Like a Pack of Hyenas

Maybe it’s a natural human tendency to gather together in a mutually beneficial pact where ideas are exchanged, solutions are proposed and implemented. I don’t think one man working alone could have come up with the “wheel”. How was it determined to be round? Who put a hole in the middle? What about the name? Could all this have been done in a majority of one?

What I think is two or more guys were sitting outside the man cave, near an open fire roasting dinner and slurping on a “wet one” while deciding on inventing something. It may have been hard to come up with something after someone had already invented “fire”.

Over time someone may have been climbing a hill and dislodged a huge rock which “rolled” (new idea) down the hill and thus the idea of rolling was formed. The rock may have hit something and split open, thus producing 2 halves. Someone else may have come along and started pounding in the middle trying to split the half and only succeeded in punching a hole through the middle (this could have been the first hole in one), then he moved to the other half and ended up doing the same thing, another hole in the one. No it wasn’t until much later that golf was invented.

Could the next evolutionary use of these halves have been someone else putting a branch through each half, standing up the 2 halves and needing a purpose, put a log on top of the branch and moving it further down the hill? This is all speculation (my speculative powers).

In the animal kingdom there are mommy and daddy animals that produce baby animals. OK, so much for basics. But take several young wild animals and when they come together as a group they become a pack. In hyenas they may be called a pride, but when they focus on their prey, acting as one they attack and nothing will detract them. After making the kill they devour the prey, beginning with the alpha male or female, leaving the lowest ranking member to savage for scraps.

People are the same way only they become a click, gang or mob. The funny thing (not funny) about gangs is how they act when they come together. In much the same way as hyenas, gangs take individuals who lose their individuality while striving to be accepted. As the mob mentality sets in they find themselves powerless to resist and end up doing and saying things they wouldn’t otherwise say or do.

When it comes to American politics there are hierarchies and divisions which mimic those in the animal kingdom. Take an Bobby who feels slighted, he can scribble on a sign “Johnny’s Unfair”, then marsh up and down the street for days or weeks protesting. Passersby stop and ask Bobby what’s going on? Bobby tells them he feels slighted by Johnny and suddenly someone else scribbles on a sign and joins Bobby. As the crowd begins to grow, the tension changes and tempers get heated. Now you have a crowd which has just become a mob as they take off after Johnny. There are threats and words being thrown around and next comes setting trash cans on fire, tipping over the family doghouse or worse. If left out of control nobody wins.

What we have today is an organized mob action against President Trump led by some very highly placed U.S. government officials, directing violence against other government officials and private citizens who happen to believe an alternate perspective on political issues. The media attention focuses a spotlight on come pretty outlandish behavior, which may affect it in a negative or positive manner.

If all you hear on social media, news networks and radio are reports that the sky is falling, it’s only natural to believe the sky is falling. What one should probably do first is look outside to see if the sky is really falling? What you find may surprise you. Either the sky is really falling or some people are going off the deep end without a paddle or a canoe.

Bad behavior, whether on the left or the right is not acceptable, in particular when it is a prominent government official stirring up the pot. Reciting hateful or destructive rhetoric only hurts the cause of freedom. Threatening anybody with death or physical harm is against the law and can result in your being put away for a long, long time.

Civil discourse is healthy, while hatred burns like a cancer and scars our very souls.

In the Bible we are told that the love of money is the root of all evil. Once someone has been bitten by that money bug, there is on satisfying it. Money leads to power. Power in the hands of the wrong person can be destructive.

Remember that nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something. When everybody does nothing bad people can cause a lot of destruction wherever they go.

This week we are on the eve of America’s July 4th celebration, where patriotism rules the day. We celebrate the birth of our great nation, the heritage we all share, and the look forward to the future that lies ahead.

Contrary to what others tend to tell you about our country, the United States of America is the greatest nation on earth. Our friendship and support of Israel is cemented in our belief that God blesses those who bless Israel and God curses those who curse Israel. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Clueless Liberal Business Guidelines

We’re beginning to see symptoms exhibited in clueless businesses nationwide. It’s hard to pin down the actual disease, but it must be something in the water that is causing an epidemic-like illness similar to what was seen in the wild west during the 49 California Gold Rush that caused bustling and booming mining towns to go belly up. It is spreading across the United States and it is growing worse every day. Does it have a name yet? I might propose calling it what it is, “C.L.B. syndrome” (Clueless Liberal Business syndrome).

I know they must teach business classes in colleges and universities. There are a couple of universal principles that successful business must adhere to. One is location, location, location. Location is important when wanting to attract new customers or bring out new products. Being in the wrong location hurts the business and stifles growth. Second is that the customer is always right. Pleasing customers gets the word out to other potential customers and just helps businesses grow. A major factor in having a successful business is having the right business model and the right employee staff. When you neglect having knowledgeable supervisors and workers the end result is that not only will you stop growing the business, but you will lose your motivated workforce. Finally having the right signage is crucial in identifying your business, promoting your product line or announcing upcoming specials?

