The Reawakening of Patriotism

Many are the people who love this country of their birth; and who love this country they have sometimes had to fight in order to come and to be adopted through immigration and ultimately naturalization. Many are the ones who served in the armed forces of the United States to protect the constitution and ultimately to defend freedom in our homeland and around the globe. These are our brothers and sisters in arms and we proudly call fellow patriots.

Do not be deceived by the charlatans in our midst who have chosen to wage a war on the weak, the ill prepared and the uninformed. Their aim is the total destruction of our society at any cost. They are enemies of the state and of the very constitution we have sworn to protect with our very lives.

For many years our society has been dumbed down to the point where right is wrong and wrong is esteemed as right. Our society has been conditioned to reward mediocrity with participation trophies and presidential medals of freedom based solely on the basis of political party politics.

The social justice warriors (as they choose to be called) of yesteryear are the college and university professors and deans of today. They are the voices of disruption coming out of the very institutions we entrust that indoctrinate our youth on a mindless journey through life.

When Donald J. Trump walked down that staircase in Trump Tower and announced his candidacy for President of the United States it was taken as a publicity stunt and not taken seriously by the political stars of the day. Throughout the campaign he said what he would do to change the course being taken by the Obama administration and that he would in fact make America great again using Twitter to communicate directly with the American people.

After his inauguration as the Forty-Fifth President of the United States, President Trump immediately began keeping the promises he made during the campaign. He began dismantling the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare); allowing DACA to die a natural death; increase border security (the wall); actively support law enforcement; rebuild the military; restructure international relations with friends and our enemies; tackle unemployment; deregulate unfair rules on corporations and factories; stop rampant immigration without proper vetting; and more all the while battling against a hostile congress who had weaponized nationwide media outlets to initiate and/or promote fake news while underreporting actual administration accomplishments.

What many do not understand or refuse to accept is the fact that President Trump is not your typical politician. Many see that as a sign of weakness. I beg to differ. Doing business as usual by politicians have gotten us into the predicament we find ourselves in today. Donald Trump was previously heavily involved in Democratic campaign financing as a private citizen for many years. He is intimately aware of these politicians and what presses their buttons ($$$).

As a very successful businessman, Donald Trump built his empire through personal relationships with many of the people who turned their backs on him and came at him in a full frontal attack because he represents a threat to their political stronghold of power over we the people.

What happened with the election of President Trump was the reawakening of patriotism in America. By placing America First, nationalism is the driving force that unifies American’s together as one people. It is the basis of why others flock to our land. It drives the American Dream.

In the international world of foreign affairs it is personal relationships that lead to respect and progressive change that benefits all participating national leaders and their countries. This quality of building or rebuilding personal relationships is ridiculed by those who don’t understand their value.

It must be noted here that in order for anyone to be truly successful in life, one must have a personal relationship with God the creator. That relationship doesn’t begin when we are born, nor does it come automatically as we grow older or wiser in the ways of the world. That relationship begins when God tugs at your heart and you respond by admitting you need him. You ask him to forgive your sins and he does.

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Contrary to what you may think you know about Donald Trump, he is but a fallen sinful man, just like you and I. It is the grace of Almighty God AND the obedience to God’s calling on his life for a specific purpose at this time in history that brought POTUS#45 into office in 2017.

It is with extreme confidence that I know the resistance being conducted against President Trump is far deeper that anyone can imagine. It is resistance of evil to the holiness and person of God. It is that holier than thou attitude that is presented as “Resist Trump” at all costs, that the means justifies the end.

I can also state with certainty that when called by God and anointed for his purpose nothing can prevent that purpose from being accomplished so long as one stays focused and in the center of God’s perfect will. When Christians across this nation and around the world fell on their knees and prayed for deliverance they expected God to send a “Billy Graham” type person to become president, yet God sent Donald Trump to be his “Sword” against the spirit of political correctness that swept across this nation.

I see the level of resistance is directly proportional to the depth of the “Swamp” embedded into our society. It’s like a swimming pool full of water. As it is being drained the level lowers and the turbulence increases. As soon as the pool is emptied it can be repaired, scrubbed and made ready for refilling.

