Under Attack From Within

 

When did the assault begin? Oh I’m sure there was division prior to the Revolutionary War as the Founding Fathers argued for or against separating themselves from Great Britain. Every step of the way America has fought for every decision made concerning the future of our nation. The Alamo stands as a testament to the bravery, courage and determination of the American spirit. The Civil War between the states pitted family members against family members, states against states and all fighting for the rights enumerated in the Constitution. The First World War was fought “Over There” and many left our shores to help fight the war to end all wars. The Second World War saw a rekindled hesitancy as our government did not want to become involved. Never the less Americans felt the call and went where the action was because it was the right thing to do. The attack on Pearl Harbor changed the course of our nation and awoke the sleeping giant. Foreign aggression in Korea threatened the entire region and the world and many nations answered the call. The Cold War swept across and divided Europe with a wall to keep people in and the outside world out. There have been many other conflicts across the globe and the one in Vietnam saw many victims to selfish and greedy ambitions. The world as we knew it forever changed on 9-11-2001 as the War on Terrorism, Iraq and Afghanistan began.

 

History remembers selectively that slavery was a huge amazing, yet necessary and at times an ugly part of the making of America. What history has forgotten is how the political climate after the Civil War fostered racial tensions that continue to resurge to this day. It is not taught, nor spoken about today that the Democratic Party immediately after the Civil War gave rise to the Klu Klux Klan and gross violations of the civil rights of slaves, not yet considered real Americans, but property such as livestock and cattle. What history has not taught us is that the first black legislators in Congress were Republicans.

 

I believe that it has been a concerted effort that began in the early 1960’s in the Kennedy Administration where the real conflict amid racial tensions began to play out in earnest. The events of the day were the protest by Rosa Parks; racial integration of Alabama schools; culminating in the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Robert Kennedy and others. The stage was set with President Lyndon B. Johnson who said he would have blacks voting Democrat for the next 200 years. Events in Congress began with the creation of an all-black caucus that excluded all who were not. What we know as the Congressional Black Caucus has become the self-appointed “race police” to ferret out racial injustice in government. One of their first publicity stunts began with the boycotting Republican Presidents Nixon, Reagan, and the Bushes.

 

Emboldened by their continued success and increased black membership the CBC took it to new levels with the active resistance to President Donald Trump, his agenda, policies and administration.  Vocal CBC members such as Fredericka Wilson, Maxine Waters, John Lewis, Cory Booker, Kamala Harris and many others who called openly for the impeachment, imprisonment and even for death to President Trump have done so with impunity. I’ll have you know that this “Attack from Within” is unprecedented in American political history as Congressional Caucuses conspire, intimidate and coheres members of Congress to bend to their will they have reduced themselves to “Welfare Lobbyists” (taxpayer funded bullies) and DC swamp creatures who are the voice and action arm of the deep state.

 

President Lincoln quoted from the book of Matthew when he once said, “A house divided against itself cannot stand”

 

Matthew 12: 23 So Jesus called them together and began to speak to them in parables: “How can Satan drive out Satan? 24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, it cannot stand. 25 If a house is divided against itself, it cannot stand. 26 And if Satan is divided and rises against himself, he cannot stand; his end has come. 27 Indeed, no one can enter a strong man’s house to steal his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can plunder his house.

 

Lincoln knew the importance of uniting together under one banner, one flag and worshipping one God especially when it wasn’t popular. The price he paid was assassination from what we call radical terrorism. We must not make that same mistake again. America has been called the sleeping giant and that is true in many respects. Our culture is in a constant state of change, yet the American spirit continues to flourish with patriotism and love for our country and our fellow man.

 

Today there is a new awakening taking place where it is no longer me, me, or all about me. The presidency of Donald Trump has given rise to new levels of tactical and domestic racism designed to divide this nation along racial and political party lines. Americans are seeing which party is promoting racism and division. They are seeing what party values them as individuals and not simply as votes to be taken at any cost. American voters are learning that they have value and today men and women of all racial and social economic backgrounds are finding a home in today’s Republican Party. Let me be clear this is not the perfect political party by far. There is no such party. However a party that stresses hard work, fair pay with affordable medical and medicines for everyone without regard to party affiliation has a certain appeal. I say listen up, tune out the fake news, ignore the naysayers and look for a way you can help someone else. Look for how you can make your slice of America better. Treat others the way you want to be treated and do not set yourself up as judge over anyone – only God sits on the Judgement Seat and we will all stand before him on the day of accounting! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Times of Trouble in America

 

I’m sure there are many who recognize and agree with me that America has been in trouble for quite some time. There has never been a time where we instantly see trouble in real time like what’s happening today across our nation. There are abortions, murders, killings, personal assaults and widespread destruction of property happening from sea to shining sea. So bad is it that we have become acclimated to the daily assaults through the media and from members of Congress that offer no relief, help or hope. If you watch the Democratic debates there are no viable solutions being offered, only doom and gloom in the days ahead? The outward effect has been their display of hate for each other and the marginalization of the very voters they turn away.

