What is Your Focus?

 

As I began reading an email response I had to stop myself. The writer said he’d probably never fit in with our generation and that made me stop and write this, before going any further. I am going to add some input or clarity (if that is possible).

 

I recently posted that looking through foggy glasses all you see is fog?

 

That is true as your focus is bases on your environment, those you allow around you, your family, friends and coworkers.

 

Those who know me may not know how or why Thailand is part of my DNA, in my conversations and Thailand groups not only did I spend a brief 2 ½ years in Thailand 68 – 70, but I brought Thailand home with me after I married a Thai and brought her to the states. I’ve been back many times over the years and always I went to revisit the place of my youth – Camp Khon Kaen, from the mid-1990’s until the mid-2000’s I watched as changes occurred in Thailand. For me the biggest changes became noticeable when I made a final trip out to the old camp and found our footprint had been erased completely. I stopped going out there because a part of me was no longer and my focus changed.

 

What I want you to see is that maybe you need to change your focus, clean off your foggy glasses and see the world through a new and different light.

 

The writer began to say that DJT needs to show compassion and not focus on getting re-elected. Clearly someone hasn’t seen where Trumps focus is or has been. I’ve watched as he shows compassion for Americans of many walks of life, different ethnic groups and political parties. Most of that doesn’t appear in the main stream media. What they have done is focusing on a disinformation campaign like we have never seen before in a continual attempt to get Trump out of office or keep him from getting reelected. If you watch those “news” feeds closely you will see that once one person “brands” something negative about Trump, it is parroted on every station and every talk show over and over again.

 

Let me interject something here. Your comments matter to me. In fact rather than taking the time to write you a personal response, I write my Real Truckmaster Series blogs.  Sometimes I’m serious, other times I’m making fun of what liberals say and do (to make a point). Your comments are largely responsible for many of my RTM blogs. Thank you (seriously)!

 

Trump is like an octopus fighting on many fronts and has been since 2015 when he announced he was running for President. He took many of the political talking points and turned them into campaign promises. After the inauguration he gathered together politicians from both sides of the isle (both wings of the same chicken) and told him what he’d like them to do bi-partisanly to make America come together. They listened, but did they do it – no. The left began their resistance campaign, aided by RINOs and butt-hurt republicans. Trump has a way of doing that to people who take his jabbing personally. Maybe it’s just his way of counter-punching?

 

But take the wall. It’s been talked about since Reagan, if not before. Every president has said we need to do something about securing the border. Some did nothing. Others put up a 3 or 4 strand wire fence or some type of flimsy barrier. They lobbied congress, had funds appropriated to do the job but didn’t. What happened to that money? But when Trump said it – BAM! They resisted and we began seeing caravans, protests and even American citizens going into Mexico coaching migrants to claim amnesty. (That’s illegal). Trump has been getting things done in spite of the resistance from the left. To date there are 200 miles of wall already up and it is making a difference in the areas where it has been built.

 

You talk about compassion, Trump has compassion for those making the trip north to our border and he has put pressure on leaders of Mexico and other Central American nations to secure their borders and prevent these caravans from reaching the US. Offering migrants amnesty in their countries. It has worked, but we still get overwhelmed by those not wanting or able to go through the process legally. So is it more compassionate to do as Obama did, build cages? Or discourage them from beginning the road trip north?

 

Trump is waging a single-handed war against foreign countries and world based organizations who’ve systematically taken advantage of the US in trade, oil and technology to level the playing field. I truly believe that congress isn’t on board because they have no idea how to do the things Trump has done. They don’t have the vision or the focus. Otherwise they would gather together and begin working together to make America better. Oh they say they are, but action speaks louder than words.

 

Before I close let me talk about this virus and other things. It began in China in early December 2019. Trump was advised about it when there were only 45 cases reported in China. Congress was bent on impeaching him, yet his focus was on the virus. He and his advisors worked closely to begin monitoring travelers coming in from China, way before he stopped flights from coming in. Upon finding out there were insufficient supplies of PPE, Trump began working with private industry to convert assembly lines into PPE production. Who else had ever done something like that since Roosevelt during WWII? So while the Democratic leftists in Congress try to destroy Trump with some trumped up charges, his focus is on dealing with the virus.

