So Black Lives Matter to You, Really?

 

So color me surprised…….. I mean why shouldn’t I be? You make a big deal out of rhetoric. You take any opportunity to get on prime time television. You want to be clear that Black Lives are a priority to you. Isn’t that what you want me to believe? In what neighborhood do you live? Is gunfire a way of life for you and your family? I used to watch the news to see what was happening in my town, across the nation and around the world. I used to believe I was getting the real story.

 

All that began to change for me in 2015 during the presidential campaign season. When a virtual unknown to the political world began overcoming overwhelming odds to beat out the best and the brightest of both political parties and entered the White House. What began happening leading up to Election Day 2016 told me that not everything is what it appears to be. As someone once said everything is fair game in love and war.

 

I watched an outright war of unprovoked racism against the presidential-elect and soon to be 45th President of the United States from the floor of congress and the media. There were allegations, rioting, looting and killings simply because the DC hometown favorite didn’t win.  Members of both the House and the Senate lined up to accuse the newly elected President of all manner of perceived and unfounded misconduct. Prominent members of congress went full bore in accusing the new president of racial bias, when in fact the truth said otherwise. All the while Americans in large cities across the nation were and had been murdered over nothing or without reason. Politicians were concerned not with the hundreds and thousands who have been murdered or the arresting and punishment of the offenders.

 

Four years later they are at it again on steroids. What amounts to treasonous acts committed by various members of congress are overlooked as congressional democrats began impeachment proceedings in their haste to remove this president from office so the rightful person could hold that office?

 

On every front we see rioting, looting and all manner of violence committed on innocent victims with democratically controlled state governments going after the victims instead of the violators. We see destruction of cities, law enforcement vehicles and station houses, we watch in horror as PC mobs are trashing statues, flags, military base names and attempting to flaunt their illegal behavior WITH IMPUNITY!

 

When I hear someone say Black Lives Matter – I say prove it! Put your money where your mouth is! Where is the outrage of black lives being terminated at Planned Parenthood? Where is the outrage when men, women and children of color are gunned down on their front porch or standing outside their own home celebrating another year on this earth only to be gunned down in cold blood? Where is the outrage when a Veteran is left in the stairwell of state owned Veterans homes for a week or longer before their cold lifeless body is found ON ACCIDENT?

 

If Black Lives really Matter to you what are you doing to change it? How are you helping black lives? Were you a supporter of the recent change in the legal system to help black lives who were overly punished for non-violent crimes? Did you stand up and cheer when President Trump signed a major executive order making necessary changes to the way we handle non-violent crimes?

 

If Black Lives really Matter did you get involved in supporting the recent executive order that provided permanent funding for black colleges and universities by President Trump?  If Black Lives really Matter to you are you praying to be the solution, or satisfied with being the problem? Are you standing up against the violent mobs or bending a knee and saying “don’t come after me—-please?” Are you standing in the gap, arm in arm with law enforcement, with neighbors, with strangers to insure your community is safe? What about neighboring communities?

 

Are you stand against or with domestic terrorists organizations like the Black Lives Matters Foundation or any sub-branch of the international organization that fuels the fire (figuratively and literally) of racism in this country? It doesn’t matter the color of your skin. What really matters is to treat others as you want them to treat you. Put them first over your own wants, needs and desires. Stop mouthing Black Lives Matter and BE THE CHANGE! Stand up for the weak, the elderly, the needy and stand in the face of evil without bending your knee in submission. Vote out the lifetime politicians who see black lives as voters to promise the moon and deliver nothing. We are all family. Sometimes pretty and other times pretty ugly. We eat the same food, breathe the same air and bleed the same color RED! Stand up for American Family Values and the American Way of Life – for everyone’s sake! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Political Correctness is the Cancer

 

Why Americans can’t see past all the smoke and mirrors or as President George H.W. Bush called “Shock and Awe”?  What we have been seeing across the nation is not nor has it ever been about police brutality or the death of anyone at the hands of police. The rioting, looting and tearing down of statues or monuments, the offensive names from cereals, sports teams or cartoon figures have everything to do with destroying American confidence in our culture and our way of life in the US.

