Trickle Down Corruption

 

In business and in politics it is well known that the trickle-down theory works. Those at the top become rich while those at the bottom get the crumbs. Hillary knows and that’s why her preposterous statement on Trump’s Tax Cuts was that middle and lower class tax cuts were just crumbs, while CEOs and corporations make huge profits and pay less in taxes.

 

The same is true in politics. It is well known that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Those with the most political power are the ones who have the most money to buy or pay off anyone who gets in the way as they manipulate they’re power over people. The more money, more people and more people equates to more power. (Saul Alinsky mentioned something like that in his books.)

 

Looking back at the 2008 election all eyes were on Hillary Clinton as the DNC’s presumptive nominee. Her campaign was strong against the GOP nominee John McCain. All lights were green and she was good to go, until eclipsed by her Senatorial colleague from Illinois – Barack Obama. He literally took the air out of Hillary’s parade and ended up the Democratic nominee but the election to become the 44th President of the United States.

 

It’s interesting to note that Barack Obama came out of the political climate of Chicago, Illinois, the home town of Stephen A. Douglas who ran against Abraham Lincoln. Chicago became the political powerhouse in the Midwest and in the nation where unions and politics were at one time controlled by Mayor Dailey, a single most powerful man in politics at that time.

 

What I often refer to as Chicago Politics is a different way of thinking and interpreting a rule of law that often excludes the version outlined in the US Constitution. There is a right way, a wrong way and the Chicago way to do things.

 

Obama brought the Chicago way into the Presidency upon his inauguration in 2009. From the start he did things as Frank Sinatra would say, “My Way”, the Obama way. Don’t forget that Obama was appointed to fill a state Senate vacancy and stayed in office for 8 years learning the political ropes. The nation had not been exposed to him during those years. Before that Obama had been elected to the US Senate from Illinois where he spent 8 years fine tuning his run for the White House.

 

Obama brought into his inner circle, his White House staff and his administration Yes men and Yes women to do his bidding. Hillary Clinton became one of them as Obama’s Secretary of State. It was her participation trophy for losing the nomination to him. It placed her in a very peculiar and powerful position as the former First Lady and former Senator in a highly visible cabinet level position. Her accomplishments as SOS were simply doing as she was told and Benghazi 9/11/2012 was but one example where American lives were unnecessarily lost. Her decision to run private email servers out of her two private residences, bypassing Federal Cyber Security Protocol enabled early on foreign operatives to hack into her email account and accumulate real time copies of each email received and sent. Many of those emails were sensitive in nature, and often highly classified.

 

Obama used special “Czars” as bridges between him and his cabinet officials. Czars were often members of known terrorist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood. This was highly unconstitutional if not outright illegal.

 

Among other things the Affordable Care Act was pushed through Congress without allowing sufficient time for members to read, discuss or input into it. It was a means of controlling the massive medical system and determine who could or would be seen, how and if they would be treated, and how much it would cost. Priority was given to provide free healthcare to the unemployed while employers and employees would pay a massive and substantially high cost or face unreasonable fines for non-compliance. Some might even call it extortion by the government.

 

There were other displays of power which went unchecked or ignored by the Congress and way over the heads of American citizens. Like the extensive and massive immigration of migrants from the Middle East into select areas of the upper Midwest. Many of the migrants had undergone virtually no background checks or investigations and determining or verifying their identity was impossible or not done at all.

 

Welfare programs were expanded and offers of free stuff given to those who were unable or unwilling to work. This was simply a means of insuring dependency upon the government and was a form of indentured servitude (slavery). After 8 years of the Obama presidency the Transformation of America was well underway and virtually unopposed by Congress or the American people. Chicago style politics had reached a plateau in national politics. Obama was heralded as the fixer of all time. After 16 years in political office and 8 years as president his showmanship was on full display and everyone loved Barack Obama.

 

Even Stevie Wonder can see that political corruption was evident in the Obama administration. The next phase would begin once Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election. Foreign powers had been apologized to extensively over an 8 year period. Hush money had been delivered, retainers received and sacred precious metals had been provided. The rich had become richer, the poor were still poor and the uninformed were very much still uninformed. Like an overripe tomato hanging on the vine, the stage had been set for the final curtain in the “Take down of America” with nobody the wiser. The corruption of the American political system was all but complete.

