No Compromise!

I have refrained from getting caught up in political news casts because of the intense misinformation being passed around as news. However I did listen to Liz Wheeler, a bright, very sharp young lady on cable whose “The Final Point” her closing monologue was right on target.

According to her piece the creators of the Constitution, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, were in agreement that our basic rights as given by our creator God had to be protected and wrote that in the document they were creating. They disagreed on how to protect those rights. She feels and I wholly agree that today we cannot compromise politically because the Democratic party has lost sight of our basic principles all together.

This brings me to what the bible says about not compromising our Christian values. There can be compromising between light and darkness. In fact darkness is the absence of light and to compromise would simply be snuffing out or turning off the light.

Politics is the art of compromise. Each side wants to win the other side over to their point of view. Only one side is willing, no is demanding compromise at any cost…..to the other side. One cannot have compromise without loss. For Americans to surrender the rights guaranteed by the Constitution is ludicrous.

The only way to counter loss is to fight and refusing to fight is submission, complete submission and thus not really compromise at all, it is surrender. Christian’s cannot surrender their Christian rights but to God. As Jesus laid down his life on the cross, Christians can willingly lay down their lives for the sake of the gospel and that is not compromise.

As I see it we are in a spiritual war. The enemy of our souls is cunning and evil, willing to do whatever it takes to win. Are we however willing to do our part, whatever is necessary? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

A Box of Sharp Pencils

The 2016 election seems like it happened a long, long time ago. President Trump has come through on so many of his campaign promises that will make American great again, yet Democrats are still wondering what happened? Wouldn’t that make a good title of a book? Maybe even a movie deal?

What I’ve noticed is that every time there is something great happening for Americans, the cleaning lady comes along with a noisy vacuum cleaner causing a distraction.

The election – Protests about invalid election results because Russia didn’t want Hillary Clinton to win so they hacked the election giving Trump the advantage, when the real reason was Donald Trump’s opponent.

The inauguration – Protests over the leaked Bush tape on the bus. Democratic legislators boycotted the inauguration as a protest statement against President Trump. All it did was show their true colors and brought their obvious racism to the forefront of American consciousness.

Presidential appointments – Democratic legislators began resisting and feet dragging in order to make the Trump presidency ineffective and cripple America and it continues some 19 months later.

President Trump has accomplished many firsts during his presidency doing what no other president dared to do before him. His first overseas trip wasn’t to Mexico or Canada, it was to Saudi Arabia, to Israel and to the Vatican.

President Trump was greeted by the King in Saudi Arabia; met with the Prime Minister in Israel, spoke to the leader of Palestine about peace in the region without state sponsored terrorism; met with the Pope. In each meeting there was proper protocol conducted without compromising American values or America’s stance on world affairs. (There was no bowing!)

Without going into great detail President Trump’s accomplishments have been many, more so than his detractors are willing to admit. Rather than acknowledging the successes, they are willing to simply pick apart his words as a means of embarrassment, only to be embarrassed by their own words.

What other American president has met with the leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) in a face-to-face meeting on neutral ground and walked away with a signed agreement to totally denuclearize their nation, release American citizens illegally held hostage, and also agree to release the remains of US personnel killed during the Korean War over 60 years ago? There have been none!

How many American Presidents and politicians have sucked up to Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin with ulterior motives, but berate President Trump for meeting face-to-face with Putin behind closed doors where their meeting was conducted privately?

In light of the private meetings President Trump has held that have been leaked by Democrat’s who were privy to those meetings, and DECIDED to tell all so the president would be embarrassed. Have they no honor? Did they not learn that trust broken cannot easily be regained?

President Trump has taken steps to return America to its rightful place in the international community, as well as public trust through lowered taxes, reducing the welfare rolls and making more jobs available and employers more able to operate efficiently inside the United States.

Border security has always been a top priority for President Trump and building “the wall” is one area where legislators have given the biggest fight. If immigration concerns were truly the concerns of Congress why has the legislative body not fixed it? Are they not the part of our government charged by the Constitution to create laws?

America was created with a Constitution based on biblical values to love God, honor others and work hard to be the best you can, do the most good for fellow man and protect each other. Everyone deserves the right to live the American dream and without fear.

