Today we are at another crossroad in America. As I listened to President Trump’s departure speech at Joint Base Andrews today his optimism on the road ahead touched my spirit and the doom and gloom of the liberal media dissipated.
Let me be perfectly clear I do not like what politics, politicians and political parties have done to our country. We have endured and survived 45 presidencies in our nation’s history and I have lived through 10 of those presidencies, with still another about to be sworn in.
Am I sad that President Trump has left the White House for the last time as President? Yes and no. It is still my contention that God sent a warrior into the Executive Office for a reason and with a specific purpose. That is why it has not been Trumps purpose to satisfy the vanity of men or women, journalists or politicians, but the favor and approval of the one who sent him.
It is God who places kings and rulers and it is he who brings them down. Just as God chose a man who knew of him, but did not know him it was to bring glory and honor to Almighty God.
I make no bones about my distain for the Democratic Party and what it stands for: lying, deceit, cheating and back stabbing, but many of those involved in party leadership are lawyers so what do you expect? For that matter so is the team about to be sworn in – lawyers. Do I think God can do it again – Absolutely!
As Trump said in his departure speech – the road ahead for America is brighter than ever. I have to believe that so long as we serve, honor and worship the one true God, obey his precepts and use our words to build up and not tear down – America is better than any one man, political party or any idea concocted by either. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
On the eve of the presidential inauguration I was somewhat taken back but not really surprised when I read that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that Trump incited his MEGA supporters to violence on the nation’s Capital on January 6th, 2021. So it seems to me that with Trump on the way out the Republican congressional leadership have flipped so as to welcome one of their alumni into the Oval Office and it’s akin to kicking the door shut on the outgoing president.
Recently someone asked what would I write about after the inauguration of Joe Biden as the 46th POTUS? I almost had to think about that one for a minute (almost).
There is no shortage of material coming out of Congress. Speaker Pelosi continues to defy President Trump right up to the end with a second impeachment thinking that she is sending him out in shame. She’s not. In fact what she sought as a political lynching has only made Trump a political martyr as the only sitting president to have been impeached twice without having committed impeachable offenses.
Trump crisscrossed the nation during the 2018 midterms and again in 2020 stumping for Republican candidates like Senate Majority Leader McConnell only to be turned on for political gain. That is why there are 75M voters who don’t trust politicians on either side of the isle. The ones who stood up to the Democratic mob were ruthlessly badgered into submission. For McConnell to come out stating that the president incited the mob to violence is grossly ignorant on his part while spreading the misinformation coming from the left.
Here’s how I know the accusations of violence are false.
Trump began his speech at 12:00 PM.
It’s a 45 minute walk from the speech location and the Capitol.
Violent protestors arrived at the Capitol at 12:45 PM (they would have had to leave before Trump began speaking).
The Capitol was being overrun at 1:09 PM and efforts were being made to call in the National Guard.
Trump’s speech ends at 1:11 PM as he tells attendees to “peacefully and patriotically” make their voices heard at the Capitol.
The Capitol was breached at 1:50 PM, prior to already being attacked for – 1 hour
The earliest that Trump speech attendees could have arrived at the Capitol was 1:56 PM (After a 45 minute walk to the Capitol).
If you’ve attended a MEGA rally or listened, really listened to the messages of President Trump you will find them inspiring of national pride of being an American!
The only ones incited to violence are the cowards of Antifa and BLM who think wearing a MEGA hat or carrying a TRUMP flag gives them a way into an event or a means of placing the blame on everyone but themselves. I have a name for them “SISSIES”.
What has not been discussed is how Antifa and BLM have been using a nearby “church” to organize and formulate final plans for disruptive events in DC. Project Veritas sent undercover cameras into the meetings prior to the 2017 inauguration where they celebrated “christening” the residence before newly elected VP Pence was to occupy it.
Here we are 4 years later and there are in excess of 65,000 troops occupying the District of Columbia for the inauguration? Sounds quite excessive don’t you think?