 

What brazenly began in Portland over the past few years sprang into opportunity in Minneapolis with the killing of George Floyd testing Americas resolve and feeding on fear and unbridled rioting, looting, destruction of private and public property, the injuring and taking of innocent lives as simply collateral damage?

 

This entire process has been preplanned using domestic terrorist groups Antifa and Black Lives Matter Foundation, Inc. inside the US and organized with foreign state actors. I fear incidents such as these were put into effect during the Obama administration but on a smaller scale so as not to draw attention or alarm anyone. One of a co-founder of the BLM Foundation met a number of times with President Obama in the White House. More recently that same BLM Foundation co-founder met with Marxists agents in Venezuela before these tactics were put into action using triggers of race and police brutality to cause massive anger that could be channeled into civil unrest and allowed to take root in inner cities across the nation.

 

It is no coincidence that politicians in democratically controlled sanctuary cities and states literally opened their arms and their cities to allow demonstrations, rioting and looting that resulted in the injuring and killing of innocent citizens and allowed the creation of “autonomous zones” where residents and business owners alike were subject to extortion, intimidation and fear of their very lives.

 

Mayors and Governors in these cities and states have buckled under pressure from the domestic terrorists, began hamstringing and hogtying state and local law enforcement by passing heavily restricted policies on police officers while letting and encouraging law breaking to continue. This has led to the massive and open tearing down of statues and monuments which document elements of American history. These elected officials have not learned that violence begets violence and like a snowball rolling downhill, if not stopped will consume everything in its path.

 

I’m at a loss for words as our federal, state and local elected officials have chosen to remain silent or worse sided with the lawlessness in the name of social justice making them poster children of “Useful Idiots” who would amputate their own cranium if they thought it would stop American voters from re-electing President Donald Trump in November. So desperate are they to topple the Trump presidency that sacrificing an entire nation by trashing the Constitution they each swore to protect and defend.

 

It matters not whether you are a conservative or a liberal, a democrat, republican or independent (unaffiliated). What matters is whether you as an American voter will condone or condemn the violent actions occurring in our nation. There is no middle ground. Voting is your opportunity to make a difference to save our nation or to end its existence all together.

 

The plan of these Marxists and domestic terrorist lead organizations is simple – destroy the American way of life, the American dream and repeat what was done to Venezuela, Cuba and other countries that were once thriving and prosperous nations. They are counting on voters to stay home or worse to vote for the same corrupt elected officials. They are counting on Americans to do the cowardly thing and stop resisting this civil unrest that will destroy this nation. What these domestic terrorists do not count on is Americans standing up as we have done for well over 240 years to protect ourselves and our families, our faith and our nation from oppression and aggression by every means at our disposal.

 

Americans have taken a knee many times over the years as they have asked the Almighty to give us the strength to endure and persevere through trying times that have overcome others. We ask for guidance and vision to resist and overcome evil. We thank God for a warrior, a sword to the spirit of political correctness that will stop evil in its tracks. We thank God for a president who is not fearful or easily intimidated, yet remains focused on the tasks you have given him for we know it is not for us to ask that you be on our side. We ask only that we are on God’s side as no force that comes against us can stand. For God nothing is impossible! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Raping of America

 

I’m tired of seeing unrestrained acts of lawlessness happening in cities across our country as America celebrates the freeing of slaves after the Civil War. Elected officials choosing to turn a blind eye to toppling statues, defacing monuments, flag burning and ramped vandalism which is in effect the raping of America!

 

The hands of justice have been tied as governors and mayors stand down law enforcement and let justice go unserved. Officers are unlawfully terminated, prosecuted and criticized for enforcing the law. That ought not to be! Mob rule has taken over many cities. The mob violence against innocent law abiding citizens is being condoned by city leaders.