Americans are suffering in places like California, Chicago, Baltimore, St Louis and are being ignored by their Democratic leadership.

There have been many scandals over the years some are sexual in nature, while others are money related. Whether local, state or national it appears that when Democratic politicians are in charge they are more likely to become filthy rich in the process while they leave America behind in shambles.

America has become this huge box of pencils and it would appear that on the Democratic side at least they’re leadership have not been the sharpest pencils in the box. It is time that American’s stop being Democrat, Republican or whatever and get back to being Americans, united not in common core, but in common sense. We are better than that and our children and grandchildren deserve better.

The greatest and more importantly the single most accomplishment President Trump is doing is breaking down political correctness in America. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Too Much Ado

Every time I see, hear or read about something someone said about something nobody really cares about, and it pertains to the president, his family, his administration or happenings in the White House I’m reminded of “Much Ado About Nothing” a comedy by William Shakespeare that first was a play, more recently turned into a book, then a movie with Denzell Washington, and followed by a remake of the original movie.

The plot of the comedy was two people tricked into saying they loved each other, a third person rejecting the fourth because they heard wrong about her. In the end the two couples are married (hopefully to the right person) and life goes on happily ever after.

In various circles and training scenarios a group of people will be seated around a room, often in a huge circle. The instructor will present a sentence to one of the group, who must turn and whisper and repeat the message word for word to the person next to them. That person then does the same to the next one. This process is repeated and then the last person must recite the message to the group out loud. The instructor then has the first person read the original message out loud and everybody laughs.

In light of today’s technological advancements the same thing still happens. The president uses Twitter to announce his message. Almost before his finger leaves the send button, it has been picked up by every main stream media outlet in the world who retweet the message and post comments about what they understood the message to say. Others will re-tweet without any extra comments. Still others will tweet a new message announcing to the world what the president tweeted, or at least their version of what they thing was tweeted, or simply an entirely different message from what the president said, whether there is any truth to it or not. And others will select what tweet they want to retweet and erroneously credit it as coming from the president, still the vast majority don’t even care about tweets.

The really determined, ignorant or determined to be ignorant will publish a tell-all insiders book about the horrible little secrets that everyone has a right to know about the president, his family or his cabinet. Everyone has a right to publish such a book, but has a responsibility to insure it is an honest and truthful depiction of what actually has taken place. Inevitably the writer will disclose their hidden agenda and their little secrets about how they obtained the information on the book, which sometimes is illegally obtained. These can be called undocumented allegations with absolutely no path to citizenship.

When things like this occur it can be expected that either the subject of the book or any one of the principle characters will respond with something pressing they wish to everyone to know about the matter or book that may need clarification. In those cases some of the remarks are truly unflattering toward the author of the book, and can be followed up with criminal prosecution.

Without going into details I only want to ask Omarosa, Omarosa, Omarosa = Where for art thou, you little pooch you? Did you happen to bump into Ocasio while flailing around down there? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

I May Not Be a Rocket Scientist

Is it me or do I just see things differently?

While scrolling on Facebook I saw a petition urging everyone to sign to support American made rockets for NASA. I’m all American and I fully support building American technological wonders and apparatus but something clicked in my mind.

Didn’t just recently I saw that NASA was about to send a rocket into outer space………wait for it…….to Poke the Sun? Let it sink in……. Maybe I misread something or quite possibly they were going close to the sun, but to poke or touch the sun? How smart is that?

What have we always taught our children and grandchildren who like to mess around in the kitchen or next to the hot fireplace?

Don’t go near the stove! Don’t get next to the fireplace! IT’S HOT!

But I digress or regress or some other kind of gress, do they not know that the sun is really, really, I mean really HOT?

In this case why not let the Chinese, Russia or even “Rocketman” in North Korea send a rocket to touch the sun? Let someone else spend their resources to build their rockets and all the equipment that goes along with it.

Let’s hope it’s not a manned mission, because it surely is a suicide mission. See I said I was taking the Real Truckmaster in a new direction (Up is a direction right)? Call me crazy or just call me – The Real Truckmaster!

