The 3-D Plastic Gun Issue vs 2nd Amendment

The latest buzz on the internet is the guy who released detailed information on a 3-D plastic Gun that is printable from home, providing you can afford the 3-D printer and the plastic material. I know nothing about this printer or the process involved, but it does raise some very interesting questions about the future of plastics in a variety of forms and the legality or morality of something like a 3-D plastic gun.

The 2nd Amendment of the Constitution guarantees and is perfectly clear on the freedom to bear arms as a means of protection against a tyrannical government.  Could the founders have known that one day there would be such uproar over things like a child forming a “gun” with his hand and playfully shouting “bang” and being kicked out of school because someone was scared? Or what about the kids playing in the backyard with toy rifles and toy pistols and someone calls 911?

In the 2002 Clint Eastwood movie Blood Work he plays a Secret Service agent being hounded by the villain who at one point uses a plastic pistol during an assassination attempt on the president, it could literally bring fear of someone actually doing something like that. With todays “Trump-phobia” sweeping the world of liberal politics could it actually become a reality?

It seems someone has actually used a 3-D printer to create a working model of a handgun. What’s more is that it has been validated by a federal judge as protected under the 2nd Amendment and now the liberal politicians and liberal media are falling all over themselves and calling for even more gun control legislation.

7:18 pm – One hour ago a last minute injunction has stopped plans for uploading the blue-prints for the 3-D gun on-line after President Trump joined legislators from both sides of the isle in voicing concerns.

It’s pretty sad because there already are laws on the books making murder a crime and using a handgun where someone is killed or injured is also a crime or crimes. Those laws were legislated from Congress and still we have a problem of people getting angry or hurt and vetting out revenge with a fire arm.

While browsing with my buddy Google I discovered that one can draw a gun using something so simple as an Etch A Sketch and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone is so offended that they would call for the banning of ALL Etch A Sketch toys and demonize anyone who refuses to turn them over under threat of huge fines and imprisonment! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Judge Action Not Just Words

Judge Action Not Just Words

This morning while browsing thru the local paper I spotted an article where “Times publisher asks Trump to reconsider anti-media rhetoric” and I thought to myself, if the media would simply report the news, not editorialize news as their personal opinion piece maybe there would be no rhetoric from the President.

I don’t remember hearing or seeing Donald Trump being quoted over much of anything until he announced his candidacy on March 2015 on the staircase of Trump Tower. Since that day it has been reported by the media almost everything Donald Trump has ever said, or someone thought he said and this includes the private meetings and private phone calls being leaked to certain media sources.

I don’t know how much time President Trump devotes to sleeping, but it can’t be that much because he has to stay up late in order to come up with some of the quips he unleashes on the media just for sport.

How about the time he commented on NFL players standing for the Flag and National Anthem or they be fired. That’s what I said and nobody broadcast it over the air waves or even paid attention to it on Facebook. In fact that is what a lot of people were thinking and possibly saying at the time.

Colin Kapernick started with an act of disrespect to our nation to make a point. Other NFL players, coaches, managers, owners and even the NFL commissioner responded in a sign of solidarity with Kapernick, not in agreement with his point of police brutality, but as a way to disrespect President Trump. Well I have breaking news for you guys – Donald Trump is not the Flag, or the National Anthem and disrespecting the sitting president is….well DISRESPECTFUL on its own accord.

What about the president’s private phone call of condolence to the widow of a recently fallen soldier in Africa? Portions of the phone call were politicized by Representative Frederika Wilson D-FL who just happened to be at the residence of the widow when the president called. Her public display of openly disrespectful actions caused a huge fuss over something so simple and so private.

So the president tweets out something about “Little Rocketman” and immediately the media launches into a panic attack over World War III with North Korea. Can you believe it a country not much larger than the size of a pin head and much of its military might located in and around the capital city? It was almost comical the way the media portrays Trumps messaging over Twitter.

What about when the president of South Korea met with the leader of North Korea for the first time and afterwards stated publicly that President Trump should be recommended for the Noble Peace Prize for bringing the two Korean leaders together? The media made a fuss that “Trump wants the Peace Prize”! It’s sad that the media made such a fuss over President Trump, but when President Obama “won” the Peace Prize for bringing people together, nobody even knows what people he brought together?

After the Singapore Summit between President Trump and Leader Kim Jong Un everyone is in an uproar, not because both leaders signed a denuclearization agreement, but because Trump didn’t ask permission on what to say, nor does anyone know what was said behind closed doors. No public praise over the release of American citizens, the dismantling of North Korean missile facilities or the return of Korean War remains from North Korea.