 

Today’s devotional asks “What Do You See During Times of Trouble?”

 

Referring to Acts 7:55-56 – “But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. ‘Look,’ he said, ‘I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.’”

 

I began thinking of today’s crop of politicians who constantly throw up roadblocks and obstacles in hopes of tripping up President Trump and hindering or obstructing his administration from moving forward or gaining ground with his domestic or foreign policy. In their eyes Trump is in big trouble.

 

It would be true if the man they see in the White House was the same man who craved for power and notoriety in New York social circles of yesteryear. If he was pursuing his own agenda and not that of a higher power, he would have stumbled over the logs and potholes hoisted in front of him at every turn.

 

President Trump has not been deterred by the bevy of betrayals, slanderous and hostile commentaries or even the unjust manner in which he has had to deal with over the past 3 years of his administration. In fact every obstacle had become a stepping stone. Every pothole becomes a mud-hole miring down those who push it as a narrative in front of him. Rather than focus on the obstacles, Trump adjusts, recalibrates and moves ahead with his eyes constantly on the end game – Making American Great Again!

 

One need only compare and contrast the Trump fan base with the competition to see that America has not seen its best days yet. When man places God and country ahead of himself, he has already won! When he treats a janitor as he does a CEO; shakes hands with a security guard and sincerely thanks our military and a veteran as Trump has done and continues to do – He will always have my backing and support!

 

I look forward to 5 more years of the Trump Presidency! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Exposing the playbook of Saul Alinsky’s – Rules for Radicals

Born in 1909 Saul Alinsky was a community organizer and organizer trainer in Chicago. He was a champion of confrontational tactics. Alinsky wrote two books on tactics and a biography of Mineworker president John L. Lewis. Fred Ross, a student of Alinsky, was a major influence on Cesar Chavez, founder of the United Farm Workers union. Hillary Rodham (Clinton) wrote her college thesis after interviewing Saul Alinsky, whom she idolized and began using his tactics in her political campaign. Barry (Barack) Obama became a community organizer and trainer in Chicago after studying the tactics of Saul Alinsky. Obama adapted his tactics and literally stole the 2006 Democratic Party Nomination and thus the presidency right out from under Hillary Clinton. During the 2016 campaign season Hillary Clinton with the support and backing of Barack Obama and others in government and media used the same Chicago-style Alinsky tactics on political newcomer Donald Trump.

 

 

Many are put off at President Trump for his almost constant tweeting. It appears that he has a fetish about attaching monikers or nicknames to politicians who attack him. What those people don’t realize is that Trump is actually taking Saul Alinsky’s tactics to another level by turning them on the attackers. The hunted has become the hunter.

 

Oh that doesn’t stop the political left they simply must find new ways to attack. So they conspire within Congress using Caucuses and Committees trying to bring down the sitting President of the United States and they violate the Rico Act and more as they know no bounds.

 

Alinsky devised or identified what he called Power Tactics that are almost impossible for politicians to combat against because of their intense nature. That is why politicians accused of wrongdoing usually resign and walk away into the shadows never to be heard from again.

 

Alinsky’s Power Tactics

  1. The First rule: Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.

Trump actually denies they have any real power. He doesn’t imply, but demonstrates his power over them and they become outraged. Take the 3+ years of constant threats of impeachment coming from Congressional Democrats until it spilt over into the hasty and failed Articles of Impeachment that were exposed during the Impeachment Trial of February 2020 in the Senate. Many Senators voted along party lines because they simply didn’t want to rock the boat.

 

  1. The Second rule: Never go outside the experience of your people. (When an action is outside the experience of the people, the result is confusion, fear, and retreat.)

Congressional Democrats did not follow this rule. Their grab for power surpassed their understanding of going beyond their level of experience. Many were self-proclaimed legal experts who thought they could manipulate or ignore the Constitution for their desired outcome. They were exposed as the frauds they really were.

 

  1. The Third rule: Wherever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy. (Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.)

A huge mistake made by Democrats and the media was to underestimate Donald Trump because he was not a politician. They failed to take into consideration his success in real estate and television. It’s no exaggeration that Trump had rubbed elbows with them his entire business life. He was the one they could count on for political contributions. The elite never balked at photo opportunities with him. They wrongly thought they knew him.

  1. The Fourth rule: Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules. (You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.)