Democratic Logic My Reply

Hank, I hate to say this but I think some of your concerns come from Obama, not Trump. Obama cut factories and jobs and the military, plus opened up immigration without proper vetting or documentation.

Trump’s tariffs are a good thing. They hurt other nation’s ability to trade with the US with an unfair advantage and they know it. China feels it, so does Canada, so they want to levy increased tariffs on our products. That will not work because we will make it harder for them to sell their products here without paying higher tariffs.

Yes it hurt farmers and yes he offered a bail out to help until things settle down with tariffs. Do you remember the GM bail outs, the Wall Street bail outs of Obama? Those were corporate bail outs, but were there any farmer bail outs then?

I don’t understand tariffs but what I’m learning is the purpose of tariffs is to get FAIR and Reciprocal trade between each nation that trades with the US.

Soon those who raise tariffs will come to their senses and will drop or eliminate their tariffs and we will too. The end game is no tariffs out or in for every nation that trades with the US.

Trump has brought factories back to life (coal, steel, and more) and increased jobs while reducing welfare rolls. Food stamps and welfare are not “entitlements”. They are temporary assistance and are not indefinite. There are now many jobs available, but few takers. As long as someone thinks they are above doing menial jobs someone else will come in and do them.

Obama made it desirable to go on welfare, to get the free stuff. It didn’t start with him, but he certainly did more to add to the rolls than anyone in recent history. His theory was one that enslaved blacks and low or no income families to the government. Lowering the bar should have been his motto. No he tried to remove the bar.

I’ve volunteered a number of years at a local church and with a local food pantry. They always need more donations of food, but there are many who milk the system by coming in more often than they’re allowed, trying to get more food than they need and draining the resources so others are unable to get anything. This problem is inherent and did not start with Trump, Obama or even the Bushes.

Americans have grown to become a lazy people, wanting a good paying job, at the top without working our way up (high pay, no work and more time off). I see it every day here in Colorado but when I go around town I see “Now Hiring” on many businesses, but I don’t see people lining up to flip burgers or even volunteering.

I can see signs that should read “Need Help, just don’t want to work” because there are people on every corner whose job is to now standing on the corner with a sign. They are in front of Walmart’s across the country and Walmart is hiring! If nothing else why not look around and pick up trash or do something?

I don’t think the problem is Trump. It’s the hatred of Trump that’s the problem and that hatred is pushed by the Democrats in Congress.

These are the same Democrats who are being convicted for embezzling funds, using foreign actors in their official staffs, even spies that are given full access to their computers and compromising networks, then they push the blame off on someone else – Trump, Russians, boogiemen.

You can’t see the good if you only look for the bad and the Democrats have enough bad apples in their barrel. Top Democrat Keith Ellison is being accused of sexual misconduct NOW during his present term, while Democrats try to dig up fake accusations against Trump for back in the day? Come on get real.

Democrat Diane Feinstein hired a Chinese spy on her staff for 20 years? She found out about it 5 years ago and fired him? The public wasn’t informed by her or the FBI but it comes out now? Yet is one who promotes false accusations about Trump and Russia?

You’re right to say that they’ve never had someone like Trump in the White House before. That is true because what Trump is doing today has never been tried or done before.

Obama gave millions of US dollars to foreign countries WITHOUT STRINGS ATTACHED. He was good at spending OPM (other people’s money) while racking up millions of dollars in personal finances in 8 years on a president’s salary? His presidential library is costing taxpayers millions, so why doesn’t he use his own money to build his monument. Other presidential libraries had to raise funds to be built, why not his?

President Trump is doing great things FOR America, while Obama did a great deal TO America.

The greatest thing Barack Obama did for America was turn the keys over to Donald Trump on January 20, 2017. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

The Gossipmonger

All this hatred toward President Donald Trump is manufactured. Many are those who’ve fallen into the trap, believing and spreading slanderous lies. It is called gossiping. Those who do it are gossipers and the love of God is not in them because God is Love and love comes naturally.

Hate is learned, fostered and nourished over a life time. Hate is taught, often by example and spread by bully’s using peer pressure. The aim of using hate is to slander and discredit someone.