Also the FBI has a list of suspected domestic terrorist groups that they are scouring social media sites and video clips looking for conservative groups like MEGA, TRUMP SUPPORTERS, even the Patriot Guard Riders (patriotic Americans who ride motorcycles to funerals of Veterans and place themselves between the grieving families and protestors). If you’ve ever stood at the funeral home, church or graveside holding an American flag in the heat, cold, rain or snow you’d know what it means to be a Patriot Guard Rider (PGR).
It would seem more plausible for the FBI to begin checking out groups with a history of violence like Antifa and BLM, would it not? I’m old enough to remember when President Obama’s Attorney General Janet Reno placed ME and others on a “list” because some of us were Veterans (she said we were unstable), Christians, White (racial prejudice toward us) and many were gun owners (NRA). Did the FBI retain that list during the Trump administration, then pull it out, dust it off and restart the profiling and searching for Americans based on the above mentioned criteria? It would seem that FBI leadership is smarter than that?
So what will I be writing about over the next 4 years remains to be seen as there are 535 legislators who provide a circus atmosphere in the legislature, 9 Supreme Court Justices that entertain in an entirely different manner and then there is the media (including social media) who think it is their place to tell us what to think, say or do with threats of intimidation of going into FB or Twitter limbo (Fact Checkers).
When I was younger I used to watch rodeo riders on bucking broncos, bulls and even the mutton busters for the kids. There were clowns running around distracting the animals. Watching congress today they certainly have a lot of clowns. I think the next 4 years will be more like a roller-coaster ride as we see the struggle for absolute power. We already know that it corrupts absolutely. We see that in our lifetime legislators or what I call congressional homesteaders. They say one thing, mean something completely different and do quite the opposite. I say throw the bums out! That’s what I say. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
I’ve been called many things over the years. Some may be true, while others are clearly spewed out of hatred or based on ignorance due to a misperception of erroneous misinformation. Let’s just say I’m a constitutional activist or what I call a Constitutionalist.
I have lived through America’s historical events after the Second World War. I was a year old when the forgotten war began in Korea.
During my upbringing in the farmlands of Southwestern Idaho I wasn’t much of the studious type. I paid little attention to US or World history until it touched me personally. I remember the assassination of JFK and how the nation mourned.
I came of age during the Vietnam War in Southeast Asia and found myself serving in that unpopular war. What made it unpopular were a combination of greedy politicians and the antiwar movement of the American pop culture of the ‘60s and ‘70s.
I chose the path of a soldier serving overseas in countries where we had a military presence. I remember the many attacks on our citizens and our military both overseas and from within the continental United States. They were the attacks I had sworn to defend against.
As I prepared to return home from more than 22 years of military service our nation was preparing to go to war against Saddam Hussain’s Republican Guard. Operation Desert Storm ended almost before it had begun, yet Saddam lived to continue his reign of terror in Iraq and in the region.
The events of 9/11 shook the nation and the world. It would never been the same again. I remember because my work was directly affected by it. What really got my attention was when I heard an active duty soldier openly cursing the president in a public setting. It was taboo and a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The media had already begun attacking the president on 9/11 and there was no pushback from the public or from our government.
Eight years later America elected a young charismatic Barack Obama and it seemed the world was his oyster and the media adored him. His Executive Orders were like the first I had ever heard of them. His DACA circumvented Congress in an unconstitutional fashion because he felt they were too slow to act on immigration. Remember – he had been for 8 years a Senator and knew perfectly well how quickly congress took to act. He transformed the Executive Branch into a maze of “Czars” to circumvent the requirement to be confirmed by congress. His cabinet reported through the Czar to the president.
I began taking an interest in the Constitution and actions by the president and congress that were blatantly unconstitutional. I even wrote articles (before I had begun blogging) and posted the Constitution online in segments so as to make people aware of what was going on.
