The Congressional Black Caucus Modern Day Klansmen

 

The term Klan was first used in 1867 referring to an organization of Ku Kluxers and a fairly comprehensive encapsulation of the Ku Klux Klan is given on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ku_Klux_Klan). There were three distinct eras (1860s – 1870s), (1915 – 1920s), and (the 1950s) where the Klan has existed at different points in time during the history of the United States. The methodology of the Klan has been the advocating of extremist reactionary positions ranging from reactionary white supremacy, white nationalism, anti-immigration to Nordicism and anti-Catholicism.

 

During the 1950s and the 1960s there were entire regions of the United States that were segregated with widespread abuse, torture and murder of blacks the norm. These were highlighted by the Civil Rights protests and marches in the Deep South under Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Selma, Alabama bus protest of Rosa Parks and the intervention by President John F. Kennedy and Attorney General Robert Kennedy with U.S. Troops to escort black children into a public school.

 

It was after the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Attorney General Robert Kennedy that the ugly head of racism began forming in the Congress of the United States. It should have been seen as a reverse form of Klanism when the Congressional Black Caucus formed as an official “blacks only” Congressional organization in 1971.

 

The Congressional Black Caucus encountered one of its first tests when President Richard Nixon refused to recognize their organization and the CBC responded by boycotting his State of the Union address. That has since been the norm for the CBC to boycott the SOTU addresses of every Republican President whose political position differs from theirs. The latest target of the CBC is President Trump and his administration.

 

The CBC has grown from 13 founding members in 1971 to more than 50+ members as of 2019. One of their stated objectives is to root out racism in the Trump Administration and in government. Not only are they behind the wave of removing confederate statues and religious monuments from public and private land. The Congressional Black Caucus members have risen within the Democratic Party with power and influence to become the guiding force of today’s DNC.

 

 

Using a combination of theologies such as Principles of Saul Alinsky to pick, isolate and attack their target by any means necessary to bring down their target, they use tactics of radical Islamic extremists to attack blacks and other minorities who do not subscribe to the Democratic Party mantra. It is no wonder that these are the same tactics employed in places like Chicago, Baltimore, New York City and other cities controlled by gangs, cartels and crime families of the era of yesteryear.

 

Emboldened by their successful tactics and empowered by their positions on various Congressional Committees and Sub-Committees members of the Congressional Black Caucus have proudly donned the dress (costumes) reminiscent of the robes of the Klansmen before them. I yearn for the day when Congressional Oversight Committees and Ethics Committees look around and take notice of the racism introduced and supported by the Congressional Black Caucus and other racially biased Congressional Caucuses active in the 116th U. S. Congress. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Trump-isms and Phobias

 

What is an ism? Is it just keywords? Is it triggering phrases? This wikiquote.org page defines Trumpism in the positive light.

 

Trumpism is the philosophy and politics espoused by Donald Trump.

Trumpism, broadly defined as secure borders, economic nationalism, and America-first foreign policy.

 

While this urbandictionary.com rendition casts the definition in a very negative light, as does just about every liberal writer who think they have the scoop on Trump. In their eyes there is no good to come out of Trump Tower, or from anyone who is a trump supporter.

 

Trumpism is a nearly incurable disorder when a trump supporter blames everything else when someone criticizes Donald Trump.

 

After a brief online search I found that anti-trumpers blame Trump supporters who they say blame everything else when someone criticizes Donald Trump. That is really funny because anti-trumpers or never trumpers haven’t come to terms with the fact that Donald Trump is president because he is not your run of the mill politician who can be cornered or controlled like politicians who’ve come before him.

 

The fact that Donald Trump is a successful businessman turned public official who has been doing what other politicians have been promising to do for years. Their failure is when they do not follow through on those promises which must be extremely traumatizing for as they attempt to justify their own superiority over average American voters who are not swayed by the mindless banter of those affected by TDS that ignore the accomplishments and successes of President Trump while criticizing his choice of social media. It is likened to ignoring a glass that is half full or half empty while complaining about why Trump uses a glass at all? TDS seems to rationalize anything connected with President Donald Trump as a trigger!