Democrats ignored or simply forgot who wrote the rule book they used. In many cases they made up their own rules. Had they read and/or understood “The Art of the Deal” they might have been successful. Most importantly they never learned you can’t out trump – Trump.

 

  1. The Fifth rule: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. (It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.)

This is where Trump made the best use of tweets, at rallies and during televised appearances his use of nicknames or monikers stick in their craw (you may have to look that one up). He speaks what he’s thinking and is very quick about it.

 

  1. The Sixth rule: A good tactic is one that your people enjoy. (If your people are not having a ball doing it, there is something very wrong with the tactic.)

Watching a Trump rally is the best way to gage whether his supporters enjoy his banter or not. Unlike his Democratic competition where there is no “joy”, a Trump rally is festive and joyful. Everyone is clearly having a ball and it drives Democrats insane. Recent rallies have seen a flocking of Democrats coming out in support of Trump.

 

More from Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals

  • A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. (Man can sustain militant interest in any issue for only a limited time, after which it becomes a ritualistic commitment.)
  • Power goes to two poles: to those who’ve got money and those who’ve got people.
  • Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.
  • The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
  • The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.
  • If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside; this is based on the principle that every positive has its negative.
  • The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.
  • You cannot risk being trapped by the enemy in his suddenly agreeing with your demand and saying “You’re right – we don’t know what to do about this issue. Now you tell us.”
  • Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

 

Alinsky’s Conflict Tactics

In conflict tactics there are certain rules that the organizer should always regard as universalities.

  • One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and “frozen.” (By this I mean that in a complex, interrelated, urban society, it becomes increasingly difficult to single out who is to blame for any particular evil.)
  • There is a constant, and somewhat legitimate, passing of the buck. (The target is always trying to shift responsibility to get out of being the target.)
  • One of the criteria in picking your target is the target’s vulnerability – where do you have the power to start?
  • Furthermore, the target can always say, “Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?” (When you “freeze the target,” you disregard these arguments and, for the moment, all others to blame.)
  • Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all of the “others” come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target.
  • The other important point in the choosing of a target is that it must be a personification, not something general and abstract such as a community’s segregated practices or a major corporation or City Hall. It is not possible to develop the necessary hostility against, say, City Hall, which after all is a concrete, physical, inanimate structure, or against a corporation, which has no soul or identity, or a public school administration, which again is an inanimate system.
  • An injury to one is an injury to all.

 

As I have shown earlier Hillary and Obama have both studied the use of the Chicago-style bullying tactics of Alinsky. They made it an active part of their political campaigns. The fact that Obama grew up and began his community organizing in Chicago is no accident. He was able to actively train many to resist and impede the government and manipulated himself into the very White House he so despised. Once there his mantra of “change you can believe in” became as Michelle Obama once said would be change like you have never seen before.

 

It’s clear to me that Trump is the master at turning Alinsky’s tactics to his political advantage and turning the Democratic world upside down. To Trump publicity is publicity and negative publicity is something he doesn’t have to pay for but is free to exploit to his advantage.

 

All eyes are on Trump as he pressures his opponents and keeps the pressure on while draining the swamp and exposing deep state of corruption.

 

Democrats are simply playing checkers while Trump is playing chess.

 

Democrats use doom and gloom referring to the Trump presidency ruining America and putting us all in another world war while ignoring the war that terrorism has been waging on America and the free nations of the world for almost 20 years (or longer). It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that America is in much better shape under Trump’s presidency than ever before.

 

Obama’s Democratic policies have enabled the rise of Antifa and the use of other bullying tactics to alienate citizens and instill fear so as to keep people in their place. Attacks on law enforcement show the brazenness of the left. Homelessness, sanctuary cities and states have led to the decline of a number of American cities.

 

When Trump and his supporters are attacked it raises awareness and increases his popularity while showing a lack faith and trust in Democrats or their policies that belittle and chastise their voter base who are now encouraged to walk away from the Democratic Party and vote for Trump (every negative has its positive).

Trump exposes corruption on the left and gives people hope and determination to make American better. From the inauguration Trump took words said by politicians of both parties and encouraged them to work together. He agreed to what they had been saying only to have them flip-flop! Like when they said border security was a must, but now it’s fabricated as they try to demonize Trump over it.

Trump has mastered Alinsky’s tactics beautifully as they try to trip him up only to have him turn it around on them.

 

From Russia to Ukraine, the Impeachment fiasco was like an anvil being held over the head of President Trump yet became a weight they could not hold up for nearly 4 years. Trump did not fold as they presupposed. He did not resign or go back to his millionaire lifestyle as they desired.

 

What we’re seeing as we get closer to the November election is the fact that Democrats tend to use money as a means to force themselves into American politics. They forget that although money talks, not everybody listens. When ill spoken politicians fly off the handle with belittling insults for the very people they are courting votes it doesn’t end well.