 

I keep thinking – what would Wyatt Earp have done in this situation? The answer is clear – he enforced the law and at the expense of the law breakers. Don’t believe me watch the Kevin Costner movie.

 

Post the law – Enforce the law – No exceptions!

 

When someone flaunts breaking the law they are doing so to gage the response by law enforcement, elected officials and by the public. When resistance is low or non-existent law breakers become emboldened. When law breakers are encouraged and enabled by elected officials it then becomes time to replace them.

 

In the wild do you see a lone wolf wreaking havoc or attracting attention? Absolutely not! When a predator is on the prowl it is very focused on finding his food source. But put a pack of mangy dogs together and they become an unstoppable menace attacking anything that moves and even other predators.

 

Gangs exist primarily in the inner cities after marking and claiming their turf they intimidate and extort everyone. They recruit members from the area to enforce their rules. Instead of being shut down they are allowed to stay in their “area” as a means of self-containment?

 

What we are seeing on the streets of America today are not the actions of peaceful protests, but violent acts of domestic terrorism that has gotten out of hand with the day time blocking of highways and freeways, assault on and virtual beat down of motorists without the intervention of law enforcement?

 

We are at a point in America where vigilantism will once again rule the streets bringing not law and order but justice. What will it take for America to stop toying with these criminals stop the violence?

 

Laws are made to protect us. Law enforcement is necessary to maintain order and discipline. Allowing lawlessness to continue is a scar on our nation in the eyes of the world. We are but a powder keg ready for that one spark. It is time to man up, kneel down and pray for America! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

In 2020 the age we live in we are besieged by an unseen enemy using division to tear us apart. It’s not enough for us to run the race as humans. There is a spirit of Political Correctness with one goal and one purpose.

 

What we allow ourselves to think about ourselves deep down in our hearts will eventually and often under pressure side-track our thoughts and escape out of our mouths. I become who I say I am and all too often that becomes my reality.

 

There are some like the Black Lives Matter Foundation, Inc. who have chosen to capitalize on an idea for political and monitory gain. They use the power of the press to incite mob violence and sow seeds of mistrust and ultimate destruction through the lawless actions of others.

We no longer are to call classify ourselves as Male and Female. It is socially acceptable to be Trans-xxxxxx (x infinity) – just choose to make one up.

 

On June 16, 1858 in Springfield, Illinois Abraham Lincoln gave his famous “A house divided against itself cannot stand” speech to his Republican colleagues in the Hall of Representatives. Lincoln did not invent the phrase but simply was quoting from what Jesus said as recorded in Matthew, Mark and Luke.

 

 

Matthew 12:25-30

25 Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. 26 If Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand? 27 And if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons drive them out? So then, they will be your judges. 28 But if I drive out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. 29 Or again, how can anyone enter a strong man’s house and steal his possessions, unless he first ties up the strong man? Mark 3:23-27

Luke 11:17-23

We are hearing cries of racism and slavery from self-proclaimed religious leaders. Some say slavery was invented in the United States. Others call for repatriations from descendants of slave owners to descendants of slaves as if that will solve those issues. It will not!

 

We are told to love our neighbor as we love ourselves and the problem is we really don’t like let alone love ourselves. We are warned about infighting among ourselves will lead to our self-consummation.

 

Galatians 5:13-15

13 For you, brothers, were called to freedom; but do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh. Rather, serve one another in love. 14 The entire law is fulfilled in a single decree: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” 15 But if you keep on biting and devouring one another, watch out, or you will be consumed by one another.

 

Do not make the assumption that I’m preaching to you from the choir. I’m not!

 

We are now at a point in time and the history where our nation living without God is reaping the rewards. We are allowing lawlessness to roam freely in our cities while our federal, state and local political leaders turn a blind eye or in many cases fully support the law breakers and punish enforcers of the law.

 

This ought not to be!