The events of 9/11/2012 brought a rude awakening as I heard of the cries for help coming from Benghazi, but no cavalry came to their rescue. It cost the lives of 4 Americans – one US Ambassador Stevens. We were told many lies in attempts to cover up the fact that President Barack Obama and his administration failed to respond appropriately or quickly and in 13 hours it was over. Never in my military career had I witnessed a failed or non-response such as that.
The next America crisis came in 2017 when a non-politician was sworn in as president. Even before his inauguration the Congress and the media had declared an all-out war on Donald Trump. I won’t list all the nonsense except to say that TDS was on steroids in America. It lasted 4 years and with 2 impeachments without substantial evidence of wrong doing, simply fueled by hatred from the Democratic left. The final straw was the 2020 election irregularities that were overlooked by the states and by the courts, while they pushed a false narrative of an “office of the president-elect” which there clearly was not, and a 46th President which there still is not – until tomorrow when another great stolen election will be officially declared – DONE!
Some are threatened, others are intimidated while a vast majority are unaffected by my writings. America is collectively a forgetful nation. We forget the bad times unless it is politically expedient. Have we learned nothing of the past 240 years? Do we not know that politicians are elected to represent us – “we the people”?
The main stream and social media have declared war on Americans in an unprecedented manner of taking “Chicago Politics” to a new level. Not only are threats, intimidation, violence and murder, even online “lynching” of those who swim upstream against the authorized train of thought.
Call me what you will. I am not your conscience. I am a Constitutionalist. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
It would appear that our nation is set to have survived for the 45th time another American presidency. So in the spirit of all fairness now that the shoe is on the other foot, what has changed?
Was it as we were told the lunaticsical rantings of someone with no political experience? Or was it the lunaticsical rantings of those with a lifetime of “public service” yet out of touch with reality? And will history record the reality or the legends?
Politicians today want to set the “gold standard” on president-elect Joe Biden who will soon take office as the 46th President of the United States and on vice president-elect Kamala Harris. Why would they, wait I get it “When they go high, we go low” – Michelle Obama.
Everyone is calling for a clean slate, a do-over for former Vice President Biden after all he must be given a 100-day chance to prove himself. It’s as if the past half century of public service has not already defined him. And Senator Kamala Harris has as much public service in Congress as President Trump has in the Oval Office. Should we ignore the service she performed while in appointed or elected offices in California? Do they not demonstrate her contributions to public service?
Contrary to what you think you know about the former occupants of the White House we have had some real doozies that have soiled the morality of the Executive Branch well before #42.
So my real question is about having the shoe on the other foot (so to speak) why do I have the feeling that it is now poised to kick? In my opinion our nation is in a real quandary (if that’s even the right word to use)? We are about to experience a senile president with the stage set for Act 25 to be launched at the first sign of trouble. Should that happen how will his successor deal with the complexities of the most important and powerful office in the nation? Now think about that for a New York minute……..I am the Real Truckmaster!
On Wednesday president-elect Joe Biden will be inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States of America. It has been reported that his first order of business will be to call for national unity and healing for our nation. I hear you saying just give the incoming president a chance you know his 100 day trial? To that I say when have you given the sitting president a chance you know his 4 years in office?
When I hear the call for unity and healing coming from Democratic politicians or Americans my first response is “Where have you been the past 4+ years when you ignored the pleas from President Trump on his agenda of America First or Make America Great Again as he invited everyone to join him with his “What have You Got To Lose?””
I remember in the Oval Office when president-elect Trump met with President Obama. They smiled, shook hands and Trump was given the verbal assurance from Obama “we all want you to succeed” while he directed an ongoing bogus investigation over Russia, Russia, Russia! The only thing Obama didn’t say was “That didn’t count because I had my fingers crossed”!
National unity and healing should have been the goal of every politician and every American from day one on January 20, 2017 but it wasn’t. Congressional leaders of both parties are to blame for the national division and non-stop disruption of the Trump presidency of the past 4 years.