There are a number of things a business owner can do to kill a business faster than this upcoming liberal plague. One sure fire way to stifle your business is to place signs that single out a specific group of the local population and announce their business is no longer wanted. In America we call it discrimination. It is against the law to discriminate based upon race, religious, sexual orientation, creed or national origin and is a good way to draw attention from county, state and federal health inspectors, or Internal Revenue auditors or even local building inspectors. Placing a sign up that prohibits Republicans is simply ludicrous. The purpose of a business should be to attract customers, not chase them away.

It is clear that some people should never delve into the business world. Maybe those same people should reconsider having offspring as well. After all what good is a business that is content to be substandard and/or hire employees without any customer service skills or adequate training to develop those skills?

Lucky for everyone the internet has made it so that many businesses are forced to conduct their businesses on level playing fields. One can now go on twitter, Instagram or facebook and locate any particular business, read and post comments as to the merits or demerits of a particular business. Even the old fashioned letter to the editor in a local newspaper can get the word out on a particularly worthless business. Reporting a business to the local Better Business Bureau can cause a reversal of substandard business practices. Although it takes more man hours, one can always create a huge distracting sign and pace up and down the street in front of the business, forcing them to change their business practices.

It’s not really a good idea to target folks who have the power to put your business out of commission in short order. It’s like the saying, “Raise your children right, as they will be selecting your nursing home.” I’m surprised that legislators with the power to create or write bills that can become laws would spend so much time complaining about a law, instead of working to correct it? Liberals are the only “species” that will shoot themselves in the foot and wonder what happened. I guess another saying is appropriate and that is, “Life is hard, harder if you’re stupid.” – I am the Real Truckmaster!

What’s wrong with the Real Donald J. Trump?

Based on a composition of commentaries published in the Realtruckmaster.blog series documenting the political firestorm that ensued during the Trump Campaign 2015 – 2016 and subsequently since the January 20th, 2017 Inauguration of President Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States.

There have been charges, news reports and personal commentary on a wide variety of issues relating to the perception of Donald Trump by members of the entertainment, political, and sports figures that have been fueled on by the main stream media and fed to the public in real time via Facebook, Twitter and various podcasts and the talking heads of late night television. I want to thank all those people for making this book possible. Without your material future editions or sequels will not be possible.

In the Beginning

The Declaration of Candidacy for President of the United States

Who can forget the grand public entrance down the golden staircase of the Trump Tower with beautiful Melania Trump at his side when Donald J. Trump announced to the American people his candidacy for President of the United States?

What followed were the infamous GOP debates where everyone thought the first one to drop out would be billionaire, entertainer and non-politician Donald J. Trump.  Everyone thought his candidacy was simply a joke, a stunt for increased exposure and ratings of “The Apprentice” television show. When asked by the moderator if Donald Trump had what it takes to become president? Governor Mike Huckabee without missing a beat instantly replied, “On his worst day Donald Trump and ANY of the GOP candidates would be a better president than Hillary Clinton on her best day.” (Very loosely paraphrased)

Then there were the 2018 debates between Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) and Donald John Trump (R-NY) where the deck seemed to be stacked in favor of New York’s favorite queen bee. Remember when Hillary received the answers to the questions beforehand and made fun of Trump for not knowing the answers?

Sandwiched in between and around the debates were the rallies where Hillary’s were always shown with filled stadiums and hordes of devoted fans and admirers, while Trump’s were reported as pitifully small turnouts. Yes Hillary’s campaign was going to win and everybody knew it. Everybody except Donald Trump, whose campaign was in high gear from the start going state to state, coast to coast and making full use of the people Hillary called a “Basket of Deplorables” and were soon known as the “Flyover Nation”.

Yet even during the campaign Donald Trump became hated by the left and the right, while he made a connection with the people and even challenged voters (African-Americans) to think outside the box with, “What have you got to lose?” Trumps comments seemed to infuriate the Democrat Party and thus began the covert “Russian Collusion Investigation” of the Trump campaign and Russian meddling in the 2016 elections.

In much the same manner as Lincoln with his “Nation Divided” speech, stumped his way to the presidency; Roosevelt had his “Day of Infamy” and fireside chats; Kennedy used television with his “Ask not what your nation can do for you” speech; Reagan broadcast his “Take down this wall” speech from Berlin; Trump used twitter with his, “Make American Great Again” slogan and in true form Trump infuriated the Democrat Party over his use of twitter.

