We Perish for Lack of

Yesterday ended up a disappointment to many who placed their hope and expectation on the Supreme Court of the United States to declare evil and side with the US Constitution and in favor of President Trump as the Court refused to hear the Texas lawsuit against the states named in it.

I am reminded of this verse in Ecclesiastes 1:9 – “What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.” We tend to forget that as we see ourselves being wronged as if for the first time in the history of the world.

I find it interesting that in a world that is controlled by evil we have willingly submitted ourselves to an election control device called “Dominion” then are surprised that the results are less than honorable. We may have been surprised but was God? Absolutely not, there are no surprises for the creator God, disappointed sometimes but never surprised.

If I’ve learned one thing in life it is that what man makes man can also break. One man’s treasure is another man’s envy. The thief used to come in the night to steal, plunder and often it ends in murder. In today’s political climate in America the thief is brazen and strutting as if he is grand marshal to a parade.

In a current political discussion on Facebook a friend said and I agree that “We make our choices with incomplete knowledge” yet we think we can figure things out on our own.

The bible tells us in Proverbs 2:6 – “For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding” and in Proverbs 18:15 – “An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge”. Our problem is that we do not go to the source, the only one who hears our cry but is the answer.

For many we have taken what we were told about the election as the gospel truth. We are told that Biden won, Trump lost – end of story, right? Well hold on partner not so fast. Things aren’t always as they appear – Not during Election Day or the days after. We forget that the election is a process. There are steps that must be followed throughout that process.

It’s like baking a cake. You wouldn’t just buy a cake mix, throw it in a pan and into the oven, would you? No you would follow the instruction on the box (as best you could), add the ingredients, mix them up, and stir more in until you have batter ready for the baking pan. You would pre-heat the oven and wait until it’s time to place the pan in the oven. Then you would set the timer and go about your business until the timer went off. You wouldn’t remove the cake from the oven without first testing it with a toothpick to insure the inside was cooked. – That’s right or my name isn’t Betty Crocker (it ain’t).

The election process is preceded by the campaign, but on Election Day every registered voter must cast his ballot by mail or in person (These are the ingredients).

The Electoral College” A 2020 Presidential Election Timeline

November 4-December 14, 2020: Counting Popular Votes and Filing Certificates of Ascertainment Following Election Day, the states are to count and certify popular vote results according to their respective statutory and procedural requirements. When the states have completed their vote counts and ascertained the official results, the U.S. Code (3 U.S.C. §6) requires the state governors to prepare, “as soon as practicable,” documents known as Certificates of Ascertainment of the vote. The certificates must list the names of the electors chosen by the voters and the number of votes received in the popular election results, also the names of all losing candidates for elector, and the number of votes they received. Certificates of Ascertainment, which are often signed by state governors, must carry the seal of the state. One copy is forwarded to the Archivist of the United States(the Archivist), while six duplicates of the Certificate of Ascertainment must be provided to the electors by December 14, the date on which they meet.

December 8, 2020: The “Safe Harbor” Deadline

The U.S. Code (3 U.S.C. §5) provides that if election results are contested in any state, and if the state, prior to election day, has enacted procedures to settle controversies or contests over electors and electoral votes, and if these procedures have been applied, and the results have been determined six days before the electors’ meetings, then these results are considered to be conclusive, and will apply in the counting of the electoral votes. This date, known as the “Safe Harbor” deadline, falls on December 8 in 2020. The governor of any state where there was a contest, and in which the contest was decided according to established state procedures, is required (3 U.S.C. §6) to send a certificate describing the form and manner by which the determination was made to the Archivist as soon as practicable. December 14, 2020: Electors Vote in Their States Monday after the second Wednesday in December of presidential election years is set (3 U.S.C. §7) as the date on which the electors meet and vote. In 2020, the meeting is on December 14. Electoral College delegations meet separately in their respective states and the District of Columbia at places designated by their state legislature. The electors vote by paper ballot, casting one ballot for President and one for Vice President. The electors count the results and then sign six certificates, each of which contains two lists, one of which includes the electoral votes for the President, the other, electoral votes for the Vice President, each of which includes the names of persons receiving votes and the number of votes cast for them. These are known as Certificates of the Vote, which the electors are required to sign. They then pair the six Certificates of Ascertainment provided by the state governors with the Certificates of the Vote, and sign, seal, and certify them(3 U.S.C. §§8-10). The six certificates are then distributed by registered mail as follows: (1) one certificate to the President of the U.S. Senate (the Vice President); (2)two certificates to the secretary of state (or equivalent officer) of the state in which the electors met; (3) two certificates to the Archivist; and (4) one certificate to the judge of the U.S. district court of the district in which the electors met (3 U.S.C. §11). December 23, 2020: Certificates Must Be Delivered to the Designated Officials Certificates of electoral vote results must be delivered to above mentioned officers by the fourth Wednesday in December, in 2020, by December 23 (3 U.S.C. §12). Failure to Deliver Certificates by December 23 If the certificates from any state have not been delivered by December 23, 2020, the President of the Senate, or in their absence the Archivist, is required to request the secretary of state or equivalent officer in that state to send one of the copies they hold to the President of the Senate by registered mail (3 U.S.C. §12, 13). The Code also directs them to send a messenger to the judge of the U.S. district court in the state directing the judge to transmit the certificate they hold by “hand …to the seat of government.”