During the 2020 campaign we’ve heard nothing but orange man bad by the congress, the media and people on the street who’ve been fed a diet of lies and deceit. The ongoing threats of “Once we’re in our rightful place in the White House we’re coming after Trump supporter. You cannot hide” – Senate Kamala Harris – June 2020. Or OAC and others who vow to remove the scourge of America – Trump supporters after the inauguration. Those are the calls for national unity and healing that I hear coming from the left.
American politicians have removed God from schools and workplaces in our nation. The political left has even tried removing the symbols of American unity. The Flag has been deemed potentially offensive to someone somewhere as sometime, when it was once feared and respected by our enemies and allies. The National Anthem has been banned from sporting events in favor of taking a knee against law enforcement.
So you want national unity? You want healing? Let us start by taking a knee before Almighty God in repentance of our sins against HIM. Let us ask him corporately for his forgiveness, his mercy and his guidance of our nation’s leaders today and moving forward.
Let us get back to the basics by teaching our children by OUR example what it means to pledge our lives, our sacred honor and our fortunes for the favor of our creator who has given us certain unalienable rights like life – liberty – and the pursuit of happiness, which are enshrined in the Constitution of the United States. Repeat after me, “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” – I am the Real Truckmaster!
Americans have a short memory when it comes to US history. Is it because they weren’t paying attention in school or maybe because school stopped teaching the history of our country? Two years ago I wrote a blog “There once was a President” and I encourage you to re-read it.
There has always been controversy concerning the person occupying the office of the presidency. George Washington was overwhelmingly elected President and some wanted him to be king. His desire was to move the fledgling nation forward on the path to self-government for the good of the people.
Abraham Lincoln was a self-taught lawyer who beat the odds to become president and the Civil War started over his presidency and particularly his stance on slavery which led to his assassination. Unabashed racism surfaced after the war in the form of the Ku Klux Klan terrorizing blacks and whites and the birth of the Democratic Party.
John F. Kennedy came from a wealthy family. He was a World War II combat veteran who commanded PT 109 that sank in the Pacific where he survived with his crew. After the war he became a member of the House and then of the Senate. He toured the Far East and the struggle that engulfed the Southeast Asian nation of Vietnam. He ran for and won the office of the presidency. Everyone thought he was too young and inexperienced to be president. He faced a number of political challenges, civil rights, Cuban missile crisis, and the Berlin blockade among others. His greatest challenge was from his cabinet, military leaders and congress. He didn’t receive timely or accurate information when he asked for it. He was authorized the formation of the Army’s Green Berets, yet was against sending American troops into Vietnam. He ordered his chief advisor Aval Harriman to instruct the US Ambassador to India to begin negotiations with Vietnam for a peaceful settlement and the withdrawal of US advisors from Vietnam. That order was intentionally not carried out and he was assassinated before he could find out. He set the stage for NASA’s first mission to land a man on the moon. He said “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what can you do for your country”.
Donald J. Trump came from a hard working family of builders. He graduated from military school and graduated from college in mathematics before working in the family business and becoming president of Trump Enterprise with a successful television series “The Apprentice”. He ran for and against all odds won the office of the presidency. He faced political obstacles from day one, a hostile congress, hostile media publishing lies and spreading misinformation about his personal, professional and political life. He faced an unwarranted special counsel investigation of Russian collusion which after 2 years found nothing. He battled border security, racism, rioting and domestic terrorism in US cities. He met with foreign leaders in Europe and Asia to establish new trade agreements. He withdrew the US from bad trade agreements and began withdrawing our troops from foreign wars. He relocated the US embassy to Jerusalem and negotiated normalizing relations between Israel and 4 neighboring Arab nations. He strengthened the US economy by lowering corporate tax rates and personal taxes, bringing US companies to reopen factories in the US. While dealing with the first congressional impeachment over a perfectly normal phone call with a foreign head of state he began battling the Chinese Virus outbreak in the US. He activated medical reserves, brought civilian and government together to manufacture personal protective equipment and ventilators while calling for the development of vaccines to combat COVID-19 as the nation went into self-isolation, social distancing and face mask mode to slow the spread. Then came the 2020 election that turned into a side-show of its own with voter and election irregularities that altered the outcome of the election. As his team proceeded to the contest the election results, domestic terrorists began an assault on the US Capital Building blaming MEGA supporters and President Trump directly leading to his second impeachment with only 7 days left in office. His “Make America Great Again” slogan gave renewed hope and a voice to “Fly-Over Americans”. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
Sir you don’t know me and I doubt you have paid attention to my tweets to you or to your Twitter staff so I’ll make this short. Little did you know or anticipate how many people would use Twitter as a main means of communication as a result of Donald Trump and his presidency.