 

Here are some of my favorite Trumpisms:

 

  • Fake News = Dishonest Media Outlets who strive to become the news

 

  • MAGA = Make America Great Again is rebranding the nation from the weakling to a nation of strength

 

  • TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) = The insane jealousy of a man who became President of the United States

 

  • They’re after you I’m just in the way = Personal attacks are meant to silence Trump while the Constitution is being shredded before our very eyes

 

  • Build the Wall = Secure the US/Mexico Southern Border to control and enforce immigration laws and national security

 

Those who claim to possess liberal tendencies exhibited by openly opposing President Trump’s domestic and foreign policy agenda have not learned to look to what the future holds. Instead they stay bound up in the past and ignore that Trump is making our nation stronger in the face of worldwide aggression and orchestrated mass-invasions on the US Southern Border.

 

These liberal’s suffering from TDS have no one else to blame for their phobia. Their actions and their words clearly show their anarchist intent and their hate for an individual over any love they may have had for our nation that allows them to openly express their ignorance.

 

TDS is all about control of “we the people” who are insanely jealous and intent on becoming the ruling elite. The primary blocking their “objective” are American patriots who place God over country and family over self as they stand protecting and defending the Rule of Law as defined by the Constitution of the United States and based upon biblical principles. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

To Which Kingdom Do You Belong?

 

 

I’ve been awake about an hour unable to go back to sleep. I decided to check my email and to my surprise I have only one email from The Pocket Testament League (www.ptl.org), a ministry that offers daily emails called Pocket Devotions. These are scriptural topics with tidbits to think about as well as internal questions designed to keep your focus upon what the Word of God instructs us to do.

Today’s topic is “To Which Kingdom Do You Belong” and the following scripture verse:

 

Ephesians 4:29

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

 

This hit home to me as I have been blogging for about a year and attempting to use my blogs to enlighten and inform readers on issues of personal, political and spiritual issues. Often I have become cynical, voicing my complaints, criticisms, throwing into the mix a bit of gossip and fault finding.

 

This has sort of become my writing style and until I received this devotional for today I never considered what I was doing was not pleasing to God. I did feel it was my God-given right.

 

The Questions to Ponder really hit home and made me realize the error of my ways.

 

What does your speech say about your residency? Do you belong to the kingdom of darkness or the kingdom of light? Are your words spoken to build others up according to their needs? Do those who hear you benefit by listening?

 

Four simple questions that apply to my writing as speech where I have often inserted scripture with personal opinion and lambasting others whom I felt were wrong or had wronged others. WOW! I just slapped myself in the face with my own self-righteousness. This brings me back to one of my recent writings entitled “Anger Without Sin” where I referenced another Pocket Devotional article.

 

We are created in the image of God. That’s what the Word of God tells us. We struggle daily to think with the mind of God, but because we are simply unable to comprehend or fathom beyond the surface of the wisdom of God we fail miserably.

 

My personal challenge moving forward will be to write about or choose subject matter that builds up others according to their needs. I want my writings to benefit the reader, without focusing or drawing attention upon myself. For me that will be difficult, unless I let the Spirit of God flow through my writings so that others see God the Father instead of me. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Confusion of Being Social in America

 

The millennials tend to look at being social as a gathering or party given by an organized group and a place where one can sort of “hang out” like online with social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others. So it stands to reason that social millennials look at America become a social nation as appealing, after all we already have social media and social security, right?

 

We’ve been hammered by socialists such as Bernie Sanders since the 1980’s and that’s longer than his fan base has been alive. The midterm elections brought forth another younger version of Bernie Sanders in the persona of New York bartender turned socialite and now Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez D-NY who self identifies as the new “Boss” in the House as she touts her New Green Deal.

 

Let’s digress back to the 1992 National Council for the Social Studies officially adopted definition of Social Studies “as the integrated study of the social sciences and humanities to promote civic competence”. www.definitions.net/definition/social+studies

 

The national curriculum standards for social studies represent educators’ best thinking about the framework needed to educate young people for the challenges of citizenship. Note. When we look at the word “Social” in the context of the adjective form we are led to believe that socialism will be characterized by friendly companionship or relations like in a social club with others in one big happy community as people are meant to be social beings.