 

God had other plans. The unexpected, the unthinkable, the unfathomable happened. Hillary lost the 2016 election to political outsider Donald Trump with campaign promises to drain the swamp, build the wall and change the direction America’s government was going, he promised to make America great again.

 

This would become a most challenging presidency as corruption had encompassed the Democratic Party completely and seeped into the Republican Party as well. Both Chambers of Congress had been infected with a virus known as the #TrumpDerangementSyndrome (DTS Virus). This caused offshoots of the DTS Virus known as #ResistanceVirus, #TrumpOffendsMe and more popularly as the #WokeVirus. It’s not hard to follow many of these viruses directly to their source in various democratically controlled Caucuses within the Congress. They are nothing more than violations of the RICO statute where one or more individuals have cohered, colluded or intimidated members of Congress away from doing their collective and individual duties and attempting to bring the US government to a complete and total halt.

 

They are prime examples of Trickle-Down Corruption in American Politics. Left unchecked everyone loses! I am the Real Truckmaster!

The recent back and forth between the House and the DOJ/FBI is akin to the pot calling the kettle black don’t you think? Does one go to RentaSpy.com or RentaSurveillancePerson.com to inquire about having someone watched for a specific purpose?

 

Back in the olden days wasn’t that the job of hiring a private investigator?

 

I can see Bond, James Bond tell the beautiful brunette or blonde babe that he is in the surveillance business for an organization he is not at liberty to divulge or he’d have to kill you. Wouldn’t it just be easier to follow the script and say he works for MI-6 as an international spy?

So to wiretap a phone, hide microphones in lamps, desks, tables or other furniture for the purpose of obtaining (and recording) information which might incriminate someone is it called spying on them or simply conducting surveillance? Does it depend upon “who” is doing it or to “whom” it was done?

 

Legally must there be probable cause to obtain a warrant?

What are the criteria for a FISA court warrant?

Who is responsible for gathering the probable cause info?

Who presents it to the FISA court judge?

Who authorizes the operation to proceed?

Who makes the determination to compile all the “incriminating evidence” (dotting the I’s and crossing all the t’s) and present it to higher authority?

Who is that higher authority?

At what point is authorization given to “leak” it to the media or to the public?

Who is held ultimately accountable?

 

I don’t think a reasonable person would have any problem connecting the dots and with a little investigative skill (and lots of luck) be able to place names in the appropriate places in the narrative above to see if wrong doing (illegal activity) occurred and attach the correct name(s).

 

The fact that operatives from the outgoing Obama administration would sabotage, falsify or alter documents, personnel and assets in order to prevent the new incoming Trump administration to begin functioning immediately places a lot of people suspect and culpable to criminal prosecution for treasonous action. Regardless of the number of participants it is ultimately the responsibility of the outgoing President (Barack Obama).

 

In my opinion (I’m no legal scholar) equally responsible and just as guilty of wrong doing are the members of Congress who bullied, colluded and conspired other members of Congress to the point that the “Mob Mentality” ruled the day and for more than 2 years. There are many moving parts yet to be seen, but like a roadmap all roads lead back to Barack Obama. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

I thought it would be appropriate to contrast President Donald J. Trump’s Campaign Promises Made, Promises Kept with his tract record on Jobs, The Economy, National Security, Tariff’s, Sanctions and America First, then compare what the 22 current Democratic contenders pledged to bring to the table to entice American voters.

 

Keep in mind that out of the 100 Senators and 435 Representatives in Congress there are 7 Senators and 5 Representatives who feel they can take on President Trump. That being said I feel that there may be only one serious contender and you might be surprised at who I feel that is, because name recognition has yet to be established.

 

It’s been said, “Winners focus on Winning, Losers focus on Winners”.  It takes commitment, dedication, tenacity and hard work toward an identifiable goal to cross the finish line first and hoping gets you nowhere fast. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

    • Has also advocated on behalf of various anti-war causes.
  • Issues: Williamson believes the federal government should spend hundreds of billions of dollars over the next 20 years on reparations for African Americans. She is also a critic of the U.S. economic system, explaining that her views are similar to Sens. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.

