The Audacity of this President

There is no lack of material when it comes to #46. During his first 8 days in office he has written close to 40 Executive Orders, Proclamations and Fact Sheets that direct the government to use Joe Biden-style common sense. That would be commendable except for the harm it does to our economy and the citizens of the United States. But who would have thought that a president could send a bill to Congress? After all it is the mandate of Congress to write bills and the President vetoes or signs them into law (constitutionally that is).

On January 20th, President Biden sent an Immigration Bill to Congress as part of his commitment to modernize our immigration system. He calls it the U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021.

NOW STOP RIGHT THERE. It is unconstitutional for a president to send a Bill to Congress.

During the Obama Administration in 2012 the president issued a memorandum called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) a clearly unconstitutional presidential action. As if that wasn’t bad enough congress never challenged or objected to it.

Also on January 20th President Biden followed his predecessor #44 by issuing his Memorandum Preserving and Fortifying Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). One more unconstitutional presidential action doubling down on a previously unconstitutional presidential action and I wonder if congress will remain silent or object as they have done only when President Trump told them to make DACA legal or it would expire?

Do you remember that?

I could go on and on about how this president attempts to legislate from the Oval Office and only a legislator turned chief executive could even think of doing these things. Obama became really good at it and I wonder how many Obama era staff are working hard as part of the Biden administration to replicate Obama-style mismanagement?

I urge you to go to the new www.whitehouse.gov website, read the statements and briefings, the presidential actions and international propaganda that makes this president look like a boy scout while tearing apart an economy that is driving people from their jobs and from their homes. If it doesn’t nauseate you, then maybe you are part of the problem?

One more thing, President Biden made a number of phone calls to foreign leaders from the Oval Office and I have yet to see a real or leaked transcript of any of those calls. Instead the White House has released what they call READOUTS from those calls that are glowing indorsements of Biden’s decision making skills. I don’t trust those readouts any further than I can throw a fit.

Only in America can a lawyer (liar) become a legislator (liar) and president (liar) without changing his tactics one iota. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Enduring to Persevere

How much longer must we watch as our nation is torn apart before our very eyes, just as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tore up the State of the Union speech? It is obvious from his action and his words that President Biden is not the super politician he thinks he is. His 37 years in Congress gave him a false sense of self-importance and his 8 years playing number two to Obama put him center stage in world affairs where he had and still has no business being in.

Who do we blame? Is it the person of Joe Biden who for so long has sought the center stage spotlight? Or is it his enablers in the Democratic Party who hoisted him up as the very best candidate the party had to offer? Maybe the blame belongs to the American people who believed the lies and blindly voted for him anyway all these years?

Congress is about creating laws. That’s their job. They are also about taxing Americans to raise revenue in order to keep us safe from harm. For 37 years that had been Biden’s job too, but the old adage “absolute power corrupts absolutely” really came home to roost with him. He is famous for having a loud mouth, bad temper and making sure everyone knew who he was and how he could make their life miserable.

That description fits a great many others who sit on their high and mighty congressional committees and caucuses but Joe Biden became a pro at it and he had one minor flaw that did not go unnoticed. His flaw became really apparent after his senatorial crony ran for the office of the presidency in 2008 and picked the man with the big mouth as his running mate. Together they eclipsed Democratic Party favorite Hillary Clinton to cinch the nomination and ultimately the presidency in 2009.

Over the next 8 years as Vice President, Joe Biden was noted many times for opening that big mouth and shoving one or more of his feet directly into it! So much so that Obama put him in charge of the US international affairs with several countries. It served several purposes but more importantly he was away from Washington and where nobody would notice his blatant gaffs.

Biden was noticeably in the war room when Osama Bin Laden was killed in Pakistan, but along with other members of the National Security Council and President Obama was also noticeably absent when Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans requested help and assistance before they were killed in Benghazi.

Then America forgot.

It wasn’t until a video surfaced where former VP Joe Biden bragged during a recorded engagement about getting a special prosecutor fired in Ukraine because he was investigating a Ukrainian oil company of which his son Hunter Biden sat on the board, or Biden would personally withhold US funds of several $B in foreign aid.

America forgot that too.

It was President Trump who asked the newly elected President of Ukraine about it that generated his impeachment and ultimate acquittal. But what happened to Joe Biden? I hate to say it but America not only forgot, but the deep state covered it up and Joe Biden became the nominee and ultimately after a contested election obtained the presidency.