 

It is time to stop the evil lurking in our midst by humbling ourselves (taking a knee) in prayer asking for God’s forgiveness of our sin and the sin of this nation. We must continue asking God for his will during these trying times. We know that God has set his sword loose to defeat this spirit of political correctness by the backlash of evil that has risen up in resistance. We pray for God to strengthen his warriors on many levels to defeat this evil and to give peace, safety and endurance to his children, in Jesus name. –Amen. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Be Careful What You Ask For

 

You have this friend or family member who’s always complaining about everything or nothing. How many times have you said, “Be careful what you ask for, you might get it”. After it happens you say, “I told you so.”

 

Seattleites have been stirring that pot for a while now and wouldn’t you know it, after a bit of rioting, looting and defacing public and private property the mayor has given the keys to the center of the city to a group claiming 6 blocks of the Capitol Hill area as their own. There were no discussion or terms and business owners and residents alike found themselves smack dab in the middle of the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ). Barricades and wooden make shift barriers were erected all around the area no longer part of the United States. Lawlessness and disorder went under the supreme control of a rapper and his team of special forces commandos armed to the teeth and demanding no entry for police and photo identification for those deemed essential or claiming residence inside.

 

So brazen and unchallenged by local law enforcement they changed the name to Capitol Hill Occupy Protest, but then Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) sounded better. After a week text, tweets and phone calls home could be seen and/or heard for mommy to bring money, food and toiletry items. It would seem their blockade was working better than they thought, only on themselves.

 

I can’t help but wonder why the mayor ordered the abandoning of the SPD’s 3rd precinct and has made no attempt to interfere or insure the safety of the citizens of Seattle. Even the governor has been silent on this issue giving the sense of supporting this lawless act as if it were spring breakers raising havoc in Southern California or somewhere else instead of Seattle.

 

Surely President Trump could order the activation of the Washington National Guard to squash these squatters and urban vandals? Or maybe a local SF unit from the Fort Lewis/McChord military base in nearby Tacoma could restore order in less than 30 minutes or less? But maybe he’s having a good laugh and watching CHOP slowly self-destruct……maybe?

 

A few days ago I saw that CHAZ was demanding that the mayor or somebody would stop the Bikers for Trump who put them on notice they were coming to reclaim the Capitol Hill area. Was it because there were not enough game controllers to outfit the entire CHOP SWAT TEAM? I read another article from a proud CHAZ participant who left his tent to wander through the area marveling at what they had accomplished. He returned to his campsite only to find himself a victim of someone else’s greed. His money, laptop and other valuables had been re-appropriated by someone more needy (& greedy) than he. The response to him was basically that’s what we’re about so get used to it.

 

I don’t recall hearing anything out of the mouths of Democrats in Capitol Hill or locally in CHOP? So will somebody please change the channel? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

After Coronavirus what comes next?

 

A couple of days ago while busy on a project I became rather unplugged from the craziness happening in the US and around the world. I turned off local and national news, distanced myself from Facebook and just as I was walking away from Twitter a headline out of South Korea about mandatory QR codes for humans caught my eye if only for a moment, only to resurface in my subconscious thought just this morning.  I did a little scrolling until this similar article out of South Korea.

 

Immediately I began to think about the book of Revelations and the prophecy of the fate that will befall man in the end times.

 

Revelation 16:2 and 19:20 cite the “mark of the beast” as a sign that identifies those who worship the beast out of the sea ( Rev 13:1 ). This beast is usually identified as the antichrist. This mark is first mentioned in 13:16-17, where it is imposed on humanity by the beast out of the earth ( 13:11 ). This second beast is the false prophet ( 19:20 ), who forces the worship of the antichrist and brands those who do so with the mark. This mark is equivalent to the beast’s name or number ( 13:17 ; cf. 14:11 ). This enigmatic number is announced in 13:18 as 666.

