Get On The Trump Train

Those who know me also know up front that I’m a flag waving, patriotic supporter of President Donald J. Trump. I’ve not always been proud of the way he’s done things early on during the campaign. His brash, in your face New York talk is not how I would talk, but then again I’m not Donald Trump.

I am proud of his accomplishments thus far:

  • He began dismantling the Affordable Care Act, yet there is much more to be done there.
  • He challenged congress to fix the unconstitutional Delayed Action for Childhood Arrivals executive order of Barack Obama called DACA before the act expired.
  • He appointed constitutionalist Neil Gorsuch to the US Supreme Court.
  • He began filling his administration with subject matter experts, men and women of substance.
  • He began building “the wall” along our southern border with Mexico.
  • He has pledged to put America First in discussions, treaties or trade with foreign nations.
  • He began a process that has brought jobs to Americans.
  • He has begun a tax reduction plan that benefits thousands of Americans.
  • He has begun draining “the swamp”.
  • He has begun to return the heart of America back to our creator – God Almighty.

During the dry spell of the prior 8 years Christian believers in America began asking God to intervene and give us a president we could believe in, a man who was fearless, determined, focused, and loved God. That is exactly what we got with Donald Trump.

I know many people cringe when they hear the name Donald Trump and God in the same sentence. But that’s ok. I did too very early on in the campaign. It’s been said that America wanted smooth talking leader who would preach the gospel of peace and that everything would be alright. Well the last time we had a president who was a Sunday school preacher was Jimmy Carter. That didn’t work too well for a nation who was kicking God out of everyday life, even back then.

I firmly believe that God heard the prayers of His people and he answered. God also knew money and power breed corruption. “The love of money is the root of all evil.” – 1 Timothy 6:10

Because the heart of man is continually evil God knew the leader he would raise up would have to be strong in character, be used to having money and power, but have a love for God buried so deep within that it would be invisible and impossible to detect. God wanted a warrior leader. A man not deterred by obstacles or adverse talk. God wanted Donald J. Trump.

I know you’re saying bah humbug, not true, not true! I say you’re wrong.

Since announcing his candidacy for the presidency who has withstood attacks from all the naysayers and who have become the focus of personal, character and political attacks from the left and the right? – Donald Trump

Since the inauguration, who has been blamed for ALL the ills of mankind? – Donald Trump

Who is responsible for calling illegal immigrants illegal? – Donald Trump

When the weather changes, who gets the blame? – Donald Trump

This I can tell you about President Donald J. Trump – He’s doing exactly what I voted for him to do!

Secure our borders (build the wall); change our government; Bring safety to ALL Americans! Fix what’s wrong in America and Make America Great Again!

It’s high time for Americans to get on board the Trump train, or get run over by it.

Be not deceived. It is not Donald Trump who will singlehandedly save America.

But Donald Trump submitted to and faithfully serving Almighty God. – Nothing is impossible for God.

Have They No Honor?

HAVE THEY NO HONOR

It is me or doesn’t anyone else think it’s a play for attention for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) after 2 years deciding to sue the Russians, The Trump Campaign, Wikileaks and anyone else for hacking into their computers to affect the outcome of the 2016 election?

It wouldn’t be so bad had not Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (Then head of the DNC organization) employed the two Middle Eastern brothers and the spouse of one the brothers as “I.T.” guru’s without necessary security clearances and given full access to the DNC computer “network”.

PLUS, these same I.T. guys were also employed part time by a host of Democratic Representatives and Democratic Senators with the same level of clearance on who knows what other government servers with full access to classified documents.

They were a full, in your face, frontal assault on the national security of this nation

The “employment” of these three foreign nationals was quickly terminated (after how many years) when they were found out and physically removed.

So now we have Representative Keith Ellison a top leadership official of the DNC and current member of the Congressional Black Caucus and their team of “lawyers” taking a blind stab at recouping desperately needed funding for the DNC in the form of a kind of blackmail or extortion while glossing over the deeply flawed organizational leadership of the Democratic National Committee.

Am I making sense?

Today I heard a spokesman of the DNC say something about, “because the lack of leadership [referring to President Trump] they were taking another route (whatever that means) to get their agenda thru. [Very loosely paraphrased]

Isn’t that what President Obama did with DACA?