What we see in this presidency has never been before. Go to the official White House website and you will not see anything on the Biden Presidency. Don’t believe me go look. If you are adventurous you will ignore the huge picture of President Joe Biden (so you know he is President), but click on The Administration at the top and you will see it is The Biden-Harris Administration. Clearly it is a Biden administration and the VP is part of his administration. Surely two lawyers ought to be able to figure that out!

Did we elect a dual-presidency? I think not! Come to think of it combining them into one president still comes up sorely lacking. This is what happens when two legislators move into the Executive Branch without a concrete plan to move America forward. Their only recourse is to move America BACKWARDS!

So while you’re out there on the White House website find the link for Presidential Actions and you will see the 37+ Executive Orders already signed by President Biden are part of the Biden-Harris plan.

During my life time from Harry Truman to Joe Biden I have never, ever heard of such a thing. How long or Lord must we endure? Will our nation persevere? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Leading by Executive Order

One would think that President Biden would have learned from his former boss Barack Obama and that appears to be the case since adding Susan Rice to his administration, which is not really surprising since they are senatorial alumni and bosom buddies. It was the unconstitutional use of one executive order that created DACA which went unchallenged until Trump said unless congress formalized it into a bill he would allow it to expire and they did nothing.

An executive order is a signed, written, and published directive from the President of the United States that manages operations of the federal government.

A sign of a leader is by the tracks he leaves behind. There are those who lead and those who can’t. Leaders lead while those who can’t – issue executive orders. In the first 6 days of the Biden presidency America has seen of his leadership style – 37 Executive Orders which are his mandates to government which by example he has repeatedly violated.

The real world affects are being felt by real people as first their jobs disappear and the economy suffers even more through presidential mismanagement and incompetence in only his first 132 hours. How could it be any different if you look at the only job he held after getting his law degree was starting a failed law firm specializing in corporate law? When that didn’t work out he immediately set his sights on public assistance as an elected official and has spent his entire life in the Senate and as Barack Obama’s running mate in 2008.

What we’re seeing today is what could have been had Obama been impeached and removed from office as Congress has tried to do to Trump. Joe Biden has no viable plan, nor the experience to move America forward. His only option is to repeal or roll back Trump policies and bring this nation back to pre-Trump era and continue the failed policies of Obama. For the past 6 days and every day thereafter a new dilemma emerges that food out of the mouths of babes with every failed executive order.

Clearly the world around us is changing and this administration is unprepared and unable to deal with those changes rationally or effectively. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Give Him A Chance – Like We Gave Trump

I keep hearing from Democrats that we ought to give President Biden a chance, you know his 100 day trial and then they tack on “Like we gave Trump”.  You really want to go there? Really?

It took Nancy Pelosi’s House Democrats almost a full 3 years to bring the 1^st impeachment charges against Trump and only after the nation had been exposed to the China Virus did her cronies walk the articles over to the Senate.

It was barely 2 weeks prior to the end of his term that the threats of a 2^nd impeachment came once again from Pelosi’s House Democrats and 6 days after Trump leaving office she is expected to walk the 2^nd articles of impeachment over to Schumer’s Senate Democrats while President Biden is bent on erasing Trumps legacy of a booming economy and peace through a strengthening military by knowingly and deliberately throwing America under the bus.

I thought it would be appropriate to copy a posting I read on Facebook.

Representative Jim Jordan said in reference to Trump’s 2nd impeachment.

I tolerated 44 (Obama) for 8 years and only hoped the best for him, never said ” Not my President ” because he certainly was the President of the United States.

Here is my issue with the whole, “let us all be a United States again” that we heard from Joe Biden.

For the last 4+ years, the Democrats have gone scorched earth. You have salted the fields and now you want to grow crops.

The problem is 72+ million of us have memories longer than a hamster.

We remember the women’s march (vagina hats and all) the day after inauguration.

We remember the 4 years of attacks and impeachments

We remember the constant “not our president” and the “Resistance…”

We remember Maxine Walters telling followers to harass us in restaurants.

We remember the Presidents spokesperson being kicked out of a restaurant.

We remember hundreds of Trump supporters physically attacked.

We remember Trump supporters getting Doxed, and fired from jobs.

We remember riots, and looting.

We remember “a comedian” holding up the President’s severed head.

We remember a play in Central park paid with public funding, showing the killing of President Trump.

We remember Robert de Niro yelling “F” Trump” at the Tony’s and getting a standing ovation.

We remember Nancy Pelosi tearing up the State of the Union Address.

We remember the total in the tank move on the mainstream media.

We remember the non-stop and live fact checking on our President and his supporters.

We remember non-stop in your face lies and open cover-ups from the media.

We remember the President and his staff being spied on.

We remember five Senators shot on a ballfield.

We remember every so-called comedy show turn into nothing but Trump hate fest.