In America we are still watching the level lower and the turbulence increase. Increase it must because political correctness is well entrenched and only God knows how deep it has sunk into our society and in our government. We must pray for our nation and our leaders that God will protect them and remain strong in our defense, but for his glory. We must pray for those who are spiteful with us so that God may change their hearts and their minds.

Joshua 24:15 “And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

We are in a battle that began with Eve and the serpent in the Garden of Eden and will end with what we are seeing today as it was foretold thousands of years ago in the book of Revelations. It will come to pass just as it is written. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

When Public Opinion Doesn’t Matter

The drama displayed during the Kavanaugh hearings were a prime example of people making baffoons of themselves for money, power and politics. We had what amounted to as court jesters bouncing up and shouting with the irrelevance of barnyard-type antics.

Leading the charge of the twilight-brigade was the very sincere and highly misinformed highness of Sir Lance-not-lot and upcoming spokesperson of Senator Cory Booker and leading lady-not-like Senator Kamala Harris following suit with the Queen of Spades Senator Diane Feinstein. The spectacle of their every move and self-pompous words put on display the first and subsequent days of the Kavanaugh hearing would have garnished them a coveted Oscar or at least an Emmy. I dare say Hollywood should have been very proud of their performance so in keeping of the characters they played of actual members of the senate. Bravo! Bravo!

The cameras of the mainstream media were glued to the proceedings, just as they were during the recent funeral services for John McCain and Aretha Franklin. So much so that allowed President Trump to advance his agenda without interference or negative reporting.

Yes it is the court of public opinion where everyone’s an expert and nobody has any expectation of accountability for their actions, while demanding the accountability of others. Politicians are the absolute worst as they shine a floodlight on their political opponents while hiding behind a veil of secrecy.

The manner of the so-called resistance movement is the textbook definition of insurrection, treason and all manner of subversion of our duly elected president and his administration. It is par for the course of Democrat politicians (and a handful of Republican politicians) who feel the need to display how independent they have become since being elected into “public service”.

Many Americans are appalled at the mockery of our laws and our government by the uninformed and/or ill-advised that would call for the abolishment of our very form of government, yet have no idea of the chaos that would ensue.  Do they not see the thousands of people who are fleeing Venezuela and other nations who have dictators that spare no expense to stifle the very lives of their citizens?

I applaud President Trump who has taken a real world, non-political approach to addressing the nation’s problems without sacrificing our national security and in a way that public opinion matters. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Integrity of Congress

There are specific guidelines set forth in the Constitution of the United States that one must meet in order to be qualified to serve in congress, 25 years of age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the state in which elected.

Among what is not set forth in the constitution is a requirement to be a member of a political party or to have attained maturity or personal integrity. We are constantly bombarded by nonsense and inconsistencies from members of congress. So much so that if you paid close attention you would find they continually flip flop of very important issues and dwell on the unimportant ones far too long. In fact we have often placed too much dependency and reliance on politicians who are no better equipped for the task than we are, yet we have chosen them to represent us.

We have a total of 435 members in the House and 100 members in the Senate who represent American citizens in all manner of decisions that affect us all. Every one of those 535 members of congress is affiliated with one political party or another. There are more than 240 congressional “associations” or groups called Caucuses which are alliances for purely political purposes. Caucuses are based on religion, regional, international, national, race, and many other factors which a member of congress may choose to champion. Most are inclusive while others are exclusive and one must be accepted into the group. These caucuses are controlled by the rules of either the House or the Senate and all are funded by US taxpayers. Not every caucus is beneficial to the interests of the American people. Every member of congress has the opportunity to become a member of at least one caucus.

If you look closely at the goings on in congress today you will see one or two individuals who are attempting to control and direct the actions of the entire congress and like a chain that is only as strong as its weakest link, they are searching out each member in determining which is the weakest in an effort to exploit that weakness.

I’m not going to name names or point fingers but ask that you listen to the rhetoric being spouted by the loudest congressional “teapot”. One needs only to hear the cries to identify the skeleton in their own closet. Cries for impeachment come out from those who can and should be impeached. Calls against sexual impropriety come from those who themselves are sexually improper in their private lives. Shouts against racism are heard from those who are themselves racists. It is obvious that there is no integrity in congressional representatives who challenge the integrity of others.