Isn’t that what congress did with Obamacare?

Every time politicians circumvent the Constitution to bring change, are they not chipping away at the sovereignty of our nation?

We have the CBC and the DNC doing wild and crazy things while calling it “resisting” the current sitting president and his administration. They have in their corner Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein (to name a few), plus some scared out of their wits RINOs, backed by the CBC who are orchestrating this gross miscarriage of justice to continue.

They use the bully tactics of Chicago-era street thugs and make a mockery of our legislative process. Have they no honor?

It is time to bring these tactics to a halt.

The American people must exercise their constitutional right to cast their ballot and return honor to the American Legislative Process. It’s not Democrats or Republicans, it Americans returning common sense to the legislative branch of government! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Sexual Scandals during the Trump Administration

Maybe it’s me or can someone figure out how an individual can receive say $50,000 to lodge publicly an accusation of sexual misconduct against someone and without any prior proof of establishing the validity or truthfulness of such an accusation?

I mean in the case of Roy Moore a Republican President Trump supported in his run for office. Judge Roy Moore was derailed by someone who fabricated, even misrepresented as fact allegations of unwanted sexual contact some 30+ years prior. Judge Moore had been previously been elected or appointed to public service in Alabama, without raising anyone’s ire until such time as the President campaigned for him. Where was his accuser all this time?

A number of Democrats and Republicans who have left congress during the past 2 years after being outed for sexual impropriety, because they admitted their guilt and were pressured out by their fellow members of congress.

It must be tiring for the individual(s) who go out there looking for the perfect patsy “Stormy Daniels” to bring fake and unproven accusations of some 10 years or more against the sitting President?

Call me old fashioned but falsely reporting a crime isn’t that a crime in itself? If someone conspires with others to fake a crime and money exchanges hands, are they not just as culpable?

It’s time that the D.O.J. puts its big boy pants on and begins to prosecute these false accusers and their paid benefactors and if the media is complicit, they too should be held accountable.

For those wanting to measure Donald Trump against his past, what if you too were held to the same standard. How much “locker room talk” have YOU engages in while in high school or college? What about the talk around the “water cooler”?

In World War II there was a saying that “loose lips, sink ships”.

The Bible says that words are living, bringing life or death and that we will each be judged with OUR words.

This battle we are in is not a Democrat or Republican, not even an American one. It is a battle for the very souls of mankind. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

I’m Tired of Hearing that Nobody Likes Me – HRC

Is it me or can anyone else see thru this self-imposed pity party brought on by Hillary Clinton in her latest book, “Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns, and One Intact Glass Ceiling?”

How many books is Hillary going to write before she admits that her failure was her only option? It appears that her book describes the groups of people who caused her not to win: Republican supporters who didn’t like her and would always vote along party lines; those who felt nobody cares about them; and the “deplorables” who are racist against everybody.

Also in the book she was concerned by Jeb Bush and felt Trump was not even a threat. That seems to be one of her biggest mistakes, underestimating her competition. Another huge mistake was worrying that “nobody likes me”.

Hillary Clinton was not prepared for the campaign or for the presidency because she had done everything in her power to rig the election to the extent that even those in her own party platform would lose in such a way as she would be the winner.

There is still the unanswered question of “What Happened?”

Hillary seems to be staying up late at night, staring into the mirror and looking past herself still looking for answers as to why she isn’t in the Oval Office. There is a biblical saying that those who are given much come much responsibility.

How can someone who as secretary of state has demonstrated by her handling of the Benghazi Embassy massacre on 9/11/2012 even consider running for the highest office of the land? It seems to me that all that running around the globe, giving away uranium one to our staunchest enemy – Russia may have cause too much oxygen to get into her blood stream.

Think what would be happening today had Hillary won the election? Putin could have been sitting behind the desk in the Oval Office while POTUS occupied a closet space out near the east lawn and all the snowflakes would still be in their own closets having not been outed yet. America would have continued in a downward spiral, headed for rock bottom (and Trump would still have gotten the blame)! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Public Service the Washington DC Way

At what point did public service become an occupation? For those of us outside the beltway we have a distinct impression that our government is doing business as usual. We see it in the self-righteous way that our legislative branch of government continues to do business.