We remember 95% negative coverage in the news.

We remember the state governors asking and getting everything they ask for and then blaming Trump for their problems.

We remember a Trump top aid verbally assaulted in two DC restaurants.

We remember people banging on the Supreme Court doors.

We remember that we were called every name in the book for supporting President Trump.

We remember that Hollywood said they would leave after Trump was elected but they stayed.

This list is endless, but you get the idea.

My friends will be my friends, but a party that has been on the attack for 4 long years does not get a free pass with me!

Now, you expect Unity?

Scripturally we are told “Do not judge, or you too will be judged” (Matthew 7:1)

And “For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you.” (Luke 6:38)

That being said every legislator should know that what they do unto others can be done unto them too unless voters suffer from political amnesia (again). – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Every Life Matters

In our society today we have those who say the black lives matter and fly a huge BLM flag while also declaring that white supremacy is racist or that it a woman’s right to choose – so many mixed messages.

These go beyond the basic fact that racism is just plain wrong.

Our God given right is to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as declared in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution are the basis of the American Dream.

Many have gone to war fighting against racism and racists who seek to increase the racial divide in our country. Those who stand up against it are labeled biased by the very ones who are trapped in its cycle of violence.

So why is it that if I fly the black flag of BLM I’m considered a protestor, protected under the Constitution’s First Amendment, but if I flew a white flag that said White Lives Matter you’d consider me a racist? And if I protest against killing babies in the womb you’d say I’m against a woman’s right to choose?

Let me say this, if you really, really feel that any life matters, you must place a real emphasis on the fact that EVERY LIFE MATTERS. God is the creator of all and the giver of life. What God creates let no man (or woman) put asunder.

Maybe we should review what God says:

The Ten Commandments

1. Have no other gods before God
2. Do not worship things instead of God
3. Do not take the name of the Lord your God in vain
4. Remember the Sabbath day, keep it holy
5. Honor your father and your mother
6. Do not kill
7. Do not commit adultery
8. Do not steal
9. Do not speak falsely against your neighbor
10. Do not keep your eyes on anything your neighbor has

Exodus 15:26 – He (God) said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.” – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Honor Our Military – More Than Just a Phrase

Without trying to sound partisan America and the world sees the distain certain members of Congress have for our military. In the days leading up to January 20^th President Trump declared a state of emergency for the District of Columbia and authorized the activation of National Guard troops to protect the Capitol Building and members of Congress from threats of domestic terrorism. That is what the Commander in Chief is supposed to do. He then left the White House the day prior to make room for president-elect Biden to be properly received and inaugurated. In the meantime the military presence had reached an unheard of 65,000 troops who were prepared for a war that never happened.

Little had been shown or discussed as to where these troops were being billeted, feed or cared for until 2 days after the inauguration we were told that 5,000 had been billeted in the Senate cafeteria where it’s been reported members of Congress came through shaking hands and thanking them for their service. The next day it appears that the new Senate Majority Leader Schumer evicted those troops from the cafeteria sending them into the Senate portion of the parking garage.

Think about that for a moment. We’re not talking about a bivouac area in the woods where they could pitch tents, set up camp, dig latrines and establish a dining facility to feed 5,000 troops. We’re talking about sleeping bags, rucksacks, gear, weapons and ammunition for 5,000 people in a cold unheated and unsanitary parking garage where there was 1 confirmed restroom available.

Homeless people have better accommodations on the street.

This is what happens when you have congressional leadership and a commander in chief with no prior military service – nobody’s in charge. This didn’t go unnoticed for long as Donald Trump opened up the Trump International hotel in DC to house, feed and provide facilities for those 5,000 troops, but for members of law enforcement in DC as well. I don’t know the details, nor do I need to know whether it was provided without charge or billed under contract to a government account.

What I do know is that our men and women in uniform deserve better treatment especially on American soil and while protecting the very members of Congress who are and have a real distain for our military and want to defund and abolish law enforcement.  

I would be remiss if I didn’t at least mention that the Capitol Building has been surrounded by a fence and everyone entering the premises must pass through a security checkpoint manned by the very military being misused by Congress. The governor of Florida took action and ordered all of the Florida National Guard back home and I wonder if they will take their portion of the fence too?

What bothers me about this entire fiasco is this:

What was the mission?

When was the mission accomplished?

Who made that determination?

Where are all the troops now?

Who’s in charge?

Taking care of the troops is a responsibility of leadership, but thanking them for their service as you kick them out the door is irresponsible and a sign of ignorance and gross disrespect. Where was the military leadership in all of this? Did they stay in the parking garage too?

