Played Like a Fiddle

 

I don’t expect you to understand

It has been too convenient, first the Chinese Virus takes the world by storm and America is caught up in the economy shutdown. The fear of the unknown COVID-19 struck panic into the hearts and minds of everyone. The media picked up on the horror of this yet unknown virus and the mass casualties that surely would follow. Were we really unprepared? How could we not have foreseen the catastrophic impact of no masks, gloves, personal protective equipment or ventilators?

 

How could this outbreak occur on the eve of the most spectacular Impeachment Trial of the sitting President of the United States of America? A rush to trial, surely a guilty verdict and the removal of the President was in the bag, or wasn’t it?

 

A simple secure phone call between President Trump and the newly elected Ukrainian President sparked an immediate investigation by congressional democrats as they attempted to unseat the President.

 

When that didn’t go as planned another emergency plan was being hatched and it was called lockdown America. Protect the most vulnerable babies and the elderly. Stay safe at home we were told to flatten the curve.  No leaving the home, no church, no funerals, not even hospital or nursing home visitations. Don’t go out unless it was an absolute necessity.

 

Shopping for necessities was ok providing you wore a mask, kept social distancing at 6’ and stayed away from other people while shopping. Stores opened early for seniors who were still sleeping at home. A quick trip to the store saw people lined up waiting for the opportunity to go inside. Home improvement stores were better, unless you had to return something – that created another line. Everything created another line.

 

Businesses considered non-essential were told to close indefinitely. Just who made that determination? Not store owners, not shop keepers, but politicians made those decisions. No worry about not having funds on hand to pay rent, utilities or heaven forbid food. The government would take care of that – eventually with a one-time payment of $1200 per adult and what $400 per child would cure everything.

 

Don’t forget no schools were allowed to remain open. Classes were totally online, but you needed a computer. No traditional graduation ceremonies.

 

The only thing operating were government agencies and political entities to insure that you wore that mask, stayed at home and absolutely no running on the beach alone. No fishing with a chair. No sporting events, even family fun time was deemed socially unacceptable.

 

When you thought it couldn’t get any crazier – an officer involved death of a known criminal and part-time working associate of the police officer involved. Before you could see it coming there were “peaceful” demonstrations hijacked by paid rioters and domestic terrorists like army ants swept across the city of Minneapolis like the plague. Rampaging and burning, looting and shooting, extreme violence against innocent civilians and law enforcement alike seemingly condoned by local city and state government leaders. Members of congress did not speak out against the violence and senseless civil unrest, but condemned the President of causing the division and racial unrest.

 

Even former President Obama spoke out in a televised “town hall meeting” encouraging the demonstrators to continue the violence and make those in power uncomfortable. Telling them that Americans were on their side and their lives mattered. Obama didn’t say stop the violence. He didn’t say remain peaceful and make your grievances known. What he didn’t say spoke louder than what he did say.

 

Today we have been seeing thugs and hooligans, gangs and lawbreakers running amok in cities across the nation. We have seen domestic terrorists inciting violence, damaging public and private property, burning stores, police vehicles and even police buildings without so much as a condemnation from local state or national political leaders.

 

After weeks of watching the destroying of America President Trump has issued executive orders to compel the Department of Justice to begin seeking out, apprehending and arresting offenders to be prosecuted for the violence they have done. FINALLY!

 

But is it too little too late? Has anybody been paying attention? This has become a full scale insurrection initiated and paid for by left leaning liberal socialists and Marxists in collaboration with foreign operatives. Is that not TREASON? Former and sitting government officials conspiring with foreign governments to affect an election, is that not what they accused President Trump of doing in 2015?

 

I don’t know about you, but I think we’ve been played like a fiddle! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
