On Trump and Constitutional Rights

On Trump and Constitutional Rights

I know there are many scholars, journalists and accomplished authors who may disagree with my take on this article, but then I guess it’s you right to disagree.

There has been a lot of political posturing from Congress, The White House, POTUS, and the SCOTUS as well as from each political party here in the United States. Those on the left think they’re right, those on the right think they’re justified and those in the middle don’t realize that they are all from the same political bird.

Donald J. Trump was the political darling of the Democrat Party. He was everyone’s “sugar daddy”. He had the money and didn’t mind flaunting it so that everyone knew it. Politicians had no problem with that because he filled their coffers and money is what makes the world go around. Those who worked for Mr. Trump knew he had a nasty temper and they dared not cross him. Anyone who did ultimately ended up hearing “You’re Fired” or worse. Those who went head to head with him knew he was a tough nut to crack. Generally you either loved him or hated him, there was no in between.

So in 2015 when Trump announced he was running for President everyone thought it was a stunt to ramp up the ratings of “The Apprentice”?  During the political debates he was seen as the least like to be nominated. Everyone underestimated him and even Hillary Clinton seriously misjudged him.

During the transition period then President Obama appeared to support his winning the election and said it was in America’s interests for Trump’s administration to be successful.

After the inauguration of Donald Trump as POTUS #45 all the niceties ended. If this was a honeymoon, it ended before the ship of state had even set sail. In fact encouraged by Democrats in Congress, the media became hostile toward the administration. Various groups immerged who were openly hostile toward President Trump, more so than any other president in US history.

So when Trump comments as is his custom, every sentence he speaks is dissected and taken apart, reassembled and broadcast as unadulterated fact. Early on Trump had taken to Twitter as a means to get his message out to America and to the world. Rather than simply getting on Twitter to get the exact message, journalists, reporters and the media were offended that Trump wasn’t giving them a fair shake.

Trump responded by saying that much of what was being written was “Fake News” and those who peddled it were “the enemies of America”. These fake reporters should have taken it as a wakeup call and decided to get back to reporting the news but they didn’t.

Now take the CNN Jim Acosta incident. During a presidential press briefing Acosta asked his question, but did not sit down nor release the microphone when the WH intern needed to move it to another reporter. Acosta had his credentials taken and he was removed from the WH press room. Case closed? No, Acosta acted like a spoiled kid who had his candy taken away. It wasn’t until after CNN sued to get the credentials returned that Acosta was allowed back into the WH press room. He didn’t however come in as a meek and mild mannered reporter, nor was he grateful to be let back in because he felt he was entitled to be there.

Then the “outraged” press began accusing President Trump of violating Acosta’s first amendment rights of freedom of the press. Not even close.

The First Amendment:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

How anyone can accuse the President of violating the first amendment is pure fabrication and kicking a correspondent out of a press briefing is indicative of bad conduct by the journalist.

What I have seen by President Trump is time and again he prods people to change their behavior. Maybe his methods are unorthodox by many standards, but his goal is accountability. It goes back to the old Trump adage of doing a job right the first time and putting your name on it (to own up to the finished product).

President Trump has openly said what he means and means what he says. He is not one to accept a good try and failure is not an option. At home and on the international scale President Trump has placed America First and is doing what he said he would do during the campaign.

Trump’s rhetoric is not that of the average politician. He’s interest is not to hurt feelings but to change thinking. For quite a number of years Americans have been like a frog in a pot of lukewarm water on a stove. We have been led to believe that the way things are is the way it has always been and that it’s good enough.

Our schools have dumbed down educational standards until the only requirement is showing up. Basic reading, writing and arithmetic have been replaced by common core. The very thought of “It takes a village to raise a child” is misplaced thinking in that it takes away from parental responsibility.

Common core leads away from common sense. Instead of male and female there are an infinite number of gender combinations to choose from and one must only need to “feel like” any one of them to be one. Lowering the bar does not insure a learned education, but insures more students are simply pushed through the system.

One of the latest “fades” is the false representation of immigration. Being a citizen of the world does not entitle anyone to be accepted for immigration into the United States. It is not a human right to come here. In fact it is a privilege for anyone who has been approved for any type of immigration into the United States. When mass immigrants come to our borders demanding and threatening to cross over with or without documentation it is called an “invasion”. There are no amendment rights to insure someone has the right to enter the United States.

