Clarification of Real Truckmaster Blogs
For those who follow my blog posts on RTM blogs let me clarify and clear up some confusion.
I write highlighting the inconsistencies and hypocrisy of the far-left's war on anything Trump.
There are too many willing to argue without merit and I would be remiss attempting to argue against their ignorance, they have way too much experience.
My writings are my personal opinion intended to be educational in nature, a bit humorous, satirical, while being informative providing food for thought, which is sorely lacking today. For those who find my posts offensive, I am truly sorry, you have the right NOT to read them as have many before you. I will not attempt to change your mind politically, but provide the opportunity to show something you may wish to consider, thereby illuminating prejudice and misinformation! - I am the Real Truckmaster!
This may prove to be a very short story or of no real value to anyone but me, because it’s really about recalling my memory.
In era 72-74 I was in Boise Idaho with my wife and daughter and saw a classified ad for a Chevy pickup. It wasn’t just any pickup but a 62 or 63 ramp-side Chevy Corvair pickup like the one in the commercial loading an albeit really small elephant to show off the diversity of this vehicle.
I had this idea to buy it in western Idaho for around $100 and drive it to Fort Lewis where I was stationed and use the self-help auto shop to do a little fix it up.
What was I thinking? I’m no mechanic. In fact I’m the guy who rebuilt the carburetor on my old 58 Pontiac and threw away the “extra” unneeded pieces.
Driving it across Oregon and Washington was an eye opener as it had quiet a few mechanical issues, but I made it to the fort and parked at the auto shop.
Popping the engine cover revealed the engine mounted in the rear of the cargo compartment (thus the side ramp). Not knowing where to begin I ended up selling to someone who was a lot more mechanical than I.
Moral to this story is don’t attempt any fancy ideas about fixing a car unless you know what your doing or have friends that do. I often wonder what became of that “great idea”?
In case your wondering about the carburetor rebuild project, I got pulled over after fixing my car and got a ticket for reckless driving, smoking the tires and who knows what else the cop was thinking.
I went to court and explained to the judge, even offered to let him drive my car. He declined but threw out the ticket anyway. Mechanically inclined – not so much, but I am the Real Truckmaster!
As we approach Memorial Day we remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom.
Imagine my dismay when not too long ago House Speaker Pelosi sought to change the military oath to a loyalty pledge to the president, just not to Trump.
I thought then as I do now that was an underhanded attempt to divert our military from protecting the Constitution.
During my time as an active duty soldier I served under presidents from LBJ to GHWB and never once did my political bias get in the way of the Oath I had taken many times to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic.
For over 22 years my concern was not to express or demand my political views be heard or flaunted on the public spectrum. I tried to take care of those assigned under me by doing what was right, obeying my orders and insuring our mission was accomplished.
I’m sure there are those who’ve never served nor been around our military who think the president gives a military pep talk every morning on what he’s going to do for a given situation.
I found one such family in Montana who wanted to know what then President Reagan was going to do about that Libya thing? What did he tell us? I played along and said he’d probably bomb them. Little did I know that is exactly what he did a few weeks later.
There’s a lot of inter-service rivalry and bantering about who’s the best. It’s often played out with service academy games, but deploying when on foreign soil and it’s all about the Stars and Stripes and taking care of the guy next to you, and as General Patton has said in WWII to make the other guy die for his country. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
No I don’t claim to have all the answers for what ails the political situation in America.
It didn’t just happen overnight either.
Our nation is one of laws, based on biblical principals. Over time we have ceased to be proud of our national identity in favor of a new world order where everyone is equally treated.
How can that be? We welcome migrants to our shores while being conditioned to abandon our own flesh and blood to the slaughterhouse of abortion. We say it is a woman’s right to choose what happens to her own body, yet deny the unborn child their God given right to life as declared in our nations founding documents.
Our politicians have been given the power and authority by us to create laws that protect us. Instead they complain those laws are unjust but do nothing to change them. Why do we not simply change those politicians, especially those who think that mob rule with threats and bullying tactics to keep us in line are the answer?
Laws that do not conform to the Constitution are unconstitutional.
Action, conduct or laws that do not conform to the Ten Commandments of God he calls Sin.
Do not condone sin by doing nothing! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
I grew up watching Superman on television and the death of George Reeves showed that even Superman dies in the end.
Then came the seemingly endless parade of Spiderman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Super Girl, the Avengers, the Hulk, Transformers and even more superheroes bent on saving the world from the evil villains who wanted world domination at any cost.
When God created the world he saw that it was good. Sin had not yet entered the world.
I don’t know the timeline when Lucifer and his fallen angels were cast down to the earth and given dominion over it, but I suspect it was after God had created Adam and Eve in the garden.