This warrants an investigation, yet Congress has reached another new low and is only interested in impeaching President Trump over a fake allegation that he incited the violence on January 6^th.

I’m surprised that House Speaker Pelosi has yet to impeach Abraham Lincoln for starting the Civil War! – I am the Real Truckmaster & (Yes I’m upset)!

The Fruit of the Political Poisonous Tree Theory

I have a riddle that will put a smile on your face or rage in your heart just trying to figure it out. So up front aren’t you glad I’m not an attorney?

Let me make my case that both the General Election and the Electoral College votes were either fraudulent or illegally obtained based on the metaphor of the Fruit of the Poisonous Tree theory that if the election “tree” is tainted, so is its fruit “fraudulent ballots”.

The FOTPT theory extends the exclusionary rule to make evidence inadmissible in court if it was derived from evidence that was illegally obtained and as the metaphor suggests, if the evidential “tree” is tainted, so is its “fruit”.

 I have seen both video and documentation in the form of biased reporting that convince me beyond a shadow of doubt that the hardcore numbers recorded on election night had been “massaged” for lack of a nicer term for “rigged” and assuming that the General Election could be proven in a court of law with a judge and 12 peers that the election totals had been fraudulently obtained it would mean that fraudulent ballots (votes) would have to be excluded, right?

Now bear with me for a moment. Also assuming this happened and the election results were overturned would that make POTUS 45’s term a continuation or since POTUS 46 has already been sworn into the presidency would #45 then become #47?

What would happen should #46 to be replaced under the 25^th Amendment making VP #49 being sworn in as POTUS #47, would that then make #45 become #48 or revert back to #45?

Confused yet?

This entire line of thinking would become mute when POTUS #45s 2^nd Impeachment begins next week, should he be convicted and banned from running for any elected office ever again.

However, should #46 become replaced under the 25^th or be impeached, convicted and banned from running for elected office, then VP #49 become POTUS #47? The historical and political firsts this year alone would make all the presidents from George Washington to George Herbert Walker Bush roll over in their graves with disappointment over what has happened in America when you keep normal rational people in isolation or self-quarantine for almost a full year with nothing to do but think about things like this? I for one am not a numbers guy or a legal beagle. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Not By Might or By Power

Long before it became fashionable Christians around the world fell to their knees and prayed for God to save us and heal our land.

2 Chronicles 7:14 King James Version

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

When God answered we became impatient and frustrated because we didn’t see the answer we wanted. We decide that God must not have heard us so we must take things into our own hands. We are told in scripture to wait upon the Lord. A Christian’s we should “wait in the Lord” as we are in Christ and Christ is in us.

“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles” (Isaiah 40:31).

The Hebrew word Isaiah uses for “wait” is “Qavah”. It means “to wait, look for, hope, expect.” 

We began to experience that hope when God rose up a man to lead our nation on the path back to him. It was so radically unexpected that it exposed a division between the righteous and the unrighteous. Not the right and the left, but between right and wrong.

I’ve been hearing many say how we must rise up and stand our ground to protect not only our rights but those of our children and grandchildren I am reminded of this verse in Zechariah 4:6:

6 So he answered and said to me:

“This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel:
‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’
Says the Lord of hosts.

As we continue to put our faith and our trust in God we must restrain our human impulse to take matters into our own hands or to rely on the creation instead of the Creator.

In my blogs I have continually said this was not about Donald Trump but what God was doing. Many were offended that I would mention Trump and God in the same sentence. What ultimately happened was that God pulled back on what he was doing in our favor because he is a jealous God and will not share honor and glory with anyone.

I was one who said that there was no way Trump could lose his bid for re-election. I also said there was no way Biden would win the presidency. He would not be my president. Boy was I wrong on both counts and I take that as a message from God for me to never say “never” for with God all things are possible.

As we continue to humble ourselves and seek his face I have no doubt that God is still moving in our midst ready to show everyone that when it happens it will undoubtedly be an “Act of God” and not of man.

In the meantime we must not only endure what God allows but trust it is for our good and His glory. I am reminded of this song “Take Me Into The Holy of Holies” by Petra just as powerful today as when it was first recorded. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Putting Things Into Perspective

While life goes on in a back to a not so normal routine I’m reminded that Democrats have declared war on Americans since the time of the Civil War. When the Southern states succeeded from the Union they were exercising their rights under the Constitution. When war was declared by Congress President Lincoln sent Northern troops into the south to stop them. Once General Lee surrendered the fighting did not stop immediately and out of that war came the Ku Klux Klan to assault, murder and terrorize those who were not yet considered American citizens and their sympathizers. Do you not know that the first black elected legislators were Republicans? And it has been Republicans who have fought for justice and equal treatment under the law for Americans of all ethnic backgrounds.