 

Recent Democrats have done so poorly during their campaigning that it is no surprise that Obama would come out of the shadows to support and give his stamp of approval over a big money candidate who clearly couldn’t make a showing without help. Democrats marginalize huge categories of voters.

Why does Illegal Immigration Continue to be a Hot Button Trigger?

 

It never ceases to amaze me how it is somehow seen as patriotic to allow illegal immigration into the United States. There is a constant interchanging of the terms illegal, undocumented, refugees and what I call invaders. Illegal immigration is wrong!

 

So who’s to blame – Bush – Obama – Trump – Congress – Voters?

 

YES we are all to blame. 9/11/2001 was a wakeup call and after the initial shock, outrage and War on Terror Americans seem to have gone back to sleep. What Congress has been only talking about is the wall. After 9/11 Congress called for a wall along the southern border. Border Patrol was asking, begging for Congress to provide them with the tools to stop illegal immigration. Every president since 9/11, George W. Bush and Barack H. Obama, have called for better border security. Funds were allotted and someone even put up a pitiful chicken-wire type fence.

 

Obama grew impatient on a Republican Congress to act on immigration and used an executive order to implement Delayed Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA). This action was totally unconstitutional yet Congress did not resist or put up much of a fight, if at all. Obama even allowed thousands of undocumented and unvetted immigrants into the country without any background or history. This was the beginning of opening the borders of the United States to almost anyone.

 

When Donald Trump campaigned for president he promised to build a wall along our southern border in 2016. Shortly after being inaugurated President Trump called congressional leaders of both parties to the White House and outlined a plan for comprehensive immigration reform, including building a wall and asked Congress to get started. He asked them to fix DACA (make it constitutionally sound) or it would end. Immediately America realized that something had changed.

 

Instead of coming together to fix a broken immigration system and making America safer what happened? Do you remember? I do. Democratic congressmen and women came out of that meeting with the president and declared (falsely) to the world that Donald Trump was a racist and spoke badly of illegal immigrants and what could have been a 45 minute fix plunged America fully engulfed in a manufactured race war. Other than Hillary Clinton in shock that she lost the election, Democrats suffered from Trump Derangement Syndrome – that continues to this day.

 

Opponents say walls don’t work. I say that argument doesn’t hold water. Anyone with a fenced in backyard and pets knows better. Business owners who have a fenced in area for storage or work know better. Every nation in the world that uses border security fencing knows better.

 

Opponents say walls create isolationism and America is not a nation of isolation. I say that is Democratic dribble – bunk! A properly constructed border security system will all but stop illegal immigration without creating an isolated nation. Immigration laws provide a path for citizenship for those who meet the standards of citizenship. Not everyone tries coming to this nation for doing good. As we have seen on 9/11 and since there are some who come for nefarious purposes to rape, rob and kill. That is wrong!

 

There are many tools used for border security that allow visitors, workers and legally documented migrants to apply for entry. Those who do not meet the criteria are not allowed. Those who enter illegally are deported. Those who harbor or enable an alien to enter the country illegally are law breakers and there are punishments and consequences.

 

I’m tired of the constant wailing about babies ripped from their mother’s arms and held in cages for trying to enter the nation illegally. Nobody talks of the men and women tortured, raped and killed on the trek north from South and Central America. Nobody talks about the human traffickers who use other people as a front to gain entry illegally.

 

I have seen members of Congress go to the border, illegally cross over into Mexico for a photo opportunity with a migrant. I’ve watched as they assist migrants in crossing the border illegally into the US. I’ve listened as lawmakers refuse to change immigration laws and actively resist attempts to secure our southern border. They would rather make waves to garner headlines and have their names and faces in the news in their “patriotic” efforts to impede President Trump. This has been going on since 2017 and it is wrong.

 

The time is now for all America voters to stand up FOR American and defend the Constitution by recalling legislators who are not doing the job we sent them to do. It matters not whether they are Democrat or Republican. If they are more involved in personal gratification, financial gain and maintaining power and control due to a lifetime of congressional service, or simply haven’t grasped what it means to be an American citizen it’s time to vote them out of office.

 

There are many factors that impact the effectiveness of Congress – power and greed corrupts. It is the responsibility of the President to protect Americans. It is the responsibility of Congress to create laws that enable Americans to live safely in our nation. It is the responsibility of Americans to insure that those we send to Congress and to the presidency have America’s interest first and before their own.