What is lost in public discourse is the principle of “counsel in private – praise in public” or the biblical principle of saying something nice or don’t say anything at all.

I hear and read that a second civil war is coming to America very soon.

I will go further and say that it is here, today and it is a vocally declared “Uncivil War” being waged upon the people of America in the form of a street brawl without rules, while many Americans are choosing to stay at home hoping it will simply go away.

It won’t.

America needs men and women of integrity willing to standup to the lawlessness spreading across our land and already infested inside the Congress of the United States. Men and women who are willing to step forth and run for political office, not as a career but as a public service to root out the evil in our political system and voters must weigh the man or woman of each political office against what is right biblically and in accordance with the laws established in nature by Almighty God.

This uncivil war is not a Democrat or Republican one. It is a war of rebellion against the God of creation by his created beings. It is not whether God is on your side, but more importantly are you on the side of God? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Tie Goes to the Runner

In the world of baseball there is a rule that gives the benefit to the runner in case of a tie. In movies you see it accentuated when the runner slides into home plate and the umpire gives the sign and yells, “SAFE”.

In the real world of courtroom drama the burden of proof is for the state to provide beyond a shadow of doubt that the person charged is shown to be guilty with enough evidence to sway the jury. Sometimes on television you will hear the lawyer ask the person on the witness stand an odd or incriminating question. The attorney on the other side will object. The judge will instruct the jury to disregard that question and the answer.

That’s like taking a selfie that you don’t like and erasing it but continue thinking, “What an ugly picture that was”. It continues to bounce around in your mind and like a bad commercial you can’t get it out of your head.

As I wrote yesterday about jumping to conclusions over the testimony of Christine Blasey Ford who gave a compelling account of her sexual assault in which she was 100% sure it was Brett Kavanaugh that assaulted her. She even named 4 individuals, including her best friend at the time, as being at the house and could reinforce her account of what happened. She even said the most memorable thing she remembers about that incident was the people laughing as she left the house and ran down the street.

So convincing was her testimony that every the Democrat and several Republican committee members believed her unwaveringly and I believe her. From a circumstantial point of view she brought the house down in support of her allegations, and even obtained unsolicited financial support by the attorney who is representing her Pro Bono and with over $900,000 in several GoFundMe accounts online. I’ll bet she even gets recommended an Emmy or Academy Award for her performance.

Do I sound a little bit jaded? I am and here’s why.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh has adamantly denied the allegations. Until 2 weeks ago there have never been any complaints of misconduct surface in his past and extensive background checks during his legal career. His denial was that of an innocent man being denied the benefit of the rule of law that states everyone is innocent until proven guilty and particularly in a court of law.

Accusations are just that and are designed to destroy the credibility of the accused, whether proven to be true or not. Politicians use this tactic many times successfully and because of the skeletons in most everyone closet the accused often folds and disappears from public life. Innocent men such as Judge Clarence Thomas and Judge Brett Kavanaugh do not fold under pressure, in particularly when the allegations are not proven to be true.

In this case the individuals named by Doctor Ford have each responded in writing to committee investigators claiming either they were not at the house or party described by Dr. Ford; or they did not see Brett Kavanaugh at the house; or they have never seen Brett Kavanaugh acting in the manner described by Dr. Ford. Evidentiary evidence is just not there.

When shown a map of the area in question it was shown to be more than 6 miles from the place of the alleged assault and Dr. Ford’s family residence at that time. By her admission in her testimony she was 15 years old and did not drive herself to or from the house, which was in close proximity to the country club swimming pool where she went daily. She did not say whether she had or rode a bicycle to and from the pool either.

Dr. Ford stated that she drank one beer, went upstairs to use the bathroom and was pushed into a room where she was sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh with Mark Judge in the room. She managed to wrestle free, escape to the bathroom until she heard them leave the upstairs area. She then ran downstairs and down the street and ran the 6+ miles home, but said nothing about what had transpired to her parents because she knew they would not have consented to her being there. It is inconceivable to me that a 15 year old girl who had drank a beer could run anywhere or for that duration and not raise suspicion of her parents.