I’m sorry to say that you have forgotten basic rules of business.
Create a product and they will come.
User feedback will drive the evolution of the product.
Customer service is paramount.
The Customer is always right.
It is always bad business to inject politics into a platform like Twitter. Had you and your staff remained politically neutral and just provided a service it would have been fine. It is not your place to suspend, block or remove anyone because their political opinion is different than yours or because you “think it might” stoke the fires of violence.
Where were you in 2020 when Antifa and BLM domestic terrorists used your platform and others to communicate, direct or shift or conceal their location because of nearby law enforcement? Where were you when businesses were burnt, government facilities firebombed and entire sections of Portland and Seattle, Denver and Detroit, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City and many others were vandalized, people were attacked and killed while you said and did nothing?
I came to Twitter so that I could read for myself and listen to President Trump as he spoke to Americans about a better America. I listened and watched as media outlets and members of Congress posted, broadcast and podcast their libelous political slant on every word the President said. Why did you not stop the threats and calls for violence against him, his staff, his administration and his supporters LIKE ME, when legislators and media talking heads began spewing hate for more than 4 years?
There are more than 350M Americans alone and how many are using Twitter? How many have you chased away by your self-imposed censorship rules and even prevented President Trump from addressing the nation when it was critical that he do so?
Your disrespect for President Trump for the past 4 years was and is uncalled for, as is your distain for MEGA patriots who love this country more than you love your cash flow or bottom line. Please take me seriously because I will be posting this letter on social media and to my blog so my followers will know that Twitter is no longer a preferred platform for anyone seeking the truth or a fair deal when it comes to expressing a non-violent point of view or a personal opinion concerning tainted politics and politicians.
For America’s sake I hope you do a better job showing respect for President-Elect Biden not because he’s a Democrat, but because he will soon occupy the Office of the President of the United States!
An important part of the election process in the US addresses when suspected “irregularities” have occurred. We call it “contesting” the election results in states or precincts where the suspected problems have occurred. Often it may not overturn the popular vote, or as we’ve seen the Electoral College votes. It does provide a way for a candidate to challenge the results constitutionally. That’s a good thing and it should be the goal of every American to insure the election is conducted properly and in accordance with the Constitution.
What happened in the 2020 election were two things worth noting.
First it became obvious that not all precincts adhered to state election laws or federal guidelines. Some ballots were counted after the mandated deadline due to unconstitutional changes made by election officials or in some cases the judiciary. Some votes were cast by registered voters more than once. Other votes were cast by dead voters. Still other votes were cast by non-US citizens and non-registered Americans. Each of these offenses was a violation of state or federal statutes.
Second it is just as obvious that although violations occurred and when challenged by state legislators corrections were not done and violators did not receive criminal charges.
Now the contested election results have stood and the new president-elect and vice president-elect have been certified we are on the way counting down to the January 20th inauguration. What that means in real time is that Joe Biden can ditch his fake blue banner and prepare to assume the presidency and everything is A-Okay right?
Let us see how the nation is coming together and healing.
First, I must touch on the actions of the House of Representatives who created a rule that any Representative that contested the EC votes would be censured and removed from the chamber on January 6th.