 

Illegal immigration leads to crime and violence against Americans and our guests visiting from other countries. Crime and violence lead to chaos and sweeping lawlessness. Gangs and terrorist groups who are harbored in a community, city or state lead to unsafe living conditions for everyone. It’s time to stand up for America and American values. It’s time to stand against crime and violence. Our very way of life depends upon you and me taking a stand! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Answer Me This

 

I’ve never claimed to be the brightest bulb in the box, but just for a minute let us think outside the box. Why do we see Democrats in Congress or state governorships and state attorneys general administering failed policies while reaping huge financial gains at the expense of taxpayers? It’s not limited to coastal states or just cities. From New York City and State, Chicago, Baltimore, Seattle, Portland, Oregon, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver and a host of others we see the emergence of human slums with trash, waste and disease on public display. Law Enforcement given commands to stand down and common sense says to stand up. Even school boards, city councils, mayors, governors and state and federal legislators all feed off what is meant for the people while their bank accounts and personal finances skyrocket. What do they all have in common? Greed and power; plus they are all Democrats. They exhort and bully anyone who objects or gets in the way until they cower down and become subservient. There are many examples in the news of Democrats who became millionaires after taking office; families being awarded government contracts reaping millions of tax dollars; or unaccounted funds, undiscovered or not accounted for or recovered.

 

I don’t mean that all Democrats are that way. There are a great many that see themselves as patriots and truly serve the people who elected them, but they are all too few. They know that the Constitution is the law of the land. They have stepped up when others step aside. Their goals are lofty and they truly want to make a difference. That is why they went into politics in the first place. The Declaration of Independence, the Preamble and the Constitution of the United States mean everything, as do the words of the Bible.

 

So answer me this…….why would anyone blindly follow a politician who promises to give “free stuff” while taking away the inalienable rights expressed in the Declaration of Independence and guaranteed by the Constitution?

 

Why stand against reason and declare common sense as senseless? Why posture and prance in front of the media, television cameras and on the internet looking the part of a fool? Nobody is fooled, unless believing your own hype.

 

I’m sure this is not isolated only to, but predominantly Democrats ringing true the old adage “Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely” or that greed is never satisfied. If you feel marginalized and insignificant because a politician tells you there is no room for “your kind” in the “party” – rejoice and join another political party or start your own. It may be easier than staying in the “party” with hope of bringing about change, change like nobody has seen before (sound familiar)? The party of hope and change is not a viable party at all! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Novel Coronavirus – A Big What If?

 

By now everyone is aware of the Novel Coronavirus and the epicenter in Wuhan, China. The official name is COVID-19 (CO = Corona, VID = Virus Infectious Disease, 19 = 2019) also listed as 2019-nCoV by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Initially this virus began in Wuhan, China and came to international attention in early January 2020 said to have originated at a local meat market where raw meats from bats and rats were routinely sold.

 

In my opinion that was a complete bill of goods and would have been believable had there not surfaced the fact that China had 2 biochemical laboratories operating in Wuhan.

 

Thus the big “What If” becomes the elephant in the room”.

 

Is this simply a case of food poisoning or something more sinister?

 

I’m not a conspiracy theorist or anything like that, but my interest lies in keeping my family safe as we had to cancel our travel plans due to airline routing that would have gone through the very heart of China (Beijing and Shanghai) and I couldn’t take that chance.

 

Officially it is being touted as nothing more than a variant of the flu. But the list of nations with citizens infected is quite extensive with a toll approaching 50,000 and more than 1,100 deaths so far and rising.

 

Many countries have banned travel to or from China and cruise ships with thousands of passengers are being quarantined or refused entry to various ports.

 

In China entire cities have been sealed off to all manner of public transportation and residents are required to remain in their homes. Officials are securing doors and windows to prevent anyone from escaping and anyone found outside are rounded up and arrested. Video footage showing what appears to be medical personnel removing and transporting bodies in huge numbers, so the claim it’s just the flu doesn’t hold water.

 

Many countries have transported their citizens who were stranded in Wuhan back to their homeland and placed in quarantine for a minimum of 14 days. I have read a report that one woman showed signs of infection some 42 days after leaving Wuhan and some have said that the quarantine period should be longer than 14 days.

 

This is looking more like a pandemic than an outbreak of the flu. What I don’t understand is how a Chinese doctor who first broke the news about the Coronavirus was arrested, infected and died as a result of the disease he warned about?

 

There have been recorded incidents of Chinese nationals posing as research assistances and their US university professor being arrested or detained for possible espionage related to the Coronavirus.

 

My question is “What If?” Could this be a deliberate attempt by the Chinese government to test a biochemical weapon on the inhabitance of Wuhan?

 

What if there were operatives carrying the Coronavirus to other parts of the world – Europe, United States, Canada, or elsewhere?

 

What if this was the movie Pandemic brought to life in the real world?

 

What if this is a huge diversion to refocus attention away from the 2020 Presidential Election in the United States?