What came across loud and clear were the accusations made along party lines blaming the president and committee members from “across the aisle” for not believing her or taking her seriously and for not asking for an FBI investigation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. They ridiculed and at the time made fun of Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s passionate denial claiming he was just too angry.

And yes everyone was condescending and heaped praise upon praise on Dr. Ford for “coming forward” as a testament to all other survivors of sexual abuse trauma, even without any physical evidence corroborating her story. The prosecutor who questioned Dr. Ford was very gentile and thorough but came to the conclusion that there was no evidence to have brought charges against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

My personal conclusion is that although Dr. Ford’s accusations seemed plausible and very well could have happened, the lack of evidence and her witness statements run contrary to her claim. Judge Brett Kavanaugh denied this and other recent accusations and his story did not waiver. He has said that at times he sometimes had drunk in excess and treated women improperly, but did not do what Dr. Ford accused him of doing.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh is highly qualified for the nomination to the SCOTUS. President Trump directed the FBI to conduct an investigation into this accusation under a limited scope and time restriction. It is up to the Senate to conduct a standup “Call to Gavel” vote and confirm Judge Kavanaugh.

The American people can clearly see the ridiculousness of the tactics being employed by the politicians in Washington as they attempt to thwart President Trump and his administration. The actions of these members of Congress are clearly in violation of US Law and the Constitution they are sworn to uphold and have the power to amend through lawful legislation.

Americans deserve and expect better from our government representatives in Congress – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Turning Point

America is at a turning point, a “Y” in history and the direction our country is about to take. Believe it or not it is up to YOU to make a difference. We’ve been led to believe that we don’t matter in the overall scheme of things. We are individuals who are programmed to keep our eyes straight ahead and march forward to an uncertain future.

According to the “leaders” of the Democrat Party “When they go high, we go low” and since the 2016 elections they have gone as low as anyone thought possible and have begun digging. It’s as if the Democrats are on autopilot with nobody capable of throwing the “off” switch. There have been blatant attempts to disrupt the function of all three branches of government and the means justify the end.

Well I hate to break it to you, because you obviously didn’t get the memo, “Donald Trump is President”, not only that if you are a citizen of this great nation, he is your president too, whether you like it or not. What that means for all the #NeverTrumpers and #MeToo folks out there you must do one of two things. One will lead you down the road to a better life than you ever thought possible. The other will cause you to have a major change of your lifestyle as you relocate to anywhere else on earth, providing they are hungry to hear your crybaby tactics.

We have witnessed mass rioting (albeit paid actors) over everything from the right to bear arms to the right of illegal aliens to be called undocumented aliens instead. We have women crying as their right to kill their babies in the womb is being threatened and they say its women’s right to choose. The last time I read it, the bible still calls it a sin to kill, and that certainly fits the bill.

We have had rioting in the streets of America over the loss of life at the hands of law enforcement gone wrong, yet there are far too many innocent being killed on the streets of Chicago and other inner cities by black on black criminals.

There have been mass shootings in American schools, and in some cases the local politics have prevented the police from getting involved, while other cities have initiated preventive measures to insure that it doesn’t happen again.

Amid all the lawlessness it always comes back to politicians attempting to place the blame on President Trump, while lawless politicians fight to maintain the status quo without giving up their accumulated power over the people who voted them into office in the first place.

So that is the dilemma we are currently facing, change the ways our society thinks or let this misbehavior continue until the nation faces a total meltdown. Choose!

When a society does not learn from history they are doomed to repeat it. How many of the great societies of old are left standing today? How many people are better off through the technological advancements of the modern era, but continue to think it can’t happen to them?

The United States of America was founded by ordinary people under extraordinary times and circumstances because of the belief that “All men are created equal and endowed with certain unalienable rights by Almighty God”.  They created a Constitution which gave certain rights to the Federal government and State government while retaining ALL other rights with the people.