 

As the virus became a national focus Trump could have used executive orders to try and force states to do what he and his advisors said was the proper thing to do, but he put it on the governors. Their states their decision, but with federal guidance and as we know and understand more about the virus the push to social distance, stay at home, wear masks, get tested and so on – all that has been changing, morphing as we go along. Again Trump could “order” governors to open up, but again it’s their states, their decisions. That way the left can’t blame him for shutting down or opening up states because it’s their states, their decisions.

 

Through all this Trump has taken no salary (donated each quarter back to government agencies for specific causes). He has taken a tremendous personal financial hit as president. The media has been the action arm of the political left, spreading misinformation and attacking anyone associated with or ever having known Trump.

 

The Obama administration weaponized various agencies during the 8 years of Obama. They have been running cover as the Deep State and done so with impunity until now. Every time Trump fires an Obama era political appointee, the left goes off. Trump appoints someone – they drag their feet approving a replacement. Trump has thrown many a curve ball and they didn’t see it coming. But when Trump appoints a temporary replacement the left tries to deflect him away from his purpose by intimidation and threats, even issuing letters to stop doing what Trump has him doing.

 

Just a few days ago while in front of a media camera Pelosi said “One things for sure, Trump will not be president in 2021, one way or another.” So what does that tell you? The Democrats are focusing once again on Impeachment 2.0 in an attempt to prevent him from making it to November.

 

It is important for Trump to be re-elected in order to clean out the Obama administration’s corruption in government and begin bringing guilty people to justice. American voters need to do the same in November – clean out corrupt politicians of both parties. The Democrats have run phony campaigns to amass delegates, but always they have something up their sleeve. Is it a coincidence that Biden ended up the supposed nominee-elect? With his dementia or Alzheimer’s very apparent, I think not.

 

In closing, liberals look in the mirror and cry foul and conservatives see the mirror for what it is a reflection.

 

Liberals accuse others of what they themselves are doing. Conservatives say – open your eyes!

 

Christians know that what God puts in motion cannot be stopped until HIS plan has been accomplished.

 

Sometimes God uses a hammer, other times he uses a nail. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Response Medical Scientific or Political

 

Like many of you I often wonder who thought up these responses to the Virus. Mask, Gloves, Social Distancing, no eating in public places, walking outside in the sun or going out for a Sunday drive just to enjoy the beach or fresh air or to explore the great outdoors. No going to church, the barber or anywhere for that matter.

 

At this point I’m surprised there has been no “shoot on sight, survivors will be prosecuted”-type order issued.

 

Recently Los Angeles County issued a decree that everyone must wear a face covering when outside. I don’t live in Los Angeles County but I fail to see the logic? If we are to wear face coverings while in public places (shopping, etc.) then exactly how does keeping a six foot distance between people help? Granted the face covering doesn’t protect the wearer from the virus, only other wearers from catching your cough, sneeze or dribbling cold.

 

The trouble with stay at home orders it gives you time to think about what’s really important. Have you watched as the farmer opens up the henhouse early in the morning? At first chickens realize the door has been opened and then they pour out into the yard scratching for food and at night they head back inside. The farmer comes along and secures the door not to keep the chickens in but to keep the predators out. Remember it’s for their safety (Sound familiar)? Even the story of Little Red Riding Hood and the Three Bears had the big bad wolf yelling let him in or he’d be huffing and puffing threatening to blow the house down. Did it work? Why does it work now?

 

So what does the medical experts say about staying at home, wearing a mask, social distancing to fight the virus? What is the diagnosis on this? What does science tell us? Are we better off “in this together” in semi-total isolation away from family and friends? Scientifically are we safer together?

 

Or is this much ado about nothing? I don’t mean the virus is nothing. It is what it is – a virus. It’s characteristics suggest it inhibits the body’s ability to hold and carry oxygen through the bloodstream leading to higher than normal temperatures accompanied by pain and headaches that if left untreated will cause death.

 

How is this virus being treated? A typical trip to the emergency room can result in a cursory scan of the body, logging symptoms, prescription for go home and rest, if difficulty breathing occurs come back in or call 911. If untreated for a week or more the primary treatment in the ER may be ventilators to assist with the breathing by keeping the lungs functioning. But what is really happening if there is no oxygen circulating through the blood stream? Oxygen deprivation!

