. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The CIA – America’s Frankenstein

On September 18, 1947 the Office of Strategic Services formally became the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

I don’t know what causes me more concern, what we know or think we know about the CIA or the fact that Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) is the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee with oversight of the United States Intelligence Community (IC)?

From what I’ve seen over the past 4 years coming out of the House of Representatives concerning the infamous Russia Hoax, the trumped up Impeachment of President Trump and the continued resistance to US Foreign Policy as determined by the president leads me to believe that where there is smoke, there is fire. I have seen power given to the Congress of the United States by “We the People” concentrated into the hands of one now very powerful man – Adam Schiff, weaponized and with a purpose.

The CIA

According to limited information on Wikipedia the CIA is unlike the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which is a domestic security service, the CIA has no law enforcement function and is officially mainly focused on overseas intelligence gathering, with only limited domestic intelligence collection and is primarily focused on providing intelligence for the President and Cabinet of the United States.

Despite transferring some of its powers to the DNI, the CIA has grown in size as a result of the September 11 attacks.

When newly appointed Director of National Intelligence Michael Flynn assumed office on day one and announced to agency personnel that major changes were going to occur, it became clear that he was a threat and an FBI “entrapment sting” was put in motion to take him down. How was this allowed to happen to a Trump Administration cabinet official unless it was a coordinated effort?

The CIA serves as the national manager for coordination of HUMINT activities across the U.S. intelligence community. It is the only agency authorized by law to carry out and oversee covert action at the behest of the President.[6][7][8][9] It exerts foreign political influence through its tactical divisions, such as the Special Activities Center.[10] The CIA was also instrumental in establishing intelligence services in several U.S. allied countries, such as Germany’s BND. It has also provided support to many foreign political groups and governments, including planning, coordinating, training on torture, technical support, and was involved in several regime changes, terrorist attacks and planned assassinations of foreign leaders.[11][3]

The CIA has increasingly expanded its role, including covert paramilitary operations.[3] One of its largest divisions, the Information Operations Center (IOC), has officially shifted focus from counter-terrorism to offensive cyber-operations.[13]

The agency has been the subject of many controversies, including human rights violations, domestic wiretapping and propaganda, and allegations of drug trafficking. It has also appeared in works of fiction, including books, films and video games.

During the Presidential Election of 2012 in Florida the use of a SIGNET tool called HAMMER brought a new anomaly into the election process. HAMMER is a CIA program used to monitor foreign elections and aid in “controlling” the vote insure regime change to a US friendly candidate. Under Obama the CIA inserted another SIGNET program from the NSA called SCORECARD which would change voting stream at a certain point in the tabulation process insuring a democratic win.

The Directorate of Digital Innovation (DDI) focuses on accelerating innovation across the Agency’s mission activities. It is the Agency’s newest directorate. The Langley, Virginia-based office’s mission is to streamline and integrate digital and cybersecurity capabilities into the CIA’s espionage, counterintelligence, all-source analysis, open-source intelligence collection and covert action operations.[26] It provides operations personnel with tools and techniques to use in cyber operations. It works with information technology infrastructure and practices cyber tradecraft.[27] This means retrofitting the CIA for cyberwarfare. DDI officers help accelerate the integration of innovative methods and tools to enhance the CIA’s cyber and digital capabilities on a global scale and ultimately help safeguard the United States. They also apply technical expertise to exploit clandestine and publicly available information (also known as open source data) using specialized methodologies and digital tools to plan, initiate and support the technical and human-based operations of the CIA.[28] Before the establishment of the new digital directorate, offensive cyber operations were undertaken by the CIA’s Information Operations Center.[29] Little is known about how the office specifically functions or if it deploys offensive cyber capabilities.[26]

The directorate had been covertly operating since approximately March 2015 but formally began operations on October 1, 2015.[30] According to classified budget documents, the CIA’s computer network operations budget for fiscal year 2013 was $685.4 million. The NSA’s budget was roughly $1 billion at the time.[31]

Rep. The introduction of these SIGNET programs inserted into electronic election devices is designed to insure the tabulated outcome of elections was favorable to the side using the program. During the Presidential Election of 2016 the Obama CIA attempted to use SCORECARD again to insure a Democratic win for Hillary Clinton, but somehow SCORECARD failed to initiate. During the Presidential Election of 2020 it is clear that SCORECARD coding was introduced to the tabulating process on the night of November 3^rd by a high ranking individual in Dominion Voting Systems.

