Civil Unrest in Post-Election America

There are pictures circulating on Facebook that depicting 13 of those arrested in Portland were of public school teachers. I don’t know how valid or accurate that picture was so I didn’t use it. However it got me to thinking that if 1 teacher in 1 public school taught for 1 year or more having inserted communistic, fascist or anti-government babble into their classroom or into the school curriculum how many exponential future fascistic children would be running around with that stuff swirling in their heads?

If you go back to the anti-war protestors of the 1960s – 70s I’m sure there are a number who are now college and university faculty, adjuncts, teachers, professors, administrators or deans. Fast forward to our present day prestigious colleges and universities and you see the most anti-American, anti-government and anti-social behavior of their students and alumni.

American families have been lulled into thinking that our children must get an education to be successful in life. Jane and Johnny are sent away to “summer camps” for 4 years or more and expected to come back with a diploma and as a seasoned and highly successful member of society.

What happens at college is often far from an optimal educational setting and Jane or Johnny get caught up in the party scene of a 4 year “spring break” mentality, their advanced degree in “the mating call of the butterfly” has led to massive debt, no job prospects but individuals primed and ready to do something – anything. They are too “smart” for fast food, yet too dumb and without any real job skills and living in mom and dad’s basement playing video games that are geared to fighting an apocalypse where destroy everything is called winning. You use up all your ammo, wait or hack into the supply chain and refill your ammo supply. You die and simply restart as a new yet smarter fighter – you have become a super sniper.

An ad on social media is for snipers going up against “the man” and zing – you now have a mission. The problem with this new “job” is that it’s not a video game and the stakes are real, as are the consequences. Meeting up with other likeminded individuals out after dark, lurking around and waiting for that target of opportunity or the command from higher to attack to destroy, burn and attack some more is too much for the average “spring break” graduate to resist. Businesses and buildings are destroyed, set on fire and anyone in range is a target. When the police show up its “attack the police” for they are bad.

You think it’s a bit far-fetched? Think again. Someone is putting up big bucks to orchestrate the types and frequency of the rioting we are seeing in cities across the nation. The logistics of arming and moving an army is no small task. It takes coordination and lots of money. To move that army across state boundaries is a tremendous undertaking and it is also against the law if your purpose is to cause mischievous or conduct a full-fledged riot. There must be political connections. There must be coordination of effort, food, shelter and weaponry and all that cost money. I say follow the money.

The immobilizing of law enforcement must come from the top down. That means either somebody in DOJ, HLS; state or local agencies must be involved. What we know today is that all things are political due to the upcoming presidential election. We have heard very little to nothing of substance coming out of congress or by state and local officials who blame it all on President Trump.

Well here’s a news flash. This has nothing to do with President Trump, but it has everything to do with American’s who continue to vote in politicians who have no vision of a better country, but promise more free stuff for everyone. “Don’t worry we’ll tax the rich and they’ll pay dearly for it. Take from the rich and give to the poor”, sounds a lot like Robin Hood doesn’t it? It’s been tried and it doesn’t work. Not even scratching or winning on a lottery ticket can make you come out a winner. When it’s something for nothing, you usually end up with nothing.

Do you want to be a winner? Stop listening to losers (See that was easy). Hard work, dedication, and attention to detail, invest yourself in your work and do your very best at whatever you do. When you win, America wins. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

This is for All the Marbles

When I was growing up guys had marbles, girls had marbles and we all had marbles. We’d trade marbles and play for fun or winner takes the other guys marble and sometimes we used to play for all the marbles. Dad used to talk about his marble tournaments at school and when he won he took the money. Today we’re too busy to bother with marbles unless they have a video game of using marbles to destroy someone else’s marbles?

During times of war there are rules that nations agreed to when waging war against another country. Armies were lined up dress-right-dress (a military term) and marched into battle. Each side took turns pelting the other side until the one left standing was the winner by default. The winner enjoyed the spoils of war, pillage, plunder and taking the losing sides women, children, livestock and valuables.