Border security has to be taken seriously by the legislators who write the laws and the president who enforces the laws and by law enforcement who secure the border. It must be taken seriously by US citizens who are affected when unlawful entry is made by anyone.

The Second Amendment:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

This insures that Americans are able to defend themselves, their families and in case of national emergency the very nation.

If more American citizens would read and understand the rule of law as defined in the Constitution of the United States, then spend more time working to make America a better place to work and live, and get away from the “entitlement” mentality and of “being offended”, these petty differences would become a force for uniting the country.

I may not talk the way President Trump talks, nor think the way he thinks, but I will support him as he works to make this nation safe again. So don’t kick up a fuss, just get on the bus! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

If Mass Immigration Is Not A Problem

11-24-2018

If Mass Immigration is not a Problem

Former President Barack Obama was in the media criticizing President Trump saying that the “caravans” were a fabrication by the GOP and were nothing new as they have been happening for a long time. So immediately questions came to mind. If you knew it was happening when you were Senator Obama why did you not attempt to write legislation to change the immigration laws? Or during your 8 years as President why did you not push the Congress you had been part of to conduct immigration reform? Lastly show me since 1990 when we had internationally organized mass immigration marchers trekking through Central America and Mexico intentionally crossing the US border? Or why did you as President allow unvetted immigrants from Middle Eastern nations into the US without so much as a blink?

What we are seeing today is a U.N. sponsored and sanctioned attempt to override the sovereignty of the US as well as other countries by providing “escorts” for the massive migration “caravans” which are not caravans at all, but organized waves of invaders.

What is disheartening is the fact that former President Obama and the members of Congress who should be supporting President Trump’s efforts to strengthen our Southern border had in fact become a “legislative wall” preventing national security.

Earlier (January 25th of this year), President Trump met with Congressional leaders of both major political parties to talk about Comprehensive Immigration Reform. During the meeting each member received President Trump’s proposed plan to reform immigration laws. As cameras rolled all the Congressional power players smiled and conducted themselves cordially to let the public know how they were open to working with the President on this matter. After the cameras were removed from the meeting room it was a different story and what was leaked to America by Democrats was a misquotation and out of context statement that President Trump called immigrants thieves and criminals and that he hated immigrant. Do you remember?

What has Congress done since that time on immigration reform? What changes have been made to the Southern border or to immigration across the board for that matter?

More importantly why are we seeing these massive organized hordes of people from so many nations being rammed like a ramrod through Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico while being aimed directly at US border crossings?

It is way past time for Congress to act. In my opinion it is time for President Trump to get Congress back in session, where they should remain until they fix immigration, confirm presidential nominees and begin earning the trust of the people who elected them.

Here is the White House Framework on Immigration Reform and Border Security that President Trump issued on January 25, 2018. It can be found online it its original format.

ALL NEWS

BORDER SECURITY: Securing the Southern and Northern border of the United States takes a combination of physical infrastructure, technology, personnel, resources, authorities, and the ability to close legal loopholes that are exploited by smugglers, traffickers, cartels, criminals and terrorists.

The Department of Homeland Security must have the tools to deter illegal immigration; the ability to remove individuals who illegally enter the United States; and the vital authorities necessary to protect national security.

These measures below are the minimum tools necessary to mitigate the rapidly growing surge of illegal immigration.

$25 billion trust fund for the border wall system, ports of entry/exit, and northern border improvements and enhancements.

Close crippling personnel deficiencies by appropriating additional funds to hire new DHS personnel, ICE attorneys, immigration judges, prosecutors and other law enforcement professionals.

Hiring and pay reforms to ensure the recruitment and retention of critically-needed personnel.

Deter illegal entry by ending dangerous statutorily-imposed catch-and-release and by closing legal loopholes that have eroded our ability to secure the immigration system and protect public safety.

Ensure the detention and removal of criminal aliens, gang members, violent offenders, and aggravated felons.

Ensure the prompt removal of illegal border-crossers regardless of country of origin.

Deter visa overstays with efficient removal.

Ensure synthetic drugs (fentanyl) are prevented from entering the country.

Institute immigration court reforms to improve efficiency and prevent fraud and abuse.

DACA LEGALIZATION: Provide legal status for DACA recipients and other DACA-eligible illegal immigrants, adjusting the time-frame to encompass a total population of approximately 1.8 million individuals.

10-12 year path to citizenship, with requirements for work, education and good moral character.

Clear eligibility requirements to mitigate fraud.