All this talk about real world socialist governments in countries such as Venezuela failing is just falling on deaf ears because of the pie in the sky everything is beautiful rantings of college indoctrinated  liberals with the mistaken belief that others have simply gone a socialism the wrong way and they will not make those same mistakes.

 

I guess that is a natural progression from the standard bearers of the old (and I do mean old) guard of liberal Democrats such as Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Diane Feinstein and others who have held the liberal party together with grit and determination (fear and intimidation) the likes of which “Flex Seal ®” could not fix.

 

What’s so bad about socialism you might ask? Well take a look at the success stories of places like Cuba, North Korea, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar (Burma) where socialistic communism or fascistic government dictators maintain order by force and fear of death. I say to those still undeterred that taking a sabbatical to one of these paradises for a minimum of 1 year should pretty much open the eyes of those blinded by the lure of socialism.

 

Socialism is not Facebook or Instagram pie in the sky. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Anger without Sin

 

Look around at current events through the lens of “Godly Eyes” and what do you see? The world has seemingly gone amok!

 

The killing of the innocent is lauded as a woman’s right to choose. Sorry but that is not a guarantee under the Constitution or the laws of God. There is no such thing as anyone’s right to murder another. Murder is illegal and God calls it for what it is Sin.

 

Our nation has preached tolerance for so long that tolerance is no longer tolerated. How’s that for you oxy-morons? We are told to tolerate the intolerable, accept the unacceptable. Failure to lower our own personal standards places us in the same category as the scum of the earth.

 

Let me clue you in on something, we are born into a fallen sinful world which makes everyone the scum of the earth. There is not one thing that we can do to lift ourselves out of this scum; Nothing.

 

We are told by the Word of God (Jesus) to trust in God with all of our heart, mind and soul. Our body is not our own, it is the temple of the living God. We are to search everything as to whether it matches up with what God calls good. We are to run away from evil.

 

To the Christian believer sin is sin and not to be tolerated or partaken of. We are no longer of this world, but have been set free from the bondage of sin by the Blood of Jesus. It is not what we deserve for the wages of sin is death. God is the Creator of all and the giver of life to every living creature, animals, birds, fish and plants and all mankind. There can be no life without God and spiritual death is separation from God for eternity.

 

The choice is ours to make. Continue in our life of sin or ask God to forgive us? Choosing God leads to life any other choice leads to a spiritual death with separation from God eternally.

 

I’m not some holier-than-thou or a more-perfect human being. I’m simply one who gets caught up in the daily onslaught of human interaction and while using the faculties and emotions created in my by God tend to lose sight of the “end game” at times.

 

I am less tolerant of the stupidity of mankind and become impatient when it comes to anyone forcefully trying to peddle sin as truth, justice and the American way. It just doesn’t wash with me.

 

Our nation was founded on the Christian principles of the Bible. Our Constitution is the law of the land and based on the premise that the laws of God are surpreme.

 

When we as a people turn our backs on Almighty God who created us, we are simply thumbing our noses up at God declaring him irrelevant and that is dangerously ignorant on our part for it is God alone who can save us.

 

What we see today are people looking to governments or men for salvation. They will reap what they sow. Government is the compromise of men and women who bicker amongst themselves about how to do what is “best” for their people. God is the only answer. Until God becomes the center of human life and existence all paths lead to certain destruction.

 

Only God can rise up a leader who allows the voice of the Almighty to direct his paths and bring his people out of the wilderness. As he has done in “biblical” days of old, God searches the heart of a man requiring only availability. Often it is the most unlikely or undesirable whom God chooses and it is my firm belief that President Donald J. Trump is that man. The accomplishments we see are more than coincidence or charisma they are acts by God to show his love to us. So long as a man walks in obedient faith, God promises to prepare the way and walk beside him. The impossible become possible when God is the center of it all. We are told that God’s ways are not man’s ways and we cannot fathom or understand the reasoning of God’s plan. To the unsaved mind it seems like folly while to the believer nothing is impossible with God.

 

Our nation and the world are at a historical crossroad. Nations crumble while corrupt leaders prosper. The poor become poorer while the rich become richer and life is not fair. Yet God brings the rain on the rich and the poor alike.