I conducted a search of Dominion’s official website and there was no reference to the Dominion official who admitted to making sure that President Trump didn’t win the election. This Dominion official is credited with creating and holding the patent on the Dominion software and is a company stockholder. I wonder if there was not active collaboration between the DNI, CIA and other yet to be seen agencies with the Dominion programmer to rig the outcome of the 2020 election.

American’s have had a lasting fantasy of life inside the CIA, with movies and documentaries giving just a glimpse into the spy world and its possibilities. We glamorize the taking down of foreign leaders and military dictators through the use of covert operations, yet when we find the focus has turned within United States elections we are suddenly faced with a reality check – the fate of US elections are the same as in other third world countries. Defending Election Integrity

In the land of the free and home of the brave the 3,141 “banks” of American elections has been under attack like thieves making unauthorized withdrawals from a local bank. It has been reported that the presidential election of 2012 is where President Obama was successfully reelected. Inserting CIA tools designed for international surveillance of foreign operatives through a SIGNET program called SCORECARD and coupled with a newly developed CIA program called HAMMER the election trickery went undetected.

After a series of coarse corrections or call fine tuning, the election of 2016 was set to be a repeat of 2012. It would have been successful except for the discovery of those CIA tools being used in US elections in conjunction with Dominion Voting Systems electronic voting machines and software. For some undisclosed reason those CIA programs failed to activate.

The election of 2020 is pivotal in perpetuating massive election fraud on America. Many Americans do not understand how the voting system in America was designed to function. Taking advantage of that educational shortfall was an easy task by Dr Eric Coomer, PhD creator of Dominion Voting Systems with electronic coding that could be modified to activate at a certain point in the voting process and begin switching millions of votes without being detected, thereby overcoming the “problem” encountered in 2016.

Like a bank job using insider help it was essential to enlist key election officials in each of the 29 states where Dominion is being used, as well as every county where Dominion software is being used on any of the eight certified electronic voting machine manufacturers have contracted in each of the 50 states.

When American’s went to sleep the night of November 3^rd, the tabulations showed Joe Biden projected to have 128 Electoral College votes and President Trump projected to have 410 Electoral College votes.

When American’s awoke the morning of November 4^th, the tabulations being shown were almost the complete opposite after millions of votes had been switched with the media calling the election for president-elect Joe Biden and also called for President Trump to concede.

As provided for under the Constitution a contested election can result in a candidate calling for an investigation and a recount of ballots where irregularities have surfaced. President Trump called for a recount in several states where he had been projected to win, but suddenly had turned blue and where poll watchers and or ballot counting watchers were prevented from monitoring the actual counts. Then whistleblowers began submitting affidavits of supervisory misconduct in relation to handling ballots. These accusations of election and voter fraud make the entire voting process for 2020 suspect and have produced a host of court challenges by the Trump campaign legal team.

Under the Constitution there are statutory dates various stages of the election must adhere to in order to maintain a fair and legal election. In some state and/or counties those dates were ignored or changed by election officials or by various court judges citing COVID necessitated the changes which were illegal as they had not been made by state legislators prior to an upcoming election.

To understand the election process, one has to know that the popular vote must be certified by each county election officials and sent to state election officials in order to determine how the state’s Electors will vote as part of the Electoral College. As of this writing this has not been done.