Status is subject to revocation for criminal conduct or public safety and national security concerns, public charge, fraud, etc.

PROTECT THE NUCLEAR FAMILY: Protect the nuclear family by emphasizing close familial relationships.

Promote nuclear family migration by limiting family sponsorships to spouses and minor children only (for both Citizens and LPRs), ending extended-family chain migration.

Apply these changes prospectively, not retroactively, by processing the “backlog.”

ELIMINATE LOTTERY AND REPURPOSE VISAS: The Visa Lottery selects individuals at random to come to the United States without consideration of skills, merit or public safety.

This program is riddled with fraud and abuse and does not serve the national interest.

Eliminate lottery and reallocate the visas to reduce the family-based “backlog” and high-skilled employment “backlog.”

These are not only reasonable, but a common sense approach to controlling migration into the US by allowing individuals and families who are intent on becoming constructive members of our society and grabbing hold of the American Dream.

Should Congress continually fail to do their constitutional legislative duty President Trump could use his constitutional authority to close the entire US Southern border from Texas to California until immigration reform is accomplished, at which time orderly and lawful immigration could continue. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Ramp it Up President Trump

Trump Rally

11-23-2018

Ramp it Up President Trump

America has been on a roller coaster ride for almost 2 years. The offended have become the offenders in an “anything goes” political environment. It has come down to the “Never Trumpers” against the “Forever Trumpers” in a literal battle of the Swamp War.

President Trump tweets or says something and after various media slanted “Breaking News” announces and the entire world seems to erupt into chaos as everything is “Trumps fault”. Sound about right?

What I keep hearing from both the right and the left is Trump’s not qualified and he should “tone it down”. You know don’t get in their faces. Don’t stir up the pot. Don’t stoke the flames of hate. Stop being the racist who hates immigrants so much. These naysayers are coming out from all sides and literally searching for something to stop Trump in his tracks and saying he’s bad for America. Yeah right.

Do you know what polar opposites are? It’s the old North Pole versus South Pole thing where they are so far left that they think they’re right.

During the campaign prior to the 2016 presidential election Donald J. Trump made several promises to American voters.

Four things really stick out.

First he promised to build that wall.

Second he promised to drain the swamp.

Third he said we’re going to win, win, win until we asked him to stop winning, we can’t handle it.

Fourth he said we’re going to Make America Great Again.

Instead of embracing these as four positives, people get offended and act like he is promising to poke them in the eye with a big stick four times.

They say hindsight is 20/20 and what I see happening is politicians who previously championed border security and were for building a wall, now are adamantly against it simply because Trump is not a politician and he’s pushing it. Isn’t it like someone with a big shiny new car, running out of gas and complaining that the tow truck driver is racist because he wants to tow the car to a gas station?

Trump promised to drain the swamp in Washington and many Americans didn’t even know Washington had a swamp. Looking back we see that there are many layers to this political swamp. Politicians, lobbyists and even bystanders all trying to keep things the way they were and at all costs. If the swamp was a huge dam with a small crack with water beginning to leak, they would all be fighting each other to insure that nobody was the first one to plug the hole, and then complaining that the hole is getting bigger.

Trump said we would tire of winning and he was right. They are all fighting to see who can become the biggest loser. That might be great for a television show, but after all winning is a good thing. When American’s work, they are contributing to society, they feel good about themselves and we all become stronger together.

Trump also said we are going to Make America Great Again. The naysayers are quick to say America was never great and to that I say “poppycock”; “hogwash”; and “horsepucky”. If America was never great we would all be speaking German after World War I and there would have been no industrial revolution in America. Instead of being called the new world, it might have been called the New Germany. Instead of calling for American dollars to bail out many third world nations, we would have been a third world nation ourselves, possibly 50 insignificant third world nations. The United Nations would have never been conceived in New York and funded by American tax dollars. And Barack Obama would never have been the first African-American to become President because after World War I there would no longer have been a United States of America.

So instead of caving in to the voices of many who have no vision, no future for America, or no idea of how to push ahead successfully, instead of toning it down I say Ramp It Up President Trump! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

My Thoughts on the Impending Invasion

11-21-2018

My Thoughts on the Impending Invasion

There has been a focus on Mexico where these immigrants have set up camps while waiting to gain entry into the United States. US film crews have chronicled portions of their journey north in an attempt to understand who these people are, how they are being cared for and who is financing the movement of thousands of people from Central, South America and other countries, even from Africa.

