So We Voted Now What Happens?

Without trying to insult anyone’s intelligence I will type slowly. Seriously now voting was our part of the political process where we made our choice for President and Vice President known. It is known as the Popular Vote. After casting our ballots we waited to find out how many votes our candidate received.

After ballots are cast they must be received on Election Day (November 3^rd). They are then collected and transported to designated counting sites where each ballot is processed and verified, then counted, tallied, recorded and tally’s forwarded to the state election office (Secretary of State). State tallies are forwarded to the national election office after being signed and certified in multiple copies. There are specific dates whereby each state must comply with the verification process.

Each state is divided into precincts within each county and assigned a number of electors to the Electoral College. This insures that every state regardless of size or population have a voting “voice”. What many voters do not know is that our vote actually decided how our state’s Electoral College delegates are supposed to vote. If our state voted Red the delegates vote Red; if our state voted Blue our delegates vote Blue. (There is no hard and fast rule that the delegates must vote as the state voted.)

On designated dates in each state’s electors cast their vote and those votes are tallied. Certified copies of the tallies are sent to Congress where they are verified, counted and the President-elect and Vice President-elect are announced.

There are predetermined dates for every step of this process to occur. There are no short cuts and premature announcements will only cause anger and frustration.

A word about those who advocate for the National Popular Vote option where individual state electors join together basically forming a voting bloc or pac with other states may sound good to the ears, but would in effect replace the voting “voice” of those states and is in direct violation of the Constitution.

The Electoral College was established by the Founding Fathers to provide for each state to have equal representation when choosing a President and Vice President as part of our checks and balances in government.

Also during the ballot voting and verification process for the 2020 Presidential Election a number of court judges have illegally overruled state and federal legislation from the bench by changing or extending the date ballots can be counted, and in some cases without signature verification or post marks, citing COVID-19 as their reasoning. All legislative changes to the law MUST come from the legislature, not the bench of any court. That is why many court challenges may end up at the Supreme Court for an official ruling.

Let me clear up a few points – Donald J. Trump is President of the United States for 4 years (2017 – 2021) and until a new president is inaugurated or he wins re-election – He is YOUR President and mine.

If you listen to the media’s talking heads or legislators who tell you that Joe Biden is President-Elect and Kamala Harris is Vice President-Elect – They are not. There is no transition of power until after the Electoral College has voted, and Congress has announced the winner.

The Democratic Party is saying “reach out to Trump supporters and show them some love” while they are advocating recording a blacklist of EVERYONE who supported President Trump in any way as they “will not forget” those who aided Trump.

I urge you to consider your “Breaking News” sources carefully. Do not allow yourself to be ruled by fear and intimidation (traditional Democratic Party values) or what I call “Chicago Politics” or Mob Rule. There is massive corruption in government (deep state) that must be exposed, expelled and in some cases prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law so that power illegally taken can be returned to “We the People” as the Constitution intended. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

A Box of Broken Cookies

You may have guessed by now that my brain functions a bit differently but if you look up the word normal in my Wilson Family Dictionary you might find: “Wilson, Joe Jr – the normal family member” or not.

This morning we were discussing some of the messed up people we see fully engulfed in our nation’s politics and I thought about how when the Creator God created the most perfect man and woman on planet earth (Adam and Eve). They disobeyed God (sinned) who set the punishment for sin – death.

From that point forward God had only broken vessels (cookies) to work with in fulfilling his plan. In our society and culture if we had a box of broken cookies we would just throw them away or toss them out for the birds to eat, then get another box of cookies. In less fortunate cultures or societies that same box of broken cookies would be handed out to feed many mouths and not a scrap would be wasted.

From the time of Adam his descendants populated the earth with nothing but broken cookies. When making the tower of Babel God confused their language and spread across the globe thereby making the name of God known everywhere. During the time of Noah there was wickedness everywhere and God called an old man to build a boat. Not just any boat, it was to be created to exact specifications given by God and I’m sure that this old broken cookie was mocked and ridiculed from the very first day he began building the Ark. As the animals came two by two into the Ark, and then after Noah and his family had entered, God sealed the door shut I wonder how many banged on the door to open and let them in as the rains began to fall from heaven flooding the entire earth leaving nothing alive outside the Ark. This was the only time in the history of man where God tossed out the entire box of broken cookies. As Noah’s family emerging from the Ark they saw a rainbow God placed in the sky to signify never again would he flood the earth.