I don’t know about you but throughout the history of our great nation the problems of division along racial, gender, religious and other lines have come from Democrats.

 

The Civil War saw a Republican President agonize over and going the extra mile to end slavery in America. Who was against him – Democrats!

 

After the Civil War ended and peace was being restored President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated by – you guessed it – a Democrat!

 

With the Civil War over the fight to end slavery turned into harassment, intimidation and murder (lynching) by…………the Klu Klux Klan an organization made up of – Democrats!

 

  • The 13th Amendment – Abolish Slavery had 100% Republican support and only 23% Democratic support

 

  • The 14th Amendment – Gave Citizenship to Freed Slaves, with 94% of Republican Support and 0% Democratic Support

I’ve wondered how we got where we are today in 2019? There is division throughout the nation and around the world. It is not by chance or happenstance that this is happening right under our noses. The transformation of the United States began well before Barack Hussain Obama II entered the political race and took the White House.

 

I do mean took the White House along with the office of the presidency. After his birth on August 4, 1961 in Hawaii, Obama spent 4 years in Indonesia, then schooling in Chicago, community activism that began shaping his world view and propelling him forward, but with a leftist-twist, nothing noticeable but never the less like a hot air balloon his rise to political power had begun. His rise to power was unlike anything seen in American politics.

 

After 3 terms in the Illinois state legislature, 2 terms as a US Senator and 2 terms as President of the United States one might assume that Obama’s political ambitions had been satisfied? You would be wrong.  Absolute power corrupts absolutely and enough is never enough.

 

As far back as 2004 the Obama funding machine began raising funds that would help stand up the new Organizing for Action (OFA) in 2012 as a means of identifying, organizing and training future leaders in community activism. Going unnoticed OFA as the 2016 presidential election loomed with the anticipated election of Hillary Clinton. Her defeat to President Trump was seen as a personal blow to Obama. OFA regrouped and began preparing for the 2018 mid-term elections where they managed to effectively retake the House for the Democratic Party.

 

After the 2018 mid-term elections the OFA rebranded its organization into one called “All On The Line” in preparation for election district reforming projected to begin in 2021 (after the 2020 presidential election). They are anticipating a Trump re-election, but then it will be a no-holds-barred reformation of American politics that will fundamentally transform, if not eliminate many of guaranteed rights under the US Constitution or the Constitution itself.

 

This would be merely one giant step toward propelling Barack Obama into the seat of the Secretary General of the United Nations where his plan would transform world governments universally into a solid One World Order located in New York City. His plan does not see any limitations or obstructions especially from the government of the United States which he exploited and attempted to render mute during his 12 years in office as president.

 

Farfetched you say? I don’t think so Tim. Take a look at www.ofa.us which will take you to the www.allontheline.org and you will immediately see that the Obama fantasy is not some pie in the sky, shoot for the moon crackpot notion.

 

There are literally $B involved with Ms of “unpaid volunteers” in all 50 states chomping at their bits and pushing everything from Progressivism, Climate Change, Obamacare, Planned Parenthood, Gun Control and a host of other “causes “ many which go against the US Constitution.

 

Why did Obama, who is no longer in office, address the 116th Congress’s freshmen legislators in the halls of Congress a few weeks ago in 2019? Why are Obama, Biden, Kerry and even Hillary Clinton and others traveling and speaking on the world stage against the government of the United States and President Trump? Why the continual push of the Russian Collusion Delusion Hoax? World leaders have been told by those mentioned above not to worry about President Trump because he will not be in office very long.

 

Why are state legislators and members of the US Legislative Branch speaking out against US Government policies on immigration and world affairs and the Trump administration, while advocating for the removal of President Trump BY assassination or other means such as impeachment?

 

There seems to be a lot more than meets the eye of normal, average American citizens. It seems the world is against this nation and this nation’s leaders. What the world does not realize and the upcoming 2020 election will reveal that Almighty God has this! There is a reason that a most unlikely person, a self-made man became President Donald J. Trump to bring down Political Correctness in America. Until that has been achieved there is not a force on earth or in heaven that can prevent God’s word from returning void.

 

The fiber of our very being is at stake in this fight against the Righteousness of God and the United States of America as we knew it. I place my trust not in man. If God is for us, who can be against us? My trust is in Almighty God! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

You’ve heard it before, “Trust Me”! Taxes will be the new left.