The next stage is the Electoral College vote on December 12^th where those votes must be certified and forwarded to Congress to be verified, counted, certified and recorded before being announced publicly who is president-elect and vice president-elect. This must be done prior to Inauguration Day on January 20^th, 2021. As you can tell we are a long way from calling the presidential election. The depth of the massive fraud has touched the very core of our nation.

As the world watches and waits for resolution I’m reminded of the saying of Joseph Stalin who said “I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote or how but what is extraordinarily important is this – who will count the votes.”

It’s time to hold everyone involved fully accountable as election fraud is a coup at least and possibly a treasonable offense. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Friend or Foe Advance and Be Recognized

I grew up in the 50s and 60s when friends were forever, foes were vanquished and Santa Claus was coming to town. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Actually in the aftermath of World War II and the Korean War I was a post-Neanderthal Kaveman in Southwestern Idaho with childhood aspirations of becoming a soldier. As the Second Indochina War was gearing up in Vietnam I knew what was ahead and in 1967 I joined the Army and learned that not everybody who called you friend was actually telling the truth. I’ve served in many countries, crossed paths with many people and learned there was a difference between friend and foe.

Americans are both a trusting people and people who can’t always be trusted. In the 1960s The Temptations recorded “Smiling Faces” which keeps popping into my mind as I hear what we tell each other when we don’t want to hurt other people’s feelings.

We called that talking out of both sides of your mouth, like stories of the old west where the government’s Indian Affairs Agent repeatedly too advantage of the people he was charged with looking out for. I’m also reminded of this, “When told the reason for daylight saving time the old Indian said… ‘Only a white man would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket and sew it to the bottom of a blanket and have a longer blanket.’”

Today it’s our politicians and their media lackeys who are the modern day equivalent. They say and promise to deliver what voters want to hear but once in office they forget who they work for. In fact after they have been indoctrinated into how things are done in Congress they may feel that they work for a political party or congressional caucus or committee.

More recently during this 2020 presidential election campaign former VP Joe Biden told one of his Democratic supporters and potential voter to his face, “I DON’T WORK FOR YOU!” Which pretty well sums up his party’s interface with voters, yet either hardcore Democrats or uninformed voters literally and figuratively lined up to cast their vote for the candidate who does not have their best interests in mind? Yet when President Trump spoke to Democratic voters inviting them to the other side of the isle with his “What have you got to lose?” speech he was called racist and other hatful rhetoric.

After the votes had been cast on November 3^rd we began seeing blatant and obvious signs to indicate election fraud had been and is still being committed by Democratic Party operatives in a number of states and was being glossed over by media outlets in order to perpetuate a massive fraud on American voters without waiting for the election process to run its course. In fact the popular vote was compromised in the early hours of November 4^th and continues today.

Constitutionally legal court challenges are active and ongoing in a number of states where Democratic Party operatives have committed obvious acts of election fraud FOR PROFIT have been seen and reported, but as of yet no prosecution has occurred.

I glanced at media headlines over the weekend and saw the political hype is still being reported as truth. The media have bestowed upon the Biden campaign a false title of “the office of the president-elect” which doesn’t exist and at this point in the election process cannot legally be claimed by either party. It is ludicrous to hear Biden tell Democrats to reach out to Trump supporters with an olive branch of peace and for President Trump to just accept the results of the election as the will of the people have been cast. Fraudulent votes are not only illegal and should be identified as such, but it’s a federal crime with serious consequences for willingly and knowingly casting those votes or modifying and/or manipulating electronic voting devices and their results. In the real world we call this cheating.

Winning by cheating isn’t winning, its still cheating.

Just to recap there was the popular vote which in fact directs each state’s electors to vote based on the people’s popular vote in the upcoming Electoral College vote on December 12^th. Based on that vote being certified at state level and transmitted to Congress where EC votes are counted and verified in the House of Representatives under direction of the President Pro Temp of the Senate who declares the winners as the President-Elect and Vice President-Elect prior to Inauguration Day on January 20^th.