From the time of Noah until the time of the second Adam (Jesus) there were many broken cookies used by God to accomplish his plan as he demonstrated his love for man and his hatred of sin. A man called Moses led God’s people to freedom and brought from the mountain Ten Commandments from God written in stone. This broken cookie dropped one stone which crumbled on impact or we may have had many more commandments to deal with. Over time there were many vessels (broken cookies) that God used from godless tyrants to God fearing men with power over others who saw themselves as gods and demanded the respect and honor due only to Almighty God who knew that only he could break the cycle of death for sin by sending his son Jesus to earth as a man not to condemn but to save the world from sin.

God chose a virgin who loved him but knew no man to become Jesus’ mother who raised him in the fear and admonition of God. Jesus was not a broken cookie, but lived a life without sin and taught his chosen disciples and others as one with authority, that God’s love for mankind required a sacrifice to pay the price for sin – death. Jesus became that sacrifice as he died on the cross at Calvary, then rose again on the third day victorious over sin and death. Jesus ascended into heaven where he sits on his thrown at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us, God’s broken cookies. Jesus’ disciples taught throughout the known world and traveled to faraway lands telling of God’s love and the way to heaven was through a sin forgiving relationship with Jesus.

Since the days when Jesus walked among men upon the earth the way to heaven has not changed. The way for us broken cookies to be made whole is by claiming salvation through the blood of Jesus.

Have you received forgiveness for your sins?

If not simply pray like this:

“Lord I am a sinner. I know you are God’s only begotten son, who lived a sinless life, died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day and you are now sitting on your throne in heaven at the right hand of God. I ask for your forgiveness. Please cleanse me and purify me by your blood. Amen”

Turn away from sin, find a body of believers who teach the bible is the inspired word of God, that salvation comes through the blood of Jesus and salvation is in no other name. It is not by works but by faith that we are saved. Becoming a Christian doesn’t mean life will become a bed of roses or that trials and tribulations will not come. It means that when they come God is there to hold your hand and stand with you through it all. Baptism is a public declaration, confirming what God has done inside your heart.

When you feel that life isn’t fair just remember that life is like a box of cookies, broken and shattered but nourishment for those willing to pick up the pieces and share. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Where is your focus?

With what’s going on around us the impeachment, COVID-19 virus, political antics, hateful rhetoric and acts of violence to a level we’ve never seen in our nation before, where is YOUR focus? I don’t ask it lightly either. It seems that we’re climbing the 2020 ladder where every wrung is a distraction.

It’s so easy to get caught up in all the hoopla and forget what’s important. What will directing your anger against anyone gain you? Will you feel better? So will standing in front of a mirror while patting yourself on the back and saying “Good boy” or “Good girl” or even a “Good for you” and “You’re awesome”, but does it change anything? What about the health implications? Will it lower your BP or your A1C (whatever that is) or cause you to have a normal rhythm or steady heart beat?

Does yelling at the television do anything to those on the other end? Does calling someone on TV a jerk make them feel more or less a jerk? What about those around you at work or home, who do they see as the real jerk?

Yes we’ve had lots of distractions over the year 2020 and we’re only just now nearing mid-month in November with Thanksgiving right around the corner where we give thanks to God for our many blessings and for COVID where we’ll be celebrating alone…….(10 people or less and no more than 2 households allowed). Gobble, Gobble!  

December is a time for celebrating the birth of baby Jesus where our humble abodes will resemble the meager stable where neither kings, shepherds and family members will be sorely missed. Life is tough, but even tougher without God.

Again I ask where is your FOCUS – is it on the Almighty God from whom all blessings flow? Or on two geriatric political entities that are hear today and gone tomorrow, ashes to ashes and dust to dust (that sort of stuff)? If life in 2020 was a game of golf I’d be the first to call for a “do over” and call it 2020 version 2 and ban rioting, violence and really bad language. I’d invoke the words of the infamous Rodney King – “Can’t we all just get along?” – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Ode to R***

I began writing this blog replying to my buddy R*** who is neither Republican nor Democrat but thinks Trump is the wrong man in the White House. Like many others today he wrongly thinks Joe Biden is now the president-elect. I redacted his name for his privacy but feel free to insert your name in its place as if I’m talking to you (I am).