 

It’s been said by various officials that by April 2020 the Coronavirus should dissipate and clear up due to an approaching season of warm weather?

 

I know this is a stretch of the imagination but “What If””? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Liars Lawyers and Democrats

 

Now before you get your shorts all up in a bunch I must let you know that I have friends who are liars, lawyers or Democrats so peace out dudes and dudettes!

 

How does this cycle begin? Is it when we are born? Do we learn to lie at an early age? Take a little kid caught making a mess always say, “It wasn’t me”? It’s more of a plea not an admission of guilt. In the workplace when caught clocking in late (again) there’s always an excuse.

 

There are times when we either had a lawyer or wish we did. We get into trouble speeding and get issued a citation (ticket) and when standing before the judge we try to barter our way out of it. It wasn’t my fault! The officer didn’t do it right.

 

Now take politics – the art of the compromise. Lawyers and attorneys go to law school to learn basic law and how the Constitution is the basis of law in the United States. Not everyone can become a good lawyer without practice. A huge part of that practice is lying. Not really lying but finding a loophole that allows their client to get off or a reduced sentence. Not saying that’s good or bad in itself. That depends on whether the lawyer represents you or someone else.

 

All too often an attorney becomes really good at it and after a while sets his or her sights on politics, the attorney general’s office or higher. Because of their success rate (putting people away or getting them off) they begin to see themselves as invincible. Over time their sights go even higher, city council, state legislator or governor maybe?

 

A select few set their sights even higher for the US House of Representatives or the US Senate. Their goals can be lofty and patriotic or maybe they have ulterior motives. The saying absolute power corrupts absolutely. Greed or the need for power becomes all-consuming and there is never enough.

 

I believe it was a Clint Eastwood movie where he said, “A man’s got to know his limitations”. Someone all caught up in politics may soon lose sight of his or her “limitations”. They look in the mirror and see themselves as Clark Kent who turns into Superman and nothing can stop them.

 

What we’ve seen over the past 4 years are a number of politicians who have risen to the level of US Legislators in Congress. Many have been in office (elected by the people) for more than one term. They have campaigned to represent the people of their district and citizens of the United States. Promises were made, yet failed to be kept.

 

There are doctors, judges, lawyers and business professionals who make up the Legislative Branch of the US Government. They have gotten “in the groove” or learned how the game is played and have fallen in line – the party line. It matters not which party but for the sake of argument let’s call it the Democratic Party.

 

The 116th Congress is not the same composition nor does it have the same goal of the 1st Congress. The Democratic Party is no longer the party of the people. Congress is made up of various factions within and there are rules which one must adhere to without becoming disillusioned and throwing in the towel.

 

Congress has become a sink or swim institution. There are individual clicks called Caucuses. Certain members are groomed to be accepted into or rejected from each one. Each Caucus acts as a lobbying group for specific causes. Each Caucus has a chair person and every member must accept the decision of that Caucus Chair. Failure to follow the lead will get you removed. Following the lead earns you a place in what may be considered the most prestigious Caucus. The 116th Congress has more than 242 Caucuses and there are a total of 535 members of Congress. In my opinion there must be some necessary changes as to how Congress operates and how these Causes are allowed to operate, at taxpayer expense.

 

The Constitution has set the qualifications for legislators and the number of years for their terms in office. What has not been set is term limits, without them members of Congress can be reelected an unlimited number of times. We have current members of Congress who have been in office since the 1960s and here we are in 2020. They have become powerful and are seen as invincible in the eyes of many.

 

Another “issue” that I see is a conflict of interest when a legislator decides to run for office of the President of the United States. While in office they spend at least a full year campaigning and when all is said and done, they either advance to the White House or return to their safety net in Congress. There must be a Constitutional Amendment or at least a modification of the terms of office to require an elected official to resign his elected office once throwing their hat in the ring for the highest office. Eliminate that safety net.

 

Let me clarify something.

Not every liar is a lawyer or a Democrat.

Not every Lawyer is a liar or a Democrat.

Not every Democrat is a liar or a Lawyer either.

However everybody lies at one time or another, it’s in our nature to lie.

Yes Republicans lie and some are lawyers and for the record I have friends who are Republican. In fact I’m a Republican and yes I lie but I would never stoop so low as to be a lawyer, but I would hire one if I was in a situation that I felt I needed one.