When sin made its appearance in the garden God proclaimed that the wages of sin is death. God knew that man was flawed and could not pay the price.
So it would seem that the creators of these superheroes have really been trying to find a man made way of salvation to prove that God is not needed at all by fantasizing and obsessed with superheroes to do the impossible. What futile and wasteful ideas that do nothing but provide a false sense of hope and control where none exists.
Before creation God made a way, the only way to save man from his sins was to send his only begotten son Jesus to pay the price that God had set for sin – death.
Physical death comes in many forms but spiritual death separates man from his creator for eternity.
Think of all that is happening all around us killing without reason or mercy, lying and backbiting, evil on steroids without restraint and an eternal existence without good.
The choice is ours to make while we have breath in our lungs and a beating heart in our chests.
Superheroes are but figments of our imagination but are powerless to change the eternal outcome of one sinful life.
Forget Ghostbusters.

We’ve all heard about Bill Clinton’s indiscretions in the Oval Office during his presidency but it wasn’t until he left office that it was made known that his White House staff thought it was funny to sabotage West Wing computers and vandalize them using super glue on the keyboards. How much taxpayer dollars did it take to clean up that mess?
When Barack Obama came into office everyone thought he was all that and a bag of chips. He got the Nobel Prize because they thought he was going to do great things for blacks in America and for the world at large. He did neither but began to systematically dissemble our system of government by doing what he wanted so long as it was not expressly prohibited by the Constitution. Congress raised narry an eyebrow or any objections.
What was to be Obama’s third term agenda for a Hillary Clinton presidency was sidetracked when Donald Trump got in the way.
Obama publicly wished Trump’s presidency success while silently twisting a proverbial knife into Trump’s back.
We watched as democratic operatives routinely and illegally leaked sensitive information from the West Wing and seemed to get away scot free.
The Joe Biden presidency is merely a continuation of Obama’s agenda and raises the question of who’s really running the show?
With a democratic trifecta House, Senate and Presidency the nation is pitching headfirst into a black hole never before seen in American history.
The recent and illegal leaking from the SCOTUS is just another nail in the proverbial coffin that if left unpunished will lead to the shredding of the glue that has held this nation together – the biblically based US Constitution! A train wreck ahead looming faster than the sinking of the Titanic. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
I recently saw four pictures of Jesus posted and the question of what picture is your favorite picture of Jesus?
There were literally thousands of responses but the one that caught my eye “Where’s Jesus I only see some white guys?”
Then I thought to myself that if you’re looking for a black, brown, yellow or white Jesus you’ve really missed the point altogether.
It’s not the image that is important, it’s the life changing eternal encounter with the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Son of the Living Creator God.
God created man in the image of God – body, spirit and soul not the other way around.
Look not for a Jesus of color, but seek Jesus who can forgive your sins and grant eternal life.

If you’ve followed my RTM blogs on social media you know that I’m a huge support of Donald J. Trump and I make no apologies for being a MAGA fan who loves God, my family and the country of my birth. So recently a when a new FB friend thought it was unbelievable that I (being a man of faith) could support Trump because he is a liar, my response to him was “Aren’t we all”?
Ever since that short exchange I’ve thought about how could anyone believe the political attacks, and outright dirty dealings levied against Trump during the campaign and throughout his term in office and continue to this day, unless you know firsthand?
To me what is even more troubling is that men and women of faith, those who call themselves Christians would get caught up in nothing more than the spreading of gossip about a man who had it all and yet chose to stand up and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit in what was revealed to him through prophesy as a God ordained run for the presidency in 2015. Think about it!
As I have written previously, when Trump came down the staircase at Trump Tower and made his announcement, like everyone else I thought it was a joke. During the first RNC debate he wasn’t taken seriously. During the second RNC debate I felt he went too far as began attacking his political opponents in the RNC and the DNC’s favorite daughter – Hillary Clinton. Trump went for the political jugular! When Trump got the RNC nomination I took it as a sign of hope for America. Here was a man fighting to build a better country and return our nation to it justly deserved greatness, as God had intended. I knew that if Hillary won it would have been a continuation of the Obama administration and America would have been in serious trouble. The campaign had unleashed a firestorm of allegations and accusations of sexual impropriety by Trump which did not deter or disrupt Trump winning the election and I knew that God had other plans, but I still didn’t know the backstory behind the Trump victory.
I watched the inauguration on January 20, 2016 and observed congressional hostility as the Democrats openly boycotted as a sign of “resistance”. It was much more than that. In my opinion it was the beginning of the treasonous insurrection to unseat the duly elected President of the United States.