US Media outlets have committed lots of air time showing footage of young men climbing and sitting on top of the wall. Other footage is of women, children and families searching for a better life. For the most part what is not being shown are the hundreds of young military age men in their midst.

Interviews of some of these men indicate that they are not interested in gaining asylum in the US, they say they want jobs, but in reality they simply want access to the United States where they can travel freely and do whatever they choose.

There are internationally organized groups funding and enabling these “caravans” north, with the intention of tearing down the national barriers (border walls) of every nation, to include the United States. These are globalist organizations and threaten the sovereignty of each nation they touch.

We are now hearing reports of localized violence and attacks on Mexican law enforcement officers in the towns where these “caravans” have set up camps. Mexican civilians are outraged and want these people to go back home, NOW! They want the violence to stop, so their town can return back to normal.

American politicians want everyone to think this immigration issue is not the problem. They want everyone to think that President Trump is the problem and that is not true.

Since the inauguration of President Trump on 20 January 2017 he has urged Congress to do their job and change the problem areas in our immigration laws through a comprehensive reform of immigration. Trump has urged Congress to fully fund our Southern border with a wall. Trump has urged Congress to fund and support law enforcement, our border patrol and our military.

Congress as a whole has done little about it. They complain about President Trump, his stance on border security and mock him as he implements by executive action stop gap measures to secure our border. Congress has said the wall is too costly, while funding aid for illegal aliens inside our nation.

Congress will now find out that temporary border security measures will cost far greater than a physical barrier wall. Moving US military personnel to various southern border ports of entry is seen as costly and a waste of resources. I submit that National Security is never a waste, but a necessity.

Our military train extensively for potential deployment overseas where we assist other nations in ridding various resistance forces and criminal elements so these nations can self-govern effectively. Why would we not do the same at home in the United States?

Our military forces are fully capable of securing our southern border, initially with reinforced razor wire and other detection equipment, but also in the actual construction of the wall. Yes contracts have been granted for contractors to build portions of the wall, but infuse those contractors with military engineer units and everyone wins.

How long would it take to complete construction of the southern border wall if President Trump would seal off ALL border access points and stop immigration until the wall has been completed? Think of the loss of revenue both north and south of the border? But think of the revenue being generated by US military dollars being infused into these US border towns during the construction phase.

Our military need this real-world mission which is very important to national security and I applaud President Trump on making the decision to commit Active, Reserve and National Guard forces to protecting the homeland.

Should the violence in Mexico continue or become worse, I would urge President Trump to declare Marshall Law along the border region from Texas to California and should troops become combatants engaging armed intruders, the region be declared a combat zone with clear Rules of Engagement.

I don’t understand how Congress can simply sit by and complain while aiding and abetting foreign actors in a War on Freedom, here in the United States. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Anti-Flatulence Underwear

IMG_2517

The Anti-Flatulence Underwear

We need a break from all the “news” that we’re reading about on Facebook. I’m writing in preparation for Thanksgiving Day where everyone will be eating heartily and I was reminded of one of the morning show programs recently where they discussed an article about clothing one can wear to take care of the odor associated with passing gas (farting). While searching I found some really good news. This New Zealand Medical Journal has an article about Flatulence on airplanes: just let it go.

There has been a breakthrough in new technology that has caught up with military technology of the 1980’s, with the new Under-Ease 2G with replaceable filter that wicks away moisture. This is the latest from the Under-Tee Corporation – Underwear for Flatulence.

There’s even a company in England that specializes in “Shreddies” a Flatulence Filtering Underwear for women. They even have Ladies Flatulence Pyjamas.

Another product is this Military Outdoor Clothing U.K. Military Chemical Suit that can be found on Amazon.

If you were in the military you must remember the charcoal lined MOPP suits, and they are now offered on ebay. It goes with everything. You know the booties, rubber gloves and that peachy keen chemical mask with its attractive carrier.

The morning show program was talking about this company that has developed Anti-Flatulence, charcoal-lined pants that you sit or stand with your legs together and “let her rip” it will make passing gas a totally new experience for everyone. I haven’t yet found the link to the article, but it sort of squashes the bad smell after eating spicy food or in my case ice cream (due to a lactose issue). – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Another Distraction in Trump vs McRaven Controversy

11-20-2018

Another Distraction in Trump vs McRaven Controversy

(Caveat added)

How many will continue to fall for distractions that take public attention away from what’s really important in our country. I have written much about the efforts produced by the media as it leads the effort to divide America from President Trump and the effort he has placed on improving the lives of everyday American citizens.