So sure of themselves was their commitment to each other that they pledged their lives and their fortunes for the cause of freedom. As it’s been said many times since then, “Freedom isn’t Free”, it is protected by the men and women who put on the uniform of the United States military, of our First Responders (Police, Fire and Paramedics) and backed up by medical professionals across the nation AND by the very citizens they represent.

The days of extortion, bribery, fear of retribution and/or death must be tamed with a measure of civility, stern determination and in some cases the sword so that others may have the freedom to live the American Dream.

I don’t care if you’re of any political party or not, but it is the responsibility of EACH American citizen to pass on to their children and grandchildren the virtues of the American spirit. We must teach our children to love and protect family at all costs; to love Almighty God with all of our heart, mind and strength and to submit to him in ALL things; to love the great nation we live in and to stand firm for the cause of freedom.

Our country is not a republic, for republics are doomed to implode over time. We are not a democracy, as they tend to morph into a totalitarian society over time. We are a Constitutional-Republic, the only one of its kind in the world. Our allegiance is to Almighty God through our thanksgiving and praise for all that he has provided for our benefit and for his glory.

American’s don’t worship government, the flag or the national anthem, we worship Almighty God and we pray for and honor this nation, our leaders and those in authority over us, because it signifies submission, not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength BECAUSE we are Americans.

It is better to be prepared for war so that we can live in peace, to do otherwise will never result in peace, but in bondage. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Jumping to Conclusions with Dr. Ford

The first week of the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation hearing of SCOTUS nominee in front of the Senate Judicial Committee had become nothing more than a 3-ring circus by the antics of Congressional Black Caucus members Senator Cory Booker and Senator Kamala Harris and others of both political parties. Their outlandish conduct reduced the hearings to nothing more than a character assassination of President Trump’s nominee and a tactic of delay until after the mid-term elections.

These tactics were aided by leaking of personal information leading to personal attacks on him, his family and were spotlighted in the press and on social media while placing blame on the president for his selection of a well-qualified candidate for SCOTUS.

What happened next is entirely the creation of leakers who seized upon new and crucial information about an alleged sexual assault involving the nominee and a yet to be identified accuser from 36 years ago. What should have been confidential information was made public in such a manner that it would appear to be entirely politically motivated.

Once the name of the accuser was made known, without the “facts” of the incident being made public there were certain portions of private family information from both the accuser and the accused that gave credence to the fact that it was about extenuating circumstances leading to a “motive” for this last minute attack on the nominee.

Once it was made public that the accuser would appear before the Judiciary Committee on live television I set my DVR and recorded the 10-27-2018 testimony of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford so that I could skip any and all distracts and hear what she had to say about her sexual assault. I wanted to separate her truth from the fiction of what the press had been publishing.

At the beginning of Dr. Ford’s testimony Chairman Grassley summarized the efforts of the committee to thoroughly investigate Judge Kavanaugh and take seriously any accusations of misconduct and were met with resistance from several members of the committee and even from Dr. Ford. Cooperation could have kept her testimony out of the public forum and prevented much of the public spectacle she has been experiencing.

Also Senator Feinstein summarized Dr. Ford’s educational background and acknowledged receiving Dr. Ford’s letter from another legislator (Representative Anna Eshoo) and was asked to keep the letter confidential.

Up to this point there had been no formal statement from Dr. Ford, only accusations of an alleged sexual assault fueled by the press and the antics of Democrat Party legislators using disrupt and delay tactics to prevent the confirmation of this presidential SCOTUS nominee.

Dr. Ford read from her handwritten letter to the committee about her efforts to inform the president and congress about the sexual misconduct of Judge Brett Kavanaugh once his name had come out on the president’s short list; and again once he became the presidential nominee. She did not get immediate response until she notified the Washington Post on a confidential email tip line and only then after the nomination.

Listening to Dr. Ford’s opening statement leads me to believe the credibility of her account and nothing like what had been released by the media. Her description contained enough details for me to believe that the assault did in fact happen and left no doubt that she did in fact recognize her attacker as Brett Kavanaugh.