 

If you think I’ve unfairly categorized liars, lawyers, Democrats or Republicans let me loosely paraphrase Jesus – You who have not lied cast the first stone! And for you Democrats – Nobody is above the law! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

2020 The Year That Was

 

History will record the year 2020 as the year that changed American politics with the House Impeachment of President Donald John Trump investigation phase held largely in secret in the basement bunker. There were witnesses and documents and the nod to proceed was given by Speaker Nancy Pelosi without the required full vote of House members and without allowing any defense of the man being accused. In fact there were no impeachable charges, simply third party hearsay and he said, she said. Much of the evidence rested on the mindreading and wordsmithing of Committee Chairmen Adam Schiff and Gerald Nadler. The entire process was flawed and the principle characters in this process accused President Trump of the very things they were attempting to do to him.

 

The veiled Coup began under the guise of threats of impeachment for President-Elect Trump and before his inauguration as the 45th President of the United States. It was then announced publicly as a media headline just 19 days after Trump’s inauguration.

 

We began hearing rumors of Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential Election between the Trump campaign and Russian agents as the reason Hillary Clinton lost the election. Then the infamous dossier came as proof, backed up by FISA court warrants that led to the Mueller Special Investigation and wreaked havoc on the lives of innocent men and culminated in the IG Inspector General’s report that found no wrongdoing on the part of the Trump Campaign and no Russia Connection.

 

During a 2018 speech former Vice President Joe Biden bragged about getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired by withholding military assistance funds until it had been done. This speech was broadcast and available online and apparently seen in early 2019 by President Trump or members of his White House staff?

 

During 2019 there was “The July 25th Phone Call” between President Trump and the President of Ukraine where the President asked about alleged corruption by former VP Joe Biden to terminate the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma? Unable to control the President or stop his agenda and afraid his chances of reelection were too great this became an opportunity to discredit and embarrass President Trump.

 

With so much misinformation spread by deep state operatives and the media, and as evidence of corruption or involvement began to unravel concerning Ukraine and current and former US government officials it became necessary to “get the ball rolling” and attempt to influence the upcoming 2020 Presidential Election.

 

It soon festered into the ill-fated Impeachment Inquiry for Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress, neither rising to the level of Bribery, Treason or Other High Crimes and Misdemeanors as required by the Constitution.

 

Had real crimes been committed by the President, there would have been a vote by the full body of the House of Representatives on whether or not to begin an investigation to uncover/discover evidence and to interview witnesses. In accordance to the US system of juris prudence fact witnesses would have come forward with firsthand knowledge and/or written proof a crime had been committed. Hearsay and opinions would have been routinely dismissed as non-factual. The investigation phase when properly done would have taken quite a bit of time and skillful prosecutors would have insured that all the “I’s” were dotted and all the “t’s” had been crossed before making a recommendation to the Speaker of the House to advance Articles of Impeachment to the Senate. The vote would have to be non-partisan so as not to give the appearance of partisanship. Legislators with the appearance of a conflict of interest would have been sidelined from the proceedings. Additionally the President would have been allowed a full legal defense during the investigation.

 

From start to finish none of the proper protocol had been followed and the Articles of Impeachment were held by Speaker Pelosi for 33 days after a hasty partisan vote, before being publicly walked over to the Senate with TV cameras rolling.

 

During the trial phase the presentation by House Managers was nothing more than confusing talk and twisting of words based not on fact but simply to suit their own purpose. They alleged the President blatantly refused to cooperate with committee requests for witnesses and/or documents. They alleged that constituted Obstructing Congress by his willful Abuse of Power that went against the Constitution.

 

The President’s Legal Defense Team was quick to point out that proper protocol had not been followed in the House and as such any and all requests were not honored. There were certain officials and former officials of the White House who were covered by Executive Privilege and others who were called but not allowed to bring agency lawyers to the Committees with them and one who challenged in Court the validity of his subpoena, only to have it withdrawn by the Committee before the presiding judge could render a judgement. Thus procedures were not followed, jurisprudence not adhered to and the case presented by the House did not raise to the level of any crimes committed or even Impeachable Offenses.

 

Although the Defense Team was very clear in their presentation during the Senate vote on both articles it was purely a partisan vote (with few exceptions).

 

Article One – Abuse of Power – 52 to acquit, 48 to convict

Article Two – Obstruction of Congress – 53 to acquit, 47 to convict

 

In my opinion members of the Senate exercised their right to vote on the Articles of Impeachment without considering the lack of criminal offenses or the legal defense of the accused, but voted instead based on party lines so as not to upset the balance of established power.

 

2020 will be known as the Year that Congress failed to properly or adequately employ the Impeachment Process in defense of the Constitution.

 

2020 will also be known as the year of the great awakening as voters across the nation realize the scam on America can only be cured at the ballot box. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Who is Really on Trial

 

Recently a friend posted on Facebook an article entitled “The Blood” as I read I began to think back over the past 5 years about the division in our nation and it dawned on me that this story is easily transferrable to a person everyone in America is talking about.

