Typical Democrats and Their Campaign Promises

Is it me or does anyone else notice that because Donald Trump was able to do the impossible during the 2016 election becoming the first totally out of the blue (pun intended) non-politician to win the Presidency since maybe George Washington? It now is fashionable for Democrats to jump on the winning bandwagon style politics because it worked for Trump even though they said it couldn’t be done.

Already the 2020 campaign season is more like a cross between a box of mixed nuts and a bowl of fruit salad all rolled into one and it hasn’t really started yet. Here are some of the presidential hopefuls and their brazen ideas to capture the American vote and ascend to the White House.

Career politician and former VP Joe Biden is the party favorite (in his own mind). He says he’s the only one that can take down Donald Trump in 2020.

Then there’s former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper who will suspend the death penalty when he’s elected.

Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is an independent running on the Democratic ticket and promising to turn the nation into a Socialist state with him at the helm.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) promises to expand Social Security benefits to Illegal Immigrants because it’s their ‘right’.

Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) is in favor of legalizing prostitution because it’s between two consenting adults and they shouldn’t be punished for it. As a former CA prosecutor who has used sex to her further her own political career she should know. She also wants to eliminate the Electoral College so every vote counts.

Beto O’Rourke says it’s a woman’s decision to get an abortion at any time during her pregnancy and he’s vowed to tear down the despicable wall along our southern border.

Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) just wants to be president.

Other politicians want to lower the voting age to 16; allow illegal immigrants to vote; return the right to vote for convicted felons who are still IN PRISON; add two more seats on SCOTUS to offset the constitutional justices currently on the bench; tax the superrich 70% – 90%; give free money, food, housing, education, and medical even for those who don’t want to work; tax businesses more and punish those who tend to leave; remove guns from citizens, ban concealed gun carry permits, but leave criminals with their guns; euthanize seniors at 70 years of age; and require minority voters to vote Democrat; they are even scheming to prevent President Trump’s name to appear on the ballot in certain states (they haven’t heard of write in’s)?

Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) may run as a Democrat as well because Trump isn’t fit to serve as President.

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush says Republicans need a choice in 2020, but will he run as a Democrat too?

It’s clear that Congressional Democrats are all feeling their oats and in their own minds feel they can beat Donald Trump in 2020. With all the rumbling, mumbling and unorganized political posturing coming from the left and the right the one thing I haven’t heard coming out of their mouths is anything resembling common sense. The Democrats are like a man out on a limb, cutting the limb off between him and the tree trunk. The one thing that is sure to happen is the re-election of President Trump in 2020 and we’re almost to April of 2019. I wonder what hair-brained ideas will surface over the next? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

On the Special Counsel Mueller Investigation – Russian Collusion

You knew it was coming and I wouldn’t want to disappoint anybody at this point as the investigation has been going on for more than 2 years at a tremendous cost to US taxpayers. Today Special Counsel Robert Mueller turned over to Attorney General Barr his full and completed investigative report.

Although it may take several days before the report is made public I have it from a reliable and unnamed source that no collusion has been found between then Candidate Trump and any of his campaign staff. In fact it should be noted that even though none was found, the obvious question if collusion in itself is not even a crime, why bother in the first place?

The next questions may be what about the former campaign staff members who pleaded guilty of lying to the FBI, the DOJ and to the Vice President of the United States? They have been sentenced for offenses unrelated to the initial charge of Trump Campaign and Russian Operatives Colluding to impact the 2016 and prevent shoe-in Hillary Clinton from obtaining the golden key to the White House (she may still have her old one).

Will President Trump conduct a blanket pardon of those who worked closely with the President during the campaign and/or during the initial 100 days of his administration?

Another serious question is whether the US Attorney General or any other government or private agency or organization sue the AG’s office to reclaim funds spent in this reckless pursuit of a sitting President?

Finally will foxes in the wild sue Fox News for defaming foxes with their shameless turn away from reporting actual truth as it appears in the news?

The moral is that a hunt for witches without knowing where they hide turns into a big fat Nothing Burger, a prelude to the 2020 Presidential Campaign season’s carnival acts of the Democratic Party. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

You Don’t Know Jack about Trump

Contrary to what you may have heard or have been led to believe Donald Trump comes from a hard working family who emigrated from Europe and settled in the neighborhood of Jamaica, Queens in New York City. Nothing was handed to him because of who his father was. His work ethic came from his father’s example and the inner drive that has determined his course in life.