January 6, 2021: Joint Session of Congress to Count Electoral Votes and Declare Election Results Meets

On January 6, or another date set by law, the Senate and House of Representatives assemble at 1:00 p.m. in a joint session at the Capitol, in the House chamber, to count the electoral votes and declare the results(3 U.S.C. §15). The Vice President presides as President of the Senate. The Vice President opens the certificates and presents them to four tellers, two from each chamber. The tellers read and make a list of the returns. When the votes have been ascertained and counted, the tellers transmit them to the Vice President. If one of the tickets has received a majority of 270 or more electoral votes, the Vice President announces the results, which “shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President.”

Joint Session Challenges to Electoral Vote Returns

While the tellers announce the results, Members may object to the returns from any individual state as they are announced. Objections to individual state returns must be made in writing by at least one Member each of the Senate and House of Representatives. If an objection meets these requirements, the joint session recesses and the two houses separate and debate the question in their respective chambers for a maximum of two hours. The two houses then vote separately to accept or reject the objection. They then reassemble in joint session, and announce the results of their respective votes. An objection to a state’s electoral vote must be approved by both houses in order for any contested votes to be excluded. January 20, 2021: Presidential Inauguration

On this date, the President and Vice President are to be inaugurated. The Twentieth Amendment set the date for inaugurations as January 20, beginning in 1937. Since 1981, the ceremony has, with one exception, been held on the West Front of the Capitol. The Vice President takes the oath first, followed at noon by the President.

Legislative Proposals to Extend the Post-Election Electoral College Timeline

Concern has been expressed by some that contested or delayed state popular vote results in the 2020 presidential election might prolong counting and ascertainment of results and encroach on the electoral college timeline. Two bills introduced in the 116th Congress would extend the time available for this process. S. 4517, introduced by Senator Marco Rubio, would be effective for the 2020-2021 election. It would change the Safe Harbor date to January 1, 2021, and the date on which electors vote to January 2. H.R. 8492, introduced by Representative David E. Price, would change the Safe Harbor date and also reschedule the Electoral College meetings to the first day after January 1. It would also expedite delivery of certificates of the electoral vote and reschedule the joint session of Congress to count electoral votes to the second day after a revised deadline for election certificate delivery to the Vice President or the Archivist.

These two legislative proposals (HR 8492, S4517) have not passed or signed into law.

So let the court challenges proceed in the various states as this too is part of the natural election process. It is imperative that we not jump to conclusions (or perish) because our knowledge is incomplete or insufficient. Let us pay attention to what is written in Proverbs 20:7 – “A righteous man knows the rights of the poor; a wicked man does not understand such knowledge.” – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Who Stole the Election in 2020?

I have a bit of a problem placing the blame on former Vice President Joe Biden or Senator Kamala Harris for election fraud.

Independent ballot watchers coming in to insure the vote counting was done on the up and up. In many cases they were unable to have access to have eyes on actual ballots. In some cases they were removed from the building in violation of state election laws. Furthermore whistleblowers (Election workers) have come forward with signed affidavits of election irregularities which violated state election laws and even naming specific precincts. Other indicators show massive amounts of electronic and physical ballot stuffing occurred in the early morning hours of November 4th through November 10th clearly violating the spirit and the letter of current election laws.