 

The idea of political correctness is a curse to weaken and bring down the will of a people. It pits man against man, family against family and people against people until there is nothing left but hatred and anger. That is why we are told to be angry but sin not.

 

Here are three bible verses which instruct us to be angry but sin not.

 

Psalm 97:10: “Let those who love the Lord hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.”

Proverbs 8:13: “To fear the Lord is to hate evil; I hate pride and arrogance, evil behavior and perverse speech.”

Amos 5:15: “Hate evil, love good; maintain justice in the courts. Perhaps the Lord God Almighty will have mercy on the remnant of Joseph.”

 

Mark 3:5 – When Jesus looked around at the arrogance of man he became angry and spoke to the man to stretch out his hand and Jesus healed him. Jesus directed his anger at sin, not at the people whom he would soon die to deliver from their sin.

 

We strive to be like Jesus. We are to hate sin, not people. Sin cannot be legislated to become acceptable when God has declared it as sin. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

What a coincidence. Federal agents are screened for their honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism among other things. In law enforcement they are the cream of the crop, top of the line and trained to perfection in matters of criminal justice and the US rule of law. I’ve heard from experienced law enforcement professionals it is unadvisable to speak to them without legal counsel present – even during a routine traffic stop.

 

Have you ever gotten a traffic ticket? Do you attempt to pass the time of day with the officer? Ever confess to a minor offense in which you got off? As you prepare to depart the scene does the officer immediately leave at the same time? If not, have you ever wondered why not?

 

It’s important to remember this tip. The officer has an obligation to transcribe the entire conversation on paper in the event he must go to court over your offense. That sounds simple enough huh? What happens if you admit to previous wrong doing? What about an officer investigating a case that sounds similar to the event you admitted to? An officer is investigating and your name just happened to come up, because you told someone (the traffic officer) and now you’re a prime suspect.

 

Let’s say you end up going to court about the case you admitted committing. You are asked if you have any knowledge of that event and you say no or you don’t remember. The officer is called to the stand and asked if you ever mentioned it to him and he pulls out his notebook as he says yes. Then he reads your “confession” and you are charged with lying under oath “Perjury”.

 

That is why you should exercise your right to remain silent, especially at a traffic stop.

 

That’s why I said what a coincidence. Here we are and not one, but at least two high level FBI employees (former FBI director Comey; Assistant director McCabe; Special Agent Strzok and FBI Legal Counsel Lisa Paige have been called before congressional committees and under oath have answered many questions presented to them with, “I don’t remember”; “I don’t know”; or “I plead the fifth Amendment”. Even text messages and emails conveniently disappeared (although even a 15 year old hacker knows that text messages and emails are backed up daily or sometimes hourly on internet servers and kept for an extended period of time). One would think that FBI supervisors and agents would have clued in on that fact while conducting official investigations?

 

They are unable to recall specific events, dates, places or people they have interacted with over a certain period of time or pertaining to a specific incident when questioned by congressional committee members, under oath under penalty of perjury.

 

This is extremely interesting in that Comey AND McCabe each went on a “book tour” with various media outlets and described the events in detail which they couldn’t remember at the committee hearings. It would have been so considerate had they each presented the committee with copies of their soon to be released book prior to the hearings. Then questions could be referenced with page, paragraph and line number.

 

That’s why Special Counsel Robert Mueller himself a former FBI director made it a point to recommend prosecution of Trump associates who lied about unrelated matters under oath during HIS Special Investigation. Those “offenders” face substantial embarrassment, financial loss and/or jail time unless they “flip” on Donald Trump and admit incriminating evidence about Russian Collusion (which is still not a crime, even if it was true) – Which it is not.

 

It does appear that the Bureau, as it is called, has transitioned from the Federal Bureau of Investigation to its more proper title of Federal Bureau of Anti-Matter, because at the top the only thing that mattered was the smearing of and attempted removal of the sitting President of the United States, Donald Trump. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Shaming of America

The Shaming of America

 

This could also be called the “shamming” of America. We have become accustomed to having prominent Athletes, Entertainers and Politicians trash talk our nation, our leaders and elected officials and even ourselves. We are called names, placed into categories and expected to remain in our places while those who are superior treat us like trash. It’s not about race, ethnic or national origin of our ancestors. It’s about power and money.