 

If someone came to me and said, “TAKE THE MARK OF THE BEAST” I would expect them to have a flaming hot branding iron with the numbers 666 ready to forcibly imbed it into my flesh. As a Christian (a follower of Jesus Christ) I emphatically tell myself – no way, I will never do that, never!

 

The bible says it will happen after the second coming of Christ and all who live will be subject to make their own choice. But what if it were presented in a totally different and unsuspected way?

 

The year 2020 has brought a host of unique challenges to the way we normally live. We were all told to stay home, no jobs, not shopping, no church and oh by the way we have all been declared non-essential. Next we were told we were all going to die from the COVID-19 virus unless we stopped visiting family and friends and stayed within the confines of our homes (Safe-at-home) in “self-isolation”. We were instructed to wear masks and gloves whenever we went outside. We were told to social distance @ 6’ apart. We were told no shopping, no doctors, no dentists, no haircuts, no school and definitely no church.

 

We soon found out that we could be safe from the virus if we went to the liquor store to buy a case or as much as we want. We could finally go to the store for what we were told was essential, but toilet paper was an impossibility to find. Soon dairy, poultry and meat prices were rising or not available.

 

We were told it was ok to murder our babies in the womb as abortion clinics never closed. The latest revelation came when it became fashionable to demonstrate, riot, loot and kill in the name of a man we never even met and not only would the virus not attack us, the police would stand idly by and watch.

 

Yes we never saw any of this coming did we? If someone would have told me last year that I’d not be doing the things I call normal and the things I do would not be called normal – I’d have said, “No way”!

 

While we’re being told that Bill Gates went from Windows to Vaccines and his organization has been gearing up toward vaccinating 100% of the world population and that will keep us all safe from the COVID-19, something else entirely is creeping up totally undetected.

 

Let’s go back to the QR Code article in Reuters

“South Korea mandates QR codes to log customers after nightclub coronavirus outbreak”.  According to Daiwoung Kim and Soohyun Mah on June 1, 2020 South Korea is testing a new quick response (QR) code system this week to log visitors at high-risk entertainment facilities, restaurants and churches in a bid to track coronavirus cases and prevent further spread of the disease.

 

Let that sink in for a moment.

 

What about all the other places you can go without requiring you to use the quick response code?  Pretty soon instead of carrying your pesky smart phone or tablet what if they made it into a microchip that fits neatly on your hand or forehead?

 

We already have a chip for our US state department issued passports and when you depart or return to the US it shows up on a massive database tracking system, don’t you think?

 

Think beyond James Bond as 007. Do you wear your apple watch? Use iheadphones, a home monitoring device or a GPS enabled device for your phone or automobile?

My Look at CHAZ

 

Whether its European roots or the great American spirit this experiment of Autonomy playing out in Seattle and other cities across the nation lead me to believe that people actually believe the video game of building your own city transitions into real life. The undercurrent coming out of Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon for many years has been one of resistance and rebellion and there are no winners or losers just collateral damage.

 

Coming from the Pacific Northwest I understand to some extent the desire for a place where I call the shots and make my own rules. Like many I’ve purchased a home on a small piece of America and have the right to do what I want on my property. I have a fenced in backyard, a workshop and a man cave – I’m living the American Dream.

 

What I don’t understand why these wanna be autonomous people did not go to some nearby ghost town or island where they could set up shop or “play” at building their own country and invite likeminded folks to settle with them? The catalyst seemed to be the Black Lives Matter movement ignited by the events of Minneapolis and quite possibly their involvement in the civil unrest that resulted.

 

They have staked claim on a portion of downtown Seattle under the blessing of Mayor Durkan who acts like they’re just energetic little kids blowing off steam. Many of the issues they have with living under American rule seem to be no walls, no rules we want only fools. Inside that “autonomous zone” called CHAZ are the homes and businesses of Americans whose lives have been hijacked against their will. Without any thought of sustainment the CHAZIANS have erected hasty fences, secured entry points with armed guards and graffiti warriors turning Seattle into a ghetto zone. People entering must present photo ID while police and first responders are banned.