The media has jumped on the anti-Trump bandwagon over alleged sexual scandals where high profile women were paid to come forward at critical times to accuse Donald Trump of paying them off to keep quiet, which obviously failed.

There has been media support over the Helsinki Summit between President Trump and President Putin over what went on behind closed doors. What promises did Trump make> Why did he take sides with Russia over US Spymasters (who have been instrumental in propagating this Russian Collusion witch hunt)?

Much ado about nothing comes to mind. When the White House staff changes the media is up in arms and prints falsehoods and innuendos about why? The same thing should the president change cabinet secretaries as is his pleasure to do without notice or explanation.

Recently during an almost unheard of media photo opportunity in the Oval Office a “reporter” from CNN began yelling out questions to the president, questions not relevant to the event. When asked to leave she refused and was ejected from the oval office and banned. Had she observed protocol and not let her estrogen overload her sense of duty as a reporter, she could certainly have conducted herself more professionally. I don’t think she would have lasted that long had the meeting been with Donald Trump in his office at Trump Tower.

So to have the Times publisher ask the president to tone down or reconsider the anti-media rhetoric is absurd. Why not issue a stern warning to Times reporters to act professionally at all times and report the news, not editorialize? That would send a clear message for other news outlets and organizations to do likewise. Maybe, just maybe, the anti-media rhetoric would cease on its own as there would be no justification for it.

The Insignificant and Unknown of the Vietnam War…….Thailand REVISITED

Almost 10 years ago (November 7-2008 I first wrote an article which I submitted to a Vietnam Veterans blog site in order to provide insight to misperceptions and inaccurate information dating back to the mid-1970’s.

Upon posting the article there was a firestorm of insults and tactics meant to belittle me and other Thailand Veterans of the Vietnam War who served in the Southeast Asian theater and consider ourselves Vietnam Veterans. We served, were awarded the medals and wore the same t-shirts as our brothers in Vietnam.

There are many Vietnam Veterans who served in Thailand and Vietnam during the war years. They acknowledge the commitment and service performed equally in both countries. They often state that they worked longer hours and sometimes harder in Thailand than they did in Vietnam doing the same job. If you look at the dining facilities, orderly rooms and barracks (hootches) there is no discernible difference. Muddy camps in the rainy seasons; outhouses and outdoor showers during the early days gave way to more permanent facilities at some of the larger bases.

Smaller camps were wooden buildings with the risible wooden shutters covering screened windows for ventilation; walking on wooden pallets and/or PSP planking to and from the outhouses and showers; sitting on the grass or blanket watching the 35mm movie projected on a white sheet between two poles used to hold the volleyball net; signing for haircuts until payday and paying the barber twice a month; NCO club was the old dining facility after the new one was built.

I remember digging bunkers and foxholes while filling sandbags and insuring the fields of fire were cleared of obstructions. These fixtures were manned during alerts called down from battalion headquarters. The commander would call battalion and give a situation report as to when the base was “secure” and the time had better be good. Several facilities enjoyed USO troops touring SEA, Bob Hope was a favorite, as was Hugh O’brien and others.

Our facility in Northeastern Thailand was a trailer transfer point where all convoys headed to the Royal Thai Air Force Bases would transit and in many cases remained over night before loads moved out at zero dark thirty the next morning.

We had the same mission transport munitions and bombs to the Air Force so they could in turn take them across the fence over Laos to North Vietnam. We hauled general cargo from toilet paper, sodas, beer, whiskey, milk and ice cream to Air Force bases and small Army bases.

The roads up country were mostly unimproved cart paths, being mapped and built up by Army Engineers and cutting directly through the areas populated by the CT’s (Communist Thai’s) who had crossed over from Laos and North Vietnam. At its closest point, Nakon Phanom (NKP) Royal Thai Air Base was a mere 90 air miles from Hanoi.

During the early years beginning in 1962 all army personnel were under the 9th Logistical Command deployed from Okinawa to Thailand with a primary mission of civic action projects to build infrastructure (highways, roads, and bridges) where none had existed before linking Thailand together like a huge quilt. It had never before happened, and the conditions of working in tropical vegetation, searing heat and tropical diseases such as malaria tested the fortitude of many young men and women.

Later a new command was activated in Okinawa and deployed to Thailand as the United States Army Support Command, Thailand assuming the missions of the 9th Logistical Command and becoming the parent organization in Thailand. Adding to the mission was the training and pre-operational assistance of Royal Thai military forces to deploy to Vietnam in support of US forces. Training facilities were carved out of jungle and the training included many elements of USARSUPTHAI, to include 46th Special Forces personnel.