When the colonists declared their independence from England it meant war with the most powerful military force at that time, by a handful of farmers, hunters and shopkeepers untrained in military tactics. Trying to stand up and fight face to face was all too often disastrous and new tactics had to be used. A new kind of fighting by leaders like Francis Marion (the swamp fox) used hit and run to harass British forces and create chaos. Today we call those tactics covert.

For more than 240 years Americans have fought and died to protect the Constitution of the United States and to provide safety and security of American families at home and abroad. Men and women have fought and died to protect the rights of Americans to exercise those rights. We call that patriotism and those who stand up to defend us we call patriots.

What we are seeing happening in cities across the nation in 2020 is neither patriotism nor patriotic. There has been an undercurrent of discord and discontent festering for several years in various cities across the nation. Like a powderkeg that could go off with the tiniest spark the stage was set in Portland Oregon. Anarchists began “testing the waters” as a trial run waiting for that spark.

There were clear signs of their intent as they moved about openly and freely without interference as the mayor condoned their activities and actions by standing down law enforcement when their unlawful actions threatened and assaults on innocent civilians were allowed.

George Floyd became that spark. The powderkeg exploded and America saw the coordinated efforts of an organized entity showed up on the streets of Minneapolis Minnesota in force, overtaking and hijacking what began as a peaceful protest of Police violence turned into the death of a black man in police custody which turned into a full fledge riot. Portions of the city were engulfed in vandalism, lootings, burnings, assaults and murder in the name of Black Lives Matter.

Seizing the opportunity to exploit this senseless act of violence, operatives in a number of cities began their reign of terror with “protests of police violence” in the name of Black Lives Matter with domestic terrorist groups like Antifa and others who began creating Autonomous Zones like CHAZ later called CHOP in Seattle Washington where police were forbidden to enter and residence and shop owners were terrorized and exhorted for money and shops vandalized, looted and burned. The mayor of Seattle called them kids exercising their rights to free speech.

Soon other cities began to see “protest marches” in the name of Black Lives Matter that were neither protest nor peaceful. Vandalism, rioting, looting, burning with assaults and murder happening in California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Minnesota, Texas, Maryland, New York and a host of other places where Democratic Party leadership not only condoned the violence but enabled it by issuing stand down orders for state and local LEOs.

Many citizens say it’s clearly a case of exercising our 1^st Amendment rights to free speech and right to peaceful assembly which are protected under the Constitution.

What is not protected by the Constitution is the “right” to commit violence.

A bank robber has the right to make an unlawful withdrawal.

An illegal alien has the “right” to unlawful entry into the US.

A woman or her doctor has the “right” to murder a baby in the womb.

Anyone has the “right” to disregard or willfully disobey any law of the US.

Non-citizens including illegals have the “right” to vote in an election.

LEOs do not have the “right” to arrest lawbreakers.

This list could go on and on.

Coming out of the chaos has been calls from the far left to defund and disband the police. It sounds crazy yet many who are uneducated, illiterate or simply misinformed think that is a great idea. Even elected officials are calling for it, while many are protected by LEOs. They call for gun control (taking away arms from lawful gun owners) while being protected by licensed officers and in some cases are seemingly doing nothing about getting unlawful guns out of the hands of criminals.

More recently Americans decided to conduct “Stand for the Blue” rallies in Denver, New York City and other places to show their support for LEOs. Adhering to rules covering the issuance of local permits several of these rallies were met with resistance from Democratic mayors who ordered LEOs to stand down and not participate (even while off duty) under threats of employment, career and family) while local offshoots of Black Lives Matter, Antifa and others crashed theses rallies causing bodily injury to LEOs and supporters.

In the case of New York City a prominent singer and legislator were scheduled as part of a Back the Blue rally. When it was announced they would be participating in the rally, the governor banned both from attending the rally, and ordered the health department to meet them at the airport and place them in 14-day COVID-19 quarantine. State police scheduled to protect the legislator were told they could not under threat of being fired. The rally was subsequently cancelled.

So tell me what part of this COVID-19 “pandemic”, the Black Lives Matter fixation by America’s Democratic Party politicians and the continual shut down of America is NOT politically motivated as we are now 99 days before the November 3^rd, 2020 Presidential Election?