 

What is keeping doctors, hospitals and medical facilities from using Hydroxychloroquine AND Azithromycin (Z-PAC) to treat patients exhibiting early signs of COVID-19? Is it clinical uncertainty or undue pressure from above? One Sacramento doctor acknowledges that during a pandemic there is no time to waste, early treatment is better than waiting, which can be fatal.

 

Early on we have been told that heat kills the virus, being outdoors is safer than being cooped up indoors and prolonged wearing of face coverings can lead to carbon dioxide poisoning. Shutting down America does nothing to stop or kill the virus. It simply kills jobs, stifles the economy and prevents workers from earning a living to feed their families. This “cure” is definitely worse than the virus in so many ways.

 

So that brings us to political ramifications with the upcoming Presidential Election in November 3, 2020. Are we to believe that this entire pandemic is a manufactured one to sway voters? Is the stimulus bills coming out of Congress simply a means to hand breadcrumbs to workers prevented from actually doing work? Is this a ploy to not only bring America to its knees, but to eliminate the middle class and place all working Americans onto welfare rolls? Turn off main stream television and cable news channels for 30 days. Determine in your hearts what is important to you – family, religion, patriotism, nationalism, or selfishness?

 

We are better than this America! This is the best time to be an American and this is where God has placed you for such a time like this. We have faced adversity in times past, corruption at every level of government and when push comes to shove – WE SHOVE BACK! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

A Sorry State of Affairs

 

It’s alarming that our government wasn’t prepared for this SARS-CoV-2 (Coronavirus), since the first SARS-CoV came on the world stage in 2018 without any fanfare. It came in like a puff….and was gone.

 

It is very possible this virus was a weaponized version of the first SARS virus and deliberately set loose in late 2019 to ruin the US economy which I read is 19% of the global economy. Take one down, the rest create a domino effect.

 

The Congress of the US is fully committed into impeaching the President of the United States. It is their only priority and they want President Trump to be remembered as the third president to be impeached. While this circus like atmosphere is going on in the chamber of the Senate and Americans are salivating over their very own live television drama the Wuhan Virus has been detected in China.

 

The President’s advisors give almost unheard of advice – we need to close travel from China. Trump issues a proclamation banning all flights from China into the US. Soon banning travel from other select hot spots worldwide.

 

By the time the impeachment trial is over the WuFlu is gaining traction and as the US reaches into its PPE stockpile and finds the cupboards are bare or inadequate for the demands that begin pouring in for masks, gloves, gowns and ventilators. Hospital storage supplies are barely keeping up with normal demands. Now we have this potential for catastrophic disaster like the world has never seen before (at least in our lifetime). We find there are no tests available to determine who will be infected. There is no way to gage symptoms not yet known and the fear is that our nation’s hospitals will be grossly overwhelmed.

 

A presidential team is assembled and brainstorming how to both handle the virus and inform the nation. This is unprecedented in American history to deal with a pandemic and have insufficient access to much needed PPE. What do we do?

 

President Trump assembles a Coronavirus Task Force under the leadership of Vice President Pence with medical experts to determine the plan of action and response to combat this Chinese virus. A combination of presidential proclamations and Executive Orders the US goes on the offensive. Factories are diverted to produce badly needed PPE (masks, gowns, gloves and ventilators). Across the country businesses large and small get into the process as well. One might even hear the whirring of sewing machines by moms in small towns and large cities as they do their part to make non-medical masks available for others.

 

How did we get to this sorry state of affairs? Were stockpiles depleted from previous pandemics? Did someone just forget to replenish our nation’s standby stocks?

 

Who’s to blame? Those on the left say it’s Trump’s fault. He should have been prepared. He should have acted sooner. He should have known. Those on the right say its Obama’s fault. His administration should have acted after H1N1, HIV or Swine Flu. I say it’s our fault because WE historically have elected LIFETIME CONGRESSMEN AND CONGRESSWOMEN to vie for our votes so they can stay in power while doing what feels good for themselves, not their constituents. We elect our governors and state legislators who promise to deliver the moon but are unable to deliver a coherent sentence.

 

If we have not learned one thing from this COVID-19 it is not the end of the world. We have let ourselves down by allowing the wrong people to influence our health and wellbeing. As a general rule politicians tell what you want to hear, “We must protect our most vulnerable. We must shutdown all non-essential businesses. We must reduce the interaction between individuals. WE MUST FLATTEN THE CURVE! “ It reminds me of a 2012 Clint Eastwood movie “Trouble With The Curve” where a ballplayer couldn’t hit a curve ball.