How can one hate, in this case President Donald Trump, whom one has never met unless it has been passed on by someone else?

To gossip is to have casual and idle chatter or a conversation spreading rumors about other people. A gossipmonger is a person who habitually talks about others maliciously.

So when someone knowingly passes on false rumors (Fake News) as fact they discredit themselves and show the kind of person they really are.

Taking another person’s words, their conversation and tearing it apart word by word in order to discredit them is simply displaying one’s own ignorance.

Biblically speaking words are to encourage others and build them up.

President Donald Trump is placing his emphasis on making America good again and has made American interests his number one priority. His policy decisions have improved our economy, increased jobs and taken many off the roles of public assistance. His stance toward other nations and their leaders has given new life to international trade agreements. His focus is on helping more Americans to become self-reliant and independent, able to provide for themselves and their families.

The challenge for those who consider themselves “wordsmiths” is to use words wisely and to seek out and report the positive aspect of the news without simply taking the word of another and passing it on as the truth or becoming just a gossipmonger! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

What has he done to you?

Something’s been bothering me for a while now about the hatred of President Donald J. Trump and for the life of me I don’t have any answers.

So tell me what has he done to you? Did he steal your thunder? Did he take your woman? Is it your clothes he wears? Did he insult you personally? Maybe it’s your name that should be on his properties, his airplane, his helicopter, his stuff?

I guess not being from the east coast or living along the eastern seaboard has sheltered me from exposure to Donald Trump the billionaire. I haven’t been kicked out of Trump Tower or booted off one of his golf courses. It’s obvious that I’ve never been in the same circles so I really don’t understand how someone can literally hate or despise someone they have never met; someone who’s never punched you in the face; never taken your “stuff” or even called you on the phone and cursed you out.

I know what it’s like to have to tell someone “You’re fired!” I also know what it’s like to be fired. Neither is pleasant for anyone involved. They often lead to bad feelings and even physical violence like having someone in your face, spitting hatred as they cursed with such names. I know what that feels like and it’s really sad when it happens more than once and because they didn’t like the word “no” and they are family. I’ve had a friend, we called ourselves brothers, we walked the same ground so to speak and had many of the same patriotic ideas, yet when asked to tone it down a notch spewed such hatred and the names that made it impossible to continue our friendship, even until his death. It’s always the names. Is that what we’ve become a nation of name calling? You hurt my feelings so I hurt you?

Politicians are a different breed of animal. Many are school trained liars and have the certificate or “shingle” to prove it. They are often so full of themselves that they actually believe they are superior to everyone else. They run for political office because they can. They convince enough people to vote for them and they are on the track to political success and somewhere the White House is in their future. It matters not who they run over, or who gets in their way, because they are self-anointed and nothing can stop them, not even a little thing like the truth. In fact the truth is whatever they say it is. Their track to success is that of a runaway train, building up speed, bulldozing their way through and at some point in their future is the train wreck of all train wrecks. If you’re a politician Donald Trump is simply a speed bump to be run over or run through either way no problem.

So what is it with you and Donald Trump? What has he done in your life that you would spend all your energy trying to what, bring him down; down to what level, your level? Have tried contacting him to let him know how you feel?

So I ask that you tone down the rhetoric and examine yourself and find the reason, the real reason you are spewing such hateful rhetoric about OUR president – Donald J. Trump.

If you’re unable or unwilling then maybe you just need counseling? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

“R – E – S – P – E – C – T “

Respect

Aretha Franklin had it right when she sang “R – E – S – P – E – C – T “.

 

What is it that everyone should have unequivocally from everyone else, it is their respect. We used to teach it to our kids. We demanded it at home. “Johnny you will show respect to others.” Or “Suzie you will respect to your mommy.” What about “Son you will respect your elders.”

 

When did that cease to be taught at home or reinforced at school? When did it become socially acceptable for an employee to demand “anything” from an employer?

 

Demanding is not respecting and respecting is not demanding.

 

In the bible we are given three examples of respecting our parents that are commands from God.

 

  • Exodus 20:12 (ESV) “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you.