Don’t forget the Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi recently made a public statement that “Trump would not be president in 2021 – One way or another”!

National news media outlets parrot the same line when it comes to the chaos being brought to American cities “These peaceful protestors are being assaulted by Trumps Stormtroopers”. Democratic governors have petitioned the White House to prevent a Federal Taskforce from coming to their cities.

Democratic politicians are doing everything wrong for American citizens in their districts, cities and states. They are behind ending public safety, yet continually asking for more federal funds to rebuild cities that they have failed to protect. If there are no police, can American’s depend upon the politicians to answer 911 when they call?

Don’t tell me we are not in a war. It is a very Uncivil War and the anarchists are using street rules “there are no rules”. They are playing for all the marbles. Americans tend to follow the rule of law which began with the Constitution, based on God’s biblical standards while our nation is being played for very high stakes. Congressional Democratics are in a panic as they do not care what happens to our nation. Their only concern is that President Trump not be re-elected even if it causes the nation to collapse.

I stand with President Trump in backing the men and women in blue as we will stop the violence and make American great once again. Remember it’s for all the marbles! – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Rasta Man Down

It was 12:34 pm on 23 July 2020 when shots rang out near Wright and Bremen in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee. The unlikeliest murder victim was 60 year old Bernell Trammell was easily recognizable with his dreads and his homemade Trump 2020 signs, just another of the “dregs” in society who was not afraid to talk politics or religion to those willing to listen. According to one friend, “He never tried to convert you or change you. He would tell you what he thought, listen to what you had to think and he would respect that.”

Amidst the violence on news broadcasts everywhere there were no local or nationwide protests against gun violence. There were no peaceful marches, not even a riot in his memory.

Combating Racism

From the time we are born life is nothing but choices – where we live, who our friends are, what school we attend, which house of worship to join, what job we get and what we believe? Americans have been making those hard choices for more than 240 years. Freedom isn’t free but paid with the blood, sweat and tears of everyone who fought to keep freedom alive.

Slavery has been alive since early biblical times for various reasons and specific purposes. There are indentured servants, hired or bonded workers and slaves purchased as property and slavery leads to racism when someone feels others are beneath them socially or educationally. The foundation of this nation was built on slavery yet hatred fosters racism which continues today as one person chooses to manipulate another because of race or tribal ethnicity. We see racism as a cancer to the state of mental dysfunction. It leads to social unrest and organized mistrust and mistreatment of others for personal or political gain.

There was a flare-up of racism that caused the Civil War between northern and southern states. After the war men and women began to stoke the fires of racism with groups like the Klu Klux Clan and others where threats and intimidation led to outright murder because of the color of someone’s skin or their ethnic heritage.

This fire was stoked again during the Civil Rights movement of the 1960’s and moved into the Congress of the United States with an alliance of black legislators leading to the creation of what is now the Congressional Black Caucus.

Active flair-ups once again occurred during the Vietnam War protests of the 1960s & 70s.

The latest fire was actively stoked when Democratic legislators, extreme leftists and the media refused to accept the results of the 2016 election.

Their efforts went into overdrive when actively resisting the Trump presidency. It has been called Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) and can be seen every time a member of Congress or the media begin to rant and rave about what the President does, says or tweets.

From the fashionable kneeling of Colin Kapearnick to the Black Lives Matter movement sweeping across the nation it has crept into sports, movies and over the airwaves and television and cable networks that people feel the need to pick up the chant or become swept away.

The fires of racism must be actively stoked so that it becomes a feeding frenzy continually in the public eye. It is a choice whether to buy into it or let it pass. Talking about it constructively between two differing points of view will only work when both sides agree to listen. Calling names, intimidating people or harassing someone in order to change their point of view is pointless.

Kneeling before any sporting event is most effective when done in a timely, respectful manner. Disrespecting the National Anthem, the US Flag, the President, his administration officials or his supporters only shows the caliber of individual and ethics of the one being disrespectful.

The tide is turning across the nation. Slavery should be a thing of the past, but until we join forces and fight slavery we are wasting our time and efforts on each other. Racism can only be eliminated by people who are focused on helping each other without expecting anything in return.