So yes I have a problem simply blaming Biden or Harris. I just don’t think they are that smart.

What I mean is for a major political party’s presidential campaign ticket that exerted minimal effort, drew even minimal crowds at campaign events and rarely campaigned together how in the world could they have organized, funded, coordinated or executed this amount of election fraud? That is maximum return for minimal effort and it just doesn’t compute.

They are just the tip of the iceberg.

I know that big money was involved and I’ve always said to follow the money. I also know that the resources of the federal government have been plenty proud of using covert tactics in order to affect regime change in foreign lands (Venezuela, Philippines, India, Nigeria and a host of other countries where it served US interests for elections tilted in favor of new but US-friendly leaders.

I’m thinking community organizing on a global scale. How is it that a Canadian firm with headquarters in Toronto and Denver had gotten so heavily into US federal and state elections in less than 20 years, then in 2019 turns over its US patents to a Chinese bank, and ultimately the corporation is sold to China for a reported sum of $400M just before the 2020 election without so much as raising any eyebrows?

No this is not Russian misinformation or a conspiracy theory. Dominion Voting Systems was created in 2003, manufacturing election voting machines and election software, plus acquiring other vetted election equipment manufacturers to virtually hold a strangle hold and a monopoly on the US election market. Since Dominion’s creation in 2003 Democratic Party candidates have had huge successes in winning elections at state and national levels.

You tell me has this been just a coincidence?

The first hint that something was amiss occurred in the 2016 election when the plan had a hiccup and Donald Trump won the election.

Here we are in 2020 and the election was proceeding normally and tallies were being recorded. While Americans slept something strange occurred, but was seen and recorded by overseas audiences as it was happening. What Europeans saw occurring live on television and cable can only be described as a coordinated and unnatural data switch indicating massive election fraud during a 5 ½ hour period. When Americans awoke the morning of November 4th much of the switch had already been completed yet additional changes continued over the next 6 days.

I find it hard to believe that either or both Biden/Harris could have managed this.

As a software programmer I know that it is possible to alter or reprogram voting software by remote access over the internet. This would look like a “glitch” had taken place, when in fact software updates would have looked perfectly normal.

I also know that FBI resources should have been all over this at the first sign of irregularity. Why they were not is anybody’s guess unless someone in authority was actively complicit. In the course of subsequent investigations by the Trump campaign legal team, hundreds of whistleblowers and thousands of sworn statements have been collected that indicate something stinks.

I’m not a legal beagle or para-legal or in any way connected to a presidential campaign so as a patriotic American with a vested interest in the outcome of this election for the welfare of our nation I urge you to do your own due diligence, conduct your own investigation, uncover the facts for yourself and make your own unbiased opinion as to who stole the election. Don’t rely on the media that have muddied up the waters from the very start through their biased reporting of false, slanderous and unverified misinformation.

14 Lessons of COVID Lockdowns

As we near the end of 2020 let me ask are there any lessons we have collectively learned about the COVID-19 lockdowns?

  1. COVID-19 strikes fear of the unknown “What If” into the heart of many.
  2. Protect the most vulnerable – isolate them in their care facilities, homes and hospital beds where COVID doesn’t go.
  3. Protect our young people – isolate them from school classrooms where COVID doesn’t venture.
  4. Protect families – isolate them from their churches as COVID thrives on singing praises to God.
  5. Protect Americans – isolate them from outdoor activity – hiking, fishing, hunting or walking in the park as COVID lurks around every corner.
  6. Protect workers – isolate them as a remote work from home force as COVID inhabits formal work places.
  7. Prevent indoor eating establishments – COVID has determined they are non-essential and should be closed.
  8. Prevent indoor gatherings – COVID shows up at birthday parties, weddings and funerals.
  9. Obey state and local mandates – government knows what is best.
  10. No Hand Shaking, Hugging or Embracing – COVID spreads that way, elbow bumping is Okay.
  11. Wear facial coverings – COVID is kept at bay by covering your mouth with a piece of cloth.
  12. The Facemask “Deniers” are to be shunned, hated and verbally attacked.
  13. Social Distancing – stay 6 feet away from everyone as COVID is transmitted by touching others.
  14. The truth on Social Media is to be believed entirely because they “Follow the Science”.

Have we learned anything from those 14 lessons?