 

I say our so-called medical experts are having their own trouble with the curve. They tell us that the only way to save ourselves is self-isolation (to our individual households), no interaction with family or friends. No business dealings unless absolutely necessary. Who EXACTLY makes those types of determinations?

 

Mankind was created to fellowship with Almighty God and with one another. We learn, grow and yes even our immune systems are strengthened against disease by coming together. One does not develop immunity from something by avoiding it. You don’t learn to ride a bicycle by looking at a picture of a bike or watching someone else ride it from afar.

 

Our most vulnerable are US, all of us, every one of us, you and me.

 

Our elderly with existing medical conditions must be protected against infection and disease. Especially those in care facilities or home hospice and it is not done by bringing people infected with COVID-19 into those facilities as residents.

 

Our pregnant and newborns must be protected until their immune systems develop sufficient to handle germs and diseases. Abortion is not protection, it is murder. Isolation is in itself not protection as it impedes the natural development of the immune system as well as an emotional support system.

 

We are told that being outdoors and in sunlight will kill the effects of COVID-19 because heat destroys the virus. So why ban walks in the park, bike rides, hikes or camping in the mountains?

 

We are told to wear face masks, but not this type or that type or? Wearing face masks may be necessary in a medical facility when dealing with SICK PEOPLE.  Prolonged wearing of a face mask can cause serious illnesses by breathing in carbon dioxide from us.

 

We are told to stay home and self-isolate but working is an essential part of life. Millions of people in our country have stopped working. Businesses have shuttered their doors for good. Families lives are being ruined for our own good – kind of selfish don’t you think?

 

We are told that everyone will get a stimulus check, an unemployment check as if money fixes everything. It does not and going on the government rolls for free stuff does nothing to stop the virus or flatten the curve. Gas prices have dropped drastically over the past 2 months and we’re supposed to be happy about it? Where can we go on a full tank of gas? To home isolation!

 

If you ask me (and even if you didn’t) this entire episode is simply a political weaponization of a virus aimed at interfering with the upcoming 2020 presidential election to prevent President Trump from being re-elected at the expense of others regardless the cost. We have allowed ourselves to become disconnected from our God and each other because some politicians don’t like the President! It is time for the freeing of America from Democratic-Socialistic tendencies with shackles that bind us to our political masters. Don’t say you weren’t warned!  – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Bill of Rights vs COVID-19 Restrictions

 

Let me be clear about this the seriousness of the threat of COVID-19 do not give eminence over the Constitutional rights of US Citizens. This should be a wakeup call for citizens across the nation and to governors of every state in the union.

 

The First Amendment provides that Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise. It protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

 

May 8th, 2020 – US District Court in Kentucky granted on behalf of the Tabernacle Baptist Church of Nicholasville a temporary restraining order preventing enforcement of Governor Andy Beshear’s order that prohibits in-person church services and threatens criminal penalties.

 

The Second Amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms.

 

There are no provisions allowing for distinctions in the type of arms US Citizens are allowed to bear nor for any purpose designated as “authorized” by this Amendment.

 

The Third Amendment prohibits the government from quartering troops in private homes, a major grievance during the American Revolution.

 

This Amendment prevented military troops taking one’s home or property for military purposes.

 

The Fourth Amendment protects citizens from unreasonable search and seizure. The government may not conduct any searches without a warrant, and such warrants must be issued by a judge and based on probable cause.

 

This Amendment did not allow law enforcement from conducting searches or seizures without a properly authorized and executed warrant.

 

The Fifth Amendment provides that citizens not be subject to criminal prosecution and punishment without due process. Citizens may not be tried on the same set of facts twice, and are protected from self-incrimination (the right to remain silent). The amendment also establishes the power of eminent domain, ensuring that private property is not seized for public use without just compensation.

 

This Amendment required due process, tried only once for the same facts and prevented self-incrimination (Miranda Rights) and prevented eminent domain takeover of private property without fair compensation.

 

The Sixth Amendment assures the right to a speedy trial by a jury of one’s peers, to be informed of the crimes with which they are charged, and to confront the witnesses brought by the government. The amendment also provides the accused the right to compel testimony from witnesses, and to legal representation.