Americans can lift each other up by supporting their worthy causes, but not by acts of violence or rioting that hurt others in the process. If one truly believed that Black Lives Matter there would be neighborhood watch groups patrolling every street, neighborhood and city in America putting a stop to the black-on-black violence. It must start in the home. We must teach our children to respect themselves, others and the laws of this nation. It must start with you and I together we will succeed. – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Is Black Lives Matter Really Legit?

Just a quick note – Last night (7-22-2020) I saw the interview on Shannon Breen’s show on Fox. She interviewed the founder of Black Lives Matter Utah (can’t remember her name) and Senator Lee (R). They were discussing the bill Senator Tim Scott (R) attempted to get voted on but it was blocked by Senate Dems. The interview focused on law enforcement reforms that are perceived as needed nationwide and repeatedly the BLM lady kept saying she was hopeful that after 6 years now people are having the hard talks on racism. She urged Congress to pass a reform bill and urged Republicans to come to the table. This all sounded reasonable and positive. However one thing sorely missing in this interview was a representation from Senate Democrats? Why were there not folks from both sides of the isle? So why was her plea only to Republicans?

Another “elephant in the room” that was not discussed was how the nationwide rioting and vandalism in the name of BLM was not condemned or even mentioned by anyone on the program?

I’m no Einstein but how can you truly have police reform without addressing the punitive side of lawbreaking (vandals, rioters, looters and murderers)? We have state and federal laws that are selectively enforced or ignored by citizens and elected officials alike. Why not address the other side of the coin?

If we are to take Black Lives Matter serious their method of means justify the ends doesn’t hold water. When you profess to seek change to the system it is not through demands, but with reformative change recommendations. You have a list of grievances and a list of recommendations to be discussed by both sides. If one side or the other has a hidden agenda and/or refuses to participate in open discussions there can be no negotiation.

You most certainly do not employ or allow any other entity to hijack your agenda with unlawful conduct and expect to be seen as separate from it. When it happens you must come out strongly and forcefully against the lawless behavior and actions being committed in your name or you own it.

This is just my opinion but BLM should rethink their banner and their image. A black in your face fist is not a sign of respect but one of defiance. Had my kids or grandkids come to me with a raised fist, they would have lost the fight without every saying a word and left with a sore hinny.

In my 70 years I have always see myself as who I really am. A man with a family to support and now with grandkids and great-grandkids I am proud of. I have taught them to love God, our family and honor our country with its symbols, customs and traditions. Treat everyone with respect and how you want to be treated. As a multi-cultural family I want them to know and understand their heritage and where our family came from.

If you want to be seen and treated equally as a man or woman you must come as an equal; act as an equal and see yourself as an equal. When you see yourself as a victim or as a hyphenated American you are placing yourself at a disadvantage from the start.

Do we need police reform? Yes – most definitely, but true reform comes by honoring and obeying the Rule of Law which in the United States is the Constitution. Willful violation of the law is criminal and subject to arrest and prosecution, as it should. Willful misconduct by law enforcement is equally criminal. It must be dealt with swiftly and fairly under the law, not tolerated, hidden or swept under the proverbial rug.

Lastly, do Black Lives Matter – of course they do. All lives matter. Baby lives matter. We are one people united in purpose to see that every life is treated equally and fairly under the law as stated in the Constitution of the United States. I am the Real Truckmaster!

Cause and Effect of the Coronavirus in America

Do you remember when we first learned about the dreaded Wuhan-Virus a number of things began to take place?