As during all elections there have been “projected” winners and losers, which CAN be done by anyone who wants to take a wild eyed guess. However “official” is often very different than “projected”. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Jumping the Proverbial Gun

November 3^rd, 2020 was Election Day in the United States. It was the day for casting one’s ballot for President of the United States. Overall the day went rather smoothly as folks made their way to local voting precinct polling places or dropped off their mail-in ballots that had missed the state deadline for mailing them in. As reported by the media there was unprecedented voter turnout in almost every state as at 8:00 PM polling stations closed and voting ceased. As the tallies began coming in GOP voters saw that President Trump was ahead in the polls and former VP Biden trailing pitifully as the curtain fell on a somber nation resigned to the fact that the popular vote had been cast.

As a new dawn appeared the nation awoke to a new reality that Biden was drastically far ahead of Trump and by end of the day of November 4^th, had been declared by the media and others as the president-elect. High fives were everywhere as commentators and democrats began calling for President Trump to “accept the results” as the will of the people had spoken.

Over the next few days we began seeing “healing” and “come together” speeches from the office of the president-elect calling for national unity of purpose as the single most important man on the planet announced his agenda of a national mask mandate and closing the nation due to the pandemic of COVID-19 until a Biden inspired vaccine became available sometime in 2022? A major focus was The Biden Deal which would ban fossil fuels in America; reverse Trump tax cuts; raise taxes on the super wealthy; and reinstate the Iran Nuclear Arms Deal, work with China on battling the virus; rejoin the Paris Peace Accords and the World Trade Organization (reversing all that Trump has done over 4 years); stopping the wall and taking guns from registered gun owners to make America safer than ever before. There were no riots or wide scale looting as liberalism celebrated the dawn of a new era. It was the proverbial calm before the storm.

Then reality began to set in, a glaringly huge embarrassment was the fact that no president-elect existed at this point and there most certainly is no office of the president-elect and no official seal either.

Also as claims of voter and election fraud began to surface. Whistleblowers began detailing election related irregularities in precinct voting systems, US postal supervisors and ballot counting malpractices in various cities, counties and states across the nation, states controlled by Democratic Party politicians.

Then as the Trump campaign began demanding a constitutionally recognized recount by hand of election ballots in select contested state precincts the tide began to change and so did the mood of the ill called Democratic election victory. Latest predictions are that President Trump has exceeded the projected threshold of 270 EC delegates needed and that Biden has fallen way short.

Antifa began attacking Trump supporters in the Washington, DC area last night as families were heading home from a mostly peaceful MAGA rally. Threats have been announced of increased violence now that it is clear that Trump will not accept the initial results of a tainted election.

Well the election process is far from over as the popular vote is being looked at by election officials to determine if in fact election fraud has occurred and what is the true count of legal ballots according to provisions in the Constitution.

For all you legal scholars and historians you might want to relook at where we are in the voting process and what steps are required before the actual president-elect is determined and announced, not by the media or politically biased politicians, but according to this Congressional Research Service report dated October 22, 2020.

November 4-December 14, 2020: Counting Popular Votes and Filing Certificates of Ascertainment

Following election day, the states are to count and certify popular vote results according to their respective statutory and procedural requirements. When the states have completed their vote counts and ascertained the official results, the U.S. Code (3 U.S.C. §6) requires the state governors to prepare, “as soon as practicable,” documents known as Certificates of Ascertainment of the vote. The certificates must list the names of the electors chosen by the voters and the number of votes received in the popular election results, also the names of all losing candidates for elector, and the number of votes they received. Certificates of Ascertainment, which are often signed by state governors, must carry the seal of the state. One copy is forwarded to the Archivist of the United States (the Archivist), while six duplicates of the Certificate of Ascertainment must be provided to the electors by December 14, the date on which they meet.