 

This Amendment assured one of a speedy trial by a jury of one’s peers, know the charges and confront witnesses. It compels witness testimony and guaranteed legal representation.

 

The Seventh Amendment provides that civil cases also be tried by jury.

The Eighth Amendment prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments.

During this time of self-isolation (stay-at-home) it is important for US Citizens to know and understand their rights according to the Constitution. Also know that the rights of citizenship do not transfer over to non-citizens or those residing in this country illegally.

 

It is especially important for governors and legislators (regardless of political party) to understand how federalism empowers state governors to make decisions about running state government without infringing upon, restricting or taking away the rights of US Citizens.

 

Hopefully US Citizens will awaken to events happening around them and when necessary hire legal counsel to initiate lawsuits in federal courts and following all the way up to the Supreme Court of the United States. What really matters is upholding the Constitution above any and all political perversions at every level of government which threaten to strip away the rights enshrined in the Constitution of the United States. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Forbidden Fruit

 

I’m tired of being told not to go out and interact with other people, take a leisurely stroll through the mall, dip in the ocean or hike through local parks or even sit and watch others playing sports. The reasoning that we must slow the spread or lessen the curve or kill the virus called Corona just doesn’t hold water anymore. Mankind by nature is a social animal and interacting with others is what we do best.

 

I’ve played the “game” long enough and I say enough is enough!

 

The prolonged wearing of a mask can kill you faster than an invisible virus. Think about it! We breathe in oxygen (H-2-0) and while wearing a mask our breathing is seriously restricted. We exhale carbon dioxide (H-w/o-2 or 0) and that is good for plants that are OUTSIDE where we are not. Wearing a mask recycles carbon dioxide back into our lungs. Everybody knows that carbon dioxide kills.

 

I’m so done with wearing a mask long term. Oh I’ll wear one to protect others if I have a cold or one of those nasty coughs so I don’t intentionally make anyone else sick, but I’m not going to keep breathing carbon dioxide for the sake of Corona.

 

I’ve read medical opinions (that’s all they are – opinions) from doctors who say that respirators used to treat Corona happen to be the wrong treatment. By design a respirator helps the lungs to function. The infection from COVID-19 (Corona) starves the blood cells of much needed oxygen to the heart, lungs and every part of the body. So take the lungs that are starving for oxygen and keep them functioning simply hastens death.

 

Hydroxychloroquine used for the treatment of other issues over the past 70 years AND Azithromycin (Z-pac) actually restore functioning of blood cells to carry oxygen throughout the body. According to Dr. Fauci (Coronavirus Task Force) this is not properly vetted and not a recommended treatment. Yet when properly prescribed and administered under medical supervision the body begins responding almost immediately and within a relatively short amount of time symptoms disappear.

 

I’m no medical doctor but it seems to me that US government agencies threatening medical doctors who prescribe Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin to treat COVID-19 is reckless and asinine to say the least. So there has to be more to this than we’ve been led to believe.

 

I recently watched a video (removed from You Tube already) that makes me believe that we have a real live fox guarding the hen house with Dr. Anthony Fauci who according to the video has been actively involved in virus manipulation since the mid 1980’s and in collaboration with Bill Gates of Microsoft fame have caused the deaths of a great many people with HIV in Africa alone over many years. The claim by Gates is that we will not be truly safe from this virus until the entire population on the planet is vaccinated.

 

Keep in mind that for 2,000 years Christianity has been spreading the good news of the gospel and has not yet reached the entire population on the planet. I feel like Adam did in the Garden of Eden when God said not to eat forbidden fruit from the tree and we are forbidden from living life as God intended up close and personal with each other.

 

Exodus 9:1 – Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him, “This is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, says: “Let my people go, so that they may worship me.””

 

We must get back to life, yet stay mindful of those who are most vulnerable and do it safely. Life is too fragile to waste it in isolation.

 

We only live once and nobody is getting out of this world alive. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Blame It On Corona

 

Have you seen the reports of dairy farmers dumping milk, egg producing farms smashing eggs and vegetable farms plowing under their fields all because of COVID-19? It sounds unbelievable because when you go into the grocery store eggs and poultry are limited per purchase, pork and beef are as well and milk and vegetable prices are rather low for consumer purchases. That is going on not only here in the US but in Canada as well. So what’s going on? Who’s behind it?