 

Should the Seattle city government, the state of Washington or the Federal Government decide to recognize the succession of a seven-block area in the heart of the city there would be immediate changes to the scenario. All public services would be cut off – electricity, gas, water, phone and internet and there would be no medical, fire or sanitation services and both food and water delivery would cease. CHAZ would become an isolated island and as I alluded to earlier it is totally unsustainable.

 

The responsible action for the US government would be to begin constructing a permanent wall around the area, establish an immigration entry point and begin the process of revoking the US citizenship of CHAZIAN residents or to ring the zone with federal agents and begin the process of apprehending and arresting the ringleaders, agitators and active participants and arranging for speedy trials before lengthy prison sentences. Which do you really think would be the course of action?

 

If you think today’s actions are reminiscent of the Civil War you’d be wrong. Today’s dissidents are not staking claim to their own property in declaring their sovereignty. They are by all respects home invaders and thugs taking by force property of others against their will. They could be charged with unlawful imprisonment, grand theft and destruction of private and public property as well as assault on any individual hurt or injured by their actions.

 

They are not wayward children expressing anger as they have taken over the playground. They are not freedom fighters standing up to an oppressive government. They are juveniles acting without planning or thinking it through to a logical conclusion. Their best option at this point is to give it up and go back home to mommy’s basement and restart their video game. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Christians across the nation have been crying out to God to heal our land as if he is a genie in a bottle subjective to our beck and call. The public outcry has been touching yet insincere.  How so you ask?

 

2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV

“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

 

That is a conditional promise from Almighty God to those who call themselves Christians. We are to humble ourselves before God seeking his will while forgetting our selfish desires. We are to pray and see the face of God and persevere until we our prayer is answered. We are to turn from our wicked ways, a 180 degree turn away from sin. It doesn’t mean turn away for a little while. It doesn’t mean to keep looking back at what we turned away from either. When we’ve done our part, God will do his part and hear our prayers. God will forgive our sin and heal our land. That is his promise to us.

 

American Christians have been playing church for a long time. We sing feel good songs. We pat each other on the back (figuratively and physically) at what good Christians we’ve become. We put our buck into the offering plate and we’re good until next Sunday morning. We go to church instead of becoming the church. I’m not just preaching to the choir. I’m just as guilty. In fact I may be the guiltiest one of all.

 

Where do you stand on each of the Ten Commandments?

 

  1. Is it ok to worship other gods? Idols or things that God has made?
  2. Is it ok to give anything a place in our heart above God? Is God our first priority or our only priority?
  3. Is it ok to take God’s name in vain? Use it as a curse or swear word?
  4. Is it ok to forsake the Sabbath day? Treat it like any other day?
  5. Is it ok to dishonor or disobey your mother or your father? Even if they mistreat you?
  6. Is it ok to kill another being? What about in a fit of rage or anger or payback – an eye for an eye?
  7. Is it ok to commit adultery outside of marriage? Is it the new norm (everybody’s doing it)?
  8. Is it ok to steal? Take something that doesn’t belong to you?
  9. Is it ok to speak falsely against your neighbor? Tell little white lies, spread gossip, slander their name or reputation?
  10. Is it ok to covet your neighbor’s wife, property, things? What would you do to get them?

 

When you obey the Ten Commandments you will begin to make better judgment decisions:

 

  • You will begin to show respect for other people and their property.
  • You will obey the rules set down by your parents and by authorities.
  • You will know the difference between right and wrong and make wise choices.
  • You will understand that the impression of yourself that you give to others will stay with them forever.
  • There is a time and a place for everything.
  • There is nothing new under the sun.
  • To live is to learn.
  • Parents are to provide a loving and nurturing environment for their children.
  • Parents provide boundaries and teach their children to follow them.
  • Parents provide the necessities of life (food, shelter, clothing, and discipline).
  • Parents grant and take away privileges (time for: friends, television, telephones, games, computers and radios).
  • The mind of a child is not the same as the mind of an adult.
  • Children must learn to be obedient, play, work, and interact with others.
  • Adults must learn to productively contribute to society.
  • Respect is something everyone deserves, it is easier to give it, and harder to receive it.
  • Disobeying the rules of life brings misery and causes unhappiness.