What was obvious to President Donald Trump was that his campaign had been under FBI surveillance with wiretapping. That sort of thing just doesn’t happen, at least not since Nixon’s Watergate scandal. When the president tweeted and went publicly on television he was painted by the liberal leftists as delusional and unfit for the presidency.

When President Trump issued an Executive Order ordering a halt to immigrants from six nations, the left launched a federal judge to stop this executive order and he was painted a racist who hated dark skinned people. A recent Supreme Court decision determined the Executive Order was within the constitutional rights of the President of the United States and is now being implemented.

When President Trump used the media and twitter to call leader Kim Jong Un “Rocket Man” and urge him to stop these provocative missile tests in which KJU threatened the security of the US and its allies or face “fire and destruction” such as has never been seen before, the leftists went ballistic. To the president it was no idle threat and to North Korea it was nothing new, as we had “bombed them into the stone age” during the Korean War which ended in a truce, not a peace treaty.

Previously the United States had entered into numerous non-proliferation agreements with North Korea with each ending up being violated by North Korea who then received U.S. Sanctions. Nothing has seemed to get through to the North Korean leadership, until recently when Kim Jong Un indicated he wanted to meet with President Trump.

When President Trump in January 2018 held a meeting with members of Congress to address DACA and Immigration, the president instructed Congress to use their legislative authority to make a Comprehensive Immigration Reform effort that would Stop chain migration, end the lottery system for visas, secure our borders and enhance enforcement and improve our military’s equipment, plus fix DACA. What came out of the private portion of that meeting was a misquote that was taken out of context and leaked by a member of Congress to the media that the president called third world nations s**tholes, and referred to immigrants as rapists and murderers, thus once again painting him as a racist.

In the interim Congress has done nothing to fix immigration law loopholes or to fix DACA. The president announced that he was going to allow DACA to expire naturally and it was up to Congress to do something about it. What they did was to get a federal judge to issue an injunction to prevent the president from allowing DACA to expire. Like how do you order the federal government to allow an unconstitutional order (DACA) to keep it active?

On several occasions massive “caravans” of migrants from South and Central American and African countries have traversed Central and North America, traveling through Mexico and converging upon the U.S. border region near San Diego, California and others where they simply expect to be allowed into the United States. These are migrants without any documentation and suddenly after being “coached” by liberal US lawyers on how to talk to immigration judges to gain entry. After ordering the Attorney General to instruct the DOJ to enforce a “zero tolerance” policy of enforcement for all immigrants the result is that violators are being prosecuted and processed for deportation, with the exception of minors are not being prosecuted but held for up to 20 days after being separated from parents, must be released, but to whom? The left has organized and painted the Trump administration officials as racists and compared to the Nazi’s of Germany during World War II.

There was a first of its kind meeting between the leaders of North Korea and South Korea held at the DMZ. After their meeting the leader of South Korea said that President Trump should be given the Nobel Peace Prize for making this historic meeting happen and the leftists said Trump wants the Peace Prize and there is nothing historic about it.

The president sent his new Secretary of State Mike Pompao to North Korea to discuss the possibility of a future meeting. The secretary explained what would have to happen before a meeting would happen. He also explained about total and irreversible non-proliferation and how it would have to be accomplished and verified. When the secretary returned to the U.S. he brought along two Korean nationals American citizens were being held in North Korea labor camps for teaching English to North Koreans. The leftists said it was no big deal because they didn’t know beforehand this meeting was going to take place and did not know what was actually said. The secretary announced that planning was underway for a meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong Un at an undisclosed location and date.

President Trump said on twitter that Kim Jong Un has been given the terms and if Trump doesn’t like what he sees in the first 60 seconds he will walk out and the meeting will be called off. Those on the left began calling Trump unstable and not qualified to talk to North Korea because he didn’t ask Congress.

A release to the media indicated that a meeting between President Trump and Kim Jong Un was scheduled to be held in Singapore on June 12th, 2018. The ridicule from the left was immediate and continued for several days. Then the meeting was cancelled by President Trump without reason. The leftists said he word didn’t mean anything and he was being played by North Korea.

After another meeting in North Korea by Secretary Pompao and Kim Jong Un the meeting in Singapore was back on schedule after KJU received assurances that President Trump was not trying to remove him from power.

The historic meeting known as the Singapore Summit was the first time an American President had a face-to-face sit down meeting with a leader of North Korea (the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea). The “Trump-Kim Summit” was a total success by all standards as both leaders signed the formalized written document and shook hands. What was agreed to was the total and verifiable denuclearization of the Korean peninsula to be completed and verified within 2 ½ years. President Trump was praised by the international community, yet at home those on the left continued to ridicule him and accused him of “giving away the farm”.