December 8, 2020: The “Safe Harbor” Deadline

The U.S. Code (3 U.S.C. §5) provides that if election results are contested in any state, and if the state, prior to election day, has enacted procedures to settle controversies or contests over electors and electoral votes, and if these procedures have been applied, and the results have been determined six days before the electors’ meetings, then these results are considered to be conclusive, and will apply in the counting of the electoral votes. This date, known as the “Safe Harbor” deadline, falls on December 8 in 2020. The governor of any state where there was a contest, and in which the contest was decided according to established state procedures, is required (3 U.S.C. §6) to send a certificate describing the form and manner by which the determination was made to the Archivist as soon as practicable.

December 14, 2020: Electors Vote in Their States

Monday after the second Wednesday in December of presidential election years is set (3 U.S.C. §7) as the date on which the electors meet and vote. In 2020, the meeting is on December 14. Electoral college delegations meet separately in their respective states and the District of Columbia at places designated by their state legislature. The electors vote by paper ballot, casting one ballot for President and one for Vice President. The electors count the results and then sign six certificates, each of which contains two lists, one of which includes the electoral votes for the President, the other, electoral votes for the Vice President, each of which includes the names of persons receiving votes and the number of votes cast for them. These are known as Certificates of the Vote, which the electors are required to sign. They then pair the six Certificates of Ascertainment provided by the state governors with the Certificates of the Vote, and sign, seal, and certify them (3 U.S.C. §§8-10). The six certificates are then distributed by registered mail as follows: (1) one certificate to the President of the U.S. Senate (the Vice President); (2) two certificates to the secretary of state (or equivalent officer) of the state in which the electors met; (3) two certificates to the Archivist; and (4) one certificate to the judge of the U.S. district court of the district in which the electors met (3 U.S.C. §11).

December 23, 2020: Certificates Must Be Delivered to the Designated Officials

Certificates of electoral vote results must be delivered to above mentioned officers by the fourth Wednesday in December, in 2020, by December 23 (3 U.S.C. §12).

Failure to Deliver Certificates by December 23

If the certificates from any state have not been delivered by December 23, 2020, the President of the Senate, or in their absence the Archivist, is required to request the secretary of state or equivalent officer in that state to send one of the copies they hold to the President of the Senate by registered mail (3 U.S.C. §12, 13). The Code also directs them to send a messenger to the judge of the U.S. district court in the state directing the judge to transmit the certificate they hold by “hand … to the seat of government.”

January 6, 2021: Joint Session of Congress to Count Electoral Votes and Declare Election Results

Meets On January 6, or another date set by law, the Senate and House of Representatives assemble at 1:00 p.m. in a joint session at the Capitol, in the House chamber, to count the electoral votes and declare the results (3 U.S.C. §15). The Vice President presides as President of the Senate. The Vice President opens the certificates and presents them to four tellers, two from each chamber. The tellers read and make a list of the returns. When the votes have been ascertained and counted, the tellers transmit them to the Vice President. If one of the tickets has received a majority of 270 or more electoral votes, the Vice President announces the results, which “shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President.” – Thomas H. When the election process is followed the results should be abundantly clear and undisputable. The winner of a free and fair election is a win-win for America. On A Promised Land by Barack Obama

It only took 4 years of self-appreciation for former President Barack H. Obama to come out with a tell all new book “A Promised Land” which places blame first on Governor Sarah Palin because Senator John McCain chose her as his running mate in the 2008 election against him in his successful bid for the presidency. Notice he didn’t blame McCain, but Palin. Interestingly enough I remember back in the day when the media contrasted the comparison of Obama and Palin, instead of Obama and McCain. I was hoping that the RNC would have nominated Palin for president and she someone else as HER running mate, but that never happened.