Almost immediately President Trump reached out to congressional leaders. He urged them to do something legislatively to fix Obama’s unconstitutional Executive Order on DACA so he could sign it officially into law. He urged them to conduct a comprehensive reform of immigration. He urged them to restore a House rule that would restore the smooth flow of legislation. Did they listen? Did they grasp the olive branch extended by the President? Did anything change? No, Democrats came out with a televised charge of Trump being a racist toward Haitians.
The arrogance of Congress was appalling. During a meeting in the Oval Office former Speaker Pelosi said to President Trump, “You don’t know the importance I bring to this meeting!” I saw that as a threat.
Then the 2016 incident of the California high school basketball players caught stealing sunglasses during an overseas “goodwill” tour in China. They were placed under house arrest in their hotel by Chinese authorities and released only after President Trump intervened and arranged to have them flown home to their families. Did any of them publicly or privately say thank you? No, and one of the adults on tour with the basketball players was a father who said it was no big deal. A student who did apologize said he was made to do it to avoid discipline from the school.
So why am I so committed to supporting President Trump you might ask?
I began to wonder about whether Donald J. Trump had any faith and if so in what or whom? Being a self-made-man with all the bells and whistles that we call success I wondered did he know God? I mean I wanted to know was Trump a Christian? I heard of men claiming to believe in many religions so that when they die they’re “covered” and I didn’t know if Trump was one of them too?
I decided to find out for myself and basically Googled “Donald Trump and Faith” and one of the top hits was a book title “The Faith of Donald J. Trump” which was available in Kindle format. I bought it so I could begin reading immediately.
I later purchased the hardcover book that I loan it out to those with the same questions and it has become an invaluable reference which I use continually. In Chapter 14 Trump talks about his faith, but it was when I got to Chapter 17 that I became convinced that God had anointed Trump to be his Isaiah 45 president.
I’m not going to rehash all the incidents and/or attacks that have been levied against President Trump, except to say they are from the satanically inspired playbook of Saul Alinsky. In Rules for Radicals the objective is to take down the face of an institution or organization by taking down the persona of that organization. Identify, Isolate & Attack using personal, professional or any other means and facts are irrelevant.
Christians have a hard time believing Trump a spiritual President because he isn’t a “Billy Graham” type of Christian. If you read Isaiah 45 you will see that God chose King Cyrus who knew of, but did not know God. The bible tells us that God made a donkey talk and said if people didn’t praise him he would make the rocks cry out. So who’s to say God couldn’t or didn’t take a fallen sinful man and place him into the office of the presidency for a specific purpose? The bible tells us that it is God who rises up kings and it is God who brings them down, all according to HIS purpose and for HIS glory!
I took it upon myself to read several books (The Making of a President in 2016 by Roger Stone; The Briefing by Sean Spicer; In My Own Words by Sarah Huckabee Sanders; and For Such a Time as This by Kayleigh McEnany) those closest to President Trump and each tell of a kind, caring and compassionate man they have come to know and love and call him their friend. From The Faith of Donald J. Trump, Chapter 17, Lance Wallnau “told Trump that the reason God’s hand was on him was because of the grace of God—to restrain evil.”
We have seen and continue to see now that evil rise up against Donald J. Trump and it’s with the intensity of the father of lies. Yet we know from Romans 8: 28 “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
Instead of carrying water for the devil, shouldn’t we be carrying the peace that passes all understanding? For the devil is a liar! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
Bikers have a saying, “It’s not the destination, but the journey” and country singer Mac Davis had this hit “Stop and Smell the Roses”. In my 70+ years I’ve come to see life as more than a journey, it’s an opportunity to serve the Creator God or self.
In the book of Joshua 24:15 – But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”
We’re faced with that exact situation today. Do we serve the gods of greed, fame, or fortune? Do we question the wisdom of the God, who created us that maybe he made a mistake? Are our idols held high on the pedestal of Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard or New York’s Wall Street? Do we sacrifice our children on the altar of abortion?
Have we abdicated our nation to self-serving politicians because we are convinced that it is the government who knows what is best for us? I find it hard to believe that the God of the bible would abandon his people, this nation and stand aside while we allow our nation to suffer and die because we did nothing. In the words of Patrick Henry, “I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death.”
People pray and ask God to do something. They do not even hear his answer that he did send his son Jesus to save us from our sin and he created you – for such a time as this! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
There still seems to be confusion when it comes to migration versus refugees and often it is fueled by political misinformation. It is now possible to travel within Europe without worrying about borders and there are those who feel it should be possible to travel freely anywhere around the globe the same way.
The United States is a nation of immigrants, a melting pot of people from many races and ethnicities who come here for a better life. There are many who flee political, religious or racial oppression and travel many miles to escape. Others come here to work and send money to support their families back home. And yes there are many who make a profit off the misfortunes of others and will do whatever they can to take advantage of the less fortunate. The purpose of immigration laws is to insure that criminal and undesirable migration does not happen.