 

What if I told you that I could provide a better life for you?

  • You’ll have 3 hot’s and a cot, no worries and everything will be just fine.
  • You won’t have bills to pay, food to buy, not even rent or a lease to worry about.
  • Want to go to school and get a degree? No problem and it’ll be free.
  • But you say you’ll need a phone? Not a problem, and yes – It’ll be free!

 

I’ll even throw in some extra benefits.

  • I’m going to do away with ALL petroleum-based products. Everything made out of plastics, rubber and silicone. It’ll be gone.
  • Think of saving planet earth one plastic bag at a time.
  • No plastic straws, cups, plates, forks, spoons or knifes.
  • No rubber-made products either.
  • We don’t need any stinking tires.
  • We won’t even need cars, trucks or buses. Think of all the pollution we’ll eliminate.
  • We’ll need to stop the use of fossil fuels like coal.
  • We need to save trees so we won’t have any more construction of new houses. We’ll have to stop burning wood in fireplaces because it causes pollution.
  • We’ll do away with air travel and trains.
  • There will be no automobiles, trucks or other means of conveyance because they all cause pollution.

 

There will be a slight need to increase or create new taxes to pay for this free stuff. Don’t worry about the job losses because they will be necessary. Corporations pay too little and keep too much for upper management salaries, so we’ll definitely have to increase taxes.

  • We’ll tax water coming out of the facet.
  • We’ll tax sidewalks because walking or running causes unnecessary wear and tear.
  • We’ll tax the air we breathe because everyone knows that air is a precious yet necessary commodity.
  • We’ll have to create a tax on humanity. This will cover the cost of having people milling around.

 

Under this new utopia the government will fix everything. Remember not to worry. Just trust me and everything will be alright. There will be no wars or rumors of wars because this is a single global government.

 

Yes life will be great and the best part is everything is free.

  • I’ll even give you free money for life, ok?
  • Sex is free.
  • Food is free.
  • Clothes are free.
  • Learning is free.
  • Love is free.
  • Free means Free.

 

This is complete, unequivally socialism at its finest and it’s all free. Choose and vote for me and it’s all free. You don’t have to worry about conservatism or republicans or anything because it’ll be so free that it will even be trump free. That’s right no Donald J. Trump in this utopian free world. Many years ago my mom sent me a special coffee mug with a soldier polishing his boots and over the picture was “Lefties Have Rights Too”. Being the eldest of 4 boys I was the only one who was left-handed and she wanted me to feel the love…… I did until someone on the night cleaning detail knocked my cup off my desk. I sure miss that cup and I miss mom as she has been gone for almost 3 ½ years now.

 

What really ticks me off in today’s political climate is that the Progressive-Socialistic-Left Leaning Democrats have totally screwed up what it truly means to be left. It was once acceptable for one to be left while still being right, but not anymore.

 

Today’s Democratic Leftists are anti-EVERYTHING that makes sense. There is now an active movement to kill babies in the womb and even after birth; murder has become simply a post-term abortion; parents are forbidden to discipline their child; parents are not refer to the child by their gender but let the child decide if he/she/it wants a gender identity; parents are not supposed to even change a baby’s diaper without permission (maybe it will soon require written permission).

 

Today children go to school not to learn but to be indoctrinated with social-political nonsense. They are taught sexual education classes which provide visual aids and slides on differing sexual preferences and parental permission is forbidden. They are told to be tolerant of all religions, yet forbidden to present anything citing the Christian religion or to mention God or Jesus Christ at school. Textbooks cite that socialism is the way of the future in America, while touting that capitalism is completely wrong.

 

Students who make it through the public education system are sent off to colleges and universities where their indoctrination process continues and a wide range of hate groups and domestic terroristic factions have unlimited access to campuses where religions of the world are cultivated.

 

It has become the way of the left to be far-politically left to the point of calling for the destruction and removal of various religious and historical signs, banners and figures (statues) from public and private squares. There is a movement for the overthrow of the government by any means necessary. Political figures are encouraged to conduct seminars and rallies on campus, yet conservative views are not allowed.