 

In the Radical Muslim mindset those who are not Muslim are to be killed. Those who are Muslim but not radical are to be killed. Only the radical Muslims are to dominate and by force. We see this played out in the Middle East and in European nations where mass migration was encouraged through open borders. This is a clear pattern of what hell is like. It’s like being in a gang where everyone wants to be the leader and have no problem eliminating all competition. In the end the leader is the only one left. Wow, what joy! A leader without a following is not a leader at all.

 

We are guided by the Constitution of the United States and it is the basis for the Rule of Law. In fact our form of government is not a democracy and we are not just another republic. The United States is a Constitutional-Republic unlike any other in the world. Our citizens are of state and of the nation. We can travel freely within the country.

 

Our states are sovereign each with its own Constitution, government, rules and laws and yet joined together nationally under the national Constitution and government. That is primarily why phrases like United We Stand, One Nation, Under God, America First and Make America Great Again are meant to inspire patriotism, pride and confidence in our citizens and beckon others to come join us living the American Dream.

 

The national tone is set by the President of the United States and his administration sets out to implement his agenda and guide the nation. Elected officials represent the will of the people and set the stage for feast or famine. It is the responsibility for the government to provide for the safety of its people by the creation and enforcement of a series of laws.

 

Unless the people join together in the common cause of Freedom, working together for the betterment of the nation AND its people, there can be no freedom. Common sense tells us that NOTHING IS FREE!

 

Everything has a price.

 

It costs someone to make a pair of shoes. It costs someone to sell a pair of shoes. If you do not work for it, it has cost you nothing and it means to you NOTHING!

 

Only a parent can watch as their child struggles through life. They celebrate the ups and suffer through the downs as the child goes through trials and tribulations. It is natural for a parent to want to jump in and “help” the child or prevent the heartache the child will go through. It doesn’t help, but hurts the child who must develop their own decision making process and learn by their own mistakes. Parents must learn to step back and watch as their child falls down and gets back up making that a success.

 

 

It is not the responsibility of government to feed, clothe and provide free stuff that ensnare and enslave its people. Yet politicians want us to believe that work is not necessary because free housing, free food, free phones, free cars, free everything can be provided by the government and all you have to do is sell your vote to keep them in political office. How is that sustainable? How is that even possible?

 

In recent weeks we have seen former Obama administration officials surface on the world stage and denounce the United States and trash talk President Trump and his administration and his policies. Never before in my lifetime have I seen anything like this.

 

It is unheard of and unprecedented that Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry and now Joe Biden all former senators and elected or appointed officials have stood before international assemblies and reporters to denounce and ridicule the President and the administration that succeeded them into office. It is very unprofessional and the most anti-American, unpatriotic example of disloyalty imaginable. At the very least it is treasonous, seditious and very much politically based as each of these individuals are lifetime members of the Democratic Party.

 

The Constitution makes it very clear that Congress has the authority and responsibility to invoke the powers of impeachment against EACH OF THEM and once convicted they could be banned from holding any elected government office. It is also clear that the President could revoke their security clearances and recommend prosecution for their actions.

 

What is also clear is that in order for there to be a United States of America, there must be United American citizens who are committed to working for a better America and a country that is not divided through political correctness or petty political party politics.

 

There are many serious issues facing the nation and to date there have been no viable solutions brought to bear on solving them by politicians in Washington or by state or city officials in whose districts they are in. Serious problems require serious solutions. Solutions do not come from politicians, but from the American people. It is time to take back America! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Where is Your Allegiance?

 

Serious questions demand serious answers, “Where is your allegiance”; “For whom would you lay down your life”?

 

As a Christian my allegiance is to God who made everything and chose me to be his. It is God who said trust me and I will carry you the trials and tribulations of life. Yet it is I who say, “Yes Lord I trust in you”. The choice is mine. The bible tells us that death is not to be feared and to be absent from the body is to be present with God.

 

We often teach our children in Sunday school to recite a pledge to the Christian Flag so they understand where their allegiance is.

 

“I pledge allegiance to the Christian Flag and to the Savior for whose Kingdom it stands. One Savior, crucified, risen, and coming again with life and liberty to all who believe.”