Here we are once again, only you have gone far enough and I shouldn’t be surprised – but I am. You had your say and decided to delve into what can only be described as a full-fledged attack. So here’s my response (that’s what you want right)?

In preparation for the upcoming election every state activated volunteer poll watchers and vote counting monitors to insure everything was above the board – So far so good. Polling places are supposed to be neutral places where voters vote without fear of intimidation or interference. So are ballot counting sites and for the most part that impartiality has been maintained until 2020.

(I have to believe that 2016 may have had this problem too, but I haven’t read any reports confirming or denying it happened then as well.)

In Democratic states, at both voting and counting locations Republican volunteers (certified by their party as watchers) were removed without explanation or cause. Republican volunteers were kept outside and away from ballot counting areas and windows were blocked preventing them from observing the handling of ballots. Observers witnessed after 2AM carloads of more than 200,000 “lost” ballots for Biden brought in boxes and suitcases to counting facilities. In one case several hundred military absentee ballots for Trump were found in trash receptacles. I have seen some of the pictures taken inside those locations show bias toward Biden/Harris with Democratic employees openly wearing party logo. Video shows employees obviously tampering with ballots. I have read statements from a postal employee who said supervisors instructed ballots received after November 3^rd were to be separated from regular mail and set aside to be hand stamped for November 3^rd, then processed as voting mail. Then reports of ballot processing machine errors where Trump ballots were recorded as Biden ballots (how many I have no clue), but the fact that it even happened is suspect.

The DOJ sent armed federal agents into ballot counting facilities to investigate many of these charges. Because it is now an ongoing investigation we should not hear anything until it has been concluded.

Also the Trump campaign’s legal team has filed multiple legal challenges involving each Democratic state where irregularities have been reported.

There is a simple way to resolve these issues and that is to follow state election guidelines that may be similar to these:

Every ballot absentee, mail in or in person has an identifying control number and a corresponding voter’s name and address information and it should have a date that it was printed and a date it was sent out.

Once it is filled out by the voter, it is returned to a designated drop off location, placed in the mail on or before each state’s required mailing or drop off date or taken to the precinct polling place on November 3^rd.

Once it is received it is stored until the date allowed

Once it has been received it is verified using registered voter data and securely stored to wait on the date the state begins counting ballots.

Rejected ballots are separated and securely stored waiting to be verified.

Precinct tallies are forwarded to state election officials and recorded.

Election/Voter fraud is a felony and violators should be criminally prosecuted.

I told you that it’s not over. You seem to think Trump is calling the shots and all Trump supporters take our marching orders on que from him. That’s absurd. All it takes is common sense and NOT listening to fake news being piped across America and around the world.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are not president/vice president-elect’s.

They are simply figureheads for rogue Democratic Party operatives/enablers who have attempted the largest election/voter fraud in American history and the media is complacent.

I thought former law enforcement professionals and ordinary citizens would be able to see what has been happening, but I was wrong. So now must I assume you are either part of the solution or part of the problem?

There are investigations and/or subsequent recounts that must be completed. No amount of posturing, lying or cheating will change that, neither Obama, Clinton nor main stream media can call “game over” until after the popular vote that choses electors for each state, who then vote at the Electoral College in December to choose the president.

Now for you to ignore the evidence of election fraud and voter fraud that has been seen and reported to the DOJ, and ignore the court filings of Trump campaign’s legal team is like turning a blind eye to someone robbing a bank, because it’s not your bank or as Antifa and BLM rioters think “you’re insured” and that gives them the right to steal. America loses when good men and women do nothing. Like it or not this is your bank too!

Remember we’re all in this together and it’s called America and the last time I checked Trump is still president and Biden is still a criminal who according to the FBI has been under investigation for money laundering for over a year now and for all of you who think the “Good Guy Won” and Trump lost – think again. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

God Called Their Names

People laugh when I tell them that God sent a warrior in answer to the prayers of his people. I’m sure when God chose an old man named Noah they did the same, until it started to rain.