First was a worldwide shortage of toilet paper, paper towels and hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies
Next there was a worldwide supply shortage causing farmers, ranchers and processing plants to become unable to meet the demand from eggs, milk, pork, beef and who knows what else
Farmers and ranchers were told to slaughter their livestock, dump their milk and eggs onto the ground as it was too costly
We were told that worldwide hospital ERs were being overwhelmed and portable hospitals began to be deployed to places like Seattle, Chicago, New York City and other places across the nation
We were told there were non-existent or insufficient stocks of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in hospitals across the nation
We were then told that no ventilators could be found and they were critical for life-saving treatment
We were told there was no vaccine or medicine to treat this COVID-19
We were told that if you became infected it was fatal
Then came the lockdowns, stay safe at home to flatten the curve
No going outside, no visitations in hospitals, nursing homes and care centers
No church gatherings, services and no funerals
Self-Isolate and wear a mask, hospital gloves and gowns
Businesses were considered essential (liquor stores, pot shops, big box stores & home supply stores) could open with limitations
Businesses considered non-essential (hair and nail salons, massage parlors, churches, mom & pop stores, exercise centers, swimming pools, beaches, hiking trails and national parks) were closed
Hydroxychloroquine and Z-Pak were the miracle drug that reversed the effects of the virus almost immediately or within 24 hours
Once it was announced that President Trump was taking the HCQ + Z it suddenly became an ineffective and lethal medication
President Trump’s political rallies would endanger hundreds of people who don’t wear masks and don’t do social distancing
Public gatherings could not exceed 100 persons provided they wore facemasks and social distanced 6 feet apart, protests and riots were exempt from these mandates
The latest is a nationwide coin shortage, stores are not receiving their coin shipments, banks do not have adequate supplies of coins and shoppers are being urged to roundup to help the needy or use plastic
The CDC has been collecting data on COVID-19 infections, deaths and hopefully recovery, but somehow the data became contaminated or grossly mislabeled and is considered useless

Is it me or does anybody else see a pattern here? Because this is an election year and we are now just over 100 days until the November 3, 2020 presidential election we are hearing politicians in full panic mode as they have no idea how to react.

For the past 2 months we have been seeing protest marches, violent rioting, burning, looting and killings in cities across the nation that resemble third world countries. What have we heard from members of congress, state and local officials? Trump is to blame. There is no accountability for the actions of the violent few. Law Enforcement has been hog-tied by their political bosses as evil reigns in city after city.

I don’t care if you’re a democrat, republican, independent or a speckled ostrich if you do not recognize what has been happening all around this country you are part of the problem. Maybe you are the problem because it was you a registered voter who either voted blue or not at all in past mid-term and presidential elections yet is everyone else to blame?

This country is in the midst of a very uncivil war with one side street fighting, no rules and no holds barred while the other side sticks their heads in the sand hoping it will just go away. Which side are you on?

This land is our land. This country is our country. Red, White or Blue – We are America. It is time to drive the domestic terrorists from our midst. They seek to divide and destroy. We seek to unite. There can be no coexisting with those determined to pull us asunder. Either we stop them or it will get much worse.

If you’re a praying person who believes in the power of prayer and that God is fully in control, now is the time to humble yourself and pray for God’s grace and his guidance during these troubling times. An Open Letter to Colorado Governor Jared Polis

Governor Polis,

I see what is happening to America and specifically to Colorado during the COVID-19 pandemic. I understand and share your concern over the increase in case numbers we are seeing being reported. I do not have an undergraduate degree nor am I a professional in the medical field. However I disagree strongly with your assessment and decision that Colorado needs to be mandated to wear masks or face coverings indoors or in many cases outdoors.

I take the medical advice of doctors, nurses and medical professionals very seriously. Prominent professionals have said that the prolonged wearing of masks may become fatal for those with certain medical issues and the wearing of dirty masks may even cause viral infections that can kill. Recently these same doctors are saying that mandating masks this late in the pandemic is not wise. It should have been done from the beginning, not 4 or 5 months down the road. I tend to agree with them.

Masks and face coverings that are not professional high-grade specifically made for viral infections do not stop the virus, nor do they protect others from getting it. The commonly available cloth or paper masks we see in stores or online are useless to stop the spread. The only useful purpose of these types of masks is to prevent someone who is sneezing or coughing to freely pass germs to others. These masks should be cleaned regularly with soap and water or replaced frequently. Wearing a facemask while driving is dangerous as some drivers may pass out for lack of oxygen.

Recently you called “Selfish Bastards” those refusing to adhere to your mandates. You sir are wrong! What Colorado needs, you cannot mandate through executive orders out of the Governor’s office – Common Sense!

It is common sense to stay home unless you decide to go somewhere for necessity or pleasure.