The idealists want to tear down the walls and open the borders while religionists want to create sanctuaries where refugees can be protected and politicians create laws that are ineffective or inhibit the flow of immigrants while making it impossible to affordably, easily or speedily migrate into our nation. In some cases rather than change laws to streamline or ease rules of entry other politicians simply ignore the laws and are complicit in breaking immigration laws for political or monitory gain while creating misinformation campaigns to distract the public from their lawless actions and cause racial division.
Constitutionally it is the President who can restrict or restore immigration from various regions. It is the Congress who creates immigration bills for the president to sign into law. It is the responsibility of Homeland Security to insure migration into the country is in accordance to current immigration laws.
Therefore the present practice of the Biden administration to allow unfettered entry through the US-Mexico border endangers American citizens and residents and threatens national security, while transporting migrants in the dead of night by air or by land to the interior of the nation is unlawful. How do we justify the continued screening of travelers through our international airports and water entry points, while suspending the rules along our southern border?
Don’t be confused.
Asylum seekers should seek refuge in the nearest nation. Those desiring to come to America can do so at the nearest US Embassy or US Consulate and wait for their paperwork to be processed.
Laborers can apply for work permits to enter this country and must abide by the terms of the work permit.
Immigrants seeking residency can also apply.
Orderly migration is always the way to enter into the United States. To do otherwise is unlawful can result in being banned from entry. Those who assist in unlawful entry are law breakers and should be punished in accordance with the law. When immigration laws are flawed, they should be changed by the legislative process, not ignored. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
Less than 15 months into the Biden administration we’ve been on system overload with misinformation and political correctness over getting vaccinated or with the latest booster (#4, #5 or who knows). There are those who insist that choosing not to get vaccinated endangers the entire planet, when in reality just getting vaccinated has compromised the health and immunity of a slice of young people across the nation. I still feel that it must remain a personal choice since the consequences are indeed personal. Never should it have gotten to the point of losing one’s right to choose, livelihood or in extreme cases one’s life. Good bad or indifferent choice is up to the individual, not a state or federal mandate.
America has yet to rectify the massive election fraud scandal of the 2020 presidential election. More and more is coming to light and states are being urged to decertify those election results. At this point how that will help is anyone’s guess. Unless there is widespread state laws across the board outlawing electronic voting, banning companies, machines and software; unless perpetrators are identified, arrested and charged for committing election fraud; companies are banned from inserting funds into the election process; and until violators of election fraud are held accountable elections in the foreseeable future will remain tainted. The only quick fix is a mandatory return to in person voting using paper ballots and voter identification against an active voter database. We have 50 chances to get it right.
Many democrats are worried that Trump will run in the 2024 presidential election. There is a very real fear of Trump mania sweeping the nation as it did in the last two elections and that’s a good thing. I believe that Trump is right where he needs to be right now – encouraging conservatives to run for public office in both state and federal offices. If you look at the crowds attending his rallies you can’t help but feel the excitement and I’m sure that fuels Trump in his desire to make America really great again.
Ever since he announced his run for the presidency in 2015 the problem has been misinformation, propaganda and an all-out resistance to anything Trump. These tactics have been taken right out of the Saul Alinsky playbook “Rules for Radicals” on how to take down the individual representing the government and American’s have fallen for it hook, line and sinker.
It is still my opinion that the “insurrection” began on January 20th, 2016 and continues to run unchecked in 2022 and until the Department of Justice is cleansed of partisan politics and gets down to the business of prosecuting the law breakers and offenders of that insurrection, instead of dwelling on the alleged “January 6” MAGA folks many who remain confined without charges even today, we are no closer to the bottom of the barrel of rotten apples than we were in 2015.
Congress has become overly corruptible these past 40+ years and until major changes are done “in house” to set straight the manner in which congress operates, including setting term limits in both the Senate and the House, and disbanding congressional caucuses, which after all are congressional lobbying groups and then enacting rules for sitting legislators seeking the office of the presidency to resign their seat in congress upon filing their (letters of intent) papers and forming a campaign exploratory committee. There should be no fallback position in public service.
More importantly America must take back the education of our children. Stop the woke, political correctness, gender identification and anti-religious desensitizing and get back to the Pledge of Allegiance, giving honor to Almighty God, and then teaching reading, writing and arithmetic. Our children need to be competitive in the real world with business smarts, finances, and trade skills that will enable our nation to survive another 250+ years into the future. We need to stop making excuses and begin taking steps and action to keep our nation alive and well for our children and grandchildren in the years to come. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