Obama blames Palin as the conduit of “dark spirits” lurking on the edges of the Republican Party leading to xenophobia, anti-intellectualism, paranoid conspiracy theories and an antipathy toward Black (capitalized) and brown (not capitalized) folks. It’s a shame because the hopes and dreams of a better future for America lay smack dab in the middle of his hands at the time. Obama missed a golden opportunity to show want Americans were made of and we gave him 8 years to do so. What he didn’t address is probably the many letters like mine where I told him that HE could put conspiracy theorists to rest by simply producing his birth certificate, just like we do when we apply for identification cards or government assistance. He never acknowledged any of my concerns in his presidential form letter response. In fact it was during Obama’s 8 years in office that minorities were marginalized and taken advantage of by the Obama administration, with his full knowledge and consent. So laying the blame on someone who unsuccessfully challenged his bid for the highest office seems rather petty.

Obama wrote that his presence triggered a deep-seated panic, how dare he feel he was that all important. It wasn’t so much as panic but disappointment in how he executed the duties of the office of the President and presented our country during his apology tour throughout around the world. A strong leader knows his limitations and doesn’t have to prove himself as he does what is right because it is the right thing to do.

Obama further wrote that Donald Trump appealed to white (not capitalized) Americans in the Republican Party who had reservations about a Black (capitalized) president. He obviously hadn’t stood in our shoes or remembered his own tainted past. Trump initially appealed to nobody, left right or center upon his entry into presidential politics. In fact to quote Trump, “I wouldn’t be president if it wasn’t for Obama/Biden doing such a lousy job”. Trump wasn’t even a politician, yet he knew the politicians he had dealt with over time and they in turn erroneously thought they knew him.

Obama wrote that Republican Party leadership “understood that it didn’t matter if what they said was true.” And he added “the only difference between Trump’s style of politics and theirs was his lack of inhibition.” Still playing the blame game as his Democratic Party followers do today. They lie, cheat and steal, then accuse their opposition of doing exactly what they are doing but it’s A-Okay.

Over the past 4 years after leaving office Obama once said his administration had no scandals that embarrassed them. Notice he didn’t say they had no scandals, but none that embarrassed them. I guess the guns of Fast and Furious didn’t embarrass him, nor the Benghazi attack of 2012 didn’t embarrass him either. There were more but no embarrassments. Not even picking up his Nobel Prize awarded for what he could do as president, but never actually did.

I have no intention of spending my hard earned money on Obama’s book, or reading it even if it was offered online for free. What I and what America expected from a President Barack Obama was a president who was proud of our great nation and what we have become in the past 200 years and more. Instead we heard how unproud the royal first family was of actually being a part of the most racist country in the world. It was Obama’s weaponization of his administration and their attacks on conservatives that would leave a lasting impression and after his participation trophy all we have of the Obama legacy is…….well nothing of substance.

Rooting Out Systematic Racism

We’ve been hearing from the left that white Americans are systematically racist. We’ve been called a great many things but the most racist thing we’ve ever been called is “White America”. Don’t believe me, stop the first person you see and call them that (doesn’t matter the color of their skin or their ethnicity).

The left has been doing it for quite some time now so either get on board or get over it.

Actually it wasn’t until this morning when it hit me that I’d heard this rhetoric before and it came from the congressional inner sanctum deep within the House of Representatives. I remember reading directly from the official website of the Congressional Black Caucus (the self-appointed governmental race police) their mission is to root out racism in government. How exactly do they do that?

I wonder if CBC members get up in the morning and stand in front of a full length mirror and recite to themselves, “Everybody is racist but me”? Do they not see or care about the hypocrisy of themselves and the organization they have become? The Congressional BLACK congress is and has been a black’s only caucus since its inception but that doesn’t seem to make it racist?

I’ve been called racist for even bringing them up in past blogs by people so intent on proving they themselves are not racist.   

In a January 2019 speech, he announced “We have a lot to root out, but most of all the systematic racism that most of us whites don’t like to acknowledge exists.” Joe Biden’s August 2019 press briefing he actually claimed “White folks are the reason we have institutional racism.”

In self-appointed president-elect (he’s not) Joe Biden’s speech on November 6, 2020 he was still beating the “systematic racism” drum announcing he would “mandate” to eliminate “systematic racism”.