What about Abraham when God said his seed would be too numerous to count and Sarah laughed.

Don’t forget Joseph and his coat of many colors. Jealousy is a powerful thing. His brothers threw him in a pit and argued about killing him, but God sent a caravan.

We must not forget Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego who refused to bow to the king and were thrown into the fiery furnace.

The boy David faced the giant Goliath armed with only a slingshot and a single stone.

After the tower of Babel fiasco where men were building a tower into the heavens was it not God who confused their language causing them to scatter to the four winds, populating to the far ends of the earth?

Remember Mary, the virgin girl chosen by God to bring forth a son, God’s only begotten son. Mary could have said, why me Lord? Instead she said, Lord let your will be done.

At the birth of Jesus it wasn’t in some fancy hotel or palace, but in a stable where shepherds and kings came to worship him. As he grew up, an ordinary boy, into a man, a man of God – God-Man. Jesus came to save the world from sin and for that he had to suffer and die.

These and many others stories are recorded in scripture telling of God using ordinary men and women to accomplish his purpose, in spite of what anyone thought or said. In every case when their name was called they answered, “Yes Lord, your servant listens”.

Throughout recorded time God has used the ordinary to confound the arrogant and confuse the wise so that HIS strength would be known.

So what about history not found in the scriptures? Did it not happen because it was not recorded by New Testament writers?

What started with a yearning deep in the hearts of men and women who dropped everything for the opportunity for a new start in a place they called the New World. They came seeking refuge from a abusive governments to a place where they could worship God as they chose, without strings or reservations.

Life was not easy in this new world, but with God all things are possible. Settling this new country was driven by ideals and principles firmly rooted in biblical theology and a firm belief that all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights – life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The struggles and hardships many and at times the costs were tremendous yet they never wavered. They never lost their vision of what could be. Over time there were wars, battles and divisions of families and country, much like we see today.

Leaders are appointed by God to serve his purpose. There have been many with an ambition to serve, but few are called to the highest office of the land.

Each of us could have been born at any time or in any place in history yet God chose to place us here and now for such a time as this. It is with that same certainty that I believe God called and placed Donald Trump into the office of the presidency to stop the evil that has threatened to overcome this nation.

We can see how God chooses that which man casts aside. But within every man and woman God plants the seeds of capability. It is up to us to nurture those seeds until we have reached what we are capable of. Quite often God must pull someone out of their comfort zone and thrust them into something completely foreign to them. Yet God knows it is what they are capable of as he has prepared the way before them.

We watch unprecedented voter turnout in every state across the nation and the stakes are extremely high. 2020 began with the COVID-19 virus reaching every corner of the globe and into the very fabric of America as politicians conducted an impeachment of the president because they could as he attempted to determine the course of action for fighting the virus. Everything became COVID-19 centered and related as the nation went into full campaign mode.

American’s love the challenges of a fair election where one side wins and the other side loses gracefully and life goes on. Quite often politics is anything but fair and as of this writing the uncertainty of the 2020 election has revealed the most devious side of American politics as election irregularities have become abundantly clear. We have seen voter intimidation over the airwaves and on the internet’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others). We have watched as fake poll numbers slanted to one side over the other, revealing nothing fair or balanced.

We watch as voter turnout shattered in record numbers and it would seem that the entire nation had turned red leading up to Election Day. As November 3^rd dawned America began in person voting and lines formed in cities and towns all across the nation. Then as the voting deadline of 8PM passed we began to see something ominous as voting numbers seemed to switch at an alarming rate.

The cities and states that had been red in the weeks leading up to the election had suddenly become blue, with reports coming in of “lost” blue ballots being brought into ballot counting centers in boxes and suitcases in the hours after midnight. There were poll watchers whose jobs were to verify the counting being removed without explanation or reason. Ballot counters were seen wearing political biased blue attire, changing and/or discarding red ballots. There were reports of discarded mail in military red ballots being pulled from wastebaskets and dumpsters. There were reports of firsthand accounts of USPS supervisors issuing “hand stamp – November 3^rd” orders to personnel receiving and sorting voting mail from regular mail in certain postal facilities and court ordered extensions of ballot counting that circumvented state legislatures changing current election laws. These irregularities in voting protocol and procedures are in fact interference of the 2020 election clear federal violations.