When President Trump issued a proclamation that children would no longer be separated from families, the leftists wanted all immigrants to be release and allowed into the U.S. especially those without documentation or authorization and that is not going to happen. What the left fail to realize is that the president has the constitutional authority to STOP ALL IMMIGRATION and for as long has he sees fit. President Trump has on numerous occasions challenged the Congress to exercise their constitutional authority as legislators working together to put together a bill meeting his requirements and he will sign it. Rather than expending their efforts on productive legislation, there are those on the left who are instructing Democrats not to do anything the president wants done, and this is wrong.

In recent weeks we have begun witnessing the implosion of the Democrat Party as witnessed by Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) calling for the resignation of Homeland Secretary Neilson after she was harassed inside a Mexican restaurant by a group of protestors. We’ve seen Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) publicly telling her supporters to “Harass Trump Administration Cabinet Officials in public places, malls, restaurants and tell them they are not welcome anywhere, anymore.” This has led to White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders being asked to leave a restaurant because she works for POTUS. Then after moving to another nearby restaurant, the owner of the first one followed her with a group of protesters and began yelling at her in front of the other restaurant. This is totally delusion behavior that is not accepted in any setting.

When protesters accosted Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell and his family you would think that these protesters had lost their mind, attacking the person in the senate who controls the proceedings of the U.S. Senate, which has not yet allowed the nuclear option to be used. We’ve also seen protesters yelling at other cabinet officials, even screaming obscenities at President Trump during a public meeting.

There seems to be a total disconnect between Congressional Democrats and reality. These law makers have become notorious for being law breakers and chastising anyone with a differing opinion. It also seems that entrenched legislators have become emboldened in the past 2 years and now feel invincible thinking they can say and do anything with impunity. Congress is a self-policing branch and should begin the process of impeachment, indictment, censuring and removing some of the congressional dinosaurs who exhibit clear signs of Alzheimer’s and dementia affecting their judgment. Yet it is up to the America people to vote a newer breed of free-thinking democrats and republicans who want a better place to raise their children and grandchildren.

For those who have yet to realize what is wrong with the Real Donald J. Trump, it seems to be that he is in love with America and is truly concerned with what’s been happening to America from within and from other countries that have taken advantage of our leaders. Even if President Trump once again became a Democrat, the leftists would say that’s not enough.

What’s wrong with Donald J. Trump is what is wrong with every other American – He’s Human! Let me say this in closing, “DRAIN THE SWAMP MR. PRESIDENT” oh yeah and “BUILD THAT WALL SIR!” – I am the Real Truckmaster!

A Crack in the Liberal Armor

Today is sort of a turning point in American politics. It is the day the liberal armor began to crack. It is the day that Representative Steve Scalise spoke out against the inappropriate rantings of Representative Maxine Waters. It is the day that a motion to censure and ask for the resignation of Rep. Waters. It is also the day that Senator Chuck Schumer, fearing the political backlash moved away from Maxine. And finally it is the day when America can finally see how unhinged the liberal left Democrats in Congress have become.

It seems unreal that the manufactured hatred toward President Donald J. Trump was virtually unheard of until he announced his run for the presidency. It didn’t materialize with action until it was clear that Queen Hillary would not move into the Oval Office.

I could see displeasure with the president, had he started off his administration by declaring the United States an open border state and openly invite Islamic terrorists to ply their wares here, as they do in their homeland and throughout the Middle East, Africa and other parts of the free world. I would be outraged had the president, sold our natural resources to China, Russia or other nations for personal gain, or began undercutting the Constitution of the United States and dismantling our Republic. It would pain me greatly to see the president wreak havoc on our nation’s financial establishments and begin tearing apart our nation by race, religion or sexual orientation or embraced the torturous death by abortion of our unborn, ripping them literally from the womb. One doesn’t have to be a Rhode Scholar to see what has been tearing at the very fabric of our nation since the removal of God from our public life and establishments and the passing of Roe vs Wade.

Over the course of our nation’s history our system of political governance has morphed and migrated to what we have today a system of political parties with very different ideas on what is better for America. Historically the Republican party rallied for the abolition of slavery, the rights of women to vote, the abolition of racism in America, while opposed at every step by a Democrat Party, that presents itself as the savior of the racial minority and the under privileged in America.

America’s inner cities have bought into the lie spewed by the liberal leftist that they and they alone give voice to their plight, while one only has to look at the leadership of America’s large cities and most populated states, where stifling policies on law enforcement, unemployment and high taxes, coupled with increases in violent crime and old fashioned “Chicago-style” mob rule is order of the day.

Today is a new day in America and many a new start will begin as the 2018 mid-term elections are running full swing. I ask America, “Are you better off today than you were just 2 years ago?”

“What have you got to lose?” The liberal armor is about to crack wide open as a new breed of Democrats, free-thinkers who look beyond the hype and look to the future of a better America.