It is common sense to social distance around strangers.

It is common sense to stay connected with family and friends.

It is common sense to visit the sick and dying in hospitals and nursing homes.

It is common sense to treat others the way you want to be treated.

Governor you have led Colorado down the path of closure by declaring who or what is essential or non-essential and that sir is not yours to determine. Every person is essential and every business began because it was essential for its particular purpose or product. Those deemed non-essential failed by their own merit or lack of it.

I urge you to stop following the pack and lead Colorado into a new era of prosperity by opening up the state WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS. Let us get back to the life of liberty and chasing after the American dream.

I am 70 years old and have spent more than 30 years in Colorado working, raising my family and urging others to come to Colorful Colorado until now. Beyond the Unthinkable

Have you ever talked back to your mom? Sassed your dad? How did that work for you?

Have you ever gone to your boss at work and demanded……anything? What about while working at a job you really like you refuse service to a customer wearing a uniform and a badge? What about working in food service or fast food and did something unspeakable to the food of a customer who was you didn’t like? Or worse yet, pulled out a gun and shot someone because they disrespected you in front of your friends? Maybe you speak out for “women’s rights” to take the life of a baby in the womb? How much sense does any of this make?

I find no pleasure in watching the news broadcast the lawlessness being played out every newscast on every station day after day. Someone recently told me it was a bad time to be living in times such as these. I disagree because it’s a great time to see history unfolding all around us. It’s an even greater time watching biblical prophecy unfold and to be a follower of Jesus Christ telling others the good news “Jesus Loves Them”.

2 Timothy 3:1-4

1“But understand this: In the last days terrible times will come. 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, without love of good, 4 traitorous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Turn away from such as these!”

I don’t claim to understand what is going on or who is behind the scenes pulling the strings but rest assured that Almighty God is fully in control. The good, the bad and the ugly he will use to fulfill his purpose and bring glory and honor to him.

All of these street thugs acting out every fantasy they can imagine. Tearing down statues, defacing property while they destroy, loot, and burn to their hearts content will never be satisfied. The sad part is that they need Jesus just as much as we each do. They don’t know it and won’t unless someone tells them. Will that someone be you?

Romans 10:8-17

8 But what does it say? “The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,” that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9 that if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with your heart you believe and are justified, and with your mouth you confess and are saved.

11 It is just as the Scripture says: “Anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Greek: The same Lord is Lord of all, and gives richly to all who call on Him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

14 How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” 16 But not all of them welcomed the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?” 17 Consequently, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

The election of a president has never had a reaction such as we see today which is not about Donald J. Trump. It is about evil continuing to rebel against truth and right. I won’t call it a battle between good vs evil because there is no power on earth that does not answer to Almighty God.

Democrats the Party of Hate

In today’s volatile state of affairs it’s hard to imagine how the new Progressive Democratic Party can openly embrace domestic terrorism. We have watched as state and local Democrats have walked arm in arm with peaceful protestors while failing to condemn the violent rioting, looting, burning and killing of Americans. On the national level Congressional Democrats simply blame it on President Trump. What I don’t understand is how Democratic voters either stick their heads in the sands of denial or ignore the elephant in the room? That elephant is Democratic Racism.

The social injustice of police brutality resulting in the murder of George Floyd brought the community together as one. America was shocked! It was an opportunity for action and domestic terrorist groups were prepped and readily sprang into action. They converged on Minneapolis like the plague. It was not a spontaneous response, but a well planned and executed plan of organized chaos. As community lead marches protesting this man’s death began, so did the hijacking of those marches turning them into deadly violent riots.

Did the Mayor of Minneapolis or the Governor of Minnesota stand up and make a statement of community support or publically condemn the violence. Did they identify and hold accountable the officer(s) involved in this public execution of a private citizen? No they did not. But did they rally law enforcement or activate the National Guard? No, they condoned the violence by their silence then painted all members of law enforcement by an erroneous broad-brush. They caved in to appease the terrorists at the expense of many American lives, homes and businesses. Rioting turned into burning and looting and nobody in authority stood up to stop it.