And they know what is right, but they don’t have the courage or the guts or the stamina to take it and to do it. It’s called the road less traveled.” – President Donald J. Trump

There have been a great many misconceptions, deliberate misquotes and outright lies about Donald Trump that are often repeated by politicians from each American political party and reinforced in the liberal main stream media and on the internet.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.” – Joseph Goebels

By comparison how much media attention has been given to Barack Obama during his tenure as President?

Capping off 8 years of the Obama’s administration President Obama told a fundraiser in San Diego, California that there has not been a “major scandal” in his administration, according to a White House transcript of the October 23rd 2016 event shortly before the November presidential election.

Maybe he forgot or simply couldn’t bear owning up to his administration’s targeting of conservative groups by the IRS; the veteran’s excessive waiting time or lacking adequate health care at VA facilities; the administration’s lack of response to terrorist attack resulting in the 9/11/2012 Benghazi loss of 4 American lives (Including Ambassador Stevens); running guns to Mexican cartel that resulted in the death of a border patrol agent; the Hillary Clinton missing emails and mishandling of classified documents while Obama’s Secretary of State; drawdown of American military and others to include allowing the fake Russian Collusion Dossier to be used in an attempt to invalidate his successor in office President Donald Trump.

Referring to Representative Darrell Issa (R-CA) who was the former chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that had conducted a number of investigations on the Obama Administration

“Here’s a guy who called my administration perhaps the most corrupt in history, despite the fact that actually, we have not had a major scandal in my administration,” Obama told Democratic donors.

From the very beginning there have been stories circulated about the playboy lifestyle, marriages and even about Donald Trump being a draft dodger whose rich father paid off a doctor to keep him out of military service during the Vietnam War Era. Granted Donald Trump was no choir boy but Fred Trump was no slouch either.

Donald Trump grew up in New York back in the late 1950s and as he began to get into mischief his father sent him to the New York Military Academy. During his 5 years at the academy Donald becoming involved in sports (baseball and boxing) and excelled with military discipline and training under the guidance of Colonel Dobias a hardened combat veteran of World War II.

Fred Trump worked hard and insisted that his son Donald learn the trade literally from the ground up. How many presidents or politicians can run a plumb-line? In fact he learned every facet of building, to include obtaining permits and contracting. In the construction field as in his everyday life “good enough” was never the standard, with Donald it was excellence. He learned from NYMA that winning was everything, it was the only thing!

It was many years before he formally took over the business from his father, but one thing Trump learned early on was branding. He learned from his father that any job worth doing was worth doing right the first time. Trump believed in being proud of what he built, so branding the Trump name was his way of declaring that not only was the project done right, but it was beyond being good, it was built with a standard of excellence.

Many people confuse Trumps branding with self-absorption or a huge ego. I’m sure his ego had a lot to do with it and it is his personality and within his character to keep others at a distance. Everything and everyone is calculated as to whether or not they are contributors to enhance the bottom line – Winning.

Donald Trump has been politically active his entire adult life. Not as a politician, but often as a political supporter of politicians who he likes or believes in their ability to deliver on their campaign promises. It would be interesting to see the names, dates and amounts of Donald Trump’s political contributions and their political party affiliations. Although conservative he has been a Democrat until recent years.

I can see how Donald Trump’s triumphant entry into the 2016 political campaign cycle was designed to make a statement like on other. It did. The grand elegance of Trump Tower, coming down the escalator with Melania Trump at his side caught the nation and the world of politics by storm. A storm it has been from day one. The media feeding frenzy has not let up one bit since that 2015 day at Trump Tower.

The sad thing about this is how the political community have closed ranks and made it their mission to stop Trump at any and all cost. Many of these same politicians were all too glad to receive those campaign contributions and have their pictures taken with the Rich and Famous Donald Trump, but now refuse to acknowledge that he is their president.

One thing that has not changed is President Donald J. Trump’s commitment to America.

“I would rather take a political risk in pursuit of peace, than to risk peace in pursuit of politics. As president I will always put what is best for America and what is best for the American people.” – President Donald J. Trump

The mood in America is beginning to change and just as the political elite prepare to go to battle for the 2020 Presidential Elections. Even so it’s a great time to be American and to give Almighty God thanks for this land that we love and for a President who is not apologetic when it comes to the free expression of worship to the creator God.

I urge you to lay aside your pre-conceived ideas and notions of who, what or why Donald Trump is or aspires to be. Let Trump be Trump!

On The Trump – McCain Controversy

Yes I know you don’t want to hear it but I’m going to say it anyway and maybe again for some readers. While it’s true that John McCain served honorably in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and spent 5 years as a POW and in the Hanoi Hilton. That in itself doesn’t make him a war hero. It does make him a survivor. After his release from captivity and his return home he left the service and carried on with his private life. He divorced and married again. Many people have done that exact same thing.