 

The new socialist left has become one of everything’s free.  No tuition for liberal students; food, housing, medical, phones and injection sites where druggies can obtain free needles are all on the table. It’s no wonder that political parties today have nothing to offer in the real world. I see no plan of action for how to make anything better. It’s all about tearing down all that is deemed offensive to the left, while ignoring dissenting opinions. Political candidates on the left offer nothing of hope only a future if regression into something resembling South American dictatorial regimes where threats and intimidation rule.

 

Nothing is left but the right to leave the left to become morally right. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

It’s not only about the Emails

 

It isn’t about Hillary Clinton’s emails. It is about her ACTIONS and INACTION during crisis. It is about unlimited power; wrongdoing with impunity with real lives on the line; and trading up with intent to profit or gain personally. I watched a clip from one of the MSM morning talk shows where the anchor said “they’re still talking about Hillary’s emails”. It is obvious to me that the liberals on the left still just don’t get it.

 

Hillary Clinton lost her bid for the presidency to Barack Obama in 2008 when he stole the DNC nomination right out from under her and she didn’t even see it coming. Her consolation prize was becoming Obama’s Secretary of State. Even the TV show “Madam Secretary” paid tribute to her. However he show did not capture the real intrigue or intent of the real madam secretary.

 

Anyone involved in government (including Hillary) knows fully well the requirements of cyber security and the use of secure phones, computers and various communications in order to keep official correspondence and/or transmissions behind the veil of military grade security. One cannot even plug in a flash drive or portable drive without violating security protocol and having it detected almost immediately by official cyber security experts.

 

What has been coming out recently was more than the mere 34,000 emails Hillary had deleted, the official phones she had destroyed or the computer hard drives she had forensically cleansed. Destruction of government property is in itself a serious offense in itself. What occurred during her “watch” as SOS were the official communications she maintained with her boss President Obama using unofficial communications computers and possible unsecure mobile phones. This is a huge breech of protocol with violations from the Executive Branch and top administration officials. Did it only involve Hillary Clinton’s State Department? Were there other officials? It has yet to surface or come out. The national security of our nation was seriously compromised at the highest levels.

 

Many of the administration officials and high level officials were catering to President Obama, who was acting more like a famous movie star than the chief Executive Officer of the United States. So brazen were these acts that once the now ongoing investigations reach into the deep state it will become clear the extent of the compromise.

 

There are pictures of the Obama Situation Room where Obama Bin Laden was taken out while various cabinet and national security officials watched breathlessly on live video feed at the White House.

 

Yet when the Benghazi fiasco occurred there are no such pictures. It has been reported that the special USMC rapid response team was dispatched to the wrong city in Libya, while other reports indicate that military commanders were relieved for attempting to render aid and assistance to Ambassador Stevens and the US Embassy staff and security personnel in Benghazi. So much so that four lives were lost and many wounded Americans were evacuated after the US Annex had been thoroughly compromised and rendered utterly destroyed. This was a direct failure of SOS Hillary Clinton. US Ambassador Stevens was assigned by President Obama yet requests for assistance went on deaf ears in the White House and in the State Department.

 

Another failure of Hillary Clinton’s State Department was the selling of Uranium from the US to Russia under the knowledge and direction of President Obama with financial gain coming back to the Clinton Foundation. The Obama – Clinton team was akin to a pee wee league ball team, where nobody knew what to do or how to conduct international affairs in the interests of the United States.

 

This is so much more than a bunch of emails getting “lost”. Anyone using the internet for any length of time knows that nothing gets lost, ever! Emails travel through a host of servers around the globe and most are backed up continually by the hour, day, week and month. It is quite possible that Russian servers are “in the loop” of backing up sensitive information that is not protected in accordance with official protocol.

 

Hillary called Trump Supporters “A Basket of Deplorables”, yet her actions as SOS was totally deplorable, illegal and against national security. Obama called Trump Supporters people clinging to God and Guns, which in many cases is true. It is relying on God to reveal the deceitful dealings of Obama and Americans maintaining their right to keep and bear arms that insures a rogue or unresponsive government does not infringe upon the civil liberties enshrined in the US Constitution.

 

Hillary studied the grandfather of civil discourse “Saul Alinsky” while Obama put his principles into action with his community organizing skills. Neither of them seemed to take away from law school the importance of the US Constitution.