 

 

What do others see when they see us? Do our actions bring glory to God or do we dishonor him? Do we look the other way or get involved when we see someone being wronged? Does beggars or homeless cause us to turn our heads or melt our hearts? What about sin in our own lives? Does it break our heart or that of our Father God? Or are we just ok with sin so long as it’s not the sin we commit (consciously or unconsciously)?

 

Luke 10:27 – He (Jesus) answered: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself’.”

 

How can you love your neighbor as yourself when you don’t even like yourself?

 

What we are seeing today happening in the US and around the world are the signs of evil as it raises its ugly head in the form of political correctness, lawlessness and a total disrespect of authority. We see bands of evil seemingly running wild maiming and destroying everything in its path and with impunity.

 

This is a result of good people standing idly by and doing nothing as this cancer spreads across our country like a snowball rolling downhill going faster and faster while getting larger and larger. Those who are insecure in their station in life tend to cave in when the pressure is on.

 

For years Christians have prayed for God to do something, anything but save our land. We’ve prayed out of fear and quite honestly we never thought God actually heard us, but if he did hear us he won’t actually do anything, right? Some choose to not even believe in God.

 

Historically we have asked God for a new leader over our country. We want someone who is charismatic, funny and one of us. God has answered those prayers. Men who have huge flaws that remained hidden until exposed by the light of God’s word.  We asked for heroes, cowboys and men with distinction to guide us and yes God has answered because he knows what we need, yet quite often he has given us what we wanted instead and all the while evil has been building up under the surface.

 

Wars have been fought.

Men and women have died.

The poor have remained poor.

The rich have gotten richer.

And there has been a time for every season.

 

Five years ago America and the world were quite literally at a crossroad. War on every front, ramped killing on almost every continent and as the fate of this nation hung in the balance Christians began to pray. It became a fervent prayer, a pleading for the mercy of God to cover our land. We were earnest in our supplication asking God to do something before it was too late. Like the many times before we prayed in generalized terms yet God heard our prayers.

 

During the 2015 – 2016 presidential campaign season there were many well qualified candidates on the Republican ticket. Men and women of stature Christian backgrounds, with name recognition and track records in political and the private sector surely God was in the mix. Whom would God choose for such a time as this?

 

God did what he has always done. He took the least likely from out of nowhere to stop evil and be his sword against the spirit of political correctness sweeping across America. Isaiah 45 tells us that God had done this before and in 2016 he would do it again. He would take a man who knew of God but did not personally know God. A man when God called, said Yes Lord!

 

This man of the world, a street fighter committed to excellence in all he did was just the perfect one for God to mold into a champion for moving God’s plan forward in this ever changing world.

 

Donald John Trump had name recognition beyond compare. He bought and sold, traded and made deals with the rich and famous and the political elite who up to this point knew and loved him. So how did he go from hero to zero so quickly? He had no way of knowing he would become the most hated man alive, next to Jesus Christ.

 

The battle seemed an uphill one with Hillary Clinton the favorite to win and Donald Trump the literal underdog with no chance, yet with God all things are possible and the impossible is always possible with him.

 

After the November 2016 election things began to sour immediately. Nobody thought Trump would win and everybody from both sides of the political isle hated him. Was it jealousy or was it deeper than that?

 

Within minutes of the inauguration in January 2017 opposition forces were moving against Donald Trump and everything he stood for. The very mention of his name caused people to go into panic mode. I won’t go into the details, but what we’re seeing 4 years later is proof positive that the forces of hell have come against this man chosen by God for such a time as this. The battle against the deep state is a real one. Many corrupt people in various political positions and in different agencies have waged an all-out war against this one man.