Politicians make outrageous promises in order to get elected. When “We the People” vote we are pledging our support, our loyalty and our trust when we send elected officials to congress to defend the constitution and fight for our constitutional rights and we expect honesty and loyalty in return.

Yet what we see happening is newly elected officials are placed on low level committees or seemingly insignificant “busy work” that allows the more experienced to become more powerful. It doesn’t surprise me that they would be told to sit down, shut up and toe the party line. Once they realize that it is futile to go against their peers, or against their party they become disillusioned and choose to return to their home state without fulfilling their campaign promises. What I seem to notice is the inaction of congress as business as usual grind “The Swamp” to a halt. I attribute much of this to those who see politics as a career and no longer a public service.

Under the constitution the legislative branch is charged with creating laws which affect every American citizen. Congress also writes laws which affect only congress. Laws concerning congressional pay at different levels within the congress (majority speaker, minority speaker, majority whip, minority whip, etc.); congressional retirement pay; medical and health care; retirement accounts in lieu of social security. Leaving congress should not be called or considered retirement, is should be just leaving.

Both houses of congress (House and Senate) and both major political parties (Democrat and Republican) have become infused with hostile and subversive factions that are working to undermine the workings of our constitutional republic. We have radicals on the left and on the right; political zealots (Islamic, Communistic, Fascistic); religious fanatics (pro God, anti-god, atheists); globalists and nationalists all wanting America to cater to their demands.

There are many within the congress who either did not take their oath of office seriously or maybe had their hands behind their backs with their fingers crossed to nullify the oath.

“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
— U.S. Constitution, Article VI, clause 3

Members of the House take an oath to uphold the Constitution in a group swearing-in on the House Floor on the opening day of a new Congress. Often, they pose for ceremonial photos individually with the Speaker following the official swearing-in.

Oath of Office of the House of Representatives has not changed since 1966 and is prescribed in Title 5, Section 3331 of the United States Code. It reads:

“I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

In contrast to the presidential oath, where it’s used only by tradition, the phrase “so help me God” has been part of the official oath of office for non-presidential offices since 1862.

Upon taking office, senators-elect must swear or affirm that they will “support and defend the Constitution.” The president of the Senate or a surrogate administers the oath to newly elected or re-elected senators. The oath is required by the Constitution; the wording is prescribed by law.

 It is beyond me how anyone attains public office, partakes of or administers the oath and can simply ignore or disregard that oath?

Maybe it’s the result of many contributing factors, like having been taught respect in the family unit. That is respect for parents, siblings and others; respect for property; or the rights of others to either agree or disagree with a stated point of view.

I know that the military drills into each member the importance of honoring the oath, obeying the lawful orders of the officers appointed over you, and that disobedience is not tolerated, but punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ).

So where did it begin and where does it end in relation to “Public Service”?

Maybe our legislators should consider term limits for starts, maybe 2 terms maximum then return to private life.

Another consideration should be serious cuts in the salaries of legislative members so that public service becomes a sacrifice.

When considering legislative actions to create laws, should the laws benefit American citizens and make their lives better, easier to navigate the legislative maze?

Do the legislative actions endorsed by congress make our nation a safer place to live and work?

What are the consequences of violating our nation’s laws? Does the punishment fit or deter crime? Are criminals rehabilitated in order to return and become a productive member of society? What about habitual criminals?

I think it’s time that the legislative branch of government get back to taking care of business, not business as usual, but the business of taking care of American citizens regardless of which political party is in power.

America’s motto is “In God We Trust”. It must be more than a slogan or simply words on the back of our currency. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

1 Timothy 6:10, “For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.” 

Everyone is quick to point out that Donald Trump’s past has been shaded with sexual impropriety and lust, citing his eye for beautiful women, his vast fortune and his vanity of placing his brand name “Trump” everywhere and on everything he’s done. Donald Trump is simply a sinful, fallen man. Who can argue with that, as it is the nature of man?

Success did not what bring Donald Trump into the White House. Not by a long shot. So why would anybody who had everything money could buy, trade it for the scorn of the very people who had previously sought out being seen with him in public? Maybe a better question is why do the very people he has pledged to help “We the people” constantly jump on the “Dump Trump” bandwagon?