 

This is about the deep state actors within various government agencies, to include the Congress of the United States who considered themselves superior to ordinary American citizens. It is about draining the swamp and breaking up business as usual in Washington DC.

 

More importantly it is about what God is doing in the midst of this seeming chaos. He has once again taken the most unlikely to do the most important according to his will and it will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

My Take Away on the AG Barr Hearing in the Senate

 

On 1 May 2019 I decided to watch the Senate Oversight Committee hearings where Attorney General William P. Barr was being questioned. What I saw and heard was both encouraging and disparaging at the same time on a purely partisan basis. Republican Senators were both sympathetic yet respectful while attempting to gain a better understanding AG Barr’s summation letter prior to the release of the Mueller Report on Russian Collusion with the Trump Campaign and President Trump and members of his Administration. I wish I could say the same for the Democratic Senators who were disrespectful and treated AG Barr with total contempt.

 

I heard from more than one Senator who told AG Barr that his credibility had been lost in the eyes of the American people because he was only protecting President Trump in what they felt were clear violations by the Trump Campaign who were contacted by Russian agents. Almost every time AG Barr was asked a question or series of questions he was interrupted or cut off completely while answering. The contempt was so heavy one could cut it with a knife. On the other hand it was almost laughable as noted on the face of AG Barr when these Democratic Senators knew not what they were saying, although they told him several times of their constitutional authority for oversight of the DOJ and the FBI.

 

Briefly I caught a glimpse of MSNBC’s coverage of the hearing and was literally shocked when Brian Williams and other news anchors cut the audio of Chairman Lindsey Graham because they disagreed with what he was saying in his opening of the hearings, or during a portion of AG Barr’s answers. They couldn’t resist the opportunity to insert their narrative into the story instead of reporting the news as it was happening. I have not seen or will I allow main stream media elites (President Trump calls them “Fake News” and so do I) to tell me what is being said because they feel that ordinary citizens are unable to hear and understand first hand.

 

Now all that being said what is important to note is that AG Barr in preparation for releasing a completed report to the American public summarized that there was no legally binding violation of the law by the Trump Administration when it comes to Collusion or Obstruction – None! As the top legal officer in the DOJ his word is final in that matter and challenging that word would take it to the SCOTUS. That may still happen, but we will have to wait and see how this story develops.

 

Another important note is that although the Senate has congressional has oversight on the DOJ and FBI, and the AG is the authority for and in the DOJ, it is the American People who have oversight on the Congress of the United States.

 

Let me say that one more time for emphasis “We the People” are the constitutional authority OVER the Congress of the United States of America. Senators and Republicans answer to “We the People” and ultimately at the polling booth. We are not to be intimidated when letting our congressional Representatives and Senators know that they are messing up EVERYTIME they are unresponsive to OUR will and expectations.

 

We must not forget that first and foremost and even before they became members of Congress, each and every one of them was just an ordinary citizen (as we are). They chose politics. They decided to run for political office for any number of reasons, HOWEVER if they chose for any reason other than to serve the citizens of the United States without expectation of financial gain or power to be had, they probably did it for the wrong reason.

 

Public Service is never a career path to be taken for special favors or for retirement or for other benefits. It is to be done in the same way as jury duty. Go into office with specific goals or tasks that will enhance the lives of the peoples of the United States. Those goals or tasks are defined as campaign promises and should never be “pie in the sky” ideas which one is not prepared to complete. It is foolish to attempt to build a skyscraper unless you are a professional contractor or sub-contractor who has only built mud huts.

 

I saw and heard Democratic Party politicians who think they are all that and a bag of chips because they have aspirations for the highest office in the land, while actually disrespecting that office and the sitting President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. What makes me think that should one of them achieve that office they have my back? Why would I have a warm and fuzzy over their disparaging words against another citizen who is an expert in the field of law, which many of them have simply attained their law degree and smooched their way into their current political office? They must be replaced by patriotic Americans who are serving America for the right reasons, not selfish ambition.

 

The 116th Congress of the United States has become overtly corrupted by politicians who have compartmentalized the Legislative Branch within the House and the Senate. There are more than 242 Congressional Caucuses with a select few directing (racketeering, if you will) the entire body of Congress away from the Rule of Law as defined in the Constitution of the United States.