Officially there were no “combat” troops in Thailand, yet in the 1962 Crisis in Laos President Kennedy authorized moving combat troops along the Thai-Lao border region until the crisis subsided.  US Special Forces trained Thai military and Thai police personnel on a variety of areas, as well as fielded teams into Laos on then classified missions. Army engineers were not called “combat” engineers but “Construction” engineers, again so as not to alarm the government or give the impression the US was an occupational force.

That being said we did have troops engaged in combat in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and several of our bases were attacked by Communist Thai, Pathet Lao and North Vietnam forces. Their names are on the wall in Washington, D.C.

US Air Force units and aircraft flying combat missions out of Royal Thai Air Forces Bases of Don Muang (Bangkok), NKP, Takhli, Udorn, Ubon, and Utapao and then classified locations inside Laos; During the ending years of the war US Marines relocated from Vietnam to Nam Phong Royal Thai Air Force Base and continued their combat missions over Vietnam; US Coast Guard operated navigational equipment at various locations throughout Thailand; while US Navy personnel provided guidance on all US Army construction projects throughout Thailand; CIA personnel flew classified missions from Udorn RTAFB into Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam using Air America/ Civil Air Transport aircraft.

A major mission of USARSUPTHAI was to support the USAF as they prosecuted the war in Vietnam and to defend, if necessary the nation of Thailand should it come under aggression by its neighbors.

Thailand was known collectively as part of the “Secret War” and in accordance with the wishes of the Royal Thai Government much of the activity was kept out of local and international media for fear of angering the communist neighbors surrounding a free Thailand.

Keeping communications under control and providing for Air Traffic as well as ground traffic were personnel under the 1st Signal Brigade maintaining links between theater stations and those in Hawaii and Washington D.C.

Thailand based army units received unit awards such as the Presidential Unit Citation, Valorous Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation, RVN Gallantry Cross w/Palm, RVN Civil Actions Honor Medal for their service in Thailand.

Individual awards include the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal w/60 Device for service in Thailand (1962 – 1975) IAW AR 600-8-22 CH 2, Para 13 and CH 9, Para 19.

Thailand Veterans are battling the effects of herbicide exposure (Agent Orange) and proving to the VA that we were even exposed. The VA has acknowledged that each of the Royal Thai Air Force Bases and some small army bases (unnamed) were sprayed with herbicides, but each Veteran must prove he was on or near the perimeter of an affected base, and by military occupational specialty (MOS) such as a military policeman who was a K-9 handler. That is not anywhere close to a proper determination for exposure. During an alert or an attack MOS is not a precursor to who mans the perimeter and who doesn’t. The person standing next to you in a foxhole or bunker could be anybody (cook, mechanic, driver, admin, etc).

Go here http://www.kohtang.com/ to learn of the Mayaguez Incident at Koh Tang, Cambodia.

There are several books to learn more about Thailand based troops during the Vietnam War.

I suggest reading “One Day too Long” by Timothy Castle about the 11 missing men of LS 85.

Another is “A Certain Brotherhood” by Jimmie H. Butler, COL, USAF (Ret) a FAC flying Cessna’s over the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

The Children as Cannon Fodder

7-29-2018

The Children as Cannon Fodder

The crime in the treatment of “the children” being perpetuated on America is one of epic proportions and our nation is being taken for a huge ride at someone else’s enjoyment and at our expense.

This is not the first article I’ve written about the unlawful migration of foreign nationals through several nations, including Mexico bordering the southern United States. Let me share portions of a conversation I’m having with a friend and why we both deemed it an issue, but for very different reasons.

But first an illustration:

Reminds me of the old circus coming to town. Everyone wants to come out and see the elephants and the dancing bears. They love the girl riding the horses and standing on top as they circle the ring. It’s a circus and everyone looks forward to it coming around year after year. Until a group shows up protesting the “cruel” treatment of the animals. They make a big show of it and soon the towns folks and the media have broadcast how cruel the circus owner is and they keep it up until the circus no longer comes to town. The protests don’t stop until the owner is drug to court, pays huge fines and even goes to jail. And still the protests continue, only now it’s over aunt Sally and her unruly six dogs on the farm.

My friend in San Antonio, Texas expresses the very real concerns that many Americans have after bombarded by the media, politicians and various groups who oppose the Department of Homeland Security of enforcing the laws of the United States.