That sounds pretty good to the ears of those who enabled Joe Biden to pick a Vice Presidential running mate (Senator Kamala Harris) solely based on her age, skin color and gender and who just happens to be one of two Senators who are CBC members in good standing.

When leftist Democrats, their media enablers, the posers in government and ill-informed or uneducated voters continue to allow this to happen America will suffer the consequences. The truth-be-known it is the systematic racism of the Democratic Party that ails America! Evil succeeds when good men and women do nothing! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Responding to a Friend

Yesterday I replied that I thought a friends post was wrong. He said he got a transcript from his favorite radio personality. I will address his comments which are what I would expect from a liberal leftist, which I have never suspected him to be. He said the views expressed by this radio personality pretty much sums up his feelings and that’s a sad commentary. Might I suggest changing stations?

Let me take it point by point.

I disagree with your statement that the foremost job of any American president is to maintain the unity of the republic. It is the primary responsibility of the president to provide for the safety and security of the country; a healthy economy and promote national pride which will bring unity.

The United States is not a democracy, but a constitutional-republic and upholding and protecting the Constitution is paramount to the survival of our nation. The Constitution constrains government and maintains the rights of its citizens shall not be infringed upon or taken away.

In 2012 Donald Trump went on record saying “mail in ballots” provide a source for fraud; in 2020 we witness that assessment to be true as Democrats in Congress floated the idea of “mail in ballots for all” due to COVID-19 and President Trump rightly said it was a political ploy to facilitate massive voter fraud.

Election laws are clear about voting, how elections are to be conducted and how the results are to be made known to the American people. We have seen clear, recorded and reported incidents of election fraud AND voter fraud on a scale never before seen in American elections – Laws changed or modified by lawyers and judges instead of in state legislatures; a political party attempts to circumvent the election process to declare they are the winner before the process has been completed; politicians of a political party says “reach out to Trump supporters” while at the same time saying “We will put everyone who helped Trump on a list and we won’t forget you,” clear cases of voter intimidation.

We see clear violations of the law when legislators in Congress ignore the laws they have created and publicly join the side of the intimidators.

He said there was ZERO evidence of voter fraud and based on clear evidence I say different.

America’s forefathers created the Constitution and pledged their sacred honor, their fortunes and their very lives that this nation would be different than any nation before it. For 200 years we have put our differences aside to combat common enemies that threaten our nation’s survival. We have put the will of the people into a national voting system that works well when its rules are followed.

There are characteristics that have defined American presidents: Grace, compassion, understanding and an ability to unite the American people. President Trump has shown those qualities and more, better than you give him credit. I have never heard President Trump speak out of fear, or promote fear or violence. He has consistently called evil what it is and upheld obeying the laws of the land (the Constitution) and to work hard to make American great once more. What you heard was not a sour or bitter man, but one determined to stop this organized assault on America by persons and organizations attempting to steal the 2020 election outright.

I strongly suggest that you stop listening to anyone else’s interpretation of what President Trump says, but actually listen to what Trump actually says, then evaluate his words for yourself. Trump is not perfect, not by a long shot, but he did not come into office as a politician. In fact he is the most un-politician we’ve had as president since Harry Truman.

There is a reason Trump became president and from day one it’s been clear that he has been up against evil that has engulfed this nation. Trump has not divided the nation, but exposed a nation divided, those who love America and are willing to work hard and those willing live off the free stuff they can get from America. Trump has revealed the corruption of both political parties and in our institution of government and has done more than any other president to bring about change that will make our country and the world better.

He said Trump must tell his followers to stand down – the balance of democracy rests in his hands.

I say differently. It is not Trump or his followers who incite violence, burn, and riot or loot American cities and it is not an American trait to bow or yield to evil.

We stand for truth and bow only to God. It was President Trump who said we do not worship man or government but only God.

I say the fate of America rests in the prayers of our people who acknowledge that God is in control and Trump is but a tool. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