 

Within the Democratic Party there are Liberal-Democrats, Progressive-Democrats and Socialistic-Democrats all vying for control of the Democratic National Committee (presidential nominations), the Congressional Democrats (House and Senate) and wooing Democratic voters with a never ending supply of free handouts (Education, Housing, Medication, Money and more) while and in the same breaths touting the removal of many of the Rights guaranteed in the Constitution, and even advocating dropping the Constitution because it’s outdated. It is not!

 

The United States of America is a Constitutional-Republic, not a democracy or a simple republic. The Constitution was written based upon biblical principles and IS THE RULE OF LAW in America. Without the Constitutional guarantees we as a nation are nothing more than another third world country.

 

Many migrate to our shores and to our borders with the hope of a better life BECAUSE of our Constitutional freedoms and liberties guaranteed to our citizens. It is important that we ensure the safeguards are in place for our continued existence as a nation. We must protect the national integrity and security of the United States. We must be selective in who is allowed into our nation. They must come here to assimilate into our society and learn our language, laws and customs while retaining the traditions of their own heritage and tribe. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

There is much discussion on the outdatedness of the US Constitution by legal scholars turned politicians who have gone on to become elected officials at various federal and state level positions. You should go to https://www.senate.gov/civics/constitution_item/constitution.htm and read for yourself the entire text of the Constitution of the United States.

 

The Constitution was written in 1787, ratified in 1788 and has been in operation since 1789.

 

The first three words – “We the People” – affirm that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens.

 

Preamble

 

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

 

This should be foremost in your mind. The government of the United States does not exist for any other purpose, nor does it serve the interests of any other people. The government is not self-serving, nor serving the interests of its elected or appointed officials.

 

The Constitution was established as the Rule of Law whereby setting the tone and national standards for a more perfect Union to establish Justice while insuring domestic Tranquility while providing for the common defense and promoting the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty for the Founding Families and their offspring to come.

 

Article I created a Congress, consisting of a Senate and a House of Representatives while insuring the supremacy of the people through their elected officials.

 

The Constitution assigned to Congress the responsibility for organizing the Executive and Judicial Branches of government, raising revenue (taxes), declaring war, and making all laws necessary for executing these powers.

 

That has not changed in over 240 years. Today the Congress has become inflated with complex rules, committees and caucuses that have become so politically charged that the making of laws have ground to a virtual halt. The holders of political power in Congress have become more interested in flexing their political muscles that they interfere with or obstruct the Executive branch and are unable to legislate effectively or efficiently.

 

The Constitution provides for a Presidential veto on certain legislative acts, but Congress has the authority to override presidential vetoes by two-thirds majorities in both houses (House and Senate). The Senate provides for advise and consent on key executive and judicial appointments and on approval for ratification of treaties.

 

This separation and balance of governmental powers is designed to safeguard the interests of majority rule and minority rights, of liberty and equality, and of the federal and state governments. The Constitution is more a concise statement of national principles than a detailed plan of governmental operation. The Constitution has evolved over time to meet the changing needs of a modern society and has been amended 27 times, most recently in 1992. The first ten amendments constitute the Bill of Rights.

 

Annotated Constitutions

 

The Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation (popularly known as the Constitution Annotated) contains legal analysis and interpretation of the United States Constitution, based primarily on Supreme Court case law.

 

The Constitution of the United States of America, S.PUB.103-21 (1994) (pdf), prepared by the Office of the Secretary of the Senate with the assistance of Johnny H. Killian of the Library of Congress in 1994, provided the original text of each clause of the Constitution with an accompanying explanation of its meaning and how that meaning changed over time.

 

One last note on the Constitution, during the initial session of the 1st Congress Representatives were to be chosen every 2 years with terms of 4 years and the Senate for terms of 6 years. Senators were divided into three classes. Class 1 = terms expired in 2 years, Class 2 = terms expired in 4 years, and Class 3 = terms expired in 6 years. This was by design to insure that it would take three legislative elections to fully change all Representatives and Senators.

 

Today’s pressing issues of national safety and security is all important in today’s society so isn’t it time for Congress to get back into the business of legislating for the American people?  – I am the Real Truckmaster!