“I still get the local newspaper for our area. Everyday, without fail, there is some form of article about immigrants and how they are being treated by ICE. Full page coverage of children being separated from their family. Articles about local church efforts to provide housing for families that are reunited. More articles about legal offices providing “pro bono” assistances to immigrant adults and children. Here, they are the victims and our Federal agencies are the “black hat” bad guys. It is to be expected because San Antonio has a hispanic majority of over 60%. ”

“I am telling you this so that maybe you will understand why it is so much harder for me to support the conservative agenda when I am exposed to the opposites on a daily basis. I see many of the immigrants as people who live in countries where they are constantly subjected to lawlessness, severe poverty, poor or no job opportunities, abuse by gangs, women and children physically and sexually abused….is it any wonder why they are willing to take a chance of being allowed to get a fresh start in our country. I know there are legal ways to try and do that but the process is very slow and cumbersome. Look at how much trouble ICE has had just trying to unite all the children back with their parents or family. What a nightmare. It is a very difficult scenario. It is said that they are of a higher category for total care than our vets, to me seems to be questionable.”

“So many different ways to look at so many different issues confronting our country today.”

“Anyway, I felt I owed you a better explanation about why I feel as I do about issues that impact our country. My city thrives on care for any and all who are hispanic, especially the children.”

“Just sayin’!”

At this point I refer to the DHS secretary talking about “the children” and how they are being cared for until reunification takes place. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/07/24/dhs-secretary-nielsen-says-white-house-is-on-track-to-reunite-separated-families-by-deadline.html

I also referred my friend to this article on “family separation” in the Conservative Review https://www.conservativereview.com/news/government-data-shows-the-entire-family-separation-crisis-was-built-of-lies/

My Friend in San Antionio, Texas

“I read them both. Her input as to what has really been going on with immigrants and the conservative “factual take” on the subject. I have read those facts and figures before. They should be ones we can trust and know they are accurate. But, to play the devil’s advocate, there has been many articles in our paper, comments made by various political sources in our area and coverage in our tv news program that have challenged much of those figures. There has also been interviews made by news people with the heads of various “support” organizations that have disputed the same facts and figures. They also show where families are reunited, with pictures of children hugging parents. It goes on and on where I live.”

“If I had to choose who to believe, the head of ICE should be enough. The conservative source seems to support many of the same facts and figures, taking the “truth of matters” even further. The Judge who forced the release of children to “parents” seems to be the one who is most wrong in his or her ruling. I honestly don’t know where to go with it anymore. The pro bono lawyers are looking only at emotion and not at what is law. Well, enough. It is both physically and emotionally draining to me. ”

My friend is right, this saga is physically draining on anyone who religiously sits down in front of the TV and takes in all the “news” about the goings on across our nation. It is as if we are being assaulted on all fronts over so many issues, and by so many people each with their own agenda.

One has to realize that we are in a very real time of civil unrest, not experienced by our nation since the Civil War. This is an attack on reason and sanity of Americans by forces of evil that are after our very souls. Our nation is in a very real spiritual battle over the Constitution and the continued existence of the United States of America as we know it today.

For the very reasons given by my friend and my own observations from where I live in Colorado I don’t put any stock into what is reported and shown on TV. Period. There are groups who stage those photos of kids in cages and it’s simply a photo op against law and order.

The real criminals in all of this are those who:

  • Organize, recruit and execute plans where they bring families and children to the border for this very purpose.
  • Cross the border to coach these migrants (not yet illegal in the US, but are in Mexico).
  • “Fake reporters or journalists” who broadcast these reports to the American public.
  • Are politicians who prey on this as a way to obtain votes are despicable and must be shown for who they are – vultures!
  • Liberal judges who attempt to overrule US law and force DHS to stop enforcement.

I will take the word of DHS anytime any day. There are thousands of children who were brought into the US by people who are not their relatives or parents.

It is possible that parents were paid a token sum and promised that their children will go to America and life will be better for them. I doubt they were told or maybe they did not know the living hell their children would endure. No parent would willingly send their children into the obis and simply hope they made it.

Let me remind everyone that in almost every country in the world there is a US Embassy or US Consulate. Anyone wanting to immigrate would start their immigration paperwork there. If they are truly being oppressed and fearful they would indicate that while requesting asylum at the Embassy.