However John McCain politics is another story entirely. As a Republican Senator from Arizona he was a man driven to succeed his way. He was short-tempered and at times an outright ogre, yet Shrek hadn’t been created yet. There was no shortage of political allies in the House and in the Senate, but an abundance of political enemies as well.

John McCain attempted on more than one occasion to ascend to the political high office of the US Presidency but failed. I’m sure that he was repulsed at the thought of a President Donald Trump who succeeded where he and others had failed miserably.

During the Trump presidency and up until McCain’s death it was no secret that John McCain publicly became a thorn in the side of the President, but siding with Democratic allies on voting down a number of bills aimed to further the Trump agenda even at the expense of the will of the American people. McCain criticized Trump repeatedly and on the eve of his death made a point to express his desire that Trump NOT give the eulogy. During the televised funeral the media made a point of criticizing President Trump for not attending, even though Vice President Mike Pence and the Second Lady were in attendance.

So every time the President is questioned about his opinion as it pertains to John McCain it has been made very clear that Trump is not a fan of McCain and never has been. With the recent revelations about McCain’s pandering of the fake Russia Dossier to the FBI, DOJ and/or the media those feelings against McCain are brought to the surface one more time.

Then another reporter asks the President about McCain as if they are going to get a different answer? A glowing report maybe? It’s not going to happen. It is not President Trump’s nature to be politically correct in his answers or his opinions on people he doesn’t like or respect. There are a number of people who come to mind and John McCain is one.

I find it hypocritical for all the political posturing by past presidential hopefuls and those hoping to cash in on the 2020 campaign cycle which is already upon us. Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) says he’s all tore up about the President attacking his deceased friend John McCain. Where was Mitt when McCain was trashing President Trump on the floor of the Senate and in the media?

These are three Republican Presidential Candidates whom I had voted for in each of their quests for the presidency and I’m not sorry that I voted for President Donald J. Trump. I can’t say the same for McCain or Romney.

Everyone has an opinion about everything and I don’t see that President Trump expressing his opinion about McCain as an attack. It is simply one person’s opinion about another and at this point in time even a Republican President is entitled to expressing his opinion when asked, especially after finding out facts and circumstances that were expressly designed to bring about his downfall by an elected US Senator and the administration of the previous US President and his administration. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Constitutional or Unconstitutional That Is The Question?

Have you read the Declaration of Independence?

What about the Constitution of the United States?

What we keep hearing from the House, the Senate and the President are accusations of constitutionality of various decisions relating to foreign policy, national security and immigration.

Just a lot of finger pointing or is it more than that?

Who’s at fault? Senate Republicans says it’s the Democrats. House Democrats say it’s the Republicans. The President says it’s the Dems. All the Dems say it’s the President. I’m no brain surgeon (Dr. Ben Carson is) and I’m no astronaut (John Glenn was) and I’m surely no expert on politicians, but it seems to me that our entire government has been corrupted over time.

I venture to say that first and foremost we have a top heavy congress, who pride themselves on who is the longest serving “public servant” among them, like it’s a badge of honor or something, a career maybe?

Whatever happened to the “Mr. Smith goes to Washington” kind of thinking?

(Go watch the old Jimmy Stewart movie).

We have Senators and Representatives in the House who are older than dirt and accuse President Trump of being unable to perform the duties of the presidency? Ridiculous! Some of those faces look like they’ve used a bottle as more than a prop to keep their heads up. They speak with the authority of those who were given it by Abraham Lincoln himself.

There are Republicans who decry Democrats as some sort of abnormality in Congress, and Democrats who say the same thing about Republicans. Yet there are those on both sides of the isle who are united in declaring implied deficiencies as truths about the President.

When I took another look at our founding documents (Declaration of Independence and Constitution) I found no mention of either Democrats or Republicans? Strange those documents only referred to Citizens (The rights of Citizens to vote shall not be infringed upon)?

It’s obvious that the purpose of the Constitution was to limit the powers of government.  So it’s implied that for government to be of the people, by the people and for the people our elected officials must be FROM the people right?

All elected officials swear by an oath to honor the office and to protect and defend the Constitution and generally the oath asks Almighty God to help them to do just that. It’s a serious oath for a serious elected position in government.

There can be no allegiance to any other government or foreign power.

Members of the Legislative Branch are charged with creating public laws in accordance with the Constitution of the United States (the law of the land). How can they be effective if they don’t know or care what the Constitution says? How can they represent the people if they don’t know, haven’t read or understand the Declaration of Independence on which our nation was created?