 

  • Deuteronomy 5:16 (BBE) Give honor to your father and your mother, as you have been ordered by the Lord your God; so that your life may be long and all may be well for you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you.
  • Ephesians 6:2 (NIV) “Honor your father and mother”–which is the first commandment with a promise—

 

These same principles can and should be used in our dealings with others.

 

Why you might ask should be respectful of others?

 

“You will never meet another person whom God does not love!” – Unknown

 

We in America have gotten so far away from these very basic biblical principles. We want others to cater to our need, want and desires without any “strings attached”.

 

We are the drive through generation or to put it more bluntly, “It’s our right to it and we want it now!”

 

We have freedom in America that is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. We have certain unalienable rights which Almighty God has given and our Constitution guarantees that our rights will not be taken away.

 

We also have rights that are often overlooked. One such right is “The right to remain silent.” That is one right that is reinforced on TV and in movies usually when a cop is reading his rights to a bad guy. Yet it applies to conversations between two people, especially when it turns into a heated exchange.

 

There is a saying that you can’t put the cat back in the bag; or don’t cry over spilt milk. Once you say something even in anger you cannot take it back. Saying I take that back doesn’t undo the damage already done.

 

The bible tells us that words are either life or death. We can speak positive or negative, and once you say it, it’s out there forever, bouncing around in the heads of everyone who heard it, or the minds of everyone who reads it.

 

We are told to judge for ourselves whether what we hear or read aligns up with the bible or not. If it does not agree with God’s Word we are told not to believe it. The life of a believer is one without compromising the Word and teachings of God with that of the world.

 

American politics is one of compromise. Politicians are prepared to give something in order to get something in return. So often they will change their position on something they really don’t want in order to get something they really want badly. That is the nature of the beast.

 

What has changed in the world today is a lack of respect for us, others and a blatant disrespect for politicians of another political party. We have gotten away from judging others by their actions and holding them responsible. In fact we don’t hold ourselves responsible and it has become easier to blame the other guy.

 

When it comes to our government we are told it is the answer to all our problems when it is often the problem without answers. There are many, many forms of government around the world. Some are better than others, some are not.

 

Our government is a republic. The Constitution is our rule of law as agreed to by each of our many states and that makes us a Constitutional-Republic different from any other in the world. The leadership of our nation comes from the Legislative Branch which is responsible for creating laws; The Executive Branch which is responsible for enforcing laws; and the Judicial Branch which is responsible for interpreting laws against the Constitution to insure they are sound. Yet the most important part of our government is “We the People” who have the option to repeal and replace our government should it get out of control.

 

That is one reason why respect is essential in the United States. Everyone and every part of government; whether an agency; a department; or a Cabinet must respect each other and our people as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

 

Disagreements should lead to discussions and ultimately to understandings and solutions while maintaining respect for all parties involved. It’s alright to respectfully disagree.

 

Migrants, immigrants and visitors or tourists must respect and follow the laws of our land, are to be respectful and are to be treated with respect. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Willful disobedience has sometimes severe consequences. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Who is Donald John Trump – Really?

Take away all the hype and political bias and see who Donald John Trump really is.

His story is the story of America. Like many before them the Trump family migrated from Europe to America, hoping to create a new life for their children and live the American Dream. Life was hard and there were many setbacks as they settled in New York City. There was very little money and the Trump family home was built by his grandfather by hand. The die had been cast and the Trump work ethic was born.

Donald Trump’s grandfather died when his father was very young. Too young to run the family business, so a partnership with his mother began to shape and mold what would become the Trump real estate empire. As he got older he would travel to Europe and bring his new bride home to America and begin raising a family while building America one housing unit at a time.

Donald was not the eldest, but he began working in the family business at an early age before being sent off to military school where he excelled in leadership and in sports. After completing his formal education he went into the field of business accounting and did well.

After failing physical exams for military service, he immersed himself in the family business to turn empty buildings and vacant properties into exquisite and sought after creations. By the time he took over the family business and began marketing the Trump name, he associated it with high end properties and golf courses both here and abroad. Before it was fashionable to show pride in your work and sign your name to it, Trump Enterprises became visible along the eastern seaboard.