It is not logical, I repeat it is not logical for someone to leave any African nation or any South American, Central American or North American nation with multiple opportunities to request asylum at the first nation they encounter (as international laws dictate) and “follow the crowd” through Mexico in order to apply for asylum at the United States border. And to do so without any documentation or paperwork to show who they are or their citizenship smells of deceit, fraud and/or extortion or at the very least human trafficking and that is where the outrage should be directed toward anyone or any organization involved in this fiasco.

There is no way DHS will or should release children to anyone other than their biological parents. That means caring for them humanly until the path for reuniting with parents can be accomplished.

There should be outrage not only by Americans, but by the world over this deliberate use of child hostages and child trafficking to the US.

American’s should get involved by volunteering to help in any way possible to assist DHS. Those who obstruct or oppose the way DHS handles these children should look for ways to make it better. After all DHS personnel are simply Americans doing their job the best way they know how and following the laws of the US.

If the laws are broken our legislative body can fix them. Yet politicians would rather blame someone else instead of using their collective energy to do what is right and just. For well over the past 9 years we have become a nation of crybabies wanting our free stuff and wanting more of it because it’s free.

Lastly it is in the best interests of the nations of the World and of the United States for ALL leaders to work together as friends to solve the many issues as they involve us all. Diplomacy is not simply threatening military might if you don’t do things our way. Diplomacy is using EVERY tool in the toolbox, before opening the toolbox of Warfare and President Donald J. Trump holds the key to the toolbox.

Humanity is at stake. We are all brothers and sisters, created by the same God. We breath the same air, drink the same water, eat the same food and bleed the same RED blood.

It is our choice to pray to the God of the Bible, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. It is Jesus who is the Christ, the only Begotten Son of God who lived as a man, died on the cross for our sins, who rose again on the third day and who lives seated at the right hand of the Father, in Heaven – waiting for us to join him.

It is up to us to pray for God’s will to be done and to intervene on behalf of anyone who does not know Jesus Christ as their personal savior.

The battle over “the children” is a battle over ALL CHILDREN.

The Power of Words

The Power of Words

It is the power of words that we do not understand fully. If we truly knew the power of words would we choose our more wisely? I’m not just preaching to the choir because I’m just as guilty. Whether I’m speaking or writing it is my words which other hear and read. Sometimes I say things which cut to the core of family and friends alike. I’m quick to anger and just as quick to speak out without thinking. It is the actions of my heart, my words and my deeds which I must give an accounting to God Almighty. We are told in the bible that, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” – Hebrews 9:27

In the beginning God created using words. These are living words that created light out of darkness as we see here, “And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.” – Genesis 1:3

In the world today we have many who are called to do God’s work – healing the sick; feeding those who are hungry; visiting those who are in prison; giving home to the homeless. We are to be the hands and feet of God here on earth, our very being should point others to the one who created us.

Matthew 5: 13-16

13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. 14 You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

How we conduct ourselves will either honor or dishonor our creator God and we must ask daily for the help and guidance to be a positive light in the darkness that around us. What we have deep within us will under pressure come to the surface through our tongue, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” – Proverbs 18:21

Man was made in the likeness and image of God, with a body and a soul that never dies. Sometimes we tend to crawl off into a corner somewhere and sulk because someone said or did something that hurt our feelings, but God did not create us to be an island unto ourselves.

We were made with a unique communication device, our brain which is capable of unfathomable methods to communicate with others. One of those ways is with our tongue, while today we communicate with written words to transmit our feelings for others to read, yet we forget that there are consequences. “For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light.” – Luke 8:17

In today’s political climate it’s so easy to get caught up in the comings and goings on of the left or the right and forget the most important message, the reason for which we are each created and that is to spread the Good News that Jesus Loves You. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Fine Line of Patriotism

The Fine Line of Patriotism

I recently posted a saying, “You don’t need to attend every argument you’re invited to.” For me that is easier said than done. It’s not about arguing for arguments sake at times it’s much more than that. They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What one man sees as art or as beauty is seen as junk to another and that’s ok. There is no way we will agree in matters of the heart or country.

Professional athletics tend to view the flag as something to focus their displeasure over injustice and simply something they abhor and dishonor because they can. I have seen Veterans cowering to peer pressure from teammates and coaches because they dare to stand alone before the flag. It is shameful on the part of anyone who utilizes bully tactics against another especially purposes such as this.

So we can lash out and make all kinds of rash and rational statements which only fuel division and conflict or we can view this as a “Teachable moment” for young and old alike.

When you see the stars and stripes; old glory; the red, white and blue what do you see?

You may see a piece of cloth hanging on a pole being blown by the wind; a representation of the United States of America, the land of the free and the home of the brave; you may see oppression; defiance of a person, position or government; or you may see nothing at all.