I hate to burst your bubble but what I have learned from all of this:

  1. God is good. He is fully in control. Nothing surprises him. Nothing is so great that he cannot handle it. God loves me just as I am. Everything will be all right because I place my trust in him.
  2. Life is brief and we are not getting out of it alive.
  3. Government is the problem, not the answer.
    1. Mandates create an abuse of power that often leads to violating of the rights of citizens guaranteed under the US Constitution.
    1. Shutting down schools is a blessing as it forces us to go back to the basics with home schooling.
    1. Shutting down institutions of higher learning is forcing students to turn to vocational trade schools to learn real world job skills.
    1. Lockdowns – Isolating families, friends and strangers is not healthy. It is used in certain instances in correctional facilities and hospital wards for a limited time, but never advisable for mass populations to prevent the spread of viruses.

I have seen COVID-19 restrictions create fear and mass panic used as tools to control the uninformed public during a presidential election. I have seen this fear materialize through posts on social media as many attempts have been made to demonize anyone with a differing view point. My attempts to education readers promoting the use of common sense rationalization of events has been met with fierce resistance and name calling that doesn’t affect, hurt or change my position, but casts suspicions on the mindset of those who resort to that kind of online bullying through intimidation.

The Audacity of the Liberal Left

I take people at face value and trust that when you give your word you will keep it. Politics is more like amateurs attempting sleight of hand while talking out of both sides of their mouth at the same time and we’re expected to believe them. I see politics as a necessary evil. I have tolerated the lying, cheating and double dealing as simply the way politics are done in Washington. I have painted all politicians across the board as corrupt and that has been a huge mistake on my part.

I realize that there are many factors involved in the packaging and presentation of politicians and political candidates. Some slick their hair back and like that used car salesman on the movie called “The World’s Fastest Indian” while others offer the sexy side of politics to woo voters with the most hair-brained schemes imaginable. Seasoned incumbents simply want you to vote for them again because they say so and after all that’s what you’re supposed to do anyway, right? To paraphrase Joe Biden “you ain’t black if you don’t vote democrat” or more to the point blacks don’t vote for Trump, but that’s a lie.

If the last four years have taught me anything it has been to read the fine print and in-between the lines any time a liberal politician speaks because most of the time they are simply lying. They will brag about how long they have served in congress, but blame the problems facing our nation on the one person not responsible for those problems and someone who hasn’t been in congress at all.

Liberals will tell you America has a racial problem. They will tell you that minorities are being targeted, discredited and held back from being all they can be. What these same liberals will not tell you is the reason American are being racially targeted is because liberals ARE the ones doing the targeting.

The 2020 Presidential Election is a prime example of democratic collusion, extortion, intimidation, ballot manipulation and software programming to insure specific liberal candidates win in selected and targeted states. These are not isolated incidents or software “glitches” as we’ve been led to believe, but a coordinated assault on the election process of our nation by and individual or groups of individuals.

The attack happened in darkness while America slept and would possibly have succeeded had the election infection not turned to a scale of greed our nation had never seen in politics. During the hours of American darkness the rest of the world watched as data manipulation happened live and right before their eyes on the internet.

It is impossible to “hide” data from public scrutiny unless the entire election process is locked down over a private and secure network and as the data dumps occurred they were recorded. One might be able to change the tabulated totals, but not the already recorded transactions that I have seen or the analysis I have read on the blatant and obvious fraud perpetuated on America by agents of the liberal left.

I am only one among many who want to see a full audit of EVERY AMERICAN VOTING PRECINCT for a full and transparent accounting of the 2020 election. And I want every single person held responsible for the deliberate misleading of Americans and the unlawful and unconstitutional acts of fraud and election interference committed to effect regime change in the United States.

How can any American, patriotic or not, fail to see the blatant abuse of power committed by elected officials across our nation? Even worse why would you even want to be a party to it? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

If My People….

We are all made in the image of God. “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” Genesis 1:27 NIV

And as our forefathers struggled to form a new nation they wrote:

Preamble to the Constitution of the United States

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

For more than 240 years we have prospered and flourished and our nations influence has affected the entire globe yet nobody needs to be told how COVID-19 has changed our lives or how long this pandemic will last, or even to what lengths politicians will exert their power over the people who elected them. Our world has been gripped by a fear of the unknown. For the non-believer it is mind numbing as there is no hope.