I do not feel that this was politically motivated, but the method of its handling, leaking to the press and promotion through social media was a disservice to Dr. Ford, Judge Kavanaugh, President Trump, members of Congress and to the American people who have been manipulated toward an ultimate goal of presidential impeachment by any means necessary to justify the end.

Throughout the Ford testimony several committee members placed the blame on the president, the director of the FBI and other party members of the committee, without taking responsibility for THEIR actions during these proceedings.

That being said I too take full responsibility for my postings and articles which blasted Dr. Ford based upon the same misconceptions and misinformation that were given publicly.

I stand behind Judge Brett Kavanaugh as a well-qualified nominee for SCOTUS and recognize that like everyone he made pour choices during his youthful years, such as indulging in alcohol consumption which in this case may have led to an attempted rape or sexual assault while intoxicated.

It was Dr. Ford who as a high school student made a youthful mistake and a poor choice by going to a house where she expected to meet a friendly boy or two and instead came across two boys who came across as drunk and disorderly. She did not tell her parents because of her going somewhere she would not have been allowed to go, particularly in that type of setting.

This is not a “boys will be boys” justification, but a fact that none of us are perfect, yet in our youth we all feel that we are “know it all’s” who have all the answers, when we don’t even have the questions.

I dare say that at some point in our lives we too have made a poor choice or two and it is reasonable to assume that we learn from those poor choices and strive to make better decisions as a result.

Christine Blasey Ford went on to become a Doctor PHD, a university professor, married and a mother who has struggled to overcome the memory of this event and suffers today from what we call PTSD. She is not a bad person, nor the monster she has been made out to be by the misinformation and character assassination tactics which caused her to flee her home, and become even more fearful of the personal attacks on her person and her family.

Brett Kavanaugh also moved on to become an outstanding judge and a presidential nominee for SCOTUS. He too has been made out to be some sort of monster due to misinformation and character assassination tactics which are bent at destroying his credibility, with threats to his professional career, his family and his potential membership on the SCOTUS.

The only ones who do not seem to learn from their mistakes are the ones who use petty politics and personal attacks on those who have a different political perspective.

As an aside, President Trump has ordered an FBI investigation of limited scope and duration to gather information based on these allegations. The results will be made known to the Judiciary Committee who will then assess the information gathered and make a recommendation of whether or not to confirm or deny the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to SCOTUS. I stand with Judge Kavanaugh! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Editorialist

It’s not so much as right and wrong, but about good and evil. There comes a time when someone has to take a stand for God and all that is good and resist evil in all its many forms. Enter editorialists like me who recognize the scams, con games and flimflam artists and call them out for all to see. Education is not the answer so much as knowledge is the key to understanding life and what makes the world go around.

When I was young I played with toys, boy toys and loved to explore. My brothers and I used to play cops and robbers or cowboys and Indians and we had a clubhouse (the old empty building at the end of the road).

As I grew my focus changed and I made enemies easier than I did friends and in high school I had a best friend named Chuck. We hung out, were in the Civil Air Patrol and did lots of things together. The Vietnam War changed all that. Chuck dropped out after our junior year and joined the army and went to Southeast Asia. I moved nearby and graduated high school and later joined the army and found myself in Southeast Asia as well.

Chuck got out after Vietnam, and worked a number of jobs while serving in the Idaho Air National Guard until retiring a few short years ago. I stayed in the army and retired after 22 years but did not return home, but stayed where I was planted and retired at.

We’re still friends, though no longer close friends (geographically or otherwise) but on occasion we still talk. We have our families and our lives are much different than they were back then, but our roads have drifted us apart.

I’ve always had a hankering to write, but normally don’t get past the first sentence in the first paragraph. Over the years I’ve written reports, proofread papers and delved into online journalism of sorts. I began publishing HTML webpages in the late 1990s as home computers became affordable and we development was the thing to do. I’ve worked with others to get their web presence up and running and even hosted a few sites back then.

Since becoming fully retired I’ve morphed into writing and editorializing to the point that some feel I’m way too involved in my work.

My worldview is much broader now and I think beyond the borders of my home state of Idaho. I see the world in a more personal light after spending much of my military service in places like Thailand, Panama, Germany and Japan where the people I’ve encountered are some of the friendliest and often the funniest I’ve ever met.