 

The 2020 presidential election is one of the most important water shed moments in American history with the very soul of our nation hanging in the balance. You may shirk it off and call my writing nonsense but unless you ask God to show you what is happening in the spiritual realm you will never see what God is doing with one man who said Yes Lord.

 

In the history of our nation there has never been a time that the entire forces of hell have shown their ugly heads in perfect harmony coming against one man standing up and making a difference. Christians are sometimes too quick in their judgement as to whether or not God is in this. They would rather quibble over whether or not Trump is religious enough. I say it’s not religion but relationship with God that matters for each of us. For someone to come against what God is doing is foolishly dangerous. You cannot stand on the side of God while trashing what or who God is using for HIS purpose. You may not like his personality or his way of speaking or some of the words he uses, but to come against him is coming against the one who sent him. That is a dangerous place to be.

 

Exodus 15:26 – He (God) said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”

 

I thank God that Donald J. Trump is President of the United States during these trying times in America.

Desperately Wrong on the Left

 

Politically we have been watching leftists Democrats doing all the wrong things in their bid to stop the loss of minority voters and should have learned from the historical mistakes of others before them. Albeit that is not the case with politicians of today who continue using all of the scare tactics of the past like racial shaming (black shaming if you will) of those who dare to walk away from the Democratic Party. Failing that come name calling (Uncle Tom and worse) or guilt tripping designed as stop-loss measures before bringing out the big guns in music and entertainment to condemn those who don’t return to the political plantation. By now a percentage of the African-American voters are unable to resist the insults or the guilt and turn back, but not all. In fact coming out of the political closet can be as liberating as the fresh air outside the constraints of political correctness.

 

I pay little attention to events unfolding in the chambers of either house of Congress unless something spectacular or exotic garners my attention such as the public display orchestrated by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her faithful sidekick Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer with notable members of both chambers.

 

In light of the events of the killing of George Floyd it became necessary to return America’s focus back to House Democrats and their resistance movement against President Trump and all he stands for – American freedom.

 

I wasn’t surprised by this latest photo op of Congressional Democrats donning traditional African fabric cloths and coming into the rotunda of the nation’s capital and taking a knee in support of the peaceful protest for Mr. Floyd. As it appeared to me this was African garb a mere prop, at the urging of the Congressional Black Caucus to publically show support, when in fact it came across as something akin to putting on blackface for a minstrel show.

 

I came across this tweet by an African lady who seemed to vindicate my thoughts and support my initial feelings after watching some outtakes of the festivities https://twitter.com/X14Eagle/status/1270135769772945408?s=20 and I urge you to take a look for yourself.

 

The 1st Amendment – The right to free speech and peaceful protest to bring our grievance to the government, carries with it great responsibility to define the grievance and present positive and meaningful recommendations to correct the wrong. There are responsibilities to uphold the Constitution and the rights of others guaranteed by the Constitution. There are no rights for violence, rioting, looting or murder guaranteed in the Constitution. It is the responsibility for everyone to shut down the violence and to support law enforcement charged with maintaining law and order.

 

I heard and saw talk about the demonstrations springing up across the nation, but very few Democratic politicians spoke up against the violence. There was little to no condemnation of the burning, looting and murders that have occurred as a result. There have been wanton vandalism and destruction of public and private property where violators seem to do with impunity. Laws being broken on purpose and prosecution waived in areas controlled primarily by Democratic politicians.

 

Someone can support the peaceful protests and present the argument for change while condemning the violence and ensuring those responsible are identified and brought to justice under the law. Failure to do so may result in someone being charged as an accessory after the fact.

 

The actions of a few at the top of the Democratic Party seem to be that of condoning the violence and urging it to continue after all “it’s only property and can be replaced”!

 

It is not “only property” as the lives and livelihood of innocent people have been affected and changed forever as violence and murder in the form of public executions and assaults on law enforcement and on the general public continue to escalate in certain areas.