Donald Trump is a businessman who has been in the company of movers and shakers up and down the eastern seaboard. Many of those have been presidents, congressmen and women, the sort of people one must seek out when dealing with real estate and construction projects. It’s commonly called greasing the wheels, the way lobbyists have been doing with members of congress for years. The world views as it being successful.

What many people are unaware of is that as early as 1984 Donald Trump has had his eye on the office of the presidency. President Nixon once said of Donald Trump, “He has the stuff” and “If he runs he’ll win” as paraphrased from a passage in Roger Stone’s book “The Making of the President 2016”.

Donald Trump was born in Queens, New York and was a bright energetic child so his parents sent him to the New York Military Academy where he did very well both academically and socially. He was a star athlete and became student leader by the time he graduated in 1964.

Donald Trump graduated from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in 1968 with an economics degree.  This was a time when economics was not a very well-known or popular field of study.

Donald Trump developed his own work ethics during the summers working with and watching his father who was a successful real estate developer in New York City. During the early years in business he made many decisions, some of which often led to failure. Yet he kept moving forward, learning from those mistakes and succeeded in building what we know as the Trump Empire. Donald Trump coined the family name “Trump” as his way of taking personal responsibility for the business projects he built.

I believe that this competitive drive is something that God placed in Donald Trump, even before he was born. The bible tells us that we are each born with a purpose.

Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

In Donald Trump this is evidenced by the very fact that he was born.

I also believe that events shaped the life of Donald Trump as God prepared this obviously driven man for the task that even he was not aware of.

Several years ago Donald Trump was asked about running for president, and he said that he would only run for president if he could win. Being the competitive person that he is, he would not run to get more votes than the other guy, but to win.

What I have written about previously is that God saw what America had become since our founding and knew the direction the nation was headed. Many believers have prayed for God to deliver us from the snares of the devil and bring this nation back to becoming a godly nation once again.

When we become complacent God will use events and/or people to bring our focus and attention back to him.

Romans 13:1, “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”

Not to be confused with the political parties created by man, which cause the people to become divided.

Luke 11: 17, “Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them: “Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall.”

In recent years America had become a divided nation politically.

As we look back historically at the presidencies of George H. W. Bush; William J. Clinton; George W. Bush; Barack H. Obama we can see that our leaders and our nation have been tested on the world stage.

The world views Donald Trump as unpredictable and therefore a threat to the status quo.

I believe that God placed within Donald J. Trump the drive and determination to the White House and that drive would not be deterred. At some point during the campaign Donald Trump met the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus who is the Christ touched the heart of this man and changed his vision into a purpose to bring God back into America.

Yes Donald Trump is at times outlandish in his “tweets” or his choice of words, yet he remains focused on what in necessary to bring peace and security to a politically divided nation. His vision of “draining the swamp” in Washington has been met with fierce resistance from those who are unwilling to give up the power they have over “We The People” and it takes a man like Donald Trump to follow the leading of a God who is all powerful.

Whether you love him or hate him you must acknowledge him as the leader chosen by God for such a time as this. I am the Real Truckmaster!

It has been said that James Comey is a standup guy with impeccable credentials. I don’t know who said that, but by his conduct as head of the Federal Bureau of Investigation he should have been fired and faced with criminal charges.

I doubt that James Comey woke up one morning and decided to break the law, but one thing is clear his loyalty was not to the office he swore to uphold, or the constitution he swore to protect and defend, nor to the office of the President of the United States, to whom it is his pleasure to serve.

Yes James Comey has a lot to answer for. He played favorites with the likes of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and played fast and furious with the laws of the United States. This was a betrayal of his office within the F.B.I. and every one of the men and women who take great care to insure that nobody is above the law.

It was James Comey who formed an official dismissal of charges relating to an ongoing investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton and announced to the dismay of law enforcement agents worldwide that although she made huge mistakes, there was no intent on her part, to violate national security protocol in the handling of classified documents. No Intent? Since when does “No Intent” enter into the picture?

It was James Comey who testified before congress concerning the “Russia Dossier” stating he did not leak any information nor direct anyone else to do so either.

It was James Comey who stated under oath that candidate Donald Trump had not been wiretapped at the Trump Tower during the 2016 presidential campaign; all the while insuring that the wiretap was successfully completed.