In recent years I see that generally (I use that term very loosely) are very naïve, ignorant or simply not aware of what’s happening around them. Someone yells “Jump” and everyone wants to know “How High”?

What is particularly disturbing is the number of SPAM calls and email messages that one receives every day. Most are easy to spot and ignore or delete without further consequences. Others are easier for some to believe but often lead to financial loss or worse. So when you get an email from “Cousin Bobby Jo Diddlesquat” who’s stuck in an airport overseas and he’s lost his wallet, passport and all his cash but he needs you to bail him out and HE’LL PAY YOU BACK!

Don’t believe it.

You don’t have a cousin with that name. He’s overseas and lost his entire ID? How is he going to collect the massive amounts of cash he wants you to send him without ID? He obviously doesn’t have a job (anymore) so how is he going to pay you back?

Have you ever had family pay back borrowed money without sicking Gwitto after them to twist their arms, amputate their legs or torture their favorite cat?

You might want to pass on that, ok?

That brings me up to today. I like to think of myself as an editorialist. One who deciphers fact from fiction and puts a plain spin on it so even a blind man can see it. Wrong is still wrong; right is still right and anyone who tells you otherwise is just plain yanking your chain.

Take politics. Please take politics and bury it somewhere. Politics is the art of compromise, usually in the other guys favor. It is politically correct to compromise. You lose some part of yourself and you gain nothing in return. A government run on politics is usually run into the ground and yes that light at the other end of a tunnel is a TRAIN!

When one side or the other touts someone as exceptionally good or extremely bad they are usually right. The exceptionally good are usually too good to be true; the extremely bad are just that – take their word for it.

It’s wise to be a man or woman of principle. Know who you are. Know your values. Don’t compromise your convictions. Stand your ground, no matter how rough it may seem. Stand firm!

It takes courage to stand on the biblical values that we’ve been given as the inspired Word of Almighty God. It’s virtually impossible, unless you are grounded in the Word and God has your six. But know this when God is by your side and the world stands against you – you’ve already won!

While I’m on the topic of religiousness I want to make it perfectly clear that religion won’t get you to Heaven. All of the Alibaba’s or all the mumbo jumbos of religions or religious people will simply get you tired. Cut to the chase and get into a relationship with the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, who is God’s only begotten son Jesus who is the Christ.

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Exposed Lies and Lying Liars

Like many of you I watched only a portion of the Kavanaugh hearings before the Senate Judicial Committee. I listened as Chairman Grassley spoke about the seriousness of the allegations and the manner in which the committee investigated and questioned key figures under threat of prison for answering falsely. Senator Grassley read a 1991 statement by then Senator Joe Biden whereby he clearly states that the FBI does not investigate these allegations as it is not their job.

Then it was time for Senator Feinstein to speak and that she did. She admitted that she received the letter by Dr. Ford from another legislator who asked that it be kept in confidence, which she did for a time, revealing it prior to Dr. Ford coming forward to testify. Senator Feinstein made deliberate mention of the educational qualifications of Dr. Ford, touting her many degrees (more than a compass) and doctorates.

I was able to keep up with the proceedings via Twitter and Facebook postings throughout the day. One item caught my attention. It was a video clip of Senator Sheila Jackson-Lee (D-TX) who was caught passing a folded piece of paper to Dr. Ford’s attorney during the proceedings. It was at that moment that I suspected that Dr. Ford’s letter may have also passed through Senator Lee’s hands as well, and that the paper she gave to the attorney may have had the questions and answers from Democrat members of the committee?

There were a number of inconsistencies from Dr. Ford during the hearing. I wondered then as I do now why such an educated person such as Dr. Ford would go to such lengths to not only embarrass herself, but to tear apart the lives of so many in the Kavanaugh household without so much as providing evidence proving her allegations?  Even when two witnesses came forward stating that they were the ones who assaulted her at that party, not Brett Kavanaugh.

One thing remains perfectly clear that Judge Kavanaugh did not change his story, flinch or falter as he adamantly denied these baseless accusations.