Rest assured that God is in control and I don’t say that lightly. Nothing surprises God. COVID-19 did not take him by surprise. For the believer we have the assurance that God will never leave us, nor forsake us and he WILL be by our side, hand in hand or if necessary he will pick us up and carry us through this trial.

That doesn’t mean we sit back and wait for God to do his part without us first doing ours. As believers in Jesus who is the Christ we must strive to enhance our relationship with God the Father, our father in heaven. We do that through earnest prayer and supplication. We ask specifically for God to intervene on our behalf or on the behalf of others. We know that God will answer our prayers, so we must pray EXPECTING God to answer. Be specific, but let it come from your heart.

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

We must learn to trust God both with the little things and with the big things. We must act with faith, even the size of a grain of mustard seed the bible tells us. Ask believing and know that God hears and answers according to his good pleasure. Pray that God will receive all the honor and glory.

God has factored in every contingency in life. He knows what we need and hears us when we pray. God depends upon hearing from us before we make our day-to-day decisions. God knows our wants and when our heart is in right standing with him, nothing is impossible for God. God will be glorified in this worldwide COVID-19 scare.

If you are worried about the election – STOP! The God of all creation is fully able to handle anything that the devil and all of mankind combined can throw at him. God will bring glory to himself from the ashes of this election. Our trust is in God, not man and as I have said before I don’t have all the answers but I know the one who does! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

For Your Information – FYI

On election night the projected president-elect was President Donald Trump 410 – 128.

The morning of November 4 the media declared president-elect was Joe Biden ahead of candidate Donald Trump (No bias right?) In the span of 5 1/2 hours the vote tabulations were switched and America woke up being told the election was over and not only get over it, but unite with democrats (who have still not gotten over 2016).

Several swing states (where obvious vote tallies didn’t add up correctly) were contested by President Trump and in those swing states their unbiased state supreme courts rejected overturning their state election results. The Supreme Court rejected hearing the case against Pennsylvania, but there are other litigations making their way to SCOTUS, yet the media and political pundits will try to tell you there is no evidence and thus no case by the Trump legal team. Not true. In a separate action the state of Texas is suing those swing states before the Supreme Court and at that time the evidence of election fraud will be made clearly known for all to see.

Contesting an election is the constitutional means afforded a candidate when irregularities are suspected.

The next phase of the election process is the Electoral College casting their votes on December 14, 2020 and sending those certified votes to Congress to be verified, tabulated and announced who is the next president-elect. Will it be President Trump (another 4 years) or candidate Joe Biden? If you think this roller coaster ride has been rough, might I suggest buying some more popcorn and sodas and then cinching up your seat belts as it might get even rougher?

There are real world things to consider, remember how Congress treated the last 3 SCOTUS justices during their confirmation hearings? I do and I’ll bet they will never be able to forget the mistreatment they received by Senator Kamala Harris who is on the ballot. I seem to remember someone once said “don’t bite the hand that feeds you” or “don’t poke the bear”. I doubt that she thought out her actions or her words and it may come back to bite her where the sun don’t shine. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Who Exactly Are The Deniers?

It has been said that every coin has two sides, but what about the coin that lands on its edge?  Does that not change the saying a bit? The controversy of 2020 really started in 2019, if not earlier but anytime someone doesn’t buy the story hook, line and sinker they are labeled a “denier”.

Well there have been deniers since the beginning of time and who do you think the first denier was – Adam, Eve or the serpent? Go ahead I’ll wait……..

When God created Adam and placed him in the garden there was want of nothing. Adam had food, shelter and didn’t need clothing but Almighty God walked and talked with Adam daily. How cool was that? Then God said Adam needed a helper and none of his creation fit the bill. As Adam slept God took one of Adam’s ribs and created a woman which Adam called Eve. Adam had his helpmate and God walked and talked with them daily. God said eat of the fruit in the garden but don’t eat of the tree of life or the tree of knowledge.

Enter the serpent that saw the woman and said to eat of the forbidden fruit. Eve said of this tree God said not to eat. The serpent said if you eat you will be like God. So Eve ate of the fruit and Adam ate also. In that moment they knew good and evil, they had knowledge. When they heard God walking in the garden they hid themselves. When God asked where are you Adam said we hid because we were naked.