What is surprising to me is that the Democratic Party was founded on those same principles and continues to operate as did the KKK. Was it not Democrats in Congress who created the Internal Revenue Service? Is not paying taxes a form of control? Did not the Democrats create Social Security as a form of retirement security when a citizen reaches an age where employment is no longer possible? It had to have been Democrats who came up with a mandatory retirement age to force us to leave the work force, cool our heels and play shuffleboard or throw darts after we reach the age when it’s okay for us to die? It was President Lyndon Johnson who devised a plan that would guarantee a certain segment of our society would vote Democrat for the next 50 years and it’s been working quite well don’t you think?

It is Democrats who call for unity and healing while ostracizing Americans who demonstrate pride in being Americans.  Oh I’m not talking about exercising any self-described right to riot, murder or intimidate after all those are tried and true Democratic traits.

During the Trump presidency Democrats made it a point to exact those same tactics on him, his family, his administration and his supporters (all fellow Americans) as a pure demonstration of power all the while saying this is a democracy. I have news for anyone who says that and hasn’t read or understood what is written in the Constitution. The United States of America is a Constitutional-Republic – with the Constitution as the basis for our Rule of Law that insures the same basic rights to every American.

It is the Democratic Party that has striven to remove those very rights of Americans in the Womb by declaring them as non-human tissue or entities with the decision resting on a mother and her “doctor” calling it a woman’s right to choose. That thinking is in direct opposition to the God who created everything. If you believe their lies you have been deceived.

President Trump called upon ALL Americans to come out from under the Democratic Party’s control saying, “What have you got to lose?” What happened were Democrats chastising and mocking anyone brave enough to leave the party of doom.

It was Trump who lobbied Congress to institute permanent funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities and it was he who signed it into law. It was Trump who lobbied Congress for the “First Step Act” that brought unfairly imprisoned men and women (many of them black) out of prison and given a second chance. Yet it was Democrats in Congress who pushed the false narrative that Trump was a racist. What is even worse it was normal average everyday Democrats like you who believed it.

So here we are one day after President Biden has taken office with a historical minority woman Kamala Harris as his Vice President. What have they done to lift up Americans? Continue to declare war on us? Call patriots domestic terrorists while ignoring Antifa & BLM (actual violent domestic terrorists) who continue to riot, “demonstrate” and commit acts of violence. Don’t go “harry chrisna” on us spouting peace and tranquility to everyone.

America is like a buggy pushing the horse downhill. I want another president with the intestinal fortitude to stand up and say “ENOUGH”. Stop the pretense of national unity and make a real effort to shed the symbols of control and put away those petty nuances. Stop being political party specific and ACT LIKE AN AMERICAN. Open up this nation and let us get back to work, back to normal while using common sense measures to combat flu’s, viruses’ and whatever comes down the road ahead.

Never Let a Self-Created Crisis Go To Waste

I guess you could call this the day after. Yesterday after a week of planning, gathering a military presence, putting up a wall to shut out Americans the Democrats had a party. Oh I know what you’re thinking – the Democratic is a Party. From the pictures on social media (so they must be true) they were dancing to the music of their favorite singers and carrying on as if they were in their favorite night clubs. Unlike the Lone Ranger they were mask-less. Not a face covering in sight. I imagine the National Guard troops who were allowed to stay were stationed on guard around the festivities in case those pesky patriots should attempt to cross the line. In the end it was just another “show of force” by democratic law makers to let everyone know who’s really in charge now. President Biden in his first day in office has signed at least 20 Executive Orders reversing much of what his predecessor has done to strengthen the nation’s economy and immigration security. I ask who’s minding the store, writing all those EO’s it’s surely not President Biden?

Had this been done in the same manner 4 years ago President Trump would have been condemned and blamed for the rioting that would have occurred without it? Oh wait this wasn’t done in 2017 and rioting did occur and many destroyed businesses have still not recovered from it or the virus and Trump was still blamed for the violence. It’s only fair to assume that everyone in that public square setting has contributed directly to spreading COVID-19 to everyone else that was there, right? So are we to blame President Biden for directly causing this massive breach of Coronavirus security? Way-to-Go-Sir!

Now that all three branches of government – Legislative – Executive – Judicial are all under Democratic control (yes you heard me correctly) are we to assume that everything’s going to be better in America because as the president-elect Biden said, “Help is on the way!” Well Sir – anytime the government says they are going to help you might as well just give it up because they will only make things worse.