Members of the U.S. military see the flag as the symbol of freedom, of home, mom, dad and apple pie. The flag is a sacred covering for a fallen comrade from a grateful nation. The flag signifies dignity, honor and patriotic love of country. The flag is a welcome sight upon returning from foreign soil. The flag is America in its finest hour. The flag is you and the flag is me – we are Americans.

“There’s not a liberal America and a conservative America,” he declared, “There’s a United States of America. There’s not a black America and a white America and Latino America and Asian America. There’s a United States of America.”– Barack H. Obama

So I want to challenge each of us to lay down the baton of political correctness, join together arm-in-arm and begin to honor the nation where many of us were born. Those who come from foreign countries understand the value of the Flag more so than many who were born in this country. It is to our advantage to strive to become the very best we can be as we contribute to the success of this great country.

“I would rather take a political risk in pursuit of peace, than to risk peace in pursuit of politics. As president I will always put what is best for America and what is best for the American people.” Donald J. Trump

So I ask you what is your idea of patriotism – is it the flag, the country or self? It’s such a fine line. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Making the Case for Legal Immigration

Making the Case for Legal Immigration

Title 8 of the U.S. Code deals with “Aliens and Nationality”, identifies categories of individuals who are allowed to immigrate, as well as those who are not allowed to immigrate into the United States.

The US State Department website is the starting point for anyone wishing to migrate into this country and the process can be seen online here https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process.html.

Why is it that someone wishing to enter or exit United States territory must produce official documentation in the form of a Passport, Passport Card and two forms of picture identification? These documents are verified to insure the individual is the one traveling. If the individual is traveling through an airport or seaport entry facility they must also have a proper travel document such as a ticket for an airline or cruise line. In some cases immunization documents may be required.

Those are the givens of international travel from or to the United States. I’ve written about this before and still there is a misunderstanding that seems to only pertain to entry along our Southern border with Mexico. We have groups of individuals and entire families presenting themselves at certain entry points to ask for asylum from an abusive government or regime. These individuals may arrive without any documentation at all and they expect to enter our country without any issues.

My question is how is this possible? How did someone travel on foot, or by cargo train from Africa, Southern and Central America crossing the entire country of Mexico, notorious for strict immigration control, without documentation? Why did these individuals not stop at any of the U.S. Embassy or Consulate locations throughout Mexico and in virtually every country in the Americas to apply for asylum?

All it takes is a bit of common sense, because once the individual unlawfully crosses into the United States they become illegal immigrants having violated US Immigration Laws will be and minor children are not prosecuted, but are separated from the adult parents who are detained, processed and held until facing an immigration court official and could face immediate deportation.

There have been incidents where American legal teams have crossed into Mexico with the sole purpose of advising “Coaching” immigrants on how to obtain asylum in the United States. These individuals are also violating US Immigration laws and could face severe legal penalties and even lose whatever attorney certification they possess, and even face imprisonment. Migrants wishing to enter the United States must do so using the procedures and processes outlined in US Immigration law, or face the possibility of being permanently banned from entry.

Although our Immigration Laws are not perfect they have been working quite well. When issues arise they are to be examined and corrected by US legislators in Congress and signed into law by the President of the United States.

I challenge any US Citizen who wished to travel outside the US to try doing so without any documentation and see how far you are able to go? The United States is a nation of laws, which must be followed in order to earn the privilege of coming here to live and raise a family. One is expected to learn the English language (read & write), obey the laws and follow the path to citizenship afforded to lawful immigrants to this country. Immigration is a privilege, not a right and not everyone is able to pack up and come here simply because they want to live the “American Dream”. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Distraction – Sex Sells – Really?

The Donald J. Trump and Stormy Daniels Controversy Revisited + Paula McDougal

It’s not just a coincidence that “sexual scandals” of Donald J. Trump have come up when they have and by those who bring them to the forefront of public awareness. Nor is it surprising that each time nobody asks why now or when did it happen and what was done about it at the time?

So a porn star and a Playboy playmate individually and possibly together have discovered that they each claimed to have a fling with billionaire turned President Donald Trump back in 2006 – 2011. Each of them leveraged well over $100,000 in hush money so that nobody would know, yet even though they got paid, we were still “told”. How convenient. Donald Trump denies there was anything in either story, but because he’s Donald Trump, he’s a sexual monster. Ha Ha!