God asked if they had eaten the forbidden fruit Adam said it was the woman you gave me. Eve said it was the serpent who deceived me and I’m sure the serpent said, “who me?”

At that point in time EVERYBODY on earth was a denier.

Fast forward to roughly 2000 years after the birth of Jesus and we are still denying. We deny everything from how old we are, what we last ate or how much we weigh. It’s human nature and it’s called sin. We’ve grown accustomed to believing or challenging everything we are told. Those who don’t agree with OUR point of view are deniers. They say to wear a mask its science.  They say social distance its science. They say we need a vaccine and that’s science too. I’d like to see the actual science behind all of this – Chapter and Verse.

Use common sense in everything you do. If it hurts don’t do it. If it smells wash it. If it’s rotten – throw it in the trash. If it doesn’t make sense – DON’T DO IT!

So tell me again exactly who are the deniers?  – I am the Real Truckmaster!

A Free and Fair Election Benefits Everybody

I want to address all the cry-baby liberals out there who call for unity while trashing President Trump and sweeping election “irregularities” under the proverbial rug – STOP!

What you seem to forget is that the right to vote under the US Constitution does not give anyone the right to fudge or steal an election by deceit, falsification or underhanded political shenanigans and anyone who unlawfully votes in an election or facilitates or alter election results can and should be held liable of violating federal election laws. The same is true if you aid and abet someone in the commission of a crime, federal crime – federal time. That holds true for the media giants who instruct, encourage or require employees hide, cover up or help facilitate election fraud in any way, shape or fashion.

Some of the most blatant examples of election fraud began during the 2000 presidential election, yet only one state became highlighted with “hanging chads” and that state was Florida. So egregious were the actions of those attempting to sway the election that the SCOTUS decision officially settled the matter.

What about the elections of 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020, how have those elections been subsequently impacted by Congressional laws and mandates? Updated election security procedures have been implemented; stringent controls to prevent fraud waste or abuse; stricter standards and requirements for individual states to follow, yet the overall failure routinely occurred with the human factor, federal and state election commissions, officials and bias among election workers combined with unscrupulous software programmers who “game” the system for fun, profit or revenge. I’m tired of the baby-faced and candy-cane liberal whining when their side gets caught with their hands in the proverbial cookie jar. They whine, cry and call names while blaming everyone else.

So that I am perfectly clear – a free and fair election benefits everybody. Failing to stand up to defend the constitutional rights of each citizen regardless of political persuasion benefits nobody, especially those who haven’t the intestinal fortitude to stand on the side of truth, justice or the American way but thing they are being patriotic – they are not.

Regardless of political party of choice only a fool would see the direction of an election of this magnitude is going on election night, wake up the next morning for an egregious illegal and un-rational “flip” of ballots and not be suspicious or concerned.

I’m calling you out publicly – prepare to defend yourself! The greater good of the nation depends on you to lay aside your bias and prejudice to stand for what it right vs what is convenient! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

On How Americans Have Voted Through History

There is much speculation on the “American Voting System” in the United States and much of it we know virtually little about. What we should all be familiar with is what the Article 1, Section 4 of the US Constitution says that it is up to each state to determine “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections.”

We haven’t always done it the way the 2020 presidential election was held. Did you know that early in our nation’s history the first 50 years of American elections were done in public by only those with the right to vote went to the local courthouse and publicly cast their vote out loud? At that time it was only white men who could vote and it was called Voice Voting. The law in most states through the early 19th century and in Kentucky until late 1891 voters would arrive at the courthouse, swear on a Bible that they were who they said they were and hadn’t already voted. The voter would call out his name to the clerk and announce his chosen candidates in each race. Campaigning and carousing were allowed in these early America elections with a turnout rate of 85 percent.

Paper ballots began being used in the early 19th century. They were not standardized or printed by the government. Ballots were initially scraps of paper where the voter scrawled his candidates’ names and dropped it into a ballot box. Soon newspapers printed out blank ballots with the titles of each office up for vote. Readers tore out these ballots, filled in their choices. By the mid-19th century state Republican or Democratic Party officials would distribute pre-printed fliers to voters with only their party’s candidates listed. These became known as party “Tickets” because they resembled train tickets of the time and it was easy to vote along straight party lines.