Take the recent interview on Fox News where Chris Wallace interviewed President Trump. At the point in the interview Trump was asked about the statement made to CNN by Admiral William H. McRaven (RET) where he said, “the President’s attack on the media is the greatest threat to our democracy in my lifetime.”

President Trump said that Admiral McRaven was a “Hillary Clinton fan.”

When Wallace pointed out that he, “led the operation to take down Saddam Hussein and that killed Osama bin Laden says that your sentiment is the greatest threat to democracy in his lifetime.”

Trump said, “Ok, he’s a Hillary Clinton, uh, backer and an Obama-backer and frankly—“

Wallace interrupted, “He was a Navy Seal 37 years—“

Trump said, “Wouldn’t it have been nice if we got Osama Bin Laden a lot sooner than that, wouldn’t it have been nice?”

Trump did not attack Admiral McRaven; he gave unscripted thoughts and opinion to specific questions.

If the McRaven has the freedom to express himself about the president, why does the president not have the same freedom? In fact McRaven came back with his own response,

“I admire all Presidents, regardless of their political party, who uphold the dignity of the office and who use that office to bring the Nation together in challenging times.

I stand by my comment that the President’s attack on the media is the greatest threat to our democracy in my lifetime. When you undermine the people’s right to a free press and freedom of speech and expression, then you threaten the Constitution and all for which it stands.”

I tend to agree with President Trump how he felt and spoke during the interview was expressing his opinion on the questions he was asked.

Trump was “fact-checked” by CNN and others about his “he’s a Hillary Clinton backer” statement which Admiral McRaven fired back saying that he didn’t back her but does support Presidents who have dignity.

Admiring and showing respect for the office of the President or for the sitting President are entirely different. Whether you admire President Trump or not, respecting the office of the president is not an option.

What I see from so many people who know absolutely nothing about President Trump other than what they see, hear or read from the media is horrendous. The talk about Donald Trump being a draft dodger is an absolute lie that has been repeated so many times that it has become legend; and legends told enough are often believed as if they have become fact.

The fact that Donald Trump was medically classified at “4F” by a medical doctor due to bone spurs and it was during the Vietnam War changes nothing and doesn’t make him a draft dodger. Many draft dodgers ended up in uniform and went to Vietnam, while others who volunteered were denied for medical reasons.

All this talk by those who argue that Trump was disrespectful to Admiral McRaven and therefore disrespected ALL veterans becomes nonsense when they are themselves disrespectful toward President Trump.

As a veteran and retired military I find no disrespect in the president’s remarks. It was his observation and yes it would have been nice to have gotten Osama Bin Laden sooner especially the location where he had been hiding out in Pakistan was near a military training center. It had to be obvious to Pakistani some military leaders that this family of “foreigners” resided nearby.

I suggest that those critics go back and watch the entire Fox News interview before making fools out of themselves. Many have gone on to suggest that Trump was wrong in firing Clapper, speaking out about McCain and Mueller because they have military service and he does not. In all fairness Trump is President and they are not.

I suggest that many of our military officers began training at a number of military academies before entering one of the service academies or graduating from an ROTC program. Trump went through the New York Military Academy where he excelled as a leader and an athlete. He was on track for military leadership and the diagnosis of bone spurs which rendered him 4F was not something he or his family had any control over, but prevented him from entering military service. That does not make Trump a draft dodger or evader of military service, it means he was simply disqualified for military service.

The pendants tried that with former President George W. Bush because he went into the Texas Air National Guard as a pilot. However nobody questioned former President Barack H. Obama for not serving in the military or questioned him for his former-membership in the Black Panther movement during his youth and after returning from Indonesia.

Contrary to what you may know or wish to know President Donald Trump is a patriot who loves our country and our military. He shows it by his actions, not by your words or mine. His patriotism has been clearly demonstrated over the past 30+ years, if you look at his various interviews from the 1980’s and since. His position of many differing subjects has not changed over time, and we see him implementing many of those ideas today. I can tell you that military service does not make you a hero or patriotic and not all patriots are or have been service members.

I have seen many serving in uniform and overseas who did not serve honorably and were discharged because of their conduct. I have known and seen many who did not serve that would stand side by side with our military men and women and not back down in a fight. They were no less patriotic.