Yes it was James Comey who served at the pleasure of the President of the United States (Donald Trump) and it was James Comey who was relieved of that obligation by said president.

Although I have not read “A Higher Loyalty – Truth, Lies and Leadership” by James Comey, but I can state emphatically that unless someone pledges their loyalty to a person, an organization, a nation, or to God, their performance in that job will be way below and beneath the standard of expectation for that job.

A leader leads by example “from the front”, staying focused on the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help him God! Lies are in complete opposition to the truth and are often the basis for legal and punitive action against the person who engages in telling them.

No I doubt that James Comey woke up one morning and said I’m going to go out of my way to break the law, but he did. I wonder how long it took for James Comey to gather all the material for his book, get it to a pseudo writer, then thru a proofreader, and on to a publisher in time to have it on the shelves nationwide, even before the special counsel Robert Mueller has found even one morsel of collusion?

It looks like James Comey simply did what I call a sore loser would do, pout and parade himself in front of any and all news outlets, morning shows or late night talk shows in an effort to paint himself as a wrongly punished government employee who was picked on by President Trump.

Well guess what “Jimmy” President didn’t fire you, although he should have long ago. No you were fired from the FBI for your conduct which violated the Code of Ethics of the FBI. Busted!

One more thing, your book, and your book tour will sink you faster than the sinking of the Titanic!  I am the Real Truckmaster!

Big changes are in the air as anticipation of a number of congressmen and women decide whether or not to remain in their political office in our nation’s capital and little has been in the news.

Land of Opportunity

It’s well known that the United States is the land of opportunity and many come here searching for the American Dream, as immigrants have done for well over 240+ years. If you’re willing to work hard, do your best success will be your reward, right?

There is no universal “right” to enter this country. Entry is a privilege that should be extended to those who desire to adapt and contribute to our society, without regard to social economic status.

During the last 4 years of the Obama administration the perverted vision of the American Dream has turned into Obama’s Dreamers. Fueled on by Democratic lawmakers like Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer those who entered the United States territory continue to be rewarded with free housing, free medical, free food, free education and lots of other freebies that is being paid for entirely by American taxpayers.

When given a heads up by President Trump to take care of the illegal immigrants under the illegal DACA program, those responsible men and women of congress decided to do nothing and the DACA program expired on its own, leaving several hundred thousand illegal’s literally out in the cold.

Rather than applying for legal residency status, quite a number of individuals did not take advantage of the opportunity to remain in this country legally and are now faced with the prospect of being removed through the deportation process.

What some states and cities have attempted is to create safe-havens or sanctuary cities to shield illegal immigrants from federal immigration authorities. Not only are these actions illegal, but the state officials involved may be subject to federal prosecution.

Because this country is a nation of laws under the Constitution of the United States of America designed to protect American citizens and lawfully documented visitors, it is important that these laws be upheld and the lawbreakers be held accountable for their actions.

There are a number of individuals who have gained entry into our country, but have yet to contribute to American society. Those individuals should have their US citizenship revoked and they should be returned to their home country.

It would be interesting to know how many illegal aliens may be criminals from their home countries. Maybe they could be extradited and serve time in the prison system of the land they are accustomed to?

The land of opportunity gives everyone the same opportunity to work hard, raise their family, pay their taxes and exercise their right as an American citizen to vote in our system of elections. Visitors and illegal aliens are not entitled to the freedoms afforded to American citizens, until they have gone thru the process to become US citizens.

It is not a Democratic or a Republican thing but an American way of life, available to all who successfully go thru the immigration process. We welcome you! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

When Marching is Just Marching

During the past year we in America have witnessed violence, personal attacks and even murder. There have been rioting, vandalism and public displays of outrage over the most mundane things. Acts of violence spurred a number of massive group marches in response to real and perceived wrongs against society.

Police have been involved in shootings of individuals involved or suspected of being involved in auto theft, burglary, assaults against police officers or private citizens. Many of these shootings should never have happened. They most likely wouldn’t have happened if the individual would have simply obeyed the verbal commands of the police officers. Better yet, if the person had not attempted the criminal act that resulted in a police response.