An order from the bench of the Supreme Court required Pennsylvania to separate all ballots received after November 3^rd for separate counting and secure storage, due to reported irregularities. Additionally similar orders could come for a number of other states where these same types of irregularities have occurred and could conceivably delay the official announcement of the winner in this strongly contested presidential election.

Once the final count has been officially tabulated it will be time for us to get back to work and live our lives as God intended. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Why Doesn’t God Hear Me?

I’m not a religious person, just someone who love God and wants his will for my life. No I’m not perfect either, just a sinner redeemed by the blood of the lamb – Jesus. Yesterday I asked a variety of questions many of us ask when we don’t see our prayers being answered, at least not the way we anticipated. Here are some of the questions I asked:

Why doesn’t God just take away the mountain?

Sometimes when we face an obstacle we can’t seem to handle. We cry out to God to “fix it” for us. When we see it’s still there we say God just didn’t hear us or he was busy with someone else or their problem was bigger, but those are just excuses.

James 4:2-3, he states, “You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.”

If God knows my needs why doesn’t he do something?

John 9:31 ESV And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.

Why isn’t God on my side?

We think of ourselves like a football team with God our biggest fan. We want to win and because God is on our side we don’t understand when the other side wins.

I like the way Abraham Lincoln put it, “Sir, my concern is not whether God is on our side; my greatest concern is to be on God’s side, for God is always right.”

Do you know that God loves you most of all?

In fact God is no respecter of persons, but loves each of us unconditionally and it is his desire for each of us to reside with him in heaven eternally where sin does not exist.

There are many who still think doing good works (being kind to or helping people and giving money to the church) will get you into heaven. After all why would a loving God send anyone to hell?

A Sunday School teacher asked her class what must I do to go to heaven?

Be nice to people? – No

Help others? – No

Give to the church? – No

Finally she asked little Johnny, – How do I get to heaven?

His answer, – You must be dead!

We must die to self and live for God as if our eternal life depends on it, because it does.

We are sinful men, born into a world of sin and must be purified to be rid of sin. There is only one way to heaven and that is through the blood of Jesus, shed for the forgiveness of sin.

John 3:16 KJV 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

A life without God is a life without hope, but with God all things are possible.

1 John 4:8 – Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

We are not promised a life without trouble, sorrow, or disappointment. God brings the rain upon all, rich, poor, or slave or free. It is how we handle them – on our own or with God?

Stacking The Votes

Elections have always been political. Ecclesiastes 1:9 “What has been will be again, and what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.” What is happening today in American politics is blatant, in your face, and obviously illegal. Individuals in a host of government agencies at various levels think they could devise “foolproof” ways to circumvent election laws and get away with it.

These are the same individuals who scream an opposition party candidate has colluded with foreign governments to interfere with the 2016 election; refuse to accept the results of the 2016 election; and have attempted a continual coup against the sitting president for the past 4 years. To make matters even worse in many cases they are the very makers of the laws they violate. 

Here are some of the ways they are attempting to “Stack The Vote”, closing polling sites before the November 3^rd 8pm deadline; ejecting poll watchers of a certain political party; transporting official and illegal ballots to the official counting sites and shielding from view the process of counting ballots; failing to maintain the integrity of the voting process by openly wearing political party affiliation clothing while counting ballots; bringing unofficial and illegal ballots into a “secure” ballot counting facility during hours of darkness; engaging in illegally timestamping ballots at USPS facilities, after the 8pm deadline. These actions violate the integrity of the election process and shine a light on systematic failures of statewide election processes primarily in democratically controlled states. Contrary to popular belief election irregularity is not an unrecoverable problem but will lead to a contested election in those states where irregularities have been seen leading to court challenges and ultimately being referred for a decision at the Supreme Court. The popular vote determines how state electors will vote in the Electoral College and precisely why elections are in November and the inauguration isn’t until the following January.

Individuals and organizations who knowingly participate in election fraud, interference, receiving and processing counterfeit or fake ballots and other illegal action will result in arrests and prosecution.