 

The Journey

 

One day a wealthy self-made man with a rough past who overcame many obstacles in marriage and business by never accepting “no” as the answer felt the call of God to go into politics, not for personal gain but for love of country.

This is when the problems began.

Unexpectedly and against all odds this man became President of the United States and promised to drain the swamp and make America great again.

One day while on a great journey he stopped by the Wailing Wall and felt the presence of Almighty God that forever changed his life.

Oh he still talks rough and goes after his opponents like a pit-bull and never accepts defeat.

Many are they who doubt his intentions or malign his name and character causing division throughout the nation.

They say it is not possible that God would use such a man.

So great is their hatred of this man it has gone completely out of hand.

They bring up and revel in his past mistakes, yet give no credit when credit is due.

It is not about the man.

It is about what God is doing with a man only HE has chosen.

What is really the issue is whether God is God or not?

Can God really change the heart of man?

If God can change your heart, surely he can change this man. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Read the story – THE BLOOD

One night in a church service a young woman felt the tug of God at her heart.
She responded to God’s call and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
The young woman had a very rough past, involving alcohol, drugs, and prostitution.
But, the change in her was evident. As time went on she became a faithful member of the church.
She eventually became involved in the ministry, teaching young children.
It was not very long until this faithful young woman had caught the eye and heart of the pastor’s son.
The relationship grew and they began to make wedding plans.
This is when the problems began.
You see, about one half of the church did not think that a woman with a past such as hers was suitable for a pastor’s son.
The church began to argue and fight about the matter.
So they decided to have a meeting.
As the people made their arguments and tensions increased, the meeting was getting completely out of hand.
The young woman became very upset about all the things being brought up about her past.
As she began to cry the pastor’s son stood to speak.
He could not bear the pain it was causing his wife to be. He began to speak and his statement was this:
“My fiancée’s past is not what is on trial here. What you are questioning is the ability of the blood of Jesus to wash away sin. Today you have put the blood of Jesus on trial. So, does it wash away sin or not?”
The whole church began to weep as they realized that they had been slandering the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Too often, even as Christians, we bring up the past and use it as a weapon against our brothers and sisters.
Forgiveness is a very foundational part of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
If the blood of Jesus does not cleanse the other person completely then it cannot cleanse us completely.
If that is the case, then we are all in a lot of trouble.
What can wash away my sins?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus! End of case!!!!

Congressional Malfeasance in 2020

 

The American people have been subject to the highest of crimes and misdemeanors right in front of their eyes. I’m talking about election interference by collusion and in some cases acts of treason while placing the blame squarely in attempts to cover up or allege crimes on innocent parties. These are impeachable offenses and they are going unanswered.

 

Let us go back to the campaign season 2015 – 2016 and there was a huge blowup concerning the DNC server being hacked in May 2016. The DNC called cybersecurity Crowdstrike to investigate and on June 14 two viruses (Cozy Bear and Fancy Bear) were discovered on the DNC server. The FBI was not allowed access to the DNC server during their investigation of election interference. Why not? On July 5, 2016 we were told the DNC server was hacked by Russia. The person or entity called Guccifer 2.0 took responsibility for both intrusions. Immediately it was alleged that the Trump campaign conspired with Russia – Watergate all over again.

 

Information released after the fact shows that the DNC server was located in the Ukraine. How did that happen? Who made that decision? If I remember correctly there were 2 brothers working as Information Technicians for the DNC while employed part time by a number of Democratic legislators with full access to the congressional computer system. Once they were found out, they were allowed to leave the country and fled overseas, possibly back to Ukraine. During the past 3 years of the Trump presidency we have heard nothing substantial about them. We have heard plenty about the so called Trump-Russia Collusion hoax and more recently during the Trump Impeachment Trial we’ve been subject to the Trump-Ukraine so called drug scheme that was really a hunt for Hunter and Joe Biden involvement in Ukrainian money laundering and bribery scheme. This is an impeachable offense but for former VP Joe Biden who did not see the clear conflict of interest.

 

I know that we have some really smart members of congress on both sides of the isle with many of them former prosecutors, legal professionals and even judges. So why are we having such lackluster performances being displayed in the public forum when it comes to cases of national security or election interference?

 

Case in point is the Impeachment of President Donald J. Trump has been simply a case of pin non-crimes on the President that frames them in hearsay and innuendoes while feeding to the mind reading hysteria displayed by the House Managers who by all accounts have been very successful prosecutors prior to becoming legislators. It appears that House Democrats have been bullied to the point that dissenting or pulling away from party leaders is political suicide. What is needed is voter turnout and action to return sensible legislators to Congress. It’s time to stop being Democrats and Republicans and begin acting like American citizens! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