I see many today who are misinformed and no amount of coaxing, informing or re-educating will sway their misguided notions or opinions. They know what they want to know, whether it is true or not, their perception is their “truth”.

Someone once said we must pick our battles.

What I see in President Trump is that he picks his battles and chooses the ones he intends to win. Trump is simply a man who makes mistakes, just like you or I, but he is not a man who is easily swayed to the right or to the left. His focus is not just on winning the battle, but winning the war.

Let me add a caveat here, although President Trump has a right to speak, tweet or communicate as he wishes the public has a right NOT to listen, re-tweet or communicate in response to the original content and EVERYONE has a responsibility to weigh their response or words against the truth. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

So Democrats Have The House

11-19-2018

So Democrats Have the House

The 2018 mid-terms are over and the Democrats will be taking over the majority in the House of Representatives. My question is simply this, what changes? Do they suddenly have a conscious? Are they now willing to take their political vehicle from Park and put it into Drive and begin doing their constitutional duties or do they simply see this as a way to shift from Low into High gear and ramp up the Democratic rhetoric?

Under Republican House leadership, the Democrats have stalled on every front. They have opposed common sense legislation, made a mockery of Congress and resisted President Trump because they could get away with it. Even when challenged by the president to write legislation that will directly benefit the American people and make our nation safer, they chose “No”.

But now on the eve of the new Congress being sworn in suddenly the Democrats are motivated to become fully transparent and release documents to the public, many of which may still be classified. They have renewed their chants of investigate President Trump for the non-existent Russian Collusion, and do whatever it takes to impeach him. Looks to me like Democrat change is no change at all.

Unless Congress becomes unified in an effort to uphold the rights of the American people under the Constitution, stop the “Reality TV and Circus antics” we’ve seen over the past several months Americans will continue to be victimized by the racist tendencies of the Congressional Black Caucus on the extreme left who’s membership has striven over the past 40+ years to effect changes that consolidate power and weaken Congress at the expense of the American people.

Congress has the responsibility to do what is in the best interests of American citizens when it comes to national security and public safety by insuring the legislation written is in full compliance to the Constitution of the United States. At the same time American citizens have the responsibility to elect legislators who will fulfill their campaign promises and safeguard ALL the articles contained in the Bill of Rights and in the Constitution.

How do you know your rights unless you read and seek to understand the Constitution? How do you exercise your rights unless you also exercise your right to vote? How do you insure your children and grandchildren know the history of America unless we begin teaching Civics classes and American History in schools again?

We must allow God back into our schools and teach biblical principles instead of the religions of the world. Our nation was founded by men and women who lived and died for the right to practice their faith in God without government interference. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Consequences of Hate

11-18-2018

The Consequences of Hate

Life is full of consequences. What we do in life centers around what we love. What we love we make our priority. When God is our priority our trust, faith and eternal hope is based on love. God is love. In the bible we are told to weigh everything against the Word of God to see whether it be true or untrue. Without the salvation knowledge of God and a relationship with Jesus Christ there can be no love. Not in the true sense of the word because without the love of God there will be counterfeits which leads away from God’s love to the lusts of the flesh (jealousy, anger and hate).

God didn’t tell us not to be angry. He warned us not to associate with angry people lest we become like them. He didn’t forbid us from being angry. He simply said don’t be so angry that it leads you to sin. We are to forgive others as God forgives us. If we don’t forgive others who trespass or sin against us, in the same way God will not forgive us. We are not to go to bed angry as it can lead to a host of health issues that actually destroy ourselves from the inside. Anger leads to hate.

We need to define what hate is to begin to understand, so we reach out to Merriam-Webster’s definition of hate.

  • Definition of hate(Noun) (often attributive)
    • 1a : intense hostility and aversion usually deriving from fear, anger, or sense of injury
    • b : extreme dislike or disgust : antipathy, loathing
      • had a great hate of hard work
    • c : a systematic and especially politically exploited expression of hatred
      • a crime motivated by bigotry and hate
    • —often used before another noun
      • hate mail
      • an organization tracking hate groups
    • 2 : an object of hatred
      • a generation whose finest hate had been big business— F. L. Paxson

  • Definition of hate (Verb)
    • hated; hating

  • Definition of hate(transitive verb)

Today we as a society have become so politically charged that we cannot see the forest because of the splinter in our own eyes (biblically speaking). It is more like political conditioning that instead of looking for the good in everyone, we have become somewhat cynical and only see the bad.