 

Ranchers are being told to prevent cows from producing milk, reduce pig herds and more because of the Coronavirus is making it harder for farmers to sell their products. I’m no expert and neither are others who raise the question WHY?

 

Have people suddenly begun eating less? – I think not.

 

Are restaurants no longer preparing and serving meals? – Everywhere we have meals to go.

 

What about land prices? Is there a soon to be flood of small farms and ranches going under? If so who is standing in the wings waiting to snatch up these soon to be available properties?

 

What’s happening in Mexico, South America, Europe, and Asia and throughout the civilized world?

 

First we have the Corona affecting virtually the entire world. Economies have shut down with few exceptions. In the US we have a nation that has been shut down and now state after state are starting to open up only to be faced with a lack of necessary food products. I’m not an alarmist but ALARM, ALARM, ALARM bells are going off in my head!

 

A recent report gave reference to a high percentage of stock shares of major meat processing plants are owned by China.

 

Let that sink in!

 

Americans have been pushed into a corner and soon it will be time to come out swinging. Am I ready? Are you ready?

 

China has leveraged itself into the European Union’s 5G market and that threatens our national security. The Defense Department is prepares to move Americas military intelligence assets away from the 5G foreign influence. We have 5G all over the place here at in the US, so does that mean that OUR 5G networks tie into those of China? Will pulling the plug on 5G result in a tremendous sucking sound as the internet goes down the vortex of a black hole?

 

We maybe should seriously begin looking at China and the origins of the SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) after all it all started with the Wuhan Virus, right? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

I think it’s safe to say that our buckets may be different but our purpose is exactly the same. We are each created in the image of God and our purpose is to tell of his goodness and his love for each of us. Like it or not we are either on God’s team or we are not. There is no middle ground. No straddling the fence. If we are not for God we are against him. Mankind is the only species where success is defined by what WE do; the toys WE have or the things WE give priority. In the wild the survival of the fittest, strongest and most cunning is nature’s way of thinning out the herd and predatory beasts are top of the food chain.

 

It is basic human nature to outsmart the other guy. You only live once. Everyone knows the one who has the most toys wins. Bigger, better, faster, smarter are never enough. We want freedom to do what we want to do without anyone or anything getting in our way. It’s perfectly fine to step over (if not on) anyone to get the prize, the means justify the end.

 

At the end of our days here on earth we are often remembered by family and friends as a kind person, loving to our family, a good friend. In their minds we are in heaven looking down as their guardian angel. Like cream rises to the top, rocks sink in water and one bad apple spoils the whole box we are each appointed once to die and then the judgement. What we do matters!

 

So before you go nuclear and put on your political suit of armor just remember that no matter your station in life, where you live or what you have accumulated you are responsible and accountable for your actions, words and deeds. There will come a time when you will stand before the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords and have to answer an all-important question, “What did you do for the Kingdom of God?” Are you spreading gossip, lies or the truth? Do you lift up or tear down? Are you making a difference in the lives of those around you?

The Muddy Waters

 

A few years ago I was driving from a small town in Idaho toward the Oregon border. As I got nearer I noticed the Snake River covered with a heavy fog that made driving on I-84 completely unsafe. My immediate concern was not the freeway speed of 75 MPH or the fact that the highway had rapidly disappeared. I was worried about other drivers coming up behind me as I slowed to a safer speed or approaching traffic crossing the divider and crossing into my lane. I had made that trip so many years ago from Caldwell, Idaho over to Ontario, Oregon but never in a heavy fog like that early morning as I went to the Toyota dealership for an oil change and to check on my aunt Anita. That was then and today as I look at what’s happening with the Coronavirus causing worldwide economies to come crashing down just like the creeping fog I think it is more than just a coincidence.

 

We are experiencing a global meltdown over a virus nobody can see or knows what happened to let it out. Is it a natural bug or a manmade virus and was it accidentally or intentionally released upon the world we live in? Biblical scholars refer to the book of Revelations and what is written about the end times. Non-believers simply refuse to believe it is anything to worry about as they scurry around panic buying toilet paper, cleaning supplies and looking for their local government to provide them with germ free facemasks.