Emboldened by the lack of response marches, riots and looting took hold in cities across the nation. Soon terrorists were declaring sections of American cities as autonomous zones, much like the sanctuary cities and states that we’ve seen created across the nation.

As expected Congressional Democrats began voicing not their disdain for the violence committed against American citizens, but their accusations of mishandling this violence by the current administration. They attempted to blame and transferred their inaction to the President.

As the violence increased and businesses and churches burned, statues vandalized and toppled over, Congressional Democrats placed their own stamp of approval on it, making themselves complacent. Next were calls to defund the police and shut down the police which became major political talking points across the nation by politicians at every level.

As the violence continued President Trump urged mayors and governors to stop violence and bring it under control. He offered federal help and resources, but was turned down by many governors who said they didn’t need it. Other states and cities requested and received National Guard support.

While the violence continues Americans are dealing with the national response to the COVID-19 shutdown and watching as governors who took little to no action against rioters and looters still attempt to force Americans to stay home and wear masks or face stiff penalties. How can that stand? It cannot and should not be allowed to continue and in this election year it will be the voters who decide if politics as usual will continue. Democrats are the party of mobs, while Republicans are the party of jobs. Which do you prefer a handout or a hand up? – I am the Real Truckmaster!

Why Call Them National Leagues?

We have the National Football League (NFL), the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Association of Stock Car Races (NASCAR). What about that organization located right here in Colorado Springs with the circle ring things overseeing our Olympic competing teams? Maybe I’m wrong but I thought a national league team represented their nation inspiring national pride and patriotism? What I see demonstrated over the past 4 years alone leads me to believe otherwise. It didn’t begin with Colin Kaepernick taking a knee during the National Anthem or the team captain of the US Volleyball Team after beating out the Thailand national team. It’s rooted much deeper than that.

We first saw this behavior manifest itself openly when members of a California high school basketball team on an overseas goodwill tour in China took their shoplifting skills abroad with them. They were caught red handed and placed in hotel confinement pending trial in a Chinese court for stealing sunglasses. What kind of a message did this convey to local merchants about the ugly American stereotype? One of the parents who was with the team in China called it a “no big deal”, like it happens all the time back home.

Because of this international incident, newly elected President Trump intervened and arranged for them to be released without charges and transported home not having to see the inside of a Chinese prison or worse as they could have faced the death penalty or life in prison. The “no big deal” resulted in the boys involved making a public apology to the president, only to retract it later saying they were forced to by school officials.

This cancerous political correct attitude began to spread like those California wildfires and soon team members lost their pride of being on a national team by openly and willingly disgracing our nation and its symbols and traditions. To make matters worse the owners of national ranked teams began crumbling in the face of criticism by not putting a stop to it. The NFL commissioner chose to look the other way until it too is “no big deal” and national media outlets decided to begin cutting away and not televising the playing of the National Anthem. I’m not a big sports fanatic but the final straw was when NASCAR bowed down to political correctness and announced it would play the “Black National Anthem” before the National Anthem of the United States.

It is time for these nationally ranked sports teams to remove the word “National” from their official names and from their memorabilia. It is too late to remove players who willingly refuse to demonstrate national pride. That should have been done from the start. One bad apple can and did spoil the whole barrel.

I must place the blame squarely where it belongs – on “you” the fans who eagerly pay for season tickets or buy the jerseys and other memorabilia. It is you who continue to pay to watch the game on ESPN and sit in front of your widescreen televisions or at sports bars gulping down peanuts, popcorn and beer as your favorite player makes that once of a lifetime play. It is you who can’t wait for the National Anthem to get over with so the game can begin, but think those super bowl commercials are worth watching.

Well hello! If you have feel no pride in living in the greatest nation on earth where you are free to live prosperously and in peace as the world around us is torn asunder – You have my permission to leave! That’s right pack up your “stuff”, throw a dart on the map and move there. Who knows you may like it there? I guarantee that you will soon learn that what you left behind means more to me than it ever meant to you with your ungrateful cursing and complaining of the rights and freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States. I’ll bet you either voted Democratic or not at all. That too is your right.

Know that freedom isn’t free, its paid for in blood of patriots before you! – I am the Real Truckmaster!