America doesn’t need another “politician-president”, America needs a “problem solving-president”. America needs a winner. When our president stays focused on American safety, security and economy – America wins. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Lost in the shroud of forgetfulness and hidden among the 241 Congressional Caucuses is the key that unlocks the constant anger and no longer silent rage within the Congress of the United States.

Since the 2016 election and the 2017 inauguration of President Donald J. Trump members of the Congressional Black Caucus began taking aim and focusing a liberal agenda to target the president and his administration. They have charged the media, to incite the public against the Trump administration as the cause of all the woes of this nation. They are wrong. Now let that sink in for a moment.

Much has been happened across the United States and can be directly linked to the Congressional Black Caucus whose members are not shy about standing in front of television cameras and lambast the president.

Upon the 1971 formation of the Congressional Black Caucus its founding member Representative James E. Clyburn (D-SC) made this statement which holds true even today, “Black people have no permanent friends, no permanent enemies…just permanent interests.” Currently Rep. Clyburn is the #2 Ranking member of the Democratic Party.

The CBC from its inception have committed themselves to using the full Constitutional power, statutory authority, and financial resources of the federal government to insure that blacks and other marginalized communities in the United States have the opportunity to achieve the American Dream as they see it. (The CBC agenda as stated on cbc.house.gov). The CBC is mandated in their charter to restrict membership to blacks only and have refused membership to the only non-black representative who challenged them.

We have seen various CBC members taking public stances against President Trump. Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) has yelled the loudest, “Impeach Trump”, and back in 1998, while Chairwoman of the CBC, she called for Fidel Castro of Cuba to protect cop-killer JoAnne Chesimard who fled to Cuba to escape prosecution. I’m glad to see the Congress calling for a censure and the removal of Maxine Waters after her insane plea for liberals to “Harass and intimidate Trump Administration Cabinet Officials”.

CBC member Representative Frederica Wilson (D-FL) tried publicly to humiliate President Trump over the private phone call made to the widow of a Special Operations soldier killed last year in Africa.

CBC member Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) called for the resignation of HLS Secretary Neilson who was harassed by a mob inside a restaurant while dining.

CBC members have touted presenting Articles of Impeachment against President Trump, while leading the effort to remove Confederate and Religious Statues and Monuments from private, public and federal lands citing they are offensive.

The so called “Immigration Crisis” has come to a head because legislators of both the House and Senate have been unwilling to sit down and draft a Comprehensive Immigration Reform plan that would correct various discrepancies in our immigration laws. Those liberal “Blue Dogs” and “CBC” members who yell the loudest about this crisis are the ones most unwilling to step up and do what is necessary.

Yes the emboldening of the Democrat Party has come by way of the Congressional Black Caucus, who has been virtually unopposed in their attempts to dismantle much of the American way of life as we know it. They have become the virtual “weapon” of choice against anyone or anything that threatens their power and control in the Congress. I call upon the Congress of the United States to disband ANY CAUCUS or congressional assembly that threatens the United States of America and its citizens. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Time to End the Craziness from the Liberal Leftists

In less that the time it takes to order fast food the liberal leftists have come totally unglued and California seems to be one of the common denominators, as are the Congressional Black Caucus members who are vocally spewing their divisive and hate filled message of fear, intimidation and clandestine bullying tactics against America.

Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer and Democrat Representative Nancy Pelosi are battling against the Congress doing anything that would help the Trump Administration as we have “asylum seekers” and other undocumented migrants attempting to cross our borders. We’re supposed to cater to them?

We have MS-13 gang members posing as children “separated from their parents by U.S. immigration officials”, and it’s the liberal left who call us inhumane. Since our nations inception in 1776 our borders have seen some of the hardest working and innovative migrants this nation has ever seen. They have a host of job skills, dreams and have no illusion about how hard it will be, but still they are willing to give up everything and chase the American Dream.

Although flawed our immigration system has worked quite well until recently when our duly elected legislative body began tearing at the very fabric of our society. We have the “Blue Dog” Democrats aided by the “RINO” Republicans in Congress actively doing what they call “Resistance” toward the Executive Branch and President Trump’s entire administration’s efforts to make America a better place to live.

Historically California’s legislators have spoken out publicly castigating administration officials as they go about their constitutionally assigned duties. We’ve had Education Secretary Betsy DeVos held in contempt by administrators and teachers who lead students in open rebellion and outright disrespect as she visited public schools.

Homeland Security Secretary Nielson was publicly harassed by a group which included an employee of DHS while dining at a public restaurant. Instead of condemning the harassment California Senator Kamala Harris calls for the Secretary’s resignation.

Another Democrat Representative and Congressional Black Caucus member Al Green is drafting articles of impeachment against President Trump for misconduct?