 

I recently watched a cable news program’s investigative report on this very thing and what they uncovered is beyond believable. There are several nations across the globe that conduct biochemical experiments in highly secure facilities that are Level 3 & 4 Biolabs dealing with the deadliest viruses known to mankind. These are top secret facilities and access is tightly controlled. The high level experiments are primarily for scientific purposes but can be for biological warfare purposes.

 

It’s unclear when these tests began, but in 2014 during the Obama Administration the White House threatened to defund these types of projects, but relented and testing continued. One such test was in a Biolab in North Carolina in 2015 where the virus of Horseshoe Bats (native to Wuhan, China) were used in what was called “Gain of Function” testing designed to enhance exposure and transmission rates making the virus more deadly. What was also interesting was who the participants were and where they were from. Two of the participants were from Wuhan, China. One was Zheng-Li Shi a well-known Chinese scientist from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a Biolab located in Wuhan, known for maintaining more than 1,500 of the deadliest live viruses on the planet.

 

What is interesting is that in December 2019 Chinese nationals began returning from Wuhan, China to their jobs in Europe, Asia and the United States about the time the first case of what the Chinese labeled 2019-nCoV. This is a SARS-COV-2 coronavirus affectionately dubbed the Wuhan Virus, but renamed COVID-19.

 

As the investigative report showed on 7 February 2020 a Chinese Doctor Li Wenliang first noticed something peculiar and sounded the alarm in Wuhan. He was promptly detained, became infected and died of the 2019-nCoV. On 12 March 2020 Chinese Property Mogul Ren Zhiqiang complained about the CCP’s handling of the coronavirus and he too simply disappeared. There was another Doctor Ai Fen who disappeared under mysterious circumstances without so much as an explanation by the Communist Chinese Party. In fact a massive disinformation campaign has been launched in an attempt to shift the blame on US military personnel who participated in the World Military Competition during October 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China. When I wrote my blog “Assessing the Wuhan Virus” people became afraid and lashed out because I had written my critique. I stand by that assessment and today ask is it coincidence or consequence?

 

We now know that many infected Chinese personnel left Wuhan, China and went out into the world spreading this unknown virus where ever they went. Many travelled on direct flights to neighboring countries to an unsuspecting world. The World Health Organization (WHO) acted negligent and complacent to inform the world of this health hazard. That ultimately led to many more infections and deaths worldwide.

 

Rather than raise questions concerning the WHO handling of this pandemic, once President Trump announced suspending funding until an investigation is conducted, many American politicians have chosen sides with China and WHO.

 

Nobody has raised questions like why have 174 different nations all chosen to shut down, issue stay-at-home orders to their citizens, close arbitrary businesses that are the livelihood of many ordinary citizens while allowing those deemed essential to stay open? What exactly makes one essential? Is it booze, pot, abortions, convenience stores, fast food eateries, grocery stores and supermarkets? And Who made the determination for all 174 countries? Something smells like dirty rotten socks. It stinks like the approaching fog of the New World Order or a pre-One World Government.

 

In America there is a saying that diapers and politicians need to be changed and for the same reason as changing dirty socks. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

What have you got to prove?

 

I’m reminded of old man Walton who started his grocery store and worked to make it the best. He most likely didn’t tell anyone he was a grocer. Probably didn’t make a habit of pointing out where he lived, what car he drove or where he bought his clothes. How many of us can make those claims?

 

Years passed by and old man Walton capitalized on his success by selling franchises of his grocery model. I don’t think anyone was busting down his door to get in on the ground floor either. I haven’t read the history of his success, but I read somewhere that he lived in the same house, drove the same car and wore the same style of clothing up until his death, and probably never telling anyone his little grocery store became the very successful Wal-Mart grocery chain. He knew who he was and that was enough. He lived and died a humble man with nothing to prove.

 

Don’t you just hate it when you meet someone and they have to tell you how successful and rich they are? They live in the upscale part of town. Drive expensive cars and have a collection of toys that others only dream of. They’ve hunted big game in Alaska and Africa; Climbed to the peak of the Himalayas; Fished the mighty lakes and rivers in the Rocky Mountains; Rode their mountain bike thousands of miles in their quest to fill that bucket list, yet they are still here bragging on their successes in life.

 

Their professional life is the talk of the town as they hob-knob with societal royalty, the doctors and lawyers and the really well to do. Oh and not to forget they are as religious as the church building they frequent on occasion. Compared to them my life is a wreck.