Hatred is infectious and spreads faster than the California wildfires, yet the destruction is worse because it outlasts the normal human lifetime. Often the effects are traumatic and have an everlasting impact on everyone who comes in contact or is associated with the people, places or events.

No matter whether you like or loath Donald Trump your opinion was influenced by the fact that he decided to run for the presidency of the United States and it wasn’t so much his decision, but the part played by the media and the reaction of other “politicians”. They felt it was beneath them to have him running in the same circles because he was not one of them, he was not a politician.

So like it or not your opinion was based on a manufactured perception of the rich and famous playboy womanizer who got rich of the backs of others, right?

Since that 2015 date of his announcement you have grown accustomed to the misinformation that attacked his name, his family and his reputation. Not only that, but you have perpetuated (aided) in those attacks by helping to spread the fake news that you have been chewing on over time. You have spent every waking moment of everyday for the past 3 years seething on the perception you have about a man so unworthy, that you have decided in your heart not to afford him the recognition or respect he is due.

You hate Donald Trump with great intensity. In fact you are actively hostile and loathe the mention of his name. The big business of your generation is the hatred of Donald J. Trump. You must be very proud!

Well I hate to burst your bubble, but it was not up to you to decide if Donald Trump could or would run for president. Also it was not up to you to decide if he would receive the GOP nomination.

What was up to you was to exercise your constitutional right to vote as a US citizen and to cast your ballot. If you did your civic duty, that was all you were responsible for doing. The election process worked exactly as it was designed to do, in spite of the efforts of many to circumvent the safeguards of the Constitution and it was in the hands of Almighty God who would be President, and in 2016 that man was Donald J. Trump. The die has been cast, the results were final and it is now up to you to get over it.

The 2018 mid-term elections are over, with exception to some who still try to frustrate the election process in order to alter the outcome in their favor. This too will pass and once the final results are announced those people will have to get over it.

For some, however, there will be a penalty phase where they will become involved in the criminal justice system for obvious and willful misconduct.

In the words of former President Barack H. Obama, “Elections have consequences”.

Hatred has consequences and they are not only the destruction of others, but that of self-destruction. One can be consumed by the hatred of another, so much so that it is impossible to see the destruction of one’s inner being. The bible warns us that we cannot serve two masters. We will love the one and loathe the other and it’s hard to recognize when hate becomes your master. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Reasons to Hate President Donald J Trump

11-15-2018

Reasons to Hate President Donald J Trump

I’ve been searching for reasons not to like President Trump. Maybe these are valid reasons, maybe not?

  1. Brash – Outspoken and direct
  2. Cocky – Sure of himself (seems over confident)
  3. Dangerous – Going to start WWIII
  4. Draft Dodger – Medical deferred (4F)
  5. Loser – Not substantiated, because losers quit
  6. Not a leader – Not substantiated, successful company, successful as POTUS#45
  7. Not Fit to be president – Does not suffer from TDS, fully fit to serve
  8. Not real Republican – Not typical politician, supports Republicans and Democrats
  9. Obnoxious – Outspoken
  10. Playboy image – Lifestyle of rich and famous, flaunted wealth
  11. Racist – Not true, no racial bias, but works hard for minorities to be seen and heard
  12. Rich – Guilty, filthy rich – didn’t need to be POTUS, was compelled to run and win
  13. Sexist – Not true, treats women and men equally
  14. Spontaneous – Not true, thinks in advance of the outcome and how to achieve before committing
  15. Womanizer – Past reputation, not true today

These are what I could come up with off the top of my head.

I also came up with a list of reasons to like Donald J. Trump

  1. Determined – knows how to get results
  2. Draining the Swamp – putting a stop to political correctness in America, exposing unlawful activities and bringing violators to justice in due time
  3. Father – loves his children
  4. Father-in-law – loves his family
  5. Focused – not easily swayed
  6. Forgiven – By God (Why not you?)
  7. Grandfather – loves his family
  8. Husband – loves his wife
  9. Know your enemies – Don’t overlook the obvious
  10. Leader – successful company, loves military, sets by example
  11. Loves America – America First, Make America Great Again, Make America Safe Again
  12. Loves Constitution – swore oath to uphold Constitution
  13. No Longer Democrat – switched to Republican Party
  14. Not Hillary – Thank God
  15. Not Obama – Thank God again
  16. Patriotic – loves America
  17. POTUS#45 – Current sitting President, working for free (donates salary quarterly)
  18. Reputation – Results oriented
  19. Winner – Failure not an option, but opportunity to succeed

As you can see my lists are not equal but close. If you look at the accomplishments during the first 24 months since the election (22 months in office) they are unbelievable.