Democrat House and Senate members openly challenge and oppose President Trump and his efforts to quell the manufactured immigration crisis near San Diego, California.

While another active member of the Congressional Black Caucus, and California Representative Maxine Waters, is calling for open harassment of Trump Cabinet officials in public spaces.

These are acts of rebellion and if left unchecked things will get much worse before they gets better. Voters must step in and change their representation at the voting box.

Here is one comment that I agree with that provide steps that can be taken presidentially to stop the Unlawful Immigration practice in its tracks.

When you have a flooding basement, the first thing any sane person would do is immediately work to stop the flow of new water before figuring out a strategy to deal with the water that already got in. That’s exactly how we should handle our flooded border. The president has a trump card, rooted in Article II of the Constitution to control foreign affairs, and reiterated as delegated congressional authority under 8 U.S.C. §1182(f) (Sec. 212(f) of the INA) to shut down all immigration. It’s time for him to pull the trigger and shut down all forms of border migration once and for all.

 

This comment sums up the legal fallout that is about to become those on the left who call for, organize or participate in a public disturbance or riot, as those not too smart legislators seem to have overlooked.

Here’s the law violated: Under federal law, a riot is a public disturbance involving an act of violence by one or more persons assembled in a group of at least three people. Inciting a riot applies to a person who organizes, encourages, or participates in a riot. It can apply to one who urges or instigates others to riot. According to 18 USCS § 2102 “to incite a riot”, or “to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot”, includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.” Maxine Waters beware!!!

As you can tell the liberal left has totally gone of their rockers (literally) and are advocating for the downfall of the Trump Administration at the expense of American citizens. They are not setting a good precedence or example for future generations. I’m not a medical professional and cannot say clinically whether or not they are displaying signs of dementia or Alzheimer’s but their actions seem to indicate so.

While the Democrats are attempting to tear down American society Republicans are working to restore this nation to greatness beyond what it has been in the past. As we are into the mid-term elections in several states I urge you to get out and vote, but use common sense and help us remove these prime examples of liberal leftism who call themselves Congress.

Blue Dogs Turn Red

Why do democrats use such visually stimulating colors in the presentation of the facts “as they see them”? It’s interesting to me that the color “blue” has long been associated with Democrats and the color “red” has been the Republicans color of choice.

So why all of a sudden have the Democrat Party launched into this childish era of using what amounts to gang signs? The raised fists are reminiscent of the days of the Black Panther party or the Socialist Party. Recently it has been designated as a red fist telling supporters of President Trump they are not welcome in certain establishments. So why the red fist, because red is representative of the Republican Party?

It’s been said that Democrats are so keen on using graphical representation to get their points across, in particularly with voters. They do such a great job that I’ve heard of dead voters casting their ballots for Democrats.

What is really telling in the grand scheme of things are the number of elected Democrats in federal and state positions and are suffering from early stages of dementia, having reverted back to kindergarten level problem solving. They are reported to have told audiences to go “beat up or harass” the mean old Trumpers. Some are even calling government officials and agencies mean and nasty names, which often show the true intelligence of the one talking. Remember don’t talk to strangers? Well don’t talk about strangers either. There’s nothing stranger than a stranger talking about another stranger, strange don’t you think?

When you hear or see someone telling you that wrong is right and right is wrong, don’t fall for it. If you want an infallible standard that will never let you down or steer you wrong, try picking up a Bible and reading the Ten Commandments from God to man. They are rules to live by. When someone tells you that stealing is ok, it’s not! No amount of rationalizing will change the fact that law breaking is law breaking is law breaking. I may not be the brightest light bulb in the box, but I am The Real Truckmaster!

Under U.S. federal law, someone commits the felony of stalking if that person:

  • places another person in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury to him- or herself, his or her immediate family member, or spouse or intimate partner
  • causes, attempts to cause, or could reasonably be expected to cause substantial emotional distress to the target of their conduct, or
  • acts with the intent to kill, injure, harass, intimidate, or place the victim under surveillance in order to kill, injure, harass, or intimidate that person.

(18 USC § 2261A.)

In order to violate the federal, as opposed to a state, anti-stalking law, a person must either travel across state lines, into or out of tribal land, or engage in interstate commerce in the commission of the crime. Most people charged with the federal crime of stalking have engaged in interstate commerce by simply using a telephone, the Internet, or the U.S. postal service. The federal anti-stalking law expressly includes the use of an electronic communications system as a means of violating the federal anti-stalking law.

Definitions

Several of the terms used in the federal anti-stalking law have been defined by courts in cases challenging the law.

“Course of conduct”

In general, a single act will not amount to “stalking,” as that term is defined by federal law. Stalking requires a “course of conduct,” which courts have held means a pattern of conduct made up of two or more acts intended to accomplish a particular purpose (such as intimidation).