Second, the January 6th attack on the nation’s Capital Building, an act of insurrection was blamed on President Trump even though it actually began while he was holding a MEGA rally near the Lincoln Memorial and before he concluded his speech which called for peaceable assembly so legislators could hear their voice as they counted and certified the EC votes. Thirdly, the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi filed Articles of Impeachment on President Trump blaming him for the violence with barely a week until the end of his term. Fourthly, the Speaker also threatened any House member who circumvents the security station in order to enter the Capitol Building with a $5,000 fine. I wonder if that had anything to do with the freshman Colorado Representative.
Other hopeful news the Democratic legislature in Georgia has stripped members who contested the election from all committees.
Someone posted on social media that there will be Trump-supporter initiated violence in all 50 state capitols on January 20th and President Trump authorized the activating of National Guard troops in DC to protect the inauguration and federal buildings.
The implication of MEGA initiated violence is simply pinning Antifa or BLM led violence on non-violent MEGA supporters. I call that a smoke screen. There has never been an instance of MEGA initiated violence, although many instances of violence at MEGA supporters. Why have we had the past 12 months of anti-American domestic terrorism in cities across the nation in Democratic led cities where local politicians charged with protecting citizens and businesses from harm without so much as a calling out the violators or turning law enforcement loose to stop the violence? And why have I have heard nothing of anyone being arrested, prosecuted or imprisoned for election or voter fraud violations they committed.
I truly hope that President-Elect Joe Biden once he is sworn in as the 46th President of the United States will have better luck healing the nation and returning our lives back to normal (as before COVID-19). He has called for national unity and healing which our nation badly needs. I also hope and pray for Congress to rally behind him as he Makes America (??) Again – I am the Real Truckmaster!
Something that bears repeating is the fact that the year 2020 has changed life as we know it on planet earth. People are afraid of offending others but end up being the ones offended. For quite some time we have allowed the media to dictate what we see and hear or what we are told they said, what was inside their mind at the time and why they said what they said. I’ll be kind – that’s pure speculation (nothing more than their opinion). It is often wrong.
What is even worse is WE LET THEM DO IT TO US!
Long before home computers, cell phones, social media or the internet we relied on local and national news to keep us informed of events that impacted our lives. Where were you during the JFK assassination, the Vietnam War, the lunar moon landing, the Watergate scandal, the Berlin Wall coming down, the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait or CNN’s live coverage of the “secret” US response? What about 9/11/2001 & 9/11/2012? Those are just a few that I remember.
I have written about events of the past 4 years, how a non-political president attempted to get congressional lawmakers to uphold their constitutional duties as legislators to fix some things impacting the American people. He did everything except draw them a map on a dinner napkin.
When the Coronavirus surfaced in the US in January 2020 President Trump began shutting down immigration into the US from a myriad of countries. What was Congress doing? Oh I remember they were impeaching him the first time. As Congress tried to eradicate him from office over the Russia hoax, the President’s focus was combatting the dreaded COVID-19, dealing with illegal immigration and building a wall along our southern border with Mexico. When he ramped up production and distribution of personal protective equipment, activated the medical reserve and other government agencies to protect Americans what was Congress doing – fighting a losing battle of the dreaded Trump Derangement Syndrome. When rioting and civil unrest began to spread across our nation the President activated federal law enforcement agencies to quell the violence what was Congress doing – Resisting the President at every turn and condemning him for the violence.
Here we are one week before the inauguration on January 20th and the President has been battling widespread election fraud AND the Congress who are seeking to impeach him a second time for inciting the violence committed inside the Capital Building on January 6th, the day Congress was “certifying” EC votes to determine the president-elect (Not true). Are they afraid that Trump will run again in 2024 or are they sending a message to other would be presidential hopefuls that if you cross paths with Congress your life will become a living hell?
I personally think it’s time for to get their act together and stop the partisan in-fighting like kids in a school yard. They should figure out what’s important to ALL AMERICANS and work to make THAT happen.