What is also clear is that several members of the Judiciary Committee Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) and Senator Sheila Jackson-Lee (D-TX) are all vocally active members of the Congressional Black Caucus and along with many Democrat members of the committee are committed to disrupting the administration of President Trump at any cost. They are so full of themselves and the righteousness of their self-appointed purpose that they have either forgotten or are ignorant of the rule of law based on the Constitution which they have each sworn to protect and uphold as members of Congress.

It is time for Americans to wake up to the artificial reality of the criminal leftist elements in our society and inside our government and demand they be held accountable for their actions both legally and at the ballot boxes in the mid-term elections and again in 2020. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

When is a War not a War?

Am I the only one that wonders when a war is declared by one side and fought as a street brawl that the other side figures that ignoring the obvious justifies it as not being declared a war by both sides? Let me delve into this a little deeper. Since the beginning of time the first declared war was by a snake. The other side was man. God told Adam not to eat of the tree of good and evil or of the tree of life, but all other plants were for his benefit and he could freely eat. God then created Eve out of Adam’s rib and the two became one flesh. Along comes the sneaky snake who tells Eve, God didn’t really say you would die, this fruit will make you just like God. Eve took a bite and handed the fruit to Adam who also took a bite. It was then that they saw their nakedness and hid themselves from God.

The first shot had been fired in the battle between good and evil when the battle of rebellion began as Satan wanted to be God and was cast out of Heaven along with the angels who followed after him. They were banished to earth where they remain until the appointed day and Satan has been given authority over the earth.

God cast Adam and Eve out of the garden the same way he cast Satan out of Heaven, only God placed angels to guard the entrance to prevent man from ever gaining entry into the garden again. Next we see jealousy blossom into murder as Cain killed Abel and the cycle continues to this day.

So many people have been conquered when one decides to go after what another has. Often there is on pre-warning or notice of intent to attack, simply a surprise strike where winner takes all. In America we are oh so much more civilized in that we must notify our enemy of our displeasure and then we go after them with everything at our disposal. In fact in today’s society we must file an eviction notice and give 15 days or more for the other party to leave the premises. If the dispute is over land, then it’s go in with guns a blazing! Often they don’t even see it coming.

Remember the Alamo! Wounded Knee! San Juan Hill! Pearl Harbor!

General George Patton said it best that it is not patriotic to die for your country, but to make the other guy die for his.

What we see today is that one side declared war on the other more than 80 years ago and still nobody bothered to see if anyone got the memo. The Democrat Party declared war on the Republican Party and is fighting with every dirty trick in the book and then some, but the Republican Party seems to be a stickler for something like the Rule of Law, while the Democrats have picked up the Constitution and are using it as a sledgehammer in a street brawl. In a duel there are rules, stand back to back, take 20 paces, turn and fire. Last man standing wins. In a street brawl the rules are, there are no rules. We have long forgotten the rules of war (the Rules of Engagement), but we must not forget BENGHAZI! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

What Happens When Sexual Allegations are Reported?
 
What happens when sexual allegations are reported? To Parents? To Medical? To District Attorney?
 
Statements are recorded, evidence is gathered and providing sustainable evidence is obtained and/or an admission of guilt by the alleged offender, a grand jury may be empaneled and an arrest booking, then before a judge and a trial date set.
 
When there is no evidence, and no admission of guilt the presumption of innocence rules.
 
When there is a 35+ year delay and only comes out for a presidential appointment the presumption of false accusations for profit and/or notoriety is reasonably assumed.
 
Why did said letter go to straight to a legislator and not to a district attorney?
 
Why did the legislator hold the letter for any length of time without turning it over to the attorney general or FBI?
 
Why all the media circus?
 
Why entertain any further debate?
 
Anybody who is not in a position to make a judicial decision after reviewing all the “evidence” is not qualified to set legal precedence in this matter.
 
Anyone who interferes or threatens another must be held accountable for their actions.
 
Those who pay another to lie and falsify information for any reason to include political purposes must also be held accountable for their actions.
 
The Senate must hold a straight UP or DOWN vote on Judge Kavanaugh.- I am the Real Truckmaster!