In order for a law to be legal it must first be Constitutional. If a law is unconstitutional it is illegal. It must be repealed or brought into conformity with the Constitution.

The Executive Branch is charged with enforcing the law of the land and protecting the Constitution. The chief executor (President) determines and declares US foreign policy and it should ultimately reflect the best interests of American Citizens and American interests abroad. When his decisions are inconsistent with the Constitution, it is unconstitutional and must be repealed or brought into conformity with the Constitution.

The Judicial Branch has the responsibility empowered in the Supreme Court to determine whether a law or executive decision complies with the Constitution. All judicial decisions rest on whether or not there has been a violation of the Constitution. Their decisions are final, unless or until the Constitution has been properly modified or amended.

So rather than rely on anyone’s interpretation of what is or is not constitutional delve into what is actually written in the Constitution. Educate yourself by going to www.senate.gov and read the Constitution which sets the balance of power for our government.

I am tired of all the political bantering, posturing and bashing of Americans by Americans, and especially when it comes to the President of the United States (regardless of political party or personality). – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Dirty Dozen or Blue Dog RINOS?

It’s now an established fact that one dozen RINOS have turned tail and ran into the arms of Senate Dems and gave Senate Minority Speaker Chuck Schumer a big fat kiss and a fond embrace while extending the finger to President Donald Trump. While this may be an exaggeration on my part it’s entirely what is seen as treasonous by a vast majority of the American people. So let’s examine this a bit closer.

It’s true that the Dirty Dozen Senators Paul Rand (KY), Susan Collins (ME), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Roy Blunt (MO), Mike Lee (UT), Mitt Romney (UT), Lamar Alexander (TN), Pat Toomey (PA), Jerry Moran (KS), Rob Portman (OH), Roger Wicker (MS) and Marco Rubio (FL) turned their backs on President Trump and the US Constitution.

Also true that the Bakers Dozen in the House, the 13 Blue Dog RINOS who fled into the arms of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi giving her a huge high five and flipping off President Donald Trump.

These are the Bakers Dozen Representatives Justin Amash (MI), Brian Fitzpatrick (PA), Mike Gallagher (WI), Jaime Herrera Beutler (WA), Will Hurd (TX), Dusty Johnson (SD), Thomas Massie (KY), Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA), Francis Rooney (FL), Jim Sensenbrenner (WI), Elise Stefanik (NY), Fred Upton (MI) and Greg Walden (OR) also succumbed to the political peer pressure to turn their backs on the American people and the US Constitution.

Be it also noted that in the House there were 5 Representatives who did not vote for or against the House measure against President Trump’s Emergency Declaration.

I’ve heard one Senator’s perspective on why he voted against the declaration and he feels the president should not be allowed an end run around congress. That may be his reasoning, but I submit that it is why the President has the Constitutional authority to issues an Emergency Declaration, in particularly when Congress REFUSES to act to a recognized National Emergency crisis such as what’s happening with orchestrated and organized attacks at our national sovereignty and the safety of the citizens and visitors in this country.

When will this political bickering cease? When will the Congress of the United States throw aside political posturing and get to the business of legislating safety and genuine concern for the American people? Or was this just a power struggle over the purse strings so that President Donald Trump cannot divert funds toward “Building the Wall”? So what happens when President Trump VETOS HJ Res 41? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Congressional Popcorn Popping

Anyone remember JiffyPop popcorn? It came in an expandable pan that turned into a tinfoil bag of popcorn. Maybe that’s before your time. What about microwavable popcorn? Stick it in the microwave, push the button marked popcorn and wait for it to pop. What happens when you overcook your popcorn? You can try to eat burnt kernels or maybe just throw it away and start over or you can still go to the movie theatre and pay an enormous price for a huge tub of popcorn and a large coke.

Oh the memories of DIY popcorn, reminds me of what’s happening lately in the House of Representatives. Democratic House Speaker Nancy (I’m so important) Pelosi is trying to appease her “Green New Deal” AOC, the “We’re gonna impeach that M*$@*R” Tliab and now the “Obamas bad policies” Omar who are “hotter than a pistol” renegade freshmen Representatives now has overcooking popcorn kernels going off faster than a handful of ammo thrown into a fire.

I suspect that her compadres in the Congressional Black Caucus are sitting back laughing their mules off and watching madam speaker defending these undefendables who are giving the media their money’s worth of gaffes and misquotes that would be funny if we were watching it on a comedy TV show. But we’re not. It’s all coming live from the halls of Congress, where there is supposed to be common sense legislative working being done.