I want to know everything what happened in the meantime? Have they had a business slump, you know a recession? Is there no longer top money for an over the hill lap dancer? Does Playboy stoop to paying less than minimum wages that she went to option B? Oh yeah, I forgot it was going to be published by that stellar publication National Enquirer who sold the rights to the story to Michael Cohen, who at the time was the lawyer of then candidate Donald Trump.

Only after getting caught up in the “Russian Collusion” mess had an epiphany and turned the corner at Cohen Street and Trump Avenue and decided to tell the truth to everyone. That in itself is convenient as it is Cohen’s lawyer (former Bill Clinton’s Lawyer) who decided this was the time to “leak” the tape to CNN, another stellar fake news agency. Then to make sure everything is clear as mud, CNN transcribed the tape and had it narrated or rather translated into FN English.

The essence of the tape is that Trump had an affair and wanted to pay off the accuser in CASH. Only problem is that the National Enquirer was trying to blackmail then candidate Trump for $130,000 or they would go with the story, set to be released at the time of the election. Like the pundits have been saying, timing is everything and this is huge.

Another problem is that Cohen taped Trump without telling him he was being taped (sounds a lot like the bus incident with Billy Bush). And just because it could be construed as lawyer-client privilege, there may be legal consequences for Mr. Cohen, who is still under the “Russian Collusion” investigation problem.

If this doesn’t turn into a #1 New York Times best seller and/or go straight to film America and the world will miss out on a really good tale (pun intended). Besides they have that guy (what’s his name) who plays a really bad Donald Trump on Saturday Night Live. Gee I still can’t remember his name?

Still timing is everything, right? With the “Russian Collusion” investigation has been dragging on without merit and once again the focus of the news media and the investigators shifts now to a playmate and a tabloid and a Clinton-era lawyer to break the news publicly to embarrass and disgrace the sitting president?

As we used to say, “That’s all water under the bridge”, meaning “the cat’s out of the bag” and you can’t easily put it back in or pretend it never happened. People have been literally laughing at the thought of Donald Trump draining the swamp, and every day we hear from a new swamp rat or two from the DC establishment as the expected pushback is because while everyone is playing off Chinese checkers, President Trump is playing chess and has been thinking 8 or more steps ahead.

What the liberals and the leftist leaning media have not figured out is why Donald Trump won the presidency or why we voted for him to do exactly what he said he would do during the campaign.

It was during a turbulent time in the life of Donald Trump that God saw a man with determination and all the success the world could offer. He literally had it all. And God smiled!

That’s right God smiled (my words, ok) because Donald Trump didn’t know God, but he loved God. With the world spinning out of control and the United States on the fast track to destruction, it was Christians humbling themselves and praying and God intervened.  God didn’t pick Donald Trump because of his wealth, his fame or his notoriety, no God chose him because of his availability and his obedience when God called. The rest of the story is history and it comes as no surprise that the timing of these “skeletons” jumping out of Donald Trump’s closet is just as the Russian Collusion seems to be losing steam. Only this time things have been coming apart at the seams for special counsel Mueller and DOJ Rosenstein.

American should not allow themselves to be disillusioned by the alleged actions of then Donald J. Trump, but focus on the actions of the President we elected to bring order to a government gone wild.

Christians are familiar with the story of Cyrus in Isaiah 45, a man who didn’t know God, but chosen for a very specific task. Donald Trump POTUS 45 is no coincidence, as God selected Donald Trump to crush the spirit of political correctness and stop the evil so prevalent in America.

So it is not about the past goings on of Donald Trump, but about President Donald J. Trump the man we elected to lead this nation. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

It’s Still About Russia – Pompao Hearing

It’s Still About Russia

Today as I watched the hearing with Secretary of State Pompao it became clear that Democrats in Congress seem to make little sense out of their actions, conduct and speech when it is directed towards President Trump.

I watched as a number of the members of Congress who made up the panel have expressed real issues in their eyes, but fail to take appropriate action to get the results they desire.

While Democrats as a rule are refusing to meet with President Trumps pick for the SCOTUS, and they want nothing to do with any of his policy decisions unless maybe he calls them personally and ask their permission?

Secretary Pompao was asked, “What did the president tell you about the 2 hour discussion with Putin?” When Pompao said basically that was privileged discussion and I won’t divulge its contents, but to say that US Policy toward Russia has not changed.” The Democrats kept saying, “The American people have a right to know what was said!” and “According to Russian news releases that say the DOD and the President are constantly at odds” over this, that and such and such. Then they ask Pompao what is the administration’s response?