Based on what we are seeing (this is still ongoing) there should be a major effort to require state voter rolls to be verified and purged of all inactive voter information. There should be a renewed effort to conduct voting process reforms to maintain the integrity of the election process and the “chain of custody” of each legal vote while seeking out and punishing those who willfully violate election laws.

The election process should be accurate and simple with an identifiable state ballot issued from a single state voter database that after being issued can be tracked, traced and recorded in a timely manner at secure centralized precinct locations and at state election offices. Monitoring and supervising of employees at every level is a must to prevent unauthorized and illegal activity from happening.

All ballots (Absentee, Mail or In Person) are trackable as they are processed by machines or by hand (when machines are unavailable). This would enable duplicate voting, unlawful or illegal ballots to be rejected and set aside for further investigation and subsequent legal action.

If a state can issue a vehicle license plate or individual driving license and track them based on owner data, why can it not be as simple for an individual voter ballot?

Pencil Politics or Cheating at the Polls

What I am stating brings new meaning to pencil politics, where the party with the pencil wins. I don’t simply call it voter fraud I call it cheating and it illegal. According to the Constitution each state is responsible to conduct elections by precincts. The Secretary of State for each of the 50 states and US territories has the overall responsibility to insure elections are conducted according to state law. Each precinct has delegated responsibility to insure eligible voter are received and counted. How is this done remains a mystery to voters and we have assumed that officials are following the rules.

It has been reported that during this 2020 presidential election one political party holds the figurative pencil and brought in unverified ballots when and where needed with no questions being asked. One party has hired employees to count and control all ballots in their precincts and taken action to eject ballot watchers from another political party; erected a fenced-in secure area, covered windows preventing ballot monitors from having eyes on work being done inside and that some ballots brought into the secure counting area were from voters no longer living or no longer residing in the precinct and possibly registered in other precincts? One party has sought social media to stifle the free speech of the President of the United States during the remaining time it takes to count literally thousands of ballots that suddenly appeared for that party’s candidate and ballot counters dressed in the campaign attire of a political party candidate while counting ballots even though it is a federal offense to do so?

As I see it the law is the law. Violators of the law must be held accountable for their actions. That includes the actions of those under their employment. Nobody is above the law.

What we are seeing is a total breakdown in the election process as we’ve never seen before because states and counties controlled by Democratic Party elected officials have allowed their hatred for one man to cloud their judgement and the nation suffers.

It’s time for federal and state election officials to call for a full audit of all ballots (mail in and in person) to insure that only legitimate and valid ballots are counted and to take steps to insure that cheating at the poles does not happen again. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

What We Don’t Know About the Voting Process

American’s pride themselves on perfecting processes to do just about everything and when we think they can be more efficient or effective we don’t hesitate to improve upon them. By the same token when we think we can outsmart a process to our advantage we won’t hesitate to try to “game” the system either.

This holds true with the voting process. We used to go to the precinct polling places, show our picture identification, sign the ledger entry and receive our ballot slip. We would then go into a voting booth or enclosure alone and make our choices. Once we were done we’d exit the booth, drop our slip into a locked container or receptacle and receive a “I Voted” sticker to signify we had done our patriotic duty.

Well not anymore. According to the Constitution the voting process is not regulated at the federal level but at state level. It is a citizen’s guaranteed right to vote yet in some states or precincts there is no mandate for voter identification or signature verification and voter rolls (databases) have not been properly maintained (updated or purified). There is simply no way to insure the person is even eligible to vote.

Have you ever gone into a store to buy a can of spray paint and had to be “carded” to verify you are old enough to buy the paint? Well I have and at 71 it is insulting to say the least. So why not be required to show photo ID and/or proof of US citizenship in the form of Certified copy of your birth certificate or US Passport before being allowed to vote?

What about the document used for voting – where are ballots printed and against what database? Who or what organization is contracted to create and print the state ballot? Does each ballot have a control or reference identification number for tracking and control?

Once ballots have been printed and sorted, who controls those ballots prior to and during voting?

Is there a chain of custody to prevent unauthorized access to the ballots?

How are early voting ballots controlled? How are they processed?