“Harass”

Courts have defined harassment as it is commonly understood: repeated words, conduct, or action that serve no legitimate purpose and are directed at a specific person to annoy, alarm, or distress that person.

“Substantial emotional distress”

Substantial emotional distress, as that term is used in the federal anti-stalking statute, is mental distress, suffering, or anguish, including depression, shame, humiliation, shock, embarrassment, grief, anxiety, or fear.

Intent

In order to convict a person under the federal anti-stalking statute, a U.S. attorney must prove that a stalking defendant acted with the intent to cause death, injury, fear of injury or death, or substantial emotional distress to the victim. Often, intent is proven by introducing the defendant’s own threatening voicemail messages, emails, texts, and/or Facebook page postings.

State Laws Also Prohibit Stalking

Every state has some version of an anti-stalking law that makes it a crime to engage in the conduct that is prohibited under the federal law. So, if a person stalks another individual but does not do so in a way that falls under the federal law (for example, the stalker does not use the phone, Internet, or mail, and does not travel across state lines to engage in the conduct), that person may still be charged under state anti-stalking law.

First Amendment Issues

Several federal appellate courts have rejected challenges to the anti-stalking statute, when the challenges were based on free speech as protected by the First Amendment. The reason given by the courts for rejecting this challenge, in general, is that the statute bars conduct and is not addressed primarily to speech. This was the reasoning used by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a June 2014 decision, U.S. v. Osinger, No. 11-50338, upholding the anti-stalking statute. And, where communications by a stalking defendant are “integral” to the crime of stalking (such as verbal or written threats), the defendant cannot successfully challenge the law based on the First Amendment.

How is Stalking Punished?

A person convicted of stalking under federal law faces a possible prison sentence not to exceed five years, a fine not to exceed $250,000, or both. (18 USC § § 2261, 3571.) Where the defendant’s stalking conduct results in the death of or physical injury to another person, a conviction may lead to a sentence of up to life in prison.

It’s So Easy to Become a Democrat

Think about it, it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to become a full-fledged, card carrying registered “Blue Dog” Democrat. Does that mean if you are a brain surgeon you MUST become a Democrat? Ask Dr. Ben Carson, the Secretary of Urban Housing and Development, why he is not a Democrat. His answer may enlighten you.

Let us look at the facts. There are certain categories which Democrats usually fall under. Many of the high profile Democrats comes from either in the Entertainment field or in the Legal profession. In light of today’s talented few I often wonder if those professions are interchangeable?

Seriously it became prevalent in the last few elections, say since 2006 that one could be literally brain dead and vote Democrat. Rumor had it that many registered voters had the same street address, just different plot numbers.

That’s not to say that Democrats are bad people. In their heart of hearts they are just like everyone else, rotten to the core. The bible tells us that we have all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. So in my book that settles it.

In the early days of our nation and its politics the Democrat Party went through quite a few changes. They were the party who decided to break away from the Northern states over slavery. Doesn’t that sound so familiar? Today’s California Democrats want to break away from the Racist rest of the nation over illegal immigration. They don’t feel that undocumented illegals should be treated any differently than normal everyday citizens, with a few exceptions – Free housing, free food, free medical, free education and I’m sure they will come up with a few more free stuff items.

Democrats in our nation’s capital who are members of the Legislative Branch of government have gone so far as to accuse the Executive Branch of allowing undocumented alien families to be split up because of some alleged problem with our immigration laws. I just wonder if they have read the U.S. Constitution, you know the part where it spells out the checks and balances built into our government by that very Constitution? I seem to have read somewhere that the Congress alone has the power to create laws. So if there is a problem with immigration laws as they have been written in say the past 20+ years, why not correct it?

When President Obama was elected in 2008, he began a push for the Congress he had just left to become president to do just that, fix immigration laws, do Comprehensive Immigration Reform. When Congress continued at its snail’s pace about 4 years later, Obama used the power of Executive Order to enact DACA. Even though this was illegally done (not constitutional use of power by the Executive Branch), Congress didn’t even utter a peep.

When President Trump was elected in 2016, he too began pushing Congress to do what they are empowered to do by the Constitution, Comprehensive Immigration Reform and fix DACA. Since uttering those words, in meetings, public speeches and through Twitter the president has only met with resistance from the “Blue Dogs” of the Democrat Party.

So when these Blue Dogs created this public crisis of undocumented immigrants being detained at the border while seeking “asylum” there is a rule (law if you will) that prevents the prosecution of undocumented minors and allows them to be detained for less than 20 days. The parents, on the other hand, are required to be prosecution for entering U.S. territory without documentation.