  • Address European Union about US oil
  • Address NATO about paying fair share
  • Address UN about Israel (moved Embassy to Jerusalem)
  • Addressed athletes over kneeling
  • Began ending Affordable Care Act
  • Challenged Congress to fix immigration and DACA
  • Challenged corporations to return factories to US
  • Confront China on tariffs
  • Confront Peoples Democratic Republic of Korea on full Denuclearization
  • Confront Russian Federation on tariffs and oil
  • Confronted Mexico on border security
  • Dealing with current invasion of illegal immigrants through Mexico from Central and South America and middle eastern countries (on going)
  • Dealing with election irregularities in several states
  • Dealt with numerous natural disasters in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Puerto Rico & California with increased response time and resources
  • Draining the Swamp to expose illegal violations of US law by various parties
  • Implemented immigration restrictions and modified policies for asylum
  • Increased jobs for all Americans
  • Lowered taxes

These are just a few accomplishments off the top of my head.

What I would like you to consider is given present circumstances and ongoing world events is the United States a better place and in a better position for American families to work and live in peace and security?

If you answered “NO”, what are you personally doing about it?

If you answered “YES”, what are you personally doing to assist making it happen?

Remember the saying, “Somebody’s got to do it”. Well YOU ARE SOMEBODY, what are you doing? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Character Declared or Displayed

Character 1

11-14-2018

Character Declared or Displayed

As defined by Merriam-Webster the character of a man or individual is defined as moral excellence and firmness. When someone is behaving in character they are acting in accordance with their usual qualities or traits and when someone is in a position or capacity that can also become their character.

What the Democrat Party in particular have revealed are actual characters who show their faces, express their opinions as fact and in fact reveal their true character as it relates to obtaining or maintaining their political position, or denying others their political opinions by calling them racist, homophobic or anti-Semitic.

The Republican Party is not immune in this regard either. There are those who would rather swim sideways across the swamp in order to make their name “stand out” but not against political corruption that is grossly evident in today’s body of Congress.

The American people, citizens of the United States as a rule have failed to exert their rights and privileges under the Constitution when it comes to their relationship with and between that of Federal, State and Local governments. We fail to see the importance of the checks and balances put in place when the founding fathers set forth upon this great experiment called a Constitutional Republic, the first of its kind in the world at its inception and the only one of its kind today.

It is because of our ignorance of governmental affairs at home and on the world stage that we are in the position we are in today. The stage has been set, events have been placed in motion and the entire world is ready to launch an order that will place all nations and all people under the control of a single political leader. There is but one who can delay or stop this process. All others are pawns in a worldwide game of thrones.

The current political climate in the United States is one of dependency upon the government to be the savior of us all. We have grown accustomed to governmental assistance when we have no job; when our livelihood is impaired; when factories cease to operate; or when farms and dairies cease to produce. We gladly take the handouts provided to appease us in the form of food stamps; unemployment payments to tide us over; governmental housing for our families; and we are so used to paying our fair share of taxes that actually fund our handouts. We pay into social security so that when we become aged and/or unable to continue working we will receive a stipend to help us survive, yet we continue to pay taxes on the substances we receive.

Yes our ignorance has made us ripe for the picking. We are constantly bombarded with “gun control” that will make us safe. We must surrender our guaranteed second amendment rights at self-protection as a means to defend ourselves, under threat of prison or heavy fines. All this while criminals roam freely also use threats, intimidation and murder to control their own little piece of America. We are told the government will protect us, when in fact it is those in government who threaten to overpower us for their own political ends. How can the likes of Schumer, Pelosi, Feinstein, Cruz, Goudy, Warren or any other politician now in office change the course of events which they themselves have orchestrated, or newly elected officials who are not equipped or knowledgeable of the overall big picture? As I said earlier there is only one who can stop this madness, or protect us from it and contrary to what you might think it is NOT the government.

Plain and simple the only one who can stop this madness is Almighty God and we must place our full trust in him alone. We must pray that God will change the character of this nation by changing the character of our governmental representatives and senators.

It is not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit of Almighty God! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