I mention the CBC, as freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar is also one of their newest members and has her part to play. If you can call playing dumb is a real part. Speaker Pelosi seems to think so, “she’s new and doesn’t understand about her words” (roughly paraphrased). I suspect Omar knows exactly what her words mean and besides dissing former President Obama, she has spoken out blatantly anti-Sematic comments meant to hurt American Jews and the nation of Israel.

So concerned were House Democrats that they passed a bill that condemned anti-Sematic speech and actions by everyone except Rep. Ilhan Omar D-MN. That bill is a slap in the face of every American citizen as it insinuates we are not smart enough to figure out what’s going on in Congress. I’m glad there were members of the House who stood against it anyway.

The age old saying “Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely” holds true today, and since the House has no intention of policing its own members (they have the Constitutional mandate to do just that), it will take an outside Congressional Ethics investigation and a Special Prosecutor with a bipartisan team of investigators to peel back the layers of this congressional onion to reveal the truth and recommend action against these corrupt legislators.

Someone needs to stop the congressional popcorn cooking machine (CBC) and begin by defunding this racist caucus once and for all. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Who is Pushing the Narrative?

Aren’t you tired of hearing the same old same o coming from the House Dems, the DNC and the Democratic Party operatives in Congress and in the media (entertainment, television and print)? There seems to be quite a bit of racial and class division going around almost all the time. What we are fed is that it’s all because of President Trump, his connections to Russia, his hatred of immigrants, women and especially black people in general. Plus Trump hates the media, football players and anyone who’s not a republican like him.  Doesn’t it just make you sick?

We have most recently had an increase in expressions of hate and anti-Semitic speeches coming out of the mouths of our freshmen House Democrats, which appear to have the “blessing” of House Majority Speaker Nancy Pelosi with the implied sanction of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who failed to condemn the rantings of the “three amigos” (Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib) in the House.

What is the missing link that prevents the House Speaker from condemning this latest anti-Semitic ranting of Ilhan Omar? Is it because of her religion? Maybe condemning her would bring down the ire of Minnesota’s Somalia’s? I suspect it’s something more close to the heart of the problem than anyone realizes.

Anyone remember when 9^th Term Rep. Steve King was stripped of all his committees by Speaker Pelosi because he said that White Supremacy and White Nationalism have become offensive terms? Who was behind the push for King to be stripped and blocked for 2 years of being put into any committees?

The answer to many of the questions I’ve raised points back to the Congressional Black Caucus, a House sanctioned, taxpayer funded politically charged racist organization of which Ilhan Omar is one of the newest members.

It was the CBC whose members have stood up for Ilhan Omar and it was the CBC who demanded that Steven King be stripped of his committees. It is also CBC members who stand up when House members are accused of ethics violations, and it is a CBC member Chair the House Ethics Committee.

It appears that the Congressional Black Caucus is the glue that holds many of these missteps within Congress together. They are the self-appointed “enforcers” who hold everyone else accountable, not to the Constitution, but to the CBC. Think of the CBC as an octopus with tentacles reaching out to more than 62 Congressional Caucuses and 19+ Committees, Groups and Task Forces using the full Constitutional power and resources of the Government to insure that their agenda is fully implemented to benefit those they deem worthy and at the expense of law abiding citizen taxpayers.

There are many talented and educated members of the Congressional Black Caucus, 55 to be exact as of the beginning of the 116^th Congress of the United States. They are focused on many important issues that face our nation, yet for the wrong reasons. It is their goal to insure that black Americans receive their full and undivided attention, all the free programs they “deserve” and are even behind the effort to secure repatriations from white Americans as a debt owed to black slaves. Tell me when in this century or over the past 200 years have there been legalized slavery in the United States? How many members of the CBC have been directly involved in slavery (slave owner or slave)?

This is nothing more than an orchestrated attempt by the Congressional Black Caucus to shame America into compliance of their nefarious schemes, and failing that the use of racial division, intimidation and fear mongering against anyone black or white who doesn’t fall in line.

If Congress would have taken action in 1971 to stop this group, many of the problems we encounter in the America today would not have occurred. In fact if the CBC would channel their efforts toward defending the Constitution they swore to uphold and working across the aisle in both chambers of the legislature and with the president, just think of how much more could have been accomplished for the benefit of ALL American citizens. I’ll say it again there are many talented individuals who have become pawns of the CBC and the slanted goals of bringing down the very institution they have helped to corrupt.

It may be too late.

It may require a re-boot of the government in accordance to the Constitution of the United States so that mistakes of the past are not repeated today or in the future. It’s a shame that 55 individuals control the other 480 members of Congress. – I am the Real Truckmaster!