The Blue Dogs again refused President Trumps attempts for them to do Comprehensive Immigration Reform and/or fix DACA. Instead they did nothing except actively resist the president. So like Obama, Trump used the power of Executive Order to prevent the separation of families at the border during prosecution. This Executive Order gave Congress some time to correct the immigration law problem and make things right.

The Blue Dogs of Congress again refused to sit at the table, and Democrat leader in the Senate Chuck Schumer have the “stand down” order for Democrats to do nothing. That proves my point about it being easy to become a Democrat. One must simply be committed to following orders (when they are given) and making it almost impossible for President to govern effectively.

The Democrats have long been the party of the KKK back in their heyday, the people of the south even elected a former KKK Grand Dragon (or whatever) into Congress for a short period. During the period of the Selma Alabama marches and the “I have a dream” period of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. it was the Democrat Party that President Kennedy, a Democrat president ordered his Attorney General Robert Kennedy to bring federal troops to intervene. Remember where that got each of them in the end.

It is 2018 and we have legislative leaders in the House and in the Senate who make a mockery of the very government they were elected to. They actively and willingly make light of the plight of the American people, insinuating they are not smart enough to make their own decisions. In fact if you are black, you are simply expected to become a Democrat and vote the insane party line.

It is easy to become a Democrat. It is so much harder to vote your conscious and what is best for the voters back home. Democrats are smart, oh so much smarter than those in Congress give them credit. It is my desire that when someone goes into politics they do it for the right reasons and never, ever forget what those reasons are. They must be ready to give an accounting of their actions.

To date there are two main differences between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats see a problem, and Republicans seek the solution, together there is no problem in America (or the world) that they cannot handle in their quest to make America safe, strong and prosperous. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Watch where you point!

I’ve written about this before, but still nobody pays attention. All the posturing and finger pointing does is indict the pointer. No convinced? Just look around at all the so called “hot spots” that have become visible since the 2015-2016 presidential campaign and after the inauguration of President Donald Trump.

We’ve had sexual allegations and scandals, women claiming abuse, business dealings with a questionable foreign nation (Russia), claims of incompetence and unfitness to be president, foreign trade and tariffs, posturing with the nuclear DPRK, and immigration debacles like the wall (Mexico’s going to pay for it, really they will) and now the children pulled from their mommies arms and placed in cages, right?

In fact every tweet or word that comes out of the president’s mouth becomes a front page smear. So much so that comedians who haven’t had a success talent-wise have to resort to Trump impersonator renditions just to drum up media attention. Actors, actresses and entertainers likewise have lost their box-office touch and have to dig deep within themselves just to find a way to connect with an audience about Trump related material.

Not to be left out, but we have legislators who are sleighed because after their financial buddy became president, they have nobody left to bum money from, unless you believe those campaign ads. Yes even Chucky, Nancy, Diane and Hillary were at one time or another craving just to be seen with “The Donald” as it was a status thing.

Now rather than do sit-ins and sleep-ins for one cause or another ON THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS, they are now content to think of themselves as “Resistance Fighters”, rising up to engage in literary combat with the President of the United States.

The cry of Trump tweeting is un-presidential, well it’s funny but Obama began tweeting before Trump and nobody seemed to care. Maybe it was the presidential thing to do back in 2007. I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump was paying attention, but didn’t start tweeting until 2009 after observing the master-blaster at work. Bill and Hillary got started tweeting in 2013, so they were playing catchup back then.

I’ve noticed that when someone points at Trump this…..or Trump that…. The one doing the pointing is actually playing on what THEY are doing. i.e. Obama and Hillary cry “Trump Collusion Russia” after handing over cash and uranium to the Russian government (I’ll bet Putin laughed all the way to the bank on that one).

Democrats shout “Trump Sex Scandal”, after paying an aging “stage performer” to bring up false charges, and by coincidence a Democrat or two have to leave their cushy “public sector” jobs because of sexual scandals of their own.

Now Democrats cry “Trump jailing babies”, and it’s the Democrats who stand in the way of immigration reform that would fix the entire problem. I’ll bet if Trump pulls an Obama and uses Executive Order to “fix” it, they will cry “Impeach Trump”. (Wait they are crying Impeach Trump for Obstruction of Justice?) Why, because he threatened to drain their congressional wading pool, aka “The Swamp”?

Now all the while America is being made just a little bit safer every day. Now all those who disagree can exit stage right and make their way to the nearest exit – San Diego, El Paso or maybe Canada? I hear Cuba is a great place to live if you’re a liberal, or maybe Venezuela?

I guess the old saying “Pointing one finger at someone, leaves 3 fingers pointing back at you” really is true. The saying I like better is for the democrats in congress, “If you can’t stand the heat, get away from the fire”! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