 

In our schools we teach our children to recite the Pledge of Allegiance so they understand the concept of our nation and its relationship to Almighty God and to each other.

 

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

 

We should not take any oath lightly because they are not just a pledge or promise to either a king or to God. An oath is a vow or specific promise or pledge to act or behave in a specific manner. When you can take an oath of office to promise to perform your duty to the best of your ability, taking that oath or vow requires that promise must be fulfilled. In order for someone to serve in the Armed Forces of the United States, that question is dealt with at Armed Forces Induction Centers across the nation when successful candidates for military service are sworn in and take the oath of enlistment.

While serving in the Armed Forces it is during the initial basic training that soldiers are taught to learn and abide by the Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct provides guidance for the behavior and actions of members of the Armed Forces of the United States. This guidance applies not only on the battlefield, but also in the event that the service member is captured and becomes a prisoner of war (POW). The Code is delineated in six articles.

I am an American, fighting in the forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.

 

Article II:

I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender the members of my command while they still have the means to resist.

 

Article III:

If I am captured I will continue to resist by all means available. I will make every effort to escape and aid others to escape. I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy.

 

Article IV:

If I become a prisoner of war, I will keep faith with my fellow prisoners. I will give no information or take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades. If I am senior, I will take command. If not, I will obey the lawful orders of those appointed over me and will back them up in every way.

 

Article V:

When questioned, should I become a prisoner of war, I am required to give name, rank, service number and date of birth. I will evade answering further questions to the utmost of my ability. I will make no oral or written statements disloyal to my country and its allies or harmful to their cause.

 

Article VI:

I will never forget that I am an American, fighting for freedom, responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the United States of America.

 

It is very important to learn this code of conduct in the event a soldier is taken as a prisoner of war by the enemy.

 

What we tend to overlook is what oath do new citizens take after passing their citizenship tests? Do they simply raise their right hand and say, “I do”? I don’t think so. Unless you have been there or have a loved one come from another country to the United States and complete the process of becoming a citizen you don’t really know?

 

New citizens must take a Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America in order to complete the citizenship process.

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

 

Note: In certain circumstances there can be a modification or waiver of the Oath of Allegiance. Read Chapter 5 of A Guide to Naturalization for more information.

 

The principles embodied in the Oath are codified in Section 337(a) in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which provides that all applicants shall take an oath that incorporates the substance of the following:

Support the Constitution;

Renounce and abjure absolutely and entirely all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which the applicant was before a subject or citizen;

Support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

Bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and

  1. Bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; or
    B. Perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; or
    C. Perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law.

 

The language of the current Oath is found in the Code of Federal Regulations Section 337.1 and is closely based upon the statutory elements in Section 337(a) of the INA.

Proposed Federal Anti-Lynching Law

 

Coming from California’s US Senator Kamala Harris is a proposed federal law that would make it a crime to lynch anyone for the first time in our 240+ year history. Sounds like a win – win situation for sure doesn’t it?

 

It’s not something I would think is beyond the grasp of the Congressional Black Caucus or members like Sen. Harris. Yet in its own sweet way it hammers yet another nail in the coffin of the Democratic Party platform or that of the CBC.

 

What you don’t see it? This proposed bill, if passed by the Senate and the House and then signed into law by President Trump would seal the deal. Yup for the past 2+ years what we see in the media and in the inner workings of Congress, as well as in various Department of Justice agencies has been the careful planning and execution of a systematic lynching of many good citizens.

 

Take the now infamous “Russia Collusion” hoax accusing Donald Trump’s campaign of colluding with Russian state actors to influence the 2016 election in his favor would be at best laughable, had it not been an overt attempt to tarnish now President Donald J. Trump and his good name.

 

Others who have been systematically lynched have been retired General Michael Flynn and even SCOTUS nominees, now Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. Oh there have been others in the Trump Campaign, the Trump Administration and even Trump family members and administration official’s family members.

 

I haven’t seen the content of the proposed Anti-Lynching Bill but I’ll bet before President Trump finishes putting pen and ink to make it into law, his legal team will have drawn up articles to sue various members of Congress, former-members of the DOJ and current employees who partook of spreading false allegations to the media.