Are there control mechanisms to prevent multiple (absentee vs in person) voting?

During voting are ballots automatically or manually processed? What safeguards are in place?

What happens when someone has moved in or out of state? How are they able to vote properly?

The reason I bring these questions up is that although many states have conducted absentee voting for years, there are some state or precincts where it seems to be an issue.

Additionally and more recently Congress has attempted to mandate ALL voting be done by mail due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the problems surfaced that voter rolls were inaccurate and several instances of multiple ballots being sent to the same person at a single address.

An issue was raised that the US Post Office would not be able to keep up with the mail in ballots so select individuals decided to collect ballots to be transported to election drop off points.

In other instances individuals went door-to-door “volunteering” to assist voters by picking up their ballots and taking them to the official drop off points. This is known as ballot harvesting and in many states it is illegal and violates any sort of chain of custody.

During yesterday’s voting process at some precincts individuals were handing out magic markers (felt tip pens) to voters as they waited outside the precinct. What problems this may have caused is yet to be seen, but marking in pen or pencil is stated on the ballots. Any marks on the ballot with magic markers may have caused those ballots to be rejected.

In certain states trained and certified poll watchers were asked to leave the polling station, while at other stations unidentified individuals were seen going into voting booths with voters, another clear violation of voter intimidation and harassment.

Also in recent events 100,000 ballots were “discovered” in one state precinct and every one was for Joe Biden? It makes me wonder if the foxes are guarding the henhouses. It is clear that legal challenges will arise when clear cut cases of voter fraud or intimidation continue popping up. It seems like I read a recent Joe Biden quote that “We have the largest voter fraud organization in history.” Maybe he meant voter fraud prevention organization, but then maybe I can still find his original quote.

I’m wondering when technology will advance (if not already) to the point that there will be an app for that? It is conceivable that voters could login to a StateVoters.com website, with a user name and password, create an account and upload PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP documents, then complete a state voting ballot online, use an eSignature block and press CAST YOUR BALLOT HERE. An email verification of voting would then arrive in their email box shortly after completing their online ballot. Those individuals who are technologically challenged would still be able to vote in person by verifying their citizenship and signature. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Why Vote?

I’m surprised by the people who complain about our government, elected officials and tell in great detail what is wrong with our country and its politicians but have never voted. I’m not talking about young people who have recently reached voting age and haven’t exercised their right to vote either.

I hear all the time this or that should have been done differently and so and so politicians are corrupt or don’t know what they’re doing. Maybe they don’t know what they’re doing. When asked who you voted for the reply is usually – I didn’t vote. I didn’t like either candidate. I didn’t know what that amendment meant. I didn’t register to vote. Excuse after excuse.  

So let me say this plainly so even a caveman can understand. If you don’t vote you have no right to complain.

Yes that’s right, don’t vote – don’t complain!

I read that Colorado is on track to be the first state to achieve 80% of registered voters to cast their ballot. Rather than being elated, I’m disappointed that 20% of Colorado’s registered complainers have not yet chosen to vote. Do they not know that voting is a right of citizenship and not something to be taken lightly or given up voluntarily just because you don’t know or like the politicians running for office?

Not everyone has always been given the right to vote.

• The Constitution was written in 1787 and ratified in 1788.
• The 15^th Amendment in 1870 guaranteed the right to vote for citizens of all racial ethnicities and served as the foundation of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
• The 19^th Amendment in 1920 guaranteed women the right to vote.
• The 23^rd Amendment of 1964 gave residents of the District of Columbia the right to vote.
• The 24^th Amendment of 1964 removed the last obstacle by guaranteeing the right to vote for those who failed to pay taxes.
• The 26^th Amendment of 1971 lowered the voting age to 18.

With constant threats to fair elections, voter intimidation and both election and voter fraud don’t you think it’s time to get up off that sofa and go to the nearest polling station and make sure that your voice is heard loud and clear from your street to the halls of Congress and the White House.

There has been talk of lowering the voting age to 16 but it hasn’t yet been passed in Congress. But the fact that American citizens have fought and died for this country without having the right to vote for its leaders, only to have someone NOT VOTE BY CHOICE is…….is ANTI-AMERICAN and UN-PATRIOTIC! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