Clearly they lack understanding to ask the Secretary of State concerning matters of the Trump Administration with questions that would be better directed to President Trump, or when requesting a DOD response, when he has told them to ask the DOD. These questions constantly surfacing in my mind are, “Have you asked the President?” or “Have you asked the Secretary of Defense?” One member said she has asked various administration officials and government leaders but nobody can tell her what was actually said in the Helsinki Summit. Again I say, ask the President!

It seems like a petty congressional committee who has vast responsibility when it comes to national defense, but lacks the wisdom to ask President Trump to share what was discussed. But keep in mind that when negotiating neither party wants to divulge privileged information that may prevent further progress in the negotiation process. Several questions dealt with the Singapore Summit. The committee wanted to know if North Korea was given clear definitive guidelines and definitions as they pertain to the US position on denuclearization. My question is did they not get the memo? Did they not see or read the signed agreement? Did they not hear the clear articulation on TV by Secretary Pompao that the agreement was the complete, total, and verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula?

It would be so much easier for them if they would strike down the delay and resistance tactics of the Congress and begin a closer dialog with President Trump and his administration. The committee chastised the president for taking the word of our adversary Putin over the words of US intelligence officials who have done so much to hinder the president. The same is true of a Congress that publicly telegraphs their open and blatant distrust for President Trump over every issue or decision he makes and calls him out as destroying our nation in the eyes of other world leaders, when it is they who are in fact attempting to destroy by giving the world and the nation an impression of discord, not unity.

There was much frustration and anger over private talks between Trump and Putin, and praise over NATO and the president calling for a more balanced approach for NATO funding by member states to prevent Russia from getting anything over on the US. The committee paid more attention on the propaganda reports from Russian intelligence, than they did to anything that President Trump has said about North Korea, Russia or China. Secretary Pompao took pains to clarify to the committee differences by past administrations policies and those of the Trump administration. He also let the committee know that US policy has not changed, neither have sanctions been lifted against Russia and that he was not the “answer man” for all the questions that were presented to him today.

Did any of the committee stop to think that the United States is only one member state of NATO, as is the Russian Federation? So if NATO consists of allies of the US, why are China and Russia two of today’s NATO member states? Talk about a conflict of interest of global proportions.

My advice to the committee is this, during negotiations there are times when you don’t need sensitive information leaked to CNN or any other news source. There is a need to know and at the right time those who need will know. So the next time there are closed door sessions of Congress or interviews and questioning of individuals, why not just open the door and invite radio, television and internet news into the proceedings? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Secret Tape Leaked

THE SECRET TAPE LEAKED

The hits just keep on coming. For the past 2 years we’ve been hearing “Russia Collusion” sprinkled with a bit of “Secret Sexual Activity” and a few hundred “Impeachment’s” thrown in when the news want to tell America about our President Trump. Isn’t that convenient?

We’re all familiar with the saga of “Stormy” and Donald Trump and the $200,000 non-story it turned into even though the President paid in an attempt to prevent it from being made public in an attempt to discredit him and it still was “leaked” to the press.

The latest “Secret Tape” is a recording that was done by his long time lawyer Michael Cohen, and HIS former Clinton lawyer who “leaked” it to the press with his own spin on the contents of the tape. I always thought that lawyer-client privilege was a sacred, but I always thought it was illegal to record another person without their knowledge and/or consent?

This is just another evolution in the “Russian Collusion” investigation that has identified Cohen as having legal ties to President Trump, and after putting “the screws” to him in order to get Cohen to turn on the President. Guess what – It worked!

The essence of the tape is that 2 months before the election Donald Trump and Michael Cohen talked about a non-story coming out in the National Enquirer (an event in 2006 that Trump denied happening) and the need to pay to keep in from being printed. Cohen wanted to use cash and Trump said no – check (to keep in traceable and above board).

Rich and famous people are always getting someone “digging for gold” and using any means to get them to part with their money. Now the media is spinning a tail of “Campaign Finance Laws” may have been broken? Not true, unless Trump used campaign funds to pay off this story. How exactly would that happen when a billionaire has enough of his own money to offer to buy the publishing firm? That didn’t happen either.

Now this is what lawyers say is “fruit of the poison tree” = evidence obtained from other evidence that is either bad or obtained erroneously. (Lawyer tapes his unknowing client, gets caught in a legal vice and gives it up to get a lighter sentence.) And since it’s a result of an investigation which began with phony evidence to obtain a FISA Warrant the entire process is suspect to begin with. Don’t you just hate it when that happens? – I am the Real Truckmaster!