 

Yes there must be a correlation between lawyers and criminals who are interdependent upon each other to use the law for their own shady purposes. Criminals think they know the law but have lawyers as their backup against the law. Lawyers study the law and twist the law in order to get their clients off and know how to play judges and the jury. Many legislators are lawyers who use the same techniques under the guise of compromise to create laws that can be easily skirted or ignored. Career legislators utilize manipulation, mob tactics of intimidation or threats to insure compliance of their agenda.

Five Hundred Thirty Five to One

 

There ought to be a movie about modern day Congress and President that highlights the epic saga of what amounts to a modern day coup d’etat orchestrated by the previous administration’s FBI senior staff and members of Congress.

 

What began as a politically financed stunt against a political opponent took on a life of its own at the expense of US taxpayers while tarnishing the reputation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This became a travesty of justice against a sitting President and a huge hoax on the American public. The scope of deceit is of a magnitude never before seen in the United States and is nothing short of the nationwide wholesale peddling of “snake oil” akin to the frontier days in the American Wild, Wild West.

 

The sayings that absolute power corrupts absolutely and a people who do not learn from history are bound to repeat it ring true once more.

 

The intent of the founding fathers as it pertains to elected congressional officials was to have citizen-legislators who would be elected to represent the citizen who voted for them. They would go to Washington and represent the will of the people. Upon expiration of their term, return home and resume their personal lives as private citizens having made America a better place for having served.

 

Instead Congress has become a career choice, reelection the priority with greed, power and financial gain a byproduct. America has not become a better place, but rather a cash cow to be milked dry. Members of Congress have often placed themselves above the law. The lawmakers have become the lawbreakers never to be held accountable.  Rather than submit legislators have betrayed that sacred trust and overridden the will of the people. Instead of changing US laws when flaws become apparent, legislators simply ignore them. Not willing to abide by the rule of law, it is ignored all together.

 

Modern day Congress sees itself in an adversarial relationship with the President and relies on the Supreme Court to act as a sort of playground monitor. They have forgotten the role of government is to govern.

 

Legislative Branch legislates;

 

Executive Branch enforces;

 

Judicial Branch rules based upon Constitutional mandates.

 

There is no room in governing for personal feuds, playground bickering or street justice. Elected officials are not superior to, but dependent upon citizens who expect their will to be carried out. The United States Government is responsible for the safety of and is responsible to its citizens. We have seen the audacity of a government who feel its citizens are not capable of self-governance. Provisions in the Constitution provide for the removal of an unresponsive government and the creation of a new one, when its citizens feel it is warranted.

 

We are at a critical point in the history of this nation where the driving force for change is Political Correctness that attempts to force into extinction the only Constitutional-Republic the world has ever seen. The corruption that has taken hold of many facets of our government threatens our very way of life. I am reminded of the story in the bible where it appeared the entire “Army of God” stood in fear of a giant named Goliath. As he stood taunting a young boy, David chose a single pebble, loaded his slingshot and felled the giant. David then used the giants own sword to cut off his head.

 

America has been under attack for quite some time and it appeared that as fearful as it was, nobody knew what to do about it. Christians across this nation fell to their knees in prayer asking God to have mercy on our nation and deliver us from evil. God heard our many prayers and he answered in a way nobody saw coming. They weren’t answered overnight but in the timing and choosing of God.

 

Today America has the giant of Political Correctness which threaten the very life of our nation. One must be careful what to do, say or even think for fear of being sued, threatened or imprisoned. Many of our legislators are furthering the PC cause by legislating it into the fabric of our nation in an attempt to effect changes of global proportions.

 

God has reached into his vast and unlimited resources to call forth a man of experience and determination and will to fight the battle and defeat the giant of Political Correctness. The man God has called knows well what it takes to win, because to him winning isn’t just everything, it’s the only thing.

 

When God called Donald Trump answered and given a mandate from God the battle for the very soul of America began and although the giant has not yet fallen, it has been defeated. Regardless of political persuasion or ethnicity the time is now for Christians to fall down on their knees to pray over America. Pray for our nation, our leaders and for our enemies. We pray for wisdom from God and the strength to become victorious so that God will set our nation free. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