 

I have a home (house to live in and a car to drive) a family (my children are all grown) and live nearby with children and grandchildren of their own. I have friends and still keep in touch. There are family and friends in different states and countries and we connect online much more than over the phone or vacation visits. I have what I need to survive comfortably for a while.

 

More importantly I have a loving God who supplies my every need and is waiting for me to join him one day.

 

Joshua 24:15 – But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

God Has Our Backs and We Got This

 

What we know is the SARS-CoV-2 was first detected in Wuhan, China in November 2019 and was almost immediately renamed COVID-19.  It is known by several other names: Coronavirus, Chinese Virus, Wuhan Virus, CCPvirus) and literally swept across the globe at breakneck speed driving people into full panic mode with a fear of the unknown. The US and other nations began restricting travel from affected areas and preparing measures to detect, delay and prevent the spread of this unknown pandemic.

 

As nations began mobilizing medical facilities and professionals it became woefully obvious how unprepared they were across the board as personal protection equipment (PPE) supplies became exhausted.

 

Nations began organizing health assessment and mobilization teams, medical teams and hospitals began preparing for the expected worst case scenarios. Drastic changes had to be made. While naysayers began proclaiming extraordinarily high exposure and death rates, states, cities and communities across the US began drastic measures – stay at home orders, social distancing, sanitation, hygiene and hand washing became critical to slow the spread.

 

Business as usual ended beginning in March 2020 as fast food and restaurants became delivery or pickup orders only. Panic buying of basic necessities caused even more panic as hoard buying seemed to become the new normal. Toiletry, paper and hand sanitizer supplies were exhausted even before they could be restocked.

 

Schools closed and implemented online learning curriculum for those now home bound. Non-essential businesses shuttered their doors. Employees no longer had jobs to go to and yet mortgages, bills and food and medicines still had to be purchased.

 

Churches and places of worship across America were closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but not shuttered as many adapted to online Live Broadcasts that can be seen by larger audiences around the world. Rather than being prevented from worship, Christians were simply deployed to spread the gospel and tell the Good News that Jesus Christ is Lord and that God Loves You and me even when we don’t deserve it.

 

In America many remember the shock, then the resolve of 9/11/2001 when life as we know it changed forever. Was it happening again? Was this a terrorist attack on a global scale? Entire economies were on the verge of collapsing. The stock markets were adversely affected and still we are facing an uncertain future. The enemy is silent yet deadly. What are we to do? Is this the end of the world?

 

Rather than sit around fretting about what might happen President Donald J. Trump has declared unashamedly “We will get through this. We will win!” As he set new guidelines and initiated bold steps there have been many who criticize and belittle the efforts of the Trump administration. Rather than getting on board and presenting a calm reassuring presence, members of the Congress of the United States have set themselves up against this President.

 

The President called for everyone to do their part and the titans of industry, large and small have answered the call. In the spirit of 1776, the Civil War, the Alamo, and two World Wars Americans have come together as one, not to depend upon government, but private citizens and American ingenuity to solve even the most complex problems associated with stopping the spread of COVID-19.

 

I saw this list being circulated on Facebook and found it needed some tweaking to more accurately reflect the scope of what is happening across the nation.

  • Carnival Cruise line told Trump, “We can match those big Navy hospital ships with some fully staffed cruise ships.”
  • GM & Ford said, “Hold our cars, watch this; we can make ventilators where we were making cars by next week.”
  • Construction companies said, “Here are some masks for the medical staff & doctors.”
  • Major businesses have retooled their factories to produce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Restaurants & schools said, “We’ve got kitchens & staff; we can feed the kids.”
  • NHL & NBA players are writing checks to pay the arena staff during postponed seasons.
  • Churches are holding online services & taking care of their members & community.
  • Women & children are making homemade masks & handing out snacks to truckers.
  • Breweries are converted to making sanitizer for first responders.
  • We thought we couldn’t live without baseball, hockey, & NASCAR, or going to beaches, restaurants, or a bar… Instead, we’re ordering take-out to help keep businesses alive.

What they didn’t count on was America saying, “Hold my beer – watch this.”

I think a Japanese Admiral in the middle of the Pacific said it best in 1941: “I think we have awakened a sleeping giant.”

Give us a little more time & we will be doing much better! Stop listening to the hysterical media.