It seems to be a new norm for someone to see something they want, and take it just because they think they will get away with it, or if caught will be out of jail in a few hours, free to do it again. What happened to personal responsibility?

Programs like “Cops” or “Live PD” are fed constantly from the behavior of stupid criminals. Too often they are young people of color who are under the influence and do things normal people wouldn’t do. I’ve laughed as some young saggy pants kid attempts to run from police, only to trip himself up; or the guy who’s stopped for driving erratic and after being pulled over is asked if he’s has any unlawful substance on his person, and his response of “No officer”, and he’s surprised because he is being arrested for the “joint” on his ear.

We’ve seen the recent “Women’s March” happened, with the vulgar and obscene signs, pictures and that “cute” little pink hat. This was a spontaneous march where women could voice their disdain for sexual exploitation of women. Yet their behavior was worse than the behavior they denounced.

There was the “March for Life” that protested the murder of babies in the womb by entities such as Planned Parenthood. It was orderly, the signs were straightforward to stop abortion, and the pictures were of actual babies, some of which had been aborted, Unsightly? Yes, but when is murder condoned and considered normal?

The recent “March for Your Lives” was said to be another spontaneous series of events, organized and led by high school students exercising their first amendment rights, while clearly calling for the removal of other peoples second amendment rights of gun ownership.

These nationwide events were clearly demonstrative of the forces, groups and money behind and controlling the message expressed at each event, while suppressing opposing views, even by students who survived the Parkland school shooting.

Let us not forget marches in support of the men, women and children who are referred to as DACA (Delayed Action on Childhood Arrivals). Their biggest fear is deportation and leaving their jobs, friends and families behind. This issue has divided the nation over the fact that “they are law abiding illegal’s” because they have lived good productive lives here, and their only error was coming here illegally.

Need I say more? What has prevented these individuals from applying for citizenship thru channels in the US or going back to their home countries and applying for entry into the US properly? Living here, working without paying taxes or being on welfare or government assistance is not productive to the American way of life, or following our Rule of Law.

Lastly marching, protesting or “resisting” the President of the United States because you don’t like him or what he has done in the past is just plain dumb.

It is the right of every American to vote in the election.

It is then the responsibility of every American to support our elected officials as they perform the duties of their office whether you like the individual or not.

It is the right of every American to vote in the next election.

We have elected officials who organize in such a manner that they fan the flames of racism and seek to divide and conquer the nation, for their own personal gain.

It is the responsibility of every American to vote those individuals out of office and replace them with solid, responsible and patriot Americans or watch the nation decline.

So my question is this, when is marching just marching? When is raising your voice just that, raising your voice? Looking back at the diversity of the protest marches during the past year, what has been accomplished?

I’m serious, what has happened to change the behavior of the criminals who behave badly?

What has changed in the policing of America?

What has changed in the sexual exploitation of women?

What has changed in the gun violence perpetuated on school children?

What has changed in America that makes American’s safer in large and small cities nationwide?

Have national or state legislatures passed more laws protecting American citizens?

Have law enforcement tightened down on enforcing new and existing laws to stop the violence?

Have criminals changed their minds and become upstanding law abiding citizens?

In many cases the answer is a resounding “NO”!

If the March or “cause” you participated in or follow online has not produced any positive effects or changes in our society, it is simply a “walk in the park”.

Be sure to think things thru and plan for real and positive changes to happen as a result of your efforts. If you want to see changes in schools across the nation, don’t boycott or resist the Secretary of Education when she comes to your school. Welcome her and listen to what she has to say, maybe, just maybe she has a plan to make your school better? It’s possible that she may hear a tip or suggestion from you that can be applied to other schools?

If school violence is truly your concern, what are you doing to prevent acts of bullying or assaults on students? Do you look for the new kid sitting without any friends, or the one eating alone, or standing aside quietly watching? Have you stepped up to say hi, introduce yourself and welcome him?

What about the kid being bullied in the schoolyard, hallway or road to or from school?  Do you laugh and watch or do you step in and stop it? Everyone can make a difference, but have you?

Evil knows no bounds and is not constrained by laws or ordinances which define prohibit or restrict them. Placing a lock on a door keeps people out and simply slows down the person who decides to enter anyway.

Are you marching to somebody else’s music or do you have your own tune?