President Trump is a man you either liked or hated. Many of us were drawn to him because Democrats hated him. He said what he thought and didn’t mince words. He had a plan forward for America and knew how to move the ball. He has fulfilled his promises to America and he took not a penny of his salary for 4 years, donating it quarterly back into federal agencies that could use it for America.
I have written many blog articles about the president and have constantly said it is not about Trump. It has never been about him or what he could gain from this presidency. For Trump it has always been America First.
On the other hand congress has had only one goal – stop Trump at any cost. Prevent him from being given credit for anything. From day one he has put American ahead of himself. He has rescued Americans who committed criminal acts outside the United States, rescued hostages from foreign land and recovered the remains of our war dead overseas. He has followed his words with action and moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem against the advice of so-called peace keepers, and brought peace to the Middle East with treaties between enemy states and Israel (no other president has even come close).
While being attacked on every side by political opponents of the deep state and the DC swamp he has remained focused and true to his calling to stop evil and become the sword to political correctness in American. We did not elect him because of his “good deeds” or his lifestyle prior to the presidency. We elected him because he said what he would do and he did it fearlessly and without apology to gain the approval of the one who counts in life – Almighty God.

Something caught my eye this morning after checking my email and I vaguely remember online chatter about politicians wearing sponsor labels on their clothing so we know who bought them.
That sounds like a good idea and today we are seeing how those “sponsors” are rearing up their heads already denouncing the politicians they have already bought by declaring no more money to the ones who stood up to fight against the 2020 election fraud. What about the “sponsors” backing all 535 congressional seats on Capitol Hill? Maybe our elected officials, our public servants and our “We-are-the-people” should be required to wear brightly colored coveralls like NASCAR drivers with all their corporate sponsor patches in full view? I wonder how many of those sponsor signs would be in English or how many other languages we would see?
Over the past 4+ years we’ve heard allegations of collusion, corruption and congressional graft. I believe it was simply the icing on the political cake. If you slice through all that icing what would you find underneath? Follow the money!
We’re used to politicians lying to get elected. So many are lawyers and attorneys who clawed their way up the political ladder, but now that they’ve made it to the biggest show on earth we are expected to believe them – “Trust Me” they say.
I’ve written before about Congressional Caucuses organized by politicians as political action committees and paid for by taxpayer dollars. I’m sure all members of congress are “encouraged” to join specific ones during their internship. Those who don’t fit in simply don’t run for re-election.
The same is true of corporate sponsors. Do they back the last horse in a race? Yes they do. They put their money where it will do them the most good – they bet on ALL THE HORSES!
We’ve seen how big tech has stifled the President of the United States without opposition by a single legislator or federal agency. Oh yes they mouth the words “I’m disgusted” or “That’s Outrageous” but do they put the full weight of the federal government to stop it? No they don’t! These tech giants have become household names with millions of people using their product and they no longer have to cater to their customer base. Instead they push their customers around with threats of “fact checkers say it false” and “do it again and you’ll be suspended” – PERMANENTLY!
So I find fault with those lifetime politicians who do as they please without adhering to the checks and balances laid out in the Constitution. Their only goal is power, power, power and more power! In the House it was Nancy Pelosi who said it out loud as a representative member addressing the President of the United States, “You don’t know the importance I BRING to this meeting,” she told him. She wasn’t bragging but shortly after the 2017 inauguration she said it as a threat.
Before the midterm elections in 2018 House members said they would never vote for her to become Speaker of the House again, but walla they did it again. Was it because of peer pressure, political party pressure or sponsor pressure? No honey – No money?
The legislators of the “welfare state” issue out crumbs (as she put it) in the form of $600 of our own money back to us while voting themselves a raise in salary that is vastly more than that. Some have even said “vote blue” and you’ll get the other $1,400 of your money. I’m sure they didn’t use those exact words. They wouldn’t would they? Would they? We’ll see – they’ve had a life time in politics to perfect the way they control people and yes it is money that makes the world go round. COVFEFE! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