Donald Trump became a high roller, living the lavish lifestyle of the rich and famous and went through a period of successes and failures both in business and with family. He was a tough task master and never lost sight of teaching his children, instilling thorough business knowledge of the industry and a hardline work ethic in each of them. They started at the bottom, as did their father, and learned the business from the ground up. His marriages were flawed until he married Malania and they raised their son Baron to have as normal an upbringing as they could.

Donald Trump is old school for sure. He prides himself on making friends and is well equipped to recognize his enemies. I liken Trump to a Samurai of ancient Japan. His immense pride for his country is obvious and emanates in his actions. There has never been a time where Donald Trump has expressed shame for being an American. He has always been proud of America and having faith in the overcoming American spirit.

Whether you love him or hate him there are mountainous hurdles that must be addressed and solutions to be found that are outside the arena of “politics as usual” so that America can return to her rightful place of world leadership.

Donald Trump has come to know the power and faithfulness of a loving God who called him for such a time as this. Donald Trump has stepped out in faith as president and the result is that he has come to know God. Not a godly religion but a relationship with God. President Donald J. Trump is a driven man with the unique ability to stay focused and make his vision of America a firm reality. He has the knowledge create and maintain a successful business and turn that into making our nation once again the leader on the world stage.

Donald Trump is simply a man, like you and me, but with an uncanny ability, disposition and drive that has propelled him into the office of the presidency to change the course of human events and prolong our Republic until such time as God chooses and for his purpose.

Want to know what Donald Trump is like, ask his adult children or better yet watch their interactions with others and in their home life. What they learned as children has certainly paid off with dividend during their adult years. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

One Sided and Opinionated

Guilty as charged! Over the past two years I have been writing in agreement with President Trump on the war waged against him by the main stream media which he has called “Fake News”.

Since I began blogging on the RealTruckmaster.blog I have written and addressed a variety of “news” stories running the gamut from Not my president; Russia, Russia, Russia; Sexual Allegations; Inciting World War III; More Russia; The Wall & Immigration Abuses. I have tried to be objective on these and other issues as they arise. I’ve even went back through my notes (since 2/1/2001) in my attempt to uncover the real issues being covered, and often real solutions which are being ignored. I’ve tried to confirm or deny claims of misrepresentation for both Democrats and Republicans and sometimes it becomes really hard to do without putting a slant one way or another.

In doing so I’ve been called many things and my one-sided articles have me being called opinionated. I’ve been called out for being overly protective of President Trump against the on slot of negative media coverage.

Well I’m Guilty as charged and very proud of it!

I’m not a politician so you won’t have me back peddling or recanting my assertions against a clearly biased media or racially charged politicians with motives and intent to create civil unrest across America.

As a Christian (follower of Jesus), an American and a Veteran of the Armed Forces what you will find me doing is honoring God, my family, my country and protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States against ALL enemies. If it seems that I am attacking your values, then maybe it’s time to reevaluate what those values are?

There is a very real cost for freedom, one that very few have paid with the ultimate sacrifice so that every American can live in peace and live the American Dream. For that I thank God, the American fighting spirit of Veterans, Law Enforcement and First Responders and Medical Professionals!

I believe in protecting the rights of Americans as guaranteed in the Constitution; the security of our Citizens and our visitors through Enforcement; Borders with a wall (if necessary) and a Comprehensive Reform of Immigration Laws by our legislators; and the removal from our society of individuals and/or groups of individuals (gangs) which threaten our society.

If you break the law, you own it! Man up and take responsibility for your actions; be respectful of others; protect yourselves, your families and others from threats and threatening people. Support law enforcement and obey the laws of our land.

Living in the United States is a privilege and an honor that draws immigrants from around the world, from many cultures. Nobody has the right to live here! Everyone should have an opportunity to come here providing they meet very strict standards and come here to live peacefully and national security should be everyone’s concern.

Yes I was born here. I’ve seen how others live around the world and I respect others and treat everyone how I wish to be treated for I know no other way.

However if you come to bring harm to me, my family or my country be forewarned that I am an American Fighting Man who will stand with my brothers and sisters in your way! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