In the second half of the 19th century partisan paper ballots ruled with frequent accusations of voter fraud and calls for election reform. The first paper ballot printed with all candidates and handed to voters at the polling places was first adopted in the US by New York and Massachusetts in 1888 actually came from Australia.

When did voting machines first appear in US elections? That would be in the late 19th century by the Jacob H. Myers lever-operated “Automatic Booth” voting machine that would dominate American elections from 1910 through 1980. It had more moving parts than an automobile, required no electricity and was hand-operated. Voters could select individual candidates or turn a lever for a single party line vote for either Republican or Democratic candidates. Votes were not counted until the final lever was pulled. When the voter opened the curtain the vote was counted and the machine reset for the next voter. These machines were heavy and inspired confidence, but a damaged cog or the tip of a lead pencil could cause serious miscounts.

In the 1960s the punch card voting systems began coming out after IBM punch cards looked to be the future of the computer age. Ballots could be counted by computers with instantaneous tallies on election night. By the 2000 presidential election we all became familiar with the “dimpled chads”, “pregnant chads” and “hanging chads”. We also saw the 2000 election come down to a SCOTUS decision.

What happened in Florida caused Congress to pass legislation to mandate higher standards for voting equipment in 2002. There was a big wave of touch screen technology that cost states and municipalities millions of dollars to upgrade their voting equipment and also brought software “glitches” producing erroneous voter tallies. In 2016 it was reported that 21 states were targeted by Russian hackers. Following the punch card voting technology came optical scanning machines that read scannable form ballots which is the most popular way to cast a vote in America.

The article by Dave Roos did not include the 2020 Presidential Election claims of voter or election fraud due to the monopoly of Dominion Voting Systems with electronic voting equipment in 25 states and software in almost every state voting machine and the tabulation machines. This Canadian owned company that was reported to have been sold to a Chinese state company for $400M in 2019 without raising so much as an eyebrow of curiosity or concern. The implications of Chinese interference in this presidential election leave room for software “glitches” which are intentional or unintentional software programming designed to change specific voting outcome. Might I suggest that we go back to in person voting across the nation where voters can choose their candidate? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Man Democrats Love to Hate

No matter whether you’re a Republican, Democrat or consider yourself an unaffiliated voter, everyone has an opinion on President Donald J. Trump. Republicans love him because he’s not a politician, part of the swamp or an insider of the deep state and mostly because he loves our country. Democrats hate him for those exact same reasons and because he beat Hillary in 2016. Unaffiliated voters either love him or hate him not because they know Trump, but because they only know what they’ve been told or conditioned to do. Trump is well known as a shrewd businessman who goes after the best deal and doesn’t give up.

One of Trumps greatest accomplishments was to unify the Democratic Party – albeit against him as recently demonstrated by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s tearing up the State of the Union speech on the floor of the House and on live television while President Trump was giving his speech.

As president he has done the impossible: battling Russian collusion; impeachment; building the wall; moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem and brokered a totally new and improved Middle East peace deal; ramped up oil production making the US the premiere exporter of oil in the world; stimulated the economy while battling the effects of COVID-19 in the US most of which have gone underreported or not reported at all.

During the Independence Day celebration Ivanka Trump said it best, “Washington has not changed Donald Trump. Donald Trump changed Washington.”

Others have said that President Trump has energized the Republican Party and could very well break away into the Trump Party if he so choose to because he has proven that he is not a politician and he is not for sale.

He clearly was a threat to the political in-crowd and they were not happy as the preceding 4 years have shown. One thing is abundantly clear his fan base of loyal supporters have eclipsed that of any other President in history, outdistancing Barack Obama, Bill Clinton and I’d venture to say that of George Washington or Abe Lincoln.

So whether the election will be stolen outright remains to be seen as the battle in the swing state Courts continues and in just over a week the Electoral College will cast their votes and we will know the outcome and extent of the Democratic bag of dirty tricks and political shenanigans, as they continue in their attempt to pull off the ultimate coup of a sitting president.

I heard from an anonymous source (that’s how the news folks frame it, right) that President Trump set a political trap in 2018 and that the Democrats have willingly walked right into it. The trap may still be open and I’m waiting for the door to slam shut on the greatest election fraud in American history.

Trump recently said he is not backing down on his claim of widespread election fraud, but should he end up losing he’ll be back in 2024 and finish what he started. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
